Orange crystals of Cs(4)Th(4)P(4)Se(26) were grown from the reaction of (232)Th and P in a Cs(2)Se(3)/Se molten salt flux at 750 degrees C. Cs(4)Th(4)P(4)Se(26) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with the unit cell parameters: a = 12.0130(6), b = 14.5747(7), c = 27.134(1) A; Z = 8. The compound exhibits a three-dimensional structure, consisting of dimeric [Th(2)Se(13)] polyhedral units. The two crystallographically independent, nine-coordinate, bicapped trigonal prismatic thorium atoms share a triangular face to form the dimer, and each dimer edge-shares two selenium atoms with two other dimers to form kinked chains along the [010] direction. While this structure shares features of the previously reported Rb(4)U(4)P(4)Se(26), including phosphorus in the 5+ oxidation state, careful inspection of the structure reveals that the selenophosphate anion that knits the structure together in three directions in both compounds is a unique (P(2)Se(9))(6-) anion. The formula may be described best as [Cs(2)Th(2)(P(2)Se(9))(Se(2))(2)](2). The (P(2)Se(9))(6-) anion features a nearly linear Se-Se-Se backbone with an angle of 171 degrees and Se-Se distances that are approximately 0.2-0.3 A longer than the typical single Se-Se bond. Magnetic studies confirm that this phase contains Th(IV). Raman data for this compound is reported, and structural comparisons will be drawn to its uranium analogue, Rb(4)U(4)P(4)Se(26).  相似文献

The reaction between [Pd(2)(dba)(3)] (dba = dibenzylideneacetone), tributylphosphine, and a bis(cycloalkeno)-1,4-diselenin leads to either a mononuclear diselenolene [Pd[SeC(R(1))=C(R(2))Se](PBu(3))(2)] or a dinuclear diselenolene [Pd(2)[SeC(R(1))=C(R(2))Se](2)(PBu(3))(2)] [R(1), R(2) = (CH(2))(n), n = 4, 5, 6] depending on the stoichiometry employed. Treatment of the dinuclear diselenolenes with 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) provides a high-yielding route to the mononuclear species [Pd[SeC(R(1))=C(R(2))Se](dppe)]. All new compounds have been characterized by standard spectroscopic and analytical techniques, in particular by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy; the structure of each of the mononuclear tributylphosphine complexes has been determined by X-ray crystallography. Computational studies show that the observed asymmetry of the diselenolenes in the solid state is a result primarily of intramolecular repulsive interactions between the ligands.  相似文献

The selenophosphates A2P2Se6 (A = K, Rb) crystallize in the chiral trigonal space group P3121, with a = 7.2728(9) A, c = 18.872(4) A, and Z = 3 at 298(2) K and a = 14.4916(7) A, c = 18.7999(17) A, and Z = 12 at 173(2) K for K+ salt and a = 7.2982(5) A, c = 19.0019(16) A, and Z = 3 at 100(2) K for Rb+ salt. The A2P2Se6 feature parallel one-dimensional helical chains of 1/infinity[P2Se62-] which depict an oxidative polymerization of the ethane-like [P2Se6]4- anion. On cooling well below room temperature K2P2Se6 exhibits a displacive phase transition to a crystallographic subgroup and forms a superstructure with a cell doubling along the a- and b-axes. The Rb analogue does not exhibit the phase transition. The compounds are air stable and show reversible glass-crystal phase-change behavior with a band gap red shift of 0.11 and 0.22 eV for K+ and Rb+ salts, respectively. Raman spectroscopy, 31P magic angle spinning solid-state NMR, and pair distribution function (PDF) analysis for crystalline and glassy K2P2Se6 give further understanding of the phase transition and the local structure of the amorphous state. K2P2Se6 exhibits excellent mid-IR transparency and a strong second harmonic generation (SHG) response. The SHG response is type-I phase-matchable and in the wavelength range of 1000-2000 nm was measured to be 50 times larger than that of the commercially used material AgGaSe2. Glassy K2P2Se6 also exhibits an SHG response without the application of electric field poling. In connection with the NLO properties the thermal expansion coefficients for K2P2Se6 are reported.  相似文献

