Two complexes, namely, triaqua(18-crown-6)strontium dibromide monohydrate (I) and diaquabromo(18-crown-6)barium bromide (II), are synthesized. Their crystal structures are determined by X-ray diffraction analyses. For complex I, space group C2/c, a = 17.547 Å, b = 10.246 Å, c = 14.786 Å, β = 123.08°, Z = 4. For complex II, space group Pnma, a = 17.753 Å, b = 17.465 Å, c = 6.629 Å, Z = 4. The structures are solved by a direct method and refined by the full-matrix least-squares method in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.056 (I) and 0.042 (II) for 2696 (I) and 2440 (II) independent reflections (CAD-4 automated diffractometer, λMoK α radiation). Both complex cations—randomly disordered [Sr(18C6)(H2O)3]2+ in complex I and [BaBr(18C6)(H2O)2]+ in complex II—are of the host-guest type. The Sr2+ (Ba2+) cation resides in the cavity of the 18-crown-6 ligand and coordinated by all six O atoms. In the structures complexes I and II, the coordination polyhedra of the Sr2+ and Ba2+ cations (coordination number 9) can be described as distorted hexagonal bipyramids with one apex at the O atom of the water molecule in complex I or at the Br? ligand in complex II and the other split apex at the O atoms of two water molecules.  相似文献

The (DienH3)[AuCl4]3 · H2O (I) and (DienH3)2[AuCl4]Cl5 (II) compounds were obtained by the reaction of HAuCl4 with diethylenetriamine trihydrochloride (DienH3Cl3) in hydrochloric acid. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, and IR spectroscopy. Crystals of I and II are monoclinic with space group P21/n. For I, a = 12.2314(3) Å, b = 14.6077(5) Å, c = 13.2680(5) Å, β = 106.7350(10)°, V = 2270.22(13) Å3, Z = 8. For II, a = 6.62990(10) Å, b = 17.9026(5) Å, c = 10.3661(3) Å, β = 101.9230(10)°, V = 1203.83(5) Å3, Z = 2. Both structures are ionic. The gold atoms in I and II have a 4 + 2 coordination environment. The Au-Cl bond lengths are within 2.276–2.294 Å, and the axial Au…Cl contacts are within 3.315–3.405 Å. The diethylenetriammonium cation in I and II has different conformations.  相似文献

The nickel(II) complexes dichlorobis(1-tert-butylimidazole-2-thione)nickel(II) [Ni(tm t-Bu)2Cl2] (1), dinitratobis(1-tert-butylimidazole-2-thione)nickel(II) [Ni(tm t-Bu)2(NO3)2] (2), dichloro-bis(3-phenyl-5-methyl-pyrazole)(1-tert-butylimidazole-2-thione)nickel(II) [Ni(pzPh,MeH)2(tm t-Bu)Cl2] (3) and dinitratobis(3-phenyl-5-methyl-pyrazole)(1-tert-butylimidazole-2-thione)nickel(II) [Ni(pzPh,MeH)2(tm t-Bu)(NO3)2] (4) have been synthesized and studied. The single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out for 1 and 4 {Bruker Kappa Apex-II CCD diffractometer, MoK α radiation}. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic C2/c, a = 16.949(2) Å, b = 8.6647(10) Å, c = 15.461(3) Å, β = 117.662(4)°, V = 2011.1(5) Å3, Z = 4, D calc = 1.460 g/cm3. Crystal data for 4: triclinic P-1, a = 9.9775(7) Å, b = 11.2254(8) Å, c = 14.8068(10) Å, α = 75.401(4)°, β = 87.422(4)°, γ = 74.874(4)°, V = 1548.86(19) Å3, Z = 2, D calc = 1.405 g/cm3. Coordination core of complex 1 adopts distorted tetrahedral geometry whereas core 4 has distorted octahedral geometry. The bonded nitrates are of two types coordinating as monodentate and bidentate ligands.  相似文献

Powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been performed for anhydrous nitrate complexes Rb2[Pd(NO3)4] (I) and Cs2[Pd(NO3)4] (II). Crystal data for I: a = 7.843(1) Å, b = 7.970(1) Å, c = 9.725(1) Å; β = 100.39(1)°, V = 597.9(1) Å 3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d calc = 2.918 g/cm3; for II: a = 10.309(2) Å, b = 10.426(2) Å, c = 11.839(2) Å; β = 108.17(3)°, V = 1209.0(4) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 4, d calc = 3.408 g/cm3. The structures are formed by isolated [Pd(NO3)4]2? complex anions and alkali metal cations. The plane-square environment of the Pd atom is formed from the oxygen atoms of the monodentate nitrate groups. The geometrical characteristics of the complex anions are analyzed. Compound II has a short contact Pd...Cs 3.252 Å.  相似文献

