The synthesis and spectroscopic properties of trans-[Cl(16-TMC)Ru[double bond]C[double bond]CHR]PF(6) (16-TMC = 1,5,9,13-tetramethyl-1,5,9,13-tetraazacyclohexadecane, R = C(6)H(4)X-4, X = H (1), Cl (2), Me (3), OMe (4); R = CHPh(2) (5)), trans-[Cl(16-TMC)Ru[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]C(C(6)H(4)X-4)(2)]PF(6) (X = H (6), Cl (7), Me (8), OMe (9)), and trans-[Cl(dppm)(2)M[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]C(C(6)H(4)X-4)(2)]PF(6) (M = Ru, X = H (10), Cl (11), Me (12); M = Os, X = H (13), Cl (14), Me (15)) are described. The crystal structures of 1, 5, 6, and 8 show that the Ru-C(alpha) and C(alpha)-C(beta) distances of the allenylidene complexes fall between those of the vinylidene and acetylide relatives. Two reversible redox couples are observed by cyclic voltammetry for 6-9, with E(1/2) values ranging from -1.19 to -1.42 and 0.49 to 0.70 V vs Cp(2)Fe(+/0), and they are both 0.2-0.3 and 0.1-0.2 V more reducing than those for 10-12 and 13-15, respectively. The UV-vis spectra of the vinylidene complexes 1-4 are dominated by intense high-energy bands at lambda(max) < or = 310 nm (epsilon(max) > or = 10(4) dm(3) mol(-1) cm(-1)), while weak absorptions at lambda(max) > or = 400 nm (epsilon(max) < or = 10(2) dm(3) mol(-1) cm(-1)) are tentatively assigned to d-d transitions. The resonance Raman spectrum of 5 contains a nominal nu(C[double bond]C) stretch mode of the vinylidene ligand at 1629 cm(-1). The electronic absorption spectra of the allenylidene complexes 6-9 exhibit an intense absorption at lambda(max) = 479-513 nm (epsilon(max) = (2-3) x 10(4) dm(3) mol(-1) cm(-1)). Similar electronic absorption bands have been found for 10-12, but the lowest energy dipole-allowed transition is blue-shifted by 1530-1830 cm(-1) for the Os analogues 13-15. Ab initio calculations have been performed on the ground state of trans-[Cl(NH(3))(4)Ru[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]CPh(2)](+) at the MP2 level, and imply that the HOMO is not localized purely on the metal center or allenylidene ligand. The absorption band of 6 at lambda(max) = 479 nm has been probed by resonance Raman spectroscopy. Simulations of the absorption band and the resonance Raman intensities show that the nominal nu(C[double bond]C[double bond]C) stretch mode accounts for ca. 50% of the total vibrational reorganization energy, indicating that this absorption band is strongly coupled to the allenylidene moiety. The excited-state reorganization of the allenylidene ligand is accompanied by rearrangement of the Ru[double bond]C and Ru[bond]N (of 16-TMC) fragments, which supports the existence of bonding interaction between the metal and C[double bond]C[double bond]C unit in the electronic excited state.  相似文献

Treatment of alkyl nitriles with NiX(2).6H(2)O (X = Cl, NO(3)) and 2-propanone oxime, followed by (X = Cl) addition of [i-Pr(4)N](NO(3)) for precipitation of the product, resulted in the formation of amidinium nitrates [RC([double bond]NH(2))NH(2)](NO(3)) (R = Me, Et, n-Pr). The reaction went to another direction with NiX(2).2H(2)O, i.e., the reaction between neat RCN (R = Me, Et, n-Pr, i-Pr, n-Bu, CH(2)Cl, CH(2)C(6)H(4)OMe-p) and NiCl(2).2H(2)O/2-propanone oxime (other ketoximes can also be used) gave the (imidoylamidine)Ni(II) complexes [Ni[N(H)[double bond]C(R)NHC(R)[double bond]NH](2)](2+) (1(2+)-7(2+)). The latter were isolated in good yields (65-91%) as the bis-chloride salts 1.Cl(2)-6.Cl(2) and the mixed salt 7.(Cl)(p-MeOC(6)H(4)CH(2)CO(2)). Remarkably, the latter transformation does not proceed at all if NiCl(2).2H(2)O or the ketoxime are taken alone. Liberation of imidoylamidines was performed for one alkyl-containing complex [2.Cl(2)] and one benzyl-containing complex [7.(Cl)(p-MeOC(6)H(4)CH(2)CO(2))], by (i) addition of HBF(4).Et(2)O to the acetonitrile solution of the complexes to yield [N(H)[double bond]C(R)NHC(R)[double bond]NH].2HBF(4) (R = Et 8 and R = CH(2)C(6)H(4)OMe-p 9) or (ii) substitution for ethanediamine (en) with following precipitation of the complex [Ni(en)(3)]Cl(2) with formation of free N(H)[double bond]C(R)NHC(R)[double bond]NH (R = Et 10 and R = CH(2)C(6)H(4)OMe-p 11). In contrast to the liberation in nonaqueous media, treatment of 2.Cl(2) and 7.(Cl)(p-MeOC(6)H(4)CH(2)CO(2)) with Na(2)EDTA.2H(2)O in water-methanol solutions led to substitution and hydrolysis to furnish the acyl amides [EtC([double bond]O)](2)NH (12) and [p-MeOC(6)H(4)CH(2)C([double bond]O)](2)NH (13). Alternatively, 12 and 13 were obtained by hydrolysis of 10 and 11 in water at pH ca. 8.5. It was shown that the oxime complexes trans-[NiCl(2)(C(4)H(8)C[double bond]NOH)(4)] (14) or cis-[Ni(O,O-NO(3))(2)(C(4)H(8)C[double bond]NOH)(2)] (15) can be intermediates in the formation of amidines and imidoylamidines. The sequence of the Ni(II)/oxime mediated formation of (imidoylamidine)Ni complexes and liberation (or hydrolytic liberation) of the ligands opens up a novel, facile and environmentally benign route to imidoylamidines and acyl amides.  相似文献