A new niobium(V) silicate, Rb(2)(Nb(2)O(4))(Si(2)O(6)).H(2)O, has been synthesized by a high-temperature, high-pressure hydrothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and solid-state NMR spectroscopy. It crystallizes in the tetragonal space group P4(3)22 (No. 95) with a = 7.3431(2) A, c = 38.911(3) A, and Z = 8. Its structure contains tetrameric units of the composition Nb(4)O(18), which share corners to form a layer of niobium oxide. The Nb-O layer is a slice of the pyrochlore structure. Neighboring Nb-O layers are linked by vierer single-ring silicates generating eight-ring and six-ring channels running parallel to <100> directions, in which the Rb(+) cations and water molecules reside. The tantalum analogue was prepared and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction. Upon heating to 500 degrees C, Rb(2)(Nb(2)O(4))(Si(2)O(6)).H(2)O loses lattice water molecules, while the framework structure is retained to give the anhydrous compound Rb(2)(Nb(2)O(4))(Si(2)O(6)), whose structure was also characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The dehydrated sample absorbs water reversibly, as indicated by powder X-ray diffraction. Rb(2)(Nb(2)O(4))(Si(2)O(6)) crystallizes in the tetragonal space group I4(1) (No. 80) with a = 10.2395(6) A, c = 38.832(3) A, and Z = 16.  相似文献

Two new vanadoselenites, [SeV(3)O(11)](3)(-) and [Se(2)V(2)O(10)](2)(-), were synthesized by reacting SeO(2) with VO(3)(-). Single-crystal X-ray structural analyses of [(n-C(4)H(9))(4)N](3)[SeV(3)O(11)].0.5H(2)O [orthorhombic, space group P2(1)2(1)2, a = 22.328(5) A, b = 44.099(9) A, c = 12.287(3) A, Z = 8] and [[(C(6)H(5))(3)P](2)N](2)[Se(2)V(2)O(10)] [monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 12.2931(3) A, b = 13.5101(3) A, c = 20.9793(5) A, beta = 106.307(1) degrees, Z = 2] revealed that both anions are composed of Se(x)()V(4)(-)(x)()O(4) rings. The (51)V, (77)Se, and (17)O NMR spectra established that both [SeV(3)O(11)](3)(-) and [Se(2)V(2)O(10)](2)(-) anions maintain this ring structure in solution.  相似文献

The site-differentiated, cyanide-substituted hexanuclear rhenium(III) selenide clusters cis- and trans-[Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(4)(CN)(2)] and [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(CN)](+) have been prepared from heterogeneous reactions of the corresponding iodo clusters with AgCN in refluxing chloroform. Isolated yields are 68%, 46%, and 64% for cis-[Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(4)(CN)(2)], trans-[Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(4)(CN)(2)], and [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(CN)](+), respectively. The new compounds are air- and water-stable and are characterized by X-ray diffraction crystallography, (31)P NMR and IR spectroscopies, and FAB mass spectrometry. In related work, the solvent exchange rates of two site-differentiated monosolvate clusters, [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(MeCN)](SbF(6))(2) and [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(Me(2)SO)](SbF(6))(2), in neat solvents were measured by (1)H NMR. These clusters are substitutionally inert; k approximately 10(-)(5)-10(-)(6) s(-)(1) at 318 K. Activation parameters indicate a dissociative ligand exchange mechanism; DeltaH() values obtained from least-squares fitting of temperature-dependent kinetics data exceed RT by a factor of ca. 50 over the temperature range studied. These results demonstrate that the substitutional lability encountered in a previous study of cluster photophysics (Gray, T. G.; Rudzinski, C. M.; Nocera, D. G.; Holm, R. H. Inorg. Chem. 1999, 38, 5932) cannot result from ground-state thermal reactions.  相似文献