The complex of terbium(III) with dipivaloylmethane (2,2,6,6-tetramethylheptane-3,5-dione = Htmhd) [Tb(tmhd)3]2 (1) and two its adducts with bipyridyl (Bipy) and phenanthroline (Tb(tmhd)3·Bipy (2) and Tb(tmhd)3·Phen (3)) are synthesized and analyzed by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystals of [Tb(tmhd)3]2 (1) belong to the monoclinic crystal system: P21/n space group, a = 12.2238(2) Å, b = 27.6369(5) Å, c = 21.8740(4) Å, β = 105.146(1)°, V = 7133.0(2)Å3, Z = 4; the crystals of Tb(tmhd)3·Bipy (2) and Tb(tmhd)3·Phen (3) belong to the triclinic crystal system with unit cell parameters: (2) \(P\bar 1\) space group, a = 11.0554(6) Å, b = 12.2761(7) Å, c = 17.7096(8) Å, α = 77.457(2)°, β = 85.557(2)°, γ = 69.659(2)°, V = 2199.8(2) Å3, Z = 2; (3) \(P\bar 1\) space group, a = 10.8814(3) Å, b = 12.2852(4) Å, c = 18.3590(6) Å, α = 80.463(1)°, β = 87.587(1)°, γ = 68.640(1)°, V = 2253.6(1) Å3, Z = 2. The structures of the complexes are molecular and involve isolated [Tb2(tmhd)6] (1), Tb(tmhd)3·Bipy (2), and Tb(tmhd)3·Phen (3) molecules. The thermal properties of the obtained terbium complexes are studied by TG-DTA.  相似文献

Two crystalline host-guest complexes are synthesized and studied using X-ray diffraction analysis: (18-crown-6)sodium tribromide [Na(18-crown-6)]+ · Br 3 ? (I) and (18-crown-6)potassium tribromide (with an admixture of bromodiiodide) [K(18-crown-6)]+ · (Br0.25I2.75)? (II). The structures of compound I (space group P21/n, a = 8.957 Å, b = 8.288 Å, c = 14.054 Å, β = 104.80°, Z = 2) and compound II (space group Cc, a = 8.417 Å, b = 15.147 Å, c = 17.445 Å, β = 99.01°, Z = 4) are solved by a direct method and refined by the full-matrix least-squares method in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.098 (I) and 0.036 (II) for all 2311 (I) and 2678 (II) independent measured reflections on a CAD-4 automated diffractometer (λMoK α). Similar crystalline complexes I and II exist as infinite chains of alternating complex cations and trihalide anions linked to each other through weak Na-Br or K-I coordination bonds. In [Na(18-crown-6)]+ and [K(18-crown-6)]+ complex cations, the Na+ or K+ cation (coordination number is eight) is located in the center of the cavity of the 18-crown-6 ligand and coordinated by the six O atoms and two terminal Br or I atoms of two trihalide anions lying on opposite sides of the rms plane of the crown ligand.  相似文献

Two new complexes were synthesized, namely, 7: 2 (2.2.2-cryptand)potassium chloride and (2.2.2-cryptand)ammonium bromide(0.75)chloride(0.25) hydrates: [M(Crypt-222)]+ · Hal? · 3.5H2O, where M = K, Hal = Cl (I) and M = NH4, Hal = Br0.75Cl0.25 (II). The structures of two isomorphous crystals were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. Trigonal (space group P \(\bar 3\), Z = 2) structures I (a = 11.763 Å, c = 11.262 Å) and II (a = 11.945 Å, c = 11.337 Å) were solved by direct methods and refined by the full-matrix least-squares method in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.057 (I) and 0.065 (II) for all 2626 (I) and 1654 (II) independent measured reflections (CAD-4 automated diffractometer, λMoK α). In structures I and II, the host-guest [M(Crypt-222)]+ complex cation lies on the threefold crystallographic axis and has the approximate D 3 symmetry. In complex I, the coordination polyhedron of the K+ cation (CN = 8) is a bicapped trigonal prism somewhat distorted toward an antiprism. Complexes I and II contain H-bonded disordered cubes of the water molecules and the Cl? or Br? anions.  相似文献