The geometric structure and conformational properties of trifluoromethyl chlorosulfonate (chlorosulfuric acid trifluoromethyl ester), CF(3)OSO(2)Cl, have been determined by X-ray crystallography, gas electron diffraction (GED), and vibrational spectroscopy (IR(gas), IR(matrix), and Raman(liquid)). These experimental investigations were supplemented by quantum chemical calculations (B3LYP with 6-311G* and 6-311+G(3df) basis sets). All experimental methods result in a single conformer with gauche orientation of the CF(3) group relative to the S[bond]Cl. The dihedral angle delta(COSCl) is determined to be 91.7(3) degrees in the crystal and 94(3) degrees in the gas phase. This dihedral angle corresponds to a near-eclipsed orientation of the O[bond]C relative to one of the S[double bond]O bonds (delta(CO[bond]SO) = -23.0(3) degrees and -21(3) degrees in the crystal and gas phase, respectively).  相似文献

The reaction between the nitrile complex trans-[PtCl(4)(EtCN)(2)] and benzohydroxamic acids RC(6)H(4)C([double bond]O)NHOH (R = p-MeO, p-Me, H, p-Cl, o-HO) proceeds smoothly in CH(2)Cl(2) at approximately 45 degrees C for 2-3 h (sealed tube) or under focused 300 W microwave irradiation for approximately 15 min at 50 degrees C giving, after workup, good yields of the imino complexes [PtCl(4)[NH[double bond]C(Et)ON[double bond]C(OH)(C(6)H(4)R)](2)] which derived from a novel metalla-Pinner reaction. The complexes [PtCl(4)[NH[double bond]C(Et)ON[double bond]C(OH)(C(6)H(4)R)](2)] were characterized by elemental analyses (C, H, N), FAB mass spectrometry, and IR and (1)H and (13)C[(1)H] spectroscopies, and [PtCl(4)[NH[double bond]C(Et)ON[double bond]C(OH)(Ph)](2)] (as the bis-dimethyl sulfoxide solvate), by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The latter disclosed its overall trans-configuration with the iminoacyl species in the hydroximic tautomeric form in E-configuration which is held by N[bond]H...N hydrogen bond between the imine [double bond]NH atom and the hydroximic N atom.  相似文献

The Raman and infrared (IR) spectra of four tungsten metal carbyne complexes I, II, IV and V [Cl(CO)2(L)W[triple bond]CC6H4[triple bond](C[triple bond]CC6H4)n[triple bond]N[triple bond]C[triple bond]]2M (L = TMEDA, n = 0, M = PdI2 or ReCl(CO)3; L = DPPE, n = 1, M = PdI2 or ReCl(CO)3) were studied at high external pressure. Their pressure-induced phase transitions were observed near 20kbar (complexes I), 15 kbar (complexes II), 25 kbar (complex IV) and 30 kbar (complex V). The pressure-induced phase transition likely is first order in complex I and the pressure-induced phase transitions of complexes II, IV and V are mostly second order. The pressure sensitivities d nu/dp of nu(W[triple bond]C) are high in the low-pressure phase area and very low in the high-pressure phase area due to the pressure strengthening pi back-bonding from metal W to pi* orbital of C[triple bond]O in fragment Cl(CO)2(L)W[triple bond]C. The pressure strengthening metal pi back-bonding from metal Re or Pd to pi* orbital of C[triple bond]O or C[triple bond]N also happened to both of central metal centers of NCPd(I2)CN in complex I and NCReCl(CO)3CN in complex II.  相似文献