The alkali metal/group 4 metal/polychalcogenides Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13), Rb(4)Ti(3)S(14), Cs(4)Ti(3)S(14), Rb(4)Hf(3)S(14), Rb(4)Zr(3)Se(14), Cs(4)Zr(3)Se(14), and Cs(4)Hf(3)Se(14) have been synthesized by means of the reactive flux method at 823 or 873 K. Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13) crystallizes in a new structure type in space group C(2)(2)-P2(1) with eight formula units in a monoclinic cell at T = 153 K of dimensions a = 10.2524(6) A, b = 32.468(2) A, c = 14.6747(8) A, beta = 100.008(1) degrees. Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13) is composed of four independent one-dimensional [Ti(3)Se(13)(4-)] chains separated by Cs(+) cations. These chains adopt hexagonal closest packing along the [100] direction. The [Ti(3)Se(13)(4-)] chains are built from the face- and edge-sharing of pentagonal pyramids and pentagonal bipyramids. Formal oxidation states cannot be assigned in Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13). The compounds Rb(4)Ti(3)S(14), Cs(4)Ti(3)S(14), Rb(4)Hf(3)S(14), Rb(4)Zr(3)Se(14), Cs(4)Zr(3)Se(14), and Cs(4)Hf(3)Se(14) crystallize in the K(4)Ti(3)S(14) structure type with four formula units in space group C(2)(h)()(6)-C2/c of the monoclinic system at T = 153 K in cells of dimensions a = 21.085(1) A, b = 8.1169(5) A, c = 13.1992(8) A, beta = 112.835(1) degrees for Rb(4)Ti(3)S(14);a = 21.329(3) A, b = 8.415(1) A, c = 13.678(2) A, beta = 113.801(2) degrees for Cs(4)Ti(3)S(14); a = 21.643(2) A, b = 8.1848(8) A, c = 13.331(1) A, beta = 111.762(2) degrees for Rb(4)Hf(3)S(14); a = 22.605(7) A, b = 8.552(3) A, c = 13.880(4) A, beta = 110.919(9) degrees for Rb(4)Zr(3)Se(14); a = 22.826(5) A, b = 8.841(2) A, c = 14.278(3) A, beta = 111.456(4) degrees for Cs(4)Zr(3)Se(14); and a = 22.758(5) A, b = 8.844(2) A, c = 14.276(3) A, beta = 111.88(3) degrees for Cs(4)Hf(3)Se(14). These A(4)M(3)Q(14) compounds (A = alkali metal; M = group 4 metal; Q = chalcogen) contain hexagonally closest-packed [M(3)Q(14)(4-)] chains that run in the [101] direction and are separated by A(+) cations. Each [M(3)Q(14)(4-)] chain is built from a [M(3)Q(14)] unit that consists of two MQ(7) pentagonal bipyramids or one distorted MQ(8) bicapped octahedron bonded together by edge- or face-sharing. Each [M(3)Q(14)] unit contains six Q(2)(2-) dimers, with Q-Q distances in the normal single-bond range 2.0616(9)-2.095(2) A for S-S and 2.367(1)-2.391(2) A for Se-Se. The A(4)M(3)Q(14) compounds can be formulated as (A(+))(4)(M(4+))(3)(Q(2)(2-))(6)(Q(2-))(2).  相似文献

