Two new Co(II) coordination polymers, [Co(Hnbta)(bth)]n ( 1 ) and {[Co3(nbta)2(bth)3(H2O)]·H2O}n ( 2 ), (H3nbta = 5‐nitro‐1,2,3‐benzenetricarboxylic acid and bth = 1,6‐bis(1,2,4‐triazole‐1‐yl)hexane), have been synthesized under different pH values through hydrothermal reactions. Both complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. Complex 1 exhibits a 3D polythreaded network based on 4‐connected sql 2D layer. Complex 2 has a (4,4,5)‐connected trinodal 3D pillar‐layered network with a (42·64)2(42·67·8)2(64·82) topology. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that complexes 1 and 2 show weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent Co(II) ions.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer, [Ni(dppz)(oba)(H2O)]·0.5H2O (dppz = dipyrido[3,2‐a:2′,3′‐c]phenazine and oba = 4,4′‐oxy(bisbenzoate)) has been synthesized through hydrothermal method and characterized by IR, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 23.163(5), b = 18.211(4), c = 14.460(3) Å, α = γ = 90°, β = 100.45(3)°, V = 5998(2) Å3, Z = 2. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0866 (wR2 = 0.1836). The compound exhibits interesting one‐dimensional chain structures, which are further stacked through π‐π interactions to form supramolecular double chains. (© 2009 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. A chiral complex of (R)‐2‐((pyridin‐2‐ylmethylene)amino)‐2′‐hydroxy‐1,1′‐binaphthyl ( L ) with hydrated nickel (II) acetate has been synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The crystal structure of [NiL2(CH3OH)(CH3COO)]CH3COO·CH3OH has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P 2(1) 2(1) 2(1) with cell constants a = 15.1035 (19), b = 17.836 (2), c = 18.730 (2)Å, α = β = γ = 90.00°, Z = 4. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0346 (wR2 = 0.0863). The analytical result of the crystal structure indicates that a pair of L ligands chelate to a Ni (II) atom in an asymmetric fashion with one Ni‐N bond being longer than the other, the Ni (II) atom is further coordinated by one methanol molecule and one acetate anion to form a distorted octahedral geometry. In the crystal of the complex, the coordination cation [NiL2(CH3OH)(CH3COO)]+, the uncoordinated methanol molecule and uncoordinated acetate anion are further assembled into one‐dimensional chain structure via intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the a‐axis. Many explorations of transition metal (M)‐L system under solvothermal condition, have led to the syntheses of two new 4‐heterocyclic acylpyrazolone complexes [Co(L)2(CH3OH)2] (HL = 1‐phenyl‐3‐methyl‐4‐(2‐furoyl)‐5‐pyrazolone) ( 1 ) and [Cr(L)3] ( 2 ). Single‐crystal X‐ray analyses reveal that crystal structures of compound 1 and 2 are respectively orthorhombic, Pbca, a = 15.0378(6) Å, b = 9.8405(4) Å, c = 20.7321(8) Å, V = 3067.9(2) Å3, Z = 8 and triclinic, P‐1, a = 10.7966(18) Å, b = 13.023(2) Å, c = 15.520(3) Å, α = 73.011(4)°, β = 84.884(4)°, γ = 70.267(4)°, V = 1964.3(6) Å3, Z = 2. Complex 1 has a two‐dimensional (2D) network structure that is formed by O–H···N H‐bonding interactions. Complex 2 makes a one‐dimensional (1D) zigzag chain structure by intermolecular π···π interactions, which is further interlinked via C–H···N H‐bonding interactions to generate a 2D sheet, and then a three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular network structure is further linked by intermolecular C–H···π interactions. The crystal structure of 1‐allyl‐5‐(4‐methylbenzoyl)‐4‐(4‐methylphenyl)pyrimidine‐2(1H)‐thione (C22H20N2OS) has been determined from three dimensional single crystal X‐ray diffraction data. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P 21/c, with a = 10.6674(13), b = 10.1077(7), c = 17.9467(19) Å, β = 98.460(9)°, V = 1914.0(3) Å3, Dcalc = 1.251 g cm–3, Z = 4. In the title compound, the allyl group shows positional disorder. Molecules are linked by C‐H···O, C‐H···N and C‐H···S intermolecular interactions forming two‐dimensional network. A seven‐coordinate Mn(II) complex of N,N,N ′,N ′‐tetrakis[(2‐benzimidazolyl)methyl]‐1,2‐cyclohexanediamine ( CDTB ), namely, [Mn(CDTB)(DMF)](Pic)2·C2H5OH was synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction. The complex crystallizes in a typical hybrid organic‐inorganic pattern. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P 2 (1) / n with cell constants a = 13.3343(6) Å, b = 33.7015(16) Å, c = 13.7286(6) Å, β = 108.9990(10)°, Z = 4. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0561 (wR2 = 0.1172). The structure analysis reveals that the Mn(II) has a capped octahedron geometry with seven‐coordination mode, furthermore, the [Mn(CDTB)(DMF)]2+ building blocks were extended into well‐ordered supramolecular networks by complementary hydrogen bonds, and the linkers of the ethanol molecules and the picrate anions play an important role in the self‐assembly process. In the title compound, N,N′‐Bis(salicylidene)‐2‐methyl‐1,2‐propanediaminato‐nickel(II), [NiC18H18N2O2], (CCDC 235278), the NiII atom is coordinated by two iminic N and two phenolic O atoms of the N,N′‐Bis(salicylidene)‐2‐methyl‐1,2‐propanediaminate (SALPD2‐) ligand. The geometry of the coordination sphere around the Ni atom is distorted square‐planar. Ni(II) ion, forms crystals which belong to the orthorhombic system, space group P cab, with unit cell dimensions a=11.5531(1), b=15.985(4), c=17.418(1) Å, V=3210.5(9) Å3. The crystal structure of [Cu(C6H2I3O)2(NH3)2] (CCDC 238896) has been determined by x‐ray diffraction. This monomeric centrosymmetric Cu(II) complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system. The CuO2N2 coordination sphere is trans ‐planar, [Cu–O: 1.943(5) Å and Cu‐N: 1.972(7)] with the fifth and sixth coordination sites occupied by I atoms from the phenoxide ions [Cu–I1: 3.3552(8) Å] to form a tetragonally elongated octahedral structure for CuO2N2I2 coordination. The complex molecules hold together in a one dimensional chain true [100] direction by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Differantial scanning calorimeter, FTIR and magnetic susceptibility measurements were also performed in order to identify the title complex. (© 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. One metalorganic complex [K(cis‐syn‐cis‐ dicyclohexyl‐18‐crown‐6)]2[Cu(mnt)2] (mnt = maleonitriledithiolate) has been obtained by the reaction of dicyclohexyl‐18‐crown‐6 with K2mnt and CuCl2·2H2O. The title complex has been characterized by elementary analysis, FT‐IR, UV‐Vis spectroscopy and x‐ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with crystallographic data: a = 10.870(6) Å, b = 11.536(6) Å, c = 12.904(7) Å, α = 101.541(10)°, β = 110.573(9)°, γ = 99.441(9)°, V = 1435.2(13) Å3, Z = 1, Dcalcd = 1.350 g/cm3, F(000) = 615, R1 = 0.0641, wR2 = 0.1475. It displays one‐dimensional chain‐like structure formed by [K(cis‐syn‐cis‐ dicyclohexyl‐18‐crown‐6)]+ complex cations and [Cu(mnt)2]2‐ complex anions through N‐K‐N interactions. A new coordination polymer, [Ag3hmt3(μ3 ‐btc)]·5H2O (1) (hmt = hexamethylenetetramine, btc=1,3,5‐benzenetricarboxlic), has been successfully synthesized. Crystal data: P21/a, a = 11.9906(2) Å, b = 17.3689(2) Å, c = 16.96100(10) Å, β = 101.9820(14)°, V = 3455.40(7) Å3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.002 Mg/m3. In the hexagonal structure of Ag‐hmt unit, each Ag‐hmt unit comprises three Ag atoms and three hmt ligands. The μ3 ‐btc ligands bridge adjacent