trans-[Ru(16-TMC)(C[triple bond]N)2] (1; 16-TMC = 1,5,9,13-tetramethyl-1,5,9,13-tetraazacyclohexadecane) was prepared by the reaction of trans-[Ru(16-TMC)Cl2]Cl with KCN in the presence of zinc powder. The oxidation of 1 with bromine gave trans-[Ru(16-TMC)(CN)2]+ isolated as PF6 salt (2.PF6). The Ru-C/C-N distances are 2.061(4)/1.130(5) and 2.069(5)/1.140(7) A for 1 and 2, respectively. Both complexes show a Ru(III/II) couple at 0.10 V versus FeCp2+/0. The UV-vis absorption spectrum of 1 is dominated by an intense high-energy absorption at lambda(max) = 230 nm, which is mainly originated from dpi(RuII) --> pi*(N[triple bond]C-Ru-C[triple bond]N) charge-transfer transition. Complex 2 shows intense absorption bands at lambda(max) pi*(N[triple bond]C-Ru-C[triple bond]N) and sigma(-CN) --> d(RuIII) charge-transfer transition, respectively. Density functional theory and time-dependent density-functional theory calculations have been performed on trans-[(NH3)4Ru(C[triple bond]N)2] (1') and trans-[(NH3)4Ru(C[triple bond]N)2]+ (2') to examine the Ru-cyanide interaction and the nature of associated electronic transition(s). The 230 nm band of 1 has been probed by resonance Raman spectroscopy. Simulations of the absorption band and the resonance Raman intensities show that the nominal nuC[triple bond]N stretch mode accounts for ca. 66% of the total vibrational reorganization energy. A change of nominal bond order for the cyanide ligand from 3 to 2.5 is estimated upon the electronic excitation.  相似文献

A series of vinyl, aryl, acetylide and silyl complexes [Ru(R)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2] (R = CH=CH2, CH=CHPh, CH=CHC6H4CH3-4, CH=CH(t)Bu, CH=2OH, C(C triple bond CPh)=CHPh, C6H5, C triple bond CPh, SiMe2OEt; MI = 1-methylimidazole-2-thiolate) were prepared from either [Ru(R)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2] or [Ru(R)Cl(CO)(BTD)(PPh3)2](BTD = 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole) by reaction with the nitrogen-sulfur mixed-donor ligand, 1-methyl-2-mercaptoimidazole (HMI), in the presence of base. In the same manner, [Os(CH=CHPh)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2] was prepared from [Os(CH=CHPh)(CO)Cl(BTD)(PPh3)2]. The in situ hydroruthenation of 1-ethynylcyclohexan-1-ol by [RuH(CO)Cl(BTD)(PPh3)2] and subsequent addition of the HMI ligand and excess sodium methoxide yielded the dehydrated 1,3-dienyl complex [Ru(CH=CHC6H9)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2]. Dehydration of the complex [Ru(CH=CHCPh2OH)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2] with HBF4 yielded the vinyl carbene [Ru(=CHCH=CPh2)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2]BF4. The hydride complexes [MH(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2](M = Ru, Os) were obtained from the reaction of HMI and KOH with [RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3] and [OsHCl(CO)(BTD)(PPh3)2], respectively. Reaction of [Ru(CH=CHC6H4CH3-4)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2] with excess HC triple bond CPh leads to isolation of the acetylide complex [Ru(C triple bond CPh)(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2], which is also accessible by direct reaction of [Ru(C triple bond CPh)Cl(CO)(BTD)(PPh3)2] with 1-methyl-2-mercaptoimidazole and NaOMe. The thiocarbonyl complex [Ru(CPh = CHPh)Cl(CS)(PPh3)2] reacted with HMI and NaOMe without migration to yield [Ru(CPh= CHPh)(kappa2-MI)(CS)(PPh3)2], while treatment of [Ru(CH=CHPh)Cl(CO)2(PPh3)2] with HMI yielded the monodentate acyl product [Ru{eta(1)-C(=O)CH=CHPh}(kappa2-MI)(CO)(PPh3)2]. The single-crystal X-ray structures of five complexes bearing vinyl, aryl, acetylide and dienyl functionality are reported.  相似文献