The new compounds Rb(3)(AlQ(2))(3)(GeQ(2))(7) [Q = S (1), Se (2)] feature the 3D anionic open framework [(AlQ(2))(3)(GeQ(2))(7)](3-) in which aluminum and germanium share tetrahedral coordination sites. Rb ions are located in channels formed by the connection of 8, 10, and 16 (Ge/Al)S(4) tetrahedra. The isostructural sulfur and selenium derivatives crystallize in the space group P2(1)/c. 1: a = 6.7537(3) ?, b = 37.7825(19) ?, c = 6.7515(3) ?, and β = 90.655(4)°. 2: a = 7.0580(5) ?, b = 39.419(2) ?, c = 7.0412(4) ?, β = 90.360(5)°, and Z = 2 at 190(2) K. The band gaps of the congruently melting chalcogenogermanates are 3.1 eV (1) and 2.4 eV (2).  相似文献

The compounds [K(18-crown-6)](3)[Ir(Se(4))(3)] (1), [K(2.2.2-cryptand)](3)[Ir(Se(4))(3)].C(6)H(5)CH(3) (2), and [K(18-crown-6)(DMF)(2)][Ir(NCCH(3))(2)(Se(4))(2)] (3) (DMF = dimethylformamide) have been prepared from the reaction of [Ir(NCCH(3))(2)(COE)(2)][BF(4)] (COE = cyclooctene) with polyselenide anions in acetonitrile/DMF. Analogous reactions utilizing [Rh(NCCH(3))(2)(COE)(2)][BF(4)] as a Rh source produce homologues of the Ir complexes; these have been characterized by (77)Se NMR spectroscopy. [NH(4)](3)[Ir(S(6))(3)].H(2)O.0.5CH(3)CH(2)OH (4) has been synthesized from the reaction of IrCl(3).nH(2)O with aqueous (NH(4))(2)S(m)(). In the structure of [K(18-crown-6)](3)[Ir(Se(4))(3)] (1) the Ir(III) center is chelated by three Se(4)(2)(-) ligands to form a distorted octahedral anion. The structure contains a disordered racemate of the Deltalambdalambdalambda and Lambdadeltadeltadelta conformers. The K(+) cations are pulled out of the planes of the crowns and interact with Se atoms of the [Ir(Se(4))(3)](3)(-) anion. [K(2.2.2-cryptand)](3)[Ir(Se(4))(3)].C(6)H(5)CH(3) (2) possesses no short K.Se interactions; here the [Ir(Se(4))(3)](3)(-) anion crystallizes as the Deltalambdalambdadelta/Lambdadeltadeltalambda racemate. In the crystal structure of [K(18-crown-6)(DMF)(2)][Ir(NCCH(3))(2)(Se(4))(2)] (3), the K(+) cation is coordinated by an 18-crown-6 ligand and two DMF molecules and the anion comprises an octahedral Ir(III) center bound by two chelating Se(4)(2)(-) chains and two trans acetonitrile groups. The [Ir(Se(4))(3)](3)(-) and [Rh(Se(4))(3)](3)(-) anions undergo conformational transformations as a function of temperature, as observed by (77)Se NMR spectroscopy. The thermodynamics of these transformations are: [Ir(Se(4))(3)](3)(-), DeltaH = 2.5(5) kcal mol(-)(1), DeltaS = 11.5(2.2) eu; [Rh(Se(4))(3)](3)(-), DeltaH = 5.2(7) kcal mol(-)(1), DeltaS = 24.7(3.0) eu.  相似文献

N-[2-P(i-Pr)(2)-4-methylphenyl](2)(-) (PNP) pincer complexes of tin(IV) and tin(II), [(PNP)SnCl(3)] (2) and [(PNP)SnN(SiMe(3))(2)] (3), respectively, were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction, solution and solid state NMR spectroscopy, and (119)Sn M?ssbauer spectroscopy. Furthermore, (119)Sn cross polarization magic angle spinning NMR spectroscopic data of [Sn(NMe(2))(2)](2) are reported. Compound 2 is surprisingly stable toward air, but attempts to substitute chloride ligands caused decomposition.  相似文献

