From Cladonia rangiferina were isolated two novel abietane diterpenoids, hanagokenols A (1) and B (2). Also in this investigation, four known abitetane diterpenoids (3-6), four known labdane diterpenoids (7-10), one known isopimarane diterpenoid (11), and six known aromatic compounds were isolated. These structures were elucidated primarily through extensive NMR experiments. Hanagokenol A (1) was a unique abietane diterpene having an ether linkage between C-6 and C-18 of sugiol. Hanagokenol B (2) is also a unique secoabietane diterpene, having gamma-lactone which occurred by cleavage and subsequently oxidation between C-6/C-7 of 12-hydroxydehydroabietinol. Furthermore, all the isolated compounds (1-17) were tested for the antimicrobial activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and vancomycin-resistant Enterococci (VRE).  相似文献

Two new triterpenoid saponins, ilemaminosides A and B (1 and 2) along with six known saponins (3-8) were isolated from 70% ethanolic extract of the leaves of Ilex mamillata C.Y. Wu ex C.J. Tseng. The new saponins were characterised as 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-ilexgenin B (1) and 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1?→?3)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-ilexgenin B (2). The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of the chemical and spectroscopic methods, and the structures of known compounds were identified by comparison of their spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature. The compounds showed inhibitory activities in anti-inflammatory assay in?vitro with IC(50) values in the range 25.37-38.33?μg?mL(-1).  相似文献

Two new hopane type triterpenes, named dryopteric acids A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the Rhizome of Dryopteris crassirhizoma (Aspiadaceae) together with sixteen known compounds (3-18). Of isolated compounds, ursolic acid (15), and dryopteric acid A (1) and B (2) showed potent inhibitory activities against HIV-1 protease with IC50 values of 8.9-44.5 microM. In addition, acetylated compounds 1 and 2 appreciably increased inhibitory activities with their IC50 values of 1.7 and 10.8 microM, respectively.  相似文献

Three new secoiridoid glycosides, named picrogentiosides A (1), B (2) and C (3), have been isolated from the underground parts of Picrorhiza Scrophulariiflora, together with the two known compounds plantamajoside (4) and plantainoside D (5). Their structures were established by spectroscopic analyses and comparisons with data from related compounds. A pilot pharmacological study showed that picrogentiosides A (1) and B (2) have an immunomodulatory effect in vitro.  相似文献

(Hericiaceae) together with a known compound, hericenone A (3). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectral data. Three new simple trichothecenes, 15‐acetyltrichoverrol B ( 3 ), 13′‐acetyltrichoverrin B ( 5 ), and 6′‐dehydroxytrichoverrin B ( 6 ), along with five known trichothecenes trichodermadienediol B ( 1 ), trichoverrol B ( 2 ), trichoverrin B ( 4 ), and roridins A ( 7 ) and D ( 8 ), have been isolated from the liquid culture of Myrothecium roridum (strain no. QB‐1). The structures of the new compounds were established by comprehensive analysis of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR data. All the compounds were evaluated for antifungal activity, only compounds 7 and 8 showed significant antifungal activity against the tested fungi (MIC ranged from 10 to 5 μg/ml).  相似文献

Two new sesquiterpene lactones, wedelolides A (1) and B (2), were isolated by bioassay-guided fractionation from the leaves of Wedelia trilobata, together with known trilobolides 6-O-isobutyrate (3) and 6-O-methacrylate (4). The compounds 1 and 2 were the first examples of an unprecedented framework: a novel sesquiterpene delta-lactone, (9R)-eudesman-9,12-olide. The structures of the antimalarial wedelolides A (1) and B (2) were determined on the basis of MS and 2D NMR spectral analysis. Two new isoflavones 1 and 2 along with eleven known compounds 3-13, have been isolated for the first time from the rhizomes of Iris soforana. Reversed-phase preparative HPLC analyses of the methanol extract of the aerial parts of Stachys lavandulifolia afforded a new phenylethanoid glycoside, 4,3',4'-trimethoxy-lavandulifolioside A, named lavandulifolioside B, together with three other known phenylethanoid glycosides, lavandulifolioside A, verbascoside and leucosceptoside A, and an iridoid glycoside 5-O-β-allopyranosyloxy-aucubin (5-O-β-allopyranosyl-monomelittoside). While the structures of the known compounds, except the iridoid glycoside, were established by direct comparison of their spectroscopic data with respective literature data, lavandulifolioside B and 5-O-β-allopyranosyloxy-aucubin were identified comprehensively by extensive 1D and 2D NMR analyses. The distribution of the isolated compounds within the genus Stachys has been discussed.  相似文献

The investigation of the chemical constituents of Symplocos racemosa Roxb led to the isolation of two new glycosides, symcomoside A (1) and symcomoside B (2), together with one known glycoside, tortoside C (3), which is reported for the first time from this plant. The structures of the new compounds were determined by 1D and 2D homonuclear and heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy, from chemical evidence and by comparison with published data for closely related compounds. Symcomoside B (2) showed potent inhibitory activity against alpha-glucosidase in a concentration-dependent fashion with an IC50 value of 0.733 +/- 0.033 mM whereas symcomoside A (1) showed very weak inhibitory activity against alpha-glucosidase (9.90% in 0.70 mM).  相似文献

Two new prenylated anthraquinones, laurenquinone A (1) and B (2) were isolated from the seeds of Vismia laurentii together with four known compounds; xanthone V(1) (3), physcion (4), 3-geranyloxyemodin anthrone (5) and friedelin (6). The structures of the new metabolites were determined with the help of spectroscopic data including extensive 2D-NMR spectroscopy. The known compounds were identified by comparison of their physical and spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature. Compounds 1, 4 and 5 exhibited moderate algicidal activity against Chlorella fusca and 3 showed moderate activity against the gram-positive bacterium Bacillus megaterium.  相似文献

Two new lignan glycosides, named larrealignans A (1) and B (2), and a known lignan (3) were isolated from the aerial parts of Larrea tridentata (Zygophyllaceae). The structures of 1 and 2 were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and the results of hydrolytic cleavage. A new flavonol glycoside, kaempferol 3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), has been isolated from methanol extract of leaves of Datura suaveolens (Solanaceae), along with six other known compounds, which include kaempferol 3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (2), 3-phenyl lactic acid, 3-(3-indolyl) lactic acid, and its methyl ester, physalindicanol A and physalindicanol B. The structural elucidation of 1 and characterization of the known compounds are based on detailed spectral analysis (ESI-FTICR-MS and 2D-NMR). Three new resveratrol oligomers, cotylelophenol C (1) (resveratrol tetramer) and cotylelosides A (2) and B (3) (O-glucosides of resveratrol trimer), together with four known glucosides of resveratrol oligomers (vaticasides A, B, C, D) and piceid, were isolated from an acetone soluble part of stem of Cotylelobium lanceolatum (Dipterocarpaceae). Bazouanthrone (1), a new anthrone derivative, has been isolated from the root bark of Harungana madagascariensis, together with known compounds, feruginin A (2), harunganin (3), harunganol A (4), harunganol B (5), friedelan-3-one (6) and betulinic acid (7). The structure of the compound (1) was assigned as 3,5,8,9-tetrahydroxy-2,4,4-tri-(3,3-dimethylallyl)-6-methyl-1-(4H)-anthracenone, by means of spectroscopic analysis. The anti-plasmodial activity of the isolated compounds was evaluated in culture against W2 strain of Plasmodium falciparum. All the compounds were found to be active against the Plasmodium parasites with bazouanthrone (1) showing particular potency (IC50=1.80 microM).  相似文献