The paramagnetic complex Cu(HL)Cl2(I) (μeff = 1.88 μB) and the diamagnetic complex Pd(HL)Cl2(II) with chiral α-thiooxime, a derivative of natural terpenoid (?)-α-pinene (HL), were synthesized. The crystal structures of these complexes were determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data (X8 APEX diffractometer, MoK α radiation, 2975 F hkl , R = 0.0258 for I and 3270 F hkl , R = 0.0222 for II). The crystals of complex I are monoclinic, a = 9.3376(3) Å, b = 6.8619(2) Å, c = 14.6540(5) Å, β = 97.814(1)°, V = 930.22(5) Å3, Z = 2, ρcalc = 1.513 g/cm3, space group P21. The crystals of complex II are orthorhombic, a = 7.0084(6) Å, b = 9.2113(9) Å, c = 29.081(3) Å, V = 1877.4(3) Å3, Z = 4, ρcalc = 1.651 g/cm3, space group P212121. The structures are composed of mononuclear molecules. The coordination cores MNSCl2 (M = Cu, Pd) are tetrahedrally distorted squares. According to NMR data, complex II has a similar structure in a CDCl3 solution. The intermolecular contacts in structure I generate supramolecular polymeric ribbons lying parallel to axis b. No short intermolecular contacts are present in complex II.  相似文献

Heteroligand complexes [Co2(HMTA)(iso-Bu2PS2)4] (I) (μeff = 4.67 μB) and [Cd2(HMTA)(iso-Bu2PS2)4] (II) have been synthesized. Single crystals of compounds I and II have been obtained. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 32.622(2) Å, b = 9.4891(6) Å, c = 21.7570(13) Å, β = 125.774(1)o, V = 5464.3(6) Å,3, Z = 4, ρcalcd = 1.331 g/cm3 for I; a = 34.6092(7) Å, b = 9.5595(2) Å, c = 22.3473(5) Å, β = 127.144(1)o, V = 5893.5(2) Å, Z = 4, ρcalcd = 1.355 g/cm3 for II; space group for both complexes C2/c. Structures I and II are based on discrete binuclear molecules. The coordination polyhedra of the Co and Cd atoms are distorted tetragonal pyramids NS4, with the bases formed by four S atoms of two bidentate chelating ligand iso-Bu2PS 2 ? and the axial vertices occupied by N atoms of bidentate bridging HMTA ligand. The character of interaction of the molecules in structures I and II is considered.  相似文献

New double complexes [Co(DMSO)6][SiF6] ? 2H2O (I) and [Co(DMF)3(H2O)3][SiF6] ? DMF (II) have been synthesized and studied by IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Crystals of complex I belong to the tetragonal symmetry system, space group R3?, Z = 3, a = 11.8232(3) Å, c = 18.4699(5) Å, V = 2235.97(10) Å3, ρcalc = 1.573 g/cm3. Double complex salts (DCS) [RuNO(NH3)4(H2O)]2[MCl4]Cl4·2H2O, M = Pt (I) and Pd (II), are prepared and characterized using IR spectroscopy, single crystal and powder X-ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analysis. Crystalline phases of I and II are isostructural (P2(1)/n space group) and have the following crystallographic characteristics: a = 6.689 Å, b = 15.609 Å, c = 12.348 Å, V = 1289.1 Å3, Z = 2, d x = 2.425 g/cm3 (I) and a = 6.637 Å, b = 15.521 Å, c = 12.244 Å, V = 1261.2 Å3, Z = 2, d x = 2.255 g/cm3 (II). The thermolysis of the obtained DCS in the hydrogen atmosphere affords two-phase mixtures of limited solid solutions of the metals: hcp for ruthenium-based ones and fcc for Pt or Pd based solutions. On decomposition in the helium atmosphere the products contain a minor amount of RuO2. For the phases obtained during thermolysis the parameters are determined and the compositions are estimated. The heating of I to 400°C in the helium-air atmosphere yields a nanocrystalline composite Pt+RuO2 with CSR of ~20 nm.  相似文献