two‐dimensional honeycomb‐like Ag‐hmt layers to form three‐dimensional networks. Diaquatetrakis(N‐methylimidazole)Ni(II)(2,4,6‐tribromophenol), Ni(H2O)2(C3N2(CH3))4.2(C6H3Br3O), was synthesized via reaction of nickel sulphate and 2,4,6‐tribromophenolate in aqueous media in the presence of N‐methyl imidazole and sodium hydroxide. The complex crystalizes in the triclinic space group P1 with one formula unit of Ni(C3H3N2(CH3))4(H2O)2.2(C6H3Br3O) in the cell. The coordination around the Ni(II) ion is a slightly distorted octahedron, involving four N atoms from four different di(N‐methyl imidazole) ligand in the basal plane. The two oxygen atoms of the water molecules located at the apical positions result in an octahedral coordination. The two tribomophenol groups in the unit cell are connected via hydrogen‐bonds to the atoms of the coordination sphere, to build one dimensional chains along the a‐axis. Pyridine‐2‐(3′‐mercaptopropanoic acid)‐N ‐oxide (I), is a higher homologue of 1‐oxopyridinium‐2‐thioacetic acid (II) [1]. It crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21 with a = 9.2168(2) Å, b = 4.1423(2) Å, c = 11.3904(4) Å, β = 98.65(2)°, V = 429.93(3) Å3 and Z = 2. The least‐squares refinement gave residual index R = 0.024 for 1070 observed reflections. The introduction of an additional methylene group in (II) causes a flip in the carboxylic acid group of (I) that facilitates the molecules to align infinite antiparallel chains through strong C–H···O interactions. The molecules are interlinked by O–H···O hydrogen bonding across the chains and forming an infinite screw chain along y‐direction. The molecular packing is stabilized by O–H···O and C–H···O hydrogen bonding and π‐π electron interactions. This is an important facet of the crystal packing. (© 2007 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Two new inorganic‐organic complexes, namely, [Ag2(hmt)2]Cr2O7·H2O ( 1 ) and [Ag(hmt)(tar)0.5]·H2O ( 2 ), (hmt = hexamethylenetetramine, Tar = tartarate,), have been synthesized in H2O/CH3CN solvent at room temperature. Both molecules have the common [Ag3hmt3]3+ layers. Compound 1 is a two‐dimensional structure, and Complex 2 shows three‐dimensional topology. X‐ray single crystals of these two inclusion complexes, [Zn(H2O)4L2]·(4‐amino‐1‐naphthalene sulfonate)2 (L = 1,3‐bis(4‐pyridyl) propane), 1 , and [Zn(H2O)(bipy)2]·(4‐amino‐1‐naphthalene sulfonate)(NO3) (bipy = 4,4'‐bipyridine), 2 were achieved by the reaction of Zn(NO3)2 and 4‐amino‐1‐naphthalene sulfonate to 1,3‐bis(4‐pyridyl) propane and 4,4'‐bipyridine, respectively. As inclusion complexes, the cationic components of 1 and 2 were formed by two infinite zigzag chains, while, 4‐amino‐1‐naphthalene sulfonate made up the anionic parts of these two complexes. Thus, the whole molecules of these two complexes are neuter. Numous hydrogen bonds could be found in these two inclusion complexes, which help them to form three‐dimensional solid‐state packing structure architectures. (© 2008 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. A novel bis (dmit) complex of copper (II), [(C3H7)4N]2[Cu(dmit)2] ( 1 ), where dmit is 2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolate, was prepared and structurally characterized by X‐ray single crystal diffraction. The copper (II) atom is tetracoordinated by four dmit S atoms, forming a nearly square planar arrangement. The [Cu(dmit)2]2‐ anions and the [(C3H7)4N]+ counter‐cations form a three‐dimensional solid‐state structure by C–H…S hydrogen bonds. The third‐order nonlinear optical properties of the complex were determined by picosecond Z‐scan technique at a wavelength of 1064 nm. The results indicate the compound exhibits reverse saturation absorption and self‐defocusing