Treatment of trans-[PtCl(4)(RCN)(2)] (R = Me, Et) with ethanol allowed the isolation of trans-[PtCl(4)[E-NH[double bond]C(R)OEt](2)]. The latter were reduced selectively, by the ylide Ph(3)P[double bond]CHCO(2)Me, to trans-[PtCl(2)[E-NH[double bond]C(R)OEt](2)]. The complexed imino esters NH[double bond]C(R)OEt were liberated from the platinum(II) complexes by reaction with 2 equiv of 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) in chloroform; the cationic complex [Pt(dppe)(2)]Cl(2) precipitates almost quantitatively from the reaction mixture and can be easily separated by filtration to give a solution of NH[double bond]C(R)OEt with a known concentration of the imino ester. The imino esters efficiently couple with the coordinated nitriles in trans-[PtCl(4)(EtCN)(2)] to give, as the dominant product, [PtCl(4)[NH[double bond]C(Et)N[double bond]C(R)OEt](2)] containing a previously unknown linkage, i.e., ligated N-(1-imino-propyl)-alkylimidic acid ethyl esters. In addition to [PtCl(4)[NH[double bond]C(Et)N[double bond]C(Et)OEt](2)], another compound was generated as the minor product, i.e., [PtCl(4)(EtCN)[NH[double bond]C(Et)N[double bond]C(Et)OEt]], which was reduced to [PtCl(2)(EtCN)[NH[double bond]C(Et)N[double bond]C(Et)OEt]], and this complex was characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The platinum(IV) complexes [PtCl(4)[NH[double bond]C(Et)N[double bond]C(R)OEt](2)] are unstable toward hydrolysis and give EtOH and the acylamidine complexes trans-[PtCl(4)[Z-NH[double bond]C(Et)NHC(R)[double bond]O](2)], where the coordination to the Pt center results in the predominant stabilization of the imino tautomer NH[double bond]C(Et)NHC(R)[double bond]O over the other form, i.e., NH(2)C(Et)[double bond]NC(R)[double bond]O, which is the major one for free acylamidines. The structures of trans-[PtCl(4)[Z-NH[double bond]C(Et)NHC(R)[double bond]O](2)] (R = Me, Et) were determined by X-ray studies. The complexes [PtCl(4)[NH[double bond]C(Et)N[double bond]C(R)OEt](2)] were reduced to the appropriate platinum(II) compounds [PtCl(2)[NH[double bond]C(Et)N[double bond]C(R)OEt](2)], which, similarly to the appropriate Pt(IV) compounds, rapidly hydrolyze to yield the acylamidine complexes [PtCl(2)[NH[double bond]C(Et)NHC(R)[double bond]O](2)] and EtOH. The latter acylamidine compounds were also prepared by an alternative route upon reduction of the corresponding platinum(IV) complexes. Besides the first observation of the platinum(IV)-mediated nitrile-imine ester integration, this work demonstrates that the application of metal complexes gives new opportunities for the generation of a great variety of imines (sometimes unreachable in pure organic chemistry) in metal-mediated conversions of organonitriles, the "storage" of imino species in the complexed form, and their synthetic utilization after liberation.  相似文献

Reaction of [Ru(acac)(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)] with 3,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-1,4-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (H(2)L) results in formation of an unexpected dinuclear complex [(acac)(2)Ru(III)(L(1))Ru(III)(acac)(2)] (1) in which the bridging ligand [L(1)](2)(-) contains an (-)HN[bond]C[double bond]N[bond]N[double bond]C[bond]NH(-) unit arising from two-electron reduction of the 1,4-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine component of H(2)L. The crystal structure of complex 1 confirms the oxidation assignment of the metal ions as Ru(III) and clearly shows the consequent arrangement of double and single bonds in the bridging ligand, which acts as a bis-bidentate chelate having two pyrazolyl/amido chelating sites. Cyclic voltammetry of the complex shows the presence of four reversible one-electron redox couples, assigned as two Ru(III)/Ru(IV) couples (oxidations with respect to the starting material) and two Ru(II)/Ru(III) couples (reductions with respect to the starting material). The separation between the two Ru(III)/Ru(IV) couples (Delta E(1/2) = 700 mV) is much larger than that between the two Ru(II)/Ru(III) couples (Delta E(1/2) = 350 mV) across the same bridging pathway, because of the better ability of the dianionic bridging ligand to delocalize an added hole (in the oxidized mixed-valence state) than an added electron (in the reduced mixed-valence state), implying some ligand-centered character for the oxidations. UV-vis-NIR spectroelectrochemical measurements were performed in all five oxidation states; the Ru(II)-Ru(III) mixed-valence state of [1](-) has a strong IVCT transition at 2360 nm whose parameters give an electronic coupling constant of V(ab) approximately 1100 cm(-1), characteristic of a strongly interacting but localized (class II) mixed-valence state