A new mononuclear cobalt(III) complex, [CoL2(N3)]2 · CH3OH (I), and a new mononuclear zinc(II) complex, [ZnLCl(CH3OH)] (II) (HL = 4-chloro-2-[(2-morpholin-4-ylethylimino)methyl]phenol), were prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectroscopy, and single- crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of I is monoclinic: space group P21/c, a = 18.742(2) Å, b = 15.197(2) Å, c = 25.646(2) Å, β = 125.996(3)°, V = 5909.8(11) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal of II is monoclinic: space group P21/c, a = 7.257(1) Å, b = 24.707(2) Å, c = 9.637(1) Å, β = 101.557(2)°, V = 1692.9(3) Å3, Z = 4. The Co atom in I is in an octahedral coordination, and the Zn atom in II is in a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination. The urease inhibitory test shows that complex I has strong urease inhibitory activity, while complex II has no activity.  相似文献

Two new square planar complexes with the formula Co(L)2 · CH3OH (1) and Ni(L)2 · CH3OH (2) (HL = HN{C(Me)=NH}2 = N-acetimidoylacetamidine) have been synthesized by solvothermal reactions in methanol/acetonitrile. N-acetimidoylacetamidine ligand was derived from the self-condensation reaction of acetonitrile, and the reaction was promoted by the cooperation of M(II) (M = Co in 1 and M = Ni in 2) with diphenylcarbazide. 1 and 2 are characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and infrared spectrum. Both complexes crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 9.329(6) Å, b = 11.494(7) Å, c = 13.040(8) Å, β = 92.945(11)°, V = 1396.3(16) Å3 and Z = 4 for 1, and a = 9.323(4)Å, b = 11.512(5) Å, c = 13.020(6)Å, β = 92.819(7)°, V = 1395.7(10)Å3 and Z = 4 for 2.  相似文献

Two ethylenediamine derivatives—N-(2-ammoniumethyl)carbamate HN(COO?)CH2CH2N+H3 (I) and tetraacetylethylenediamine (H3CC(O))2NCH2CH2N(C(O)CH3)2 (II) (synthesized for the first time)—have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. Compounds I and II are isolated as minor admixtures upon an attempt to synthesize ethylenediamine complexes of lanthanum and neodymium nitrates, respectively. The crystals of I and II are monoclinic: a = 7.778 Å, b = 8.060 Å, c = 7.568 Å, β = 95.73°, Z = 4, space group P21/c (I); a = 5.946, b = 10.255, c = 9.343 Å, β = 95.72°, Z = 2, space group P21/c (II). The bond lengths and bond angles lie within the corresponding standard values. Compounds I and II have different conformations of the N-C-C-N ethylenediamine moiety: gauche in I and trans in II, and the corresponding torsion angles are equal to 66.6° and 180°, respectively.  相似文献

Two complexes with similar compositions are synthesized: (18-crown-6)(nitrato-O,O′)potassium (I) and (18-crown-6)(nitrato-O,O′)potassium(0.91)silver(0.09) (II). Their isomorphic orthorhombic crystals (space group P212121, Z = 4) are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. Structure I (a = 8.553 Å, b = 11.967 Å, c = 17.871 Å) and structure II (a = 8.540 Å, b = 11.956 Å, c = 17.867 Å) are solved by a direct method and refined by the full-matrix least-squares method in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.044 (I) and 0.055 (II) for all 2385 (I) and 2379 (II) measured independent reflections. Complex molecules [K(NO3)(18-crown-6)] in structure I and [K0.91Ag0.09(NO3)(18-crown-6)] in compound II are of the host-guest type and rather similar in structure. Their 18-crown-6 and NO 3 ? ligands are disordered over two orientations. The K+ cation in complex I and the mixed cation (K0.91Ag0.09)+ in complex II reside in the cavity of the disordered 18-crown-6 ligand and is coordinated by its six O atoms and by two disordered O atoms of the NO 3 ? . ligand. The coordination polyhedron (CN = 8) of the K+ cation in complex I and that of (K0.91Ag0.09)+ cation in complex II is a distorted hexagonal pyramid with a base of six O atoms of the 18-crown-6 ligand and a split vertex at two O atoms of the NO 3 ? ligand.  相似文献