Tri-nuclear allyl-palladium complexes, [Pd(μ-SeCH(2)CH(2)COOR)(η(3)-C(3)H(4)R')](3) (R = H, Me, Et and R' = H, Me), have been synthesized by the reaction of [Pd(2)(μ-Cl)(2)(η(3)-C(3)H(4)R')(2)] with NaSeCH(2)CH(2)COOR. These complexes exist in a dynamic equilibrium with a dimeric form in solution and are fluxional at room temperature as shown by variable temperature (1)H NMR spectroscopy. The DFT calculations indicate that there is a negligible energy difference between the dimer and the trimer, and suggest that the delicate balance between the steric factors and angular strain decides the reaction products. These complexes (with R' = H) on treatment with [Pd(2)(μ-Cl)(2)(η(3)-C(3)H(5))(2)] afforded hetero-bridged complexes [Pd(2)(μ-Cl)(μ-SeCH(2)CH(2)COOR)(η(3)-C(3)H(5))(2)] (R = Me, Et). All the complexes have been characterized by NMR ((1)H, (13)C, (77)Se) spectroscopy. The molecular structure of [Pd(μ-SeCH(2)CH(2)COOEt)(η(3)-C(3)H(5))](3) revealed a chair conformation of the six-membered Pd(3)Se(3) ring, in which all the allyl groups lie at one side of the ring (similar to three axial 1,3,5-hydrogens of cyclohexane). Thermolysis of [Pd(μ-SeCH(2)CH(2)COOEt)(η(3)-C(3)H(5))](n) in diphenyl ether or hexadecylamine (HDA) yielded Pd(7)Se(4) as characterized by powder XRD.  相似文献

Two novel metal polyselenides, KPdCu(Se(2))(Se(3)) (I) and RbPdCu(Se(2))(Se(3)) (II), have been synthesized from solvothermal reactions in superheated ethylenediamine at 160 degrees C. The isostructural compounds crystallize in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/m, Z = 2, with a = 6.145(1) A, b = 7.268(1) A, c = 8.865(2) A, beta = 102.41(3) degrees for I, and a = 6.253(1) A, b = 7.267(1) A, c = 8.993(2) A, beta = 102.28(3) degrees for II. Their crystal structures are two-dimensional networks with [PdCu(Se(2))(Se(3))](-) anionic layers built from one-dimensional [Pd(Se(2))(Se(3))](2)(-) "chains" that are "stitched" together by tetrahedrally coordinated Cu atoms. The DSC data show that I and II are stable up to 400 degrees C and decompose at ca. 436 and 424 degrees C, respectively. Both compounds are narrow band-gap semiconductors with estimated band gaps of about 0.7 eV (I) and 0.8 eV (II), respectively. They are the first structurally characterized quaternary copper palladium polychalcogenides with a (Se(2))(2)(-) and a (Se(3))(2)(-) fragment, both exhibiting interesting and unusual metal-selenium coordination.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions in the V(2)O(5)-SeO(2)-AOH systems (A = Na, K, Rb, Cs, NH(4)) were studied with various reagent mole ratios. Typical millimole ratios were V(2)O(5)/SeO(2)/AOH = 5 or 3/15/x in 10-mL aqueous solutions, where x was 5, 10, 15, and 20. The reactions with x = 5 for A = K, Rb, Cs, and NH(4) at 230 degrees C produced single-phase products of the general formula AV(3)Se(2)O(12) with the (NH(4))(VO)(3)(SeO(3))(2) structure type. The x = 15 reactions for A = Rb and Cs yielded AVSeO(5) phases with a new structure type. The crystal structure for CsVSeO(5) was determined with X-ray single-crystal diffraction techniques to be monoclinic (P2(1) (No. 4), a = 7.887(3) ?, b = 7.843(2) ?, c = 9.497(3) ?, beta = 92.13(3) degrees, Z = 4). The structure of this compound consists of interwoven helixes extended in all three directions. The spires are composed of alternating SeO(3) and VO(5) units sharing common-edge oxygens in all three directions. For A = K and NH(4), the reactions of this mole ratio did not produce any identifiable phases. Each of the compounds is characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopic, and thermogravimetric techniques. The dependency of the synthesis results on the reaction conditions is discussed and rationalized.  相似文献