performance. Two novel layered CrIII containing metal‐hedp compounds, Na20AlCrIII[CH3C(O)P2O6]6·O3·(H2O)26·(H3O)10 (CH3 CH2 OH) and Na6CrIII[CH3C(OH)P2O6]3·(H2O)21(H3O)3 (designated as DLES‐AlCr and DLES‐CrIII respectively), were hydrothermally synthesized. Their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The two crystals are isostructural with propeller‐like chiral motifs and hexagonal rings along [001]. A mononuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu(dmpp)(OCN)2(H2O)], was synthesized using 2,6‐bis (3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl) pyridine (dmpp) and cyanate anion (OCN), and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The coordination around the Cu atom is a distorted square‐pyramid involving three N atoms from the dmpp ligand and one N atom from OCN at the basal plane. The O atom of the OCN group is located at the apical position. The Cu atom is located 0.2782(1) Å above the basal plane. The Cu atom is coordinated by different donor atoms of the OCN groups. The complex crystalizes in monoclinic space group P21/n, with unit cell dimensions a= 12.4413(12), b=11.1457(13), c=14.2203(12) Å, β=108.817(3)°, V= 1866.5(3) Å3. The cell containes 4 molecules. The title compound [Ni(CPDD)(H2O)2]2(H 2O )2, {]Ni2(C44H28N8O12)] (H2O)2 }, where CPDD = 1H‐cyclopenta(2,1‐b:3,4‐b')(dipyridine‐2,5‐dione) has been prepared and its crystal structure determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction at room temperature. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 w ith two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The cell dimensions are a=10.452(1),b=14.098(1) & c=16.023 Å; D=110.13(1), E=100.63(1) & J=100.85(1)°. The two independent molecules in the asymmertic unit are related by pseudo two fold symmetry. In both the molecules the coordination environment around the Ni(II) may be best described as a distorted octahedral. Due to some delocalization of charge towards one of the oxygens(O1a) from the O2a atom some degree of bond localization has been observed. The individual diones of both the molecules are almost right angles at the metal atom. A long the y‐axis inversion related molecules are forming pseudo‐dimers through hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

A new complex of Zinc(II) and guanidinium pyridine–2,6–dicarboxylate proton transfer compound, (GnH)2 (pydc), was synthesized and characterized using IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X–ray diffraction. The chemical formula and space group of the resulting complex is (GnH)[Zn(pydc)(pydcH)] · (pydcH2) · 4H2O, P 1 where the final R value is 0.0310 for 13287 reflections collected. The [Zn(pydc)(pydcH)] anions and the (GnH)+ counter‐cations form a three‐dimensional solid‐state structure by a variety of noncovalent interactions such as ion pairing, hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking which are going to be discussed. The synthesis, spectroscopic studies and crystal structure determination from X‐ray powder diffraction have been carried out for bis‐(N‐3‐acetophenylsalicylaldiminato)copper(II). The structure is triclinic, space group P1 with unit cell dimensions a = 11.817(1) Å, b = 12.087(1) Å, c = 9.210(1) Å, α = 102.62(1)°, β = 111.16(1)°, γ = 86.15(1)°, V = 1197.0(2)Å3, Z = 2. The structure has been solved by Monte Carlo simulated annealing approach and refined by GSAS package. The final Rp value was 8.68%. The coordination geometry around the copper atom in the complex is intermediate between square‐planar and tetrahedral with two salicylaldimine ligands in trans arrangement. Intermolecular C–H…O hydrogen bonds between molecules related by translation generate infinite chains along [010] direction.