Novel complex salts [Au(en)2]Cl(ReO4)2 (I) and [Au(en)2](ReO4)3 (II), en = ethylenediamine, are obtained. Their crystal structures are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Single crystal X-ray diffraction is used to investigate two synthesized β-diketonate complexes of copper(II) with aminopyridine: Cu(4-NH2Py)(aa)2 (I) and Cu(4-NH2Py)(hfa)2 (II). The crystals of I and II have a monoclinic system; the unit cell parameters of I are: P21/n space group, a = 8.2921(3) Å, b = 14.7243(5) Å, c = 13.4970(4) Å, β = 102.426(1)°, V = 1609.32(9) Å3, Z = 4; for II: C2/c space group, a = 23.5704(5) Å, b = 11.4977(2) Å, c = 16.0285(3) Å, β = 109.265(1)°, V = 4100.6(1) Å3, Z = 8. The structures of I and II are molecular; they are composed of isolated molecules. The coordination polyhedron of the copper atom is formed by the O atoms of two acetylacetonate ligands (Cu-O 1.940(2)–2.171(2) I and the O atoms of two hexafluoroacetylacetonate ligands (Cu-O 1.940(2)–2.215(3) Å) in II. The molecules of 4-NH2Py are bonded to the copper atom via the nitrogen atom of the aromatic ring (Cu-N 2.008(2) Å in I and Cu-N 1.978(3) Å in II). Noncoordinated amino groups join the molecules of the complexes together by means of N-H…O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The structures of isomorphic crystals of compounds I and II are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are trigonal: space group P \(\overline 3 \), Z = 2; I: a = 11.810 Å, c = 11.302 Å; II: a = 11.890 Å, c = 11.402 Å. The structures are solved by a direct method and refined by the full-matrix least-squares method in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.060 (I) and 0.077 (II) for 2650 (I) and 2700 (II) independent reflections (CAD-4 automated diffractometer, λMoK α radiation). In crystals of complexes I and II, the [Rb(Crypt-222)]+ cation of the host-guest type lies on the crystallographic axis 3 and has the approximate symmetry D 3. In complexes I and II, the coordination polyhedron of the Rb+ cation is a two-base-centered trigonal prism somewhat distorted to an antiprism. The crystals of compounds I and II contain H-bonded disordered cubes of the water molecules and Cl? or Br? anions.  相似文献

A new centrosymmetric mononuclear copper(II) complex [Cu(L)2](ClO4)2 (I) and a new centrosymmetric mononuclear nickel(II) complex [Ni(L)2(MeOH)2](ClO4)2 (II), where L is the zwitterionic ligand 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(2-methylammonioethylimino)methyl]phenolate, have been prepared from the Schiff base 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(2-methylaminoethylimino)methyl]phenol with copper perchlorate and nickel perchlorate, respectively. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, and single-cyrstal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1408054 (I) and 1407973 (II)). Complex I crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a = 7.7736(4), b = 21.608(1), c = 8.5194(4) Å, β = 93.907(2)°, V = 1427.7(1) Å3, Z = 2, R 1 = 0.0546, and wR 2 = 0.1531. Complex II crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a = 21.324(3), b = 16.821(2), c = 9.425(1) Å, β = 90.114(2)°, V = 3380.5(7) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0693, and wR 2 = 0.1627. The Cu atom in I is in square planar coordination, and the Ni atom in II is in octahedral coordination.  相似文献

The reaction of silver 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate with 1,3-diaminopropane (DAP) and 2-amino-5-methylpyridine (AMP) respectively results in the formation of two dinuclear silver(I) complexes: [Ag2(DAP)2](BPC)·2H2O (1) and [Ag2(BPC)(AMP)4]·2H2O (2), where BPC is 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate. The complexes are characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, P-1 space group, a = 8.585(2) Å, b = 8.849(2) Å, c = 9.890(3) Å, α = 107.893(3)°, β = 94.139(3)°, γ = 113.202(3)°, V = 640.9(3) Å3, Z = 1. Complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic system, P-1 space group, a = 11.818(3) Å, b = 13.132(4) Å, c = 13.281(4) Å, α = 92.571(4)°, β = 96.425(3)°, γ = 102.142(4)°, V = 1997.5(10) Å3, Z = 2. Complex 1 consists of a macrocyclic dinuclear silver(I) dication, a 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate anion, and two water molecules of crystallization. Each Ag atom is in a linear coordination. Complex 2 consists of a dinuclear silver(I) complex molecule and two water molecules of crystallization. Each Ag atom is in a T-shaped coordination. The Ag...Ag separations are 5.127(2) Å in 1 and 3.172(2) Å in 2.  相似文献