The reactions of Pd(II) ions with starburst ligands 1,3,5-tris(di-2-pyridylamino)benzene (tdab) and 2,4,6-tris(di-2-pyridylamino)-1,3,5-triazene (tdat) have been investigated. Complexes with the Pd:tdab (or tdat) ratio being 1:1 and 3:1 have been isolated and characterized. The structures of five new Pd(II) complexes containing the starburst ligands have been determined by X-ray diffraction analyses, which include chelate compounds [PdCl(2)(tdab)], 1, [(PdCl(2))(3)(tdab)], 2, [(Pd(OAc)(2))(3)(tdab)], 4, and [(Pd(OAc)(2))(3)(tdat)], 5, and a cyclometalated compound [Pd(OAc)(NCN-tdab)], 3. The Pd(II) ion in the 1:1 compound 1 is chelated by two pyridyl groups. Similarly, each Pd(II) center in the 3:1 compounds 2, 4, and 5 is chelated by two pyridyl groups. However, these three compounds display distinct structural features: 2 adopts a "bowl-shaped" structure, 4 has a "pinwheel"-like structure, and 5 has a "up-and-down" structure. Compounds 4 and 5 were examined in solution by variable-temperature (1)H NMR, which revealed that both compounds retain the "pinwheel" and the "up-and-down" structure, respectively. The observed structural preference by 4 and 5 is attributed to both electronic and steric factors.  相似文献

A series of group 6 transition metal half-sandwich complexes with 1,1-dichalcogenide ligands have been prepared by the reactions of Cp*MCl(4)(Cp* = eta(5)-C(5)Me(5); M = Mo, W) with the potassium salt of 2,2-dicyanoethylene-1,1-dithiolate, (KS)(2)C=C(CN)(2) (K(2)-i-mnt), or the analogous seleno compound, (KSe)(2)C=C(CN)(2) (K(2)-i-mns). The reaction of Cp*MCl(4) with (KS)(2)C=C(CN)(2) in a 1:3 molar ratio in CH(3)CN gave rise to K[Cp*M(S(2)C=C(CN)(2))(2)] (M = Mo, 1a, 74%; M = W, 2a, 46%). Under the same conditions, the reaction of Cp*MoCl(4) with 3 equiv of (KSe)(2)C=C(CN)(2) afforded K[Cp*Mo(Se(2)C=C(CN)(2))(2)] (3a) and K[Cp*Mo(Se(2)C=C(CN)(2))(Se(Se(2))C=C(CN)(2))] (4) in respective yields of 45% and 25%. Cation exchange reactions of 1a, 2a, and 3a with Et(4)NBr resulted in isolation of (Et(4)N)[Cp*Mo(S(2)C=C(CN)(2))(2)] (1b), (Et(4)N)[Cp*W(S(2)C=C(CN)(2))(2)] (2b), and (Et(4)N)[Cp*Mo(Se(2)C=C(CN)(2))(2)] (3b), respectively. Complex 4 crystallized with one THF and one CH(3)CN molecule as a three-dimensional network structure. Inspection of the reaction of Cp*WCl(4) with (KSe)(2)C=C(CN)(2) by ESI-MS revealed the existence of three species in CH(3)CN, [Cp*W(Se(2)C=C(CN)(2))(2)]-, [Cp*W(Se(2)C=C(CN)(2))(Se(Se(2))C=C(CN)(2))]-, and [Cp*W(Se(Se(2))C=C(CN)(2))(2)]-, of which [Cp*W(Se(2)C=C(CN)(2))(Se(Se(2))C=C(CN)(2))]-(5) was isolated as the main product. Treatment of 2a with 1/4 equiv of S(8) in refluxing THF resulted in sulfur insertion and gave rise to K[Cp*W(S(2)C=C(CN)(2))(S(S(2))C=C(CN)(2))](6), which crystallized with two THF molecules forming a three-dimensional network structure. 6 can also be prepared by refluxing 2a with 1/4 equiv of S(8) in THF. 3a readily added one Se atom upon treatment with 1 mol of Se powder in THF to give 4 in high yield, while the treatment of 3a or 4 with 2 equiv of Na(2)Se in THF led to formation of a dinuclear complex [(Cp*Mo)(2)(mu-Se)(mu-Se(Se(3))C=C(CN)(2))] (7). The structure of 7 consists of two Cp*Mo units bridged by a Se(2-) and a [Se(Se(3))C=C(CN)(2)](2-) ligand in which the triselenido group is arranged in a nearly linear way (163 degrees). The reaction of 2a with 2 equiv of CuBr in CH(3)CN yielded a trinuclear complex [Cp*WCu(2)(mu-Br)(mu(3)-S(2)C=C(CN)(2))(2)] (8), which crystallized with one CH(3)CN and generated a one-dimensional chain polymer through bonding of Cu to the N of the cyano groups.  相似文献

Complexes [Zn[Se(2)P(OEt)(2)](2)]( infinity ) (1) and [Zn(2)[Se(2)P(O(i)Pr)(2)](4)] (2) are prepared from the reaction of Zn(ClO(4))(2).6H(2)O and (NH(4))[Se(2)P(OR)(2)] (R = Et and (i)Pr) in a molar ratio of 1:2 in deoxygenated water at room temperature. Positive FAB mass spectra show m/z peaks at 968.8 (Zn(2)L(3)(+)) and 344.8 (ZnL(+)) for 1 and m/z at 1052.8 (Zn(2)L(3)(+)) for 2. (1)H NMR spectra exhibit chemical shifts at delta 1.43 and 4.23 ppm for 1 and 1.41 and 4.87 ppm for 2 due to Et and (i)Pr group of dsep ligands. While the solid-state structure of compound 1 is a one-dimensional polymer via symmetrically bridging dsep ligands, complex 2 in the crystalline state exists as a dimer. In both 1 and 2, zinc atoms are connected by two bridging dsep ligands with an additional chelating ligand at each zinc atom. The dsep ligands exhibit bimetallic biconnective (micro(2), eta(2)) and monometallic biconnective (eta(2)) coordination patterns. Thus, each zinc atom is coordinated by four selenium atoms from two bridging and one chelating dsep ligands and the geometry around zinc is distorted tetrahedral. The Zn-Se distances range between 2.422 and 2.524 A. From variable-temperature (31)P NMR studies it has been found that monomer and dimer of the complex are in equilibrium in solution via exchange of bridging and chelating ligands. However, at temperature above 40 degrees C the complex exists as a monomer and shows a very sharp peak while with lowering of the temperature the percentage of dimer increases gradually at the expense of monomer. Below -90 degrees C the complex exists as a dimer and two peaks are observed with equal intensities which are due to bridging and chelating ligands. (77)Se NMR spectra of both complexes at -30 degrees C exhibit three doublets due to the presence of monomer and dimer in solution.  相似文献

The preparation of two new families of hexanuclear rhenium cluster complexes containing benzonitrile and phenyl-substituted tetrazolate ligands is described. Specifically, we report the preparation of a series of cluster complexes with the formula [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)L](2+) where L = benzonitrile, p-aminobenzonitrile, p-methoxybenzonitrile, p-acetylbenzonitrile, or p-nitrobenzonitrile. All of these complexes undergo a [2 + 3] cycloaddition with N(3)(-) to generate the corresponding [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(5-(p-X-phenyl)tetrazol-2-yl)](+) (or [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(2,5-p-X-phenyltetrazolate)](+)) cluster complexes, where X = NH(2), OMe, H, COCH(3), or NO(2). Crystal structure data are reported for three compounds: [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(p-acetylbenzonitrile)](BF(4))(2)?MeCN, [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(2,5-phenyltetrazolate)](BF(4))?CH(2)Cl(2), and [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(2,5-p-aminophenyltetrazolate)](BF(4)). Treatment of [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(2,5-phenyltetrazolate)](BF(4)) with HBF(4) in CD(3)CN at 100 °C leads to protonation of the tetrazolate ring and formation of [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(CD(3)CN)](2+). Surprisingly, alkylation of the phenyl and methyl tetrazolate complexes ([Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(2,5-N(4)CPh)](BF(4)) and [Re(6)Se(8)(PEt(3))(5)(1,5-N(4)CMe)](BF(4))) with methyl iodide and benzyl bromide, leads to the formation of mixtures of 1,5- and 2,5-disubstituted tetrazoles.  相似文献

Fluorescent carbazole-based dipyrazole ligands (H(2)L(1-4)) were employed to coordinate with dipalladium corners ([(phen)(2)Pd(2)(NO(3))(2)](NO(3))(2), [(dmbpy)(2)Pd(2)(NO(3))(2)](NO(3))(2), or [(15-crown-5-phen)(2)Pd(2)(NO(3))(2)](NO(3))(2), where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline and dmbpy = 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine, in aqueous solution to afford a series of positively charged [M(8)L(4)](8+) or [M(4)L(2)](4+) multimetallomacrocycles with remarkable water solubility. Their structures were characterized by (1)H NMR spectroscopy, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis and in the cases of 1·8BF(4)(-) ([(phen)(8)Pd(8)L(1)(4)](BF(4))(8)), and 3·4BF(4)(-) ([(phen)(4)Pd(4)L(2)(2)](BF(4))(4)) by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complexes 3-8 are square-type hybrid metallomacrocycles, while complexes 1 and 2 exhibit folding cyclic structures. Interestingly, in single-crystal structures of 1·8BF(4)(-) and 3·4BF(4)(-), BF(4)(-) anions are trapped in the dipalladium clips through anion-π interaction. The luminescence properties and interaction toward anions of these metallomacrocycles were discussed.  相似文献

Two new thorium chalcophosphates have been synthesized by the reactive flux method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, diffuse reflectance, and Raman spectroscopy: Cs4Th2P6S18 (I); Rb7Th2P6Se21 (II). Compound I crystallizes as colorless blocks in the triclinic space group P1 (No. 2) with a = 12.303(4) A, b = 12.471(4) A, c = 12.541(4) A, alpha = 114.607(8) degrees, beta = 102.547(6) degrees, gamma = 99.889(7) degrees, and Z = 2. The structure consists of (Th2P6S18)(4-) layers separated by layers of cesium cations and only contains the (P2S6)(4-) building block. Compound II crystallizes as red blocks in the triclinic space group P1 (No. 2) with a = 11.531(3) A, b = 12.359(4) A, c = 16.161(5) A, alpha = 87.289(6) degrees, beta = 75.903(6) degrees, gamma = 88.041(6) degrees, and Z = 2. The structure consists of linear chains of (Th2P6Se21)(7-) separated by rubidium cations. Compound II contains both the (PSe4)(3-) and (P2Se6)(4-) building blocks. Both structures may be derived from two known rare earth structures where a rare earth site is replaced by an alkali or actinide metal to form these novel structures. Optical band gap measurements show that compound I has a band gap of 2.8 eV and compound II has a band gap of 2.0 eV. Solid-state Raman spectroscopy of compound I shows the vibrations expected for the (P2S6)(4-) unit. Raman spectroscopy of compound II shows the vibrations expected for both (PSe4)(3-) and (P2Se6)(4-) units. Our work shows the remarkable diversity of the actinide chalcophosphate system and demonstrates the phase space is still ripe to discover new structures.  相似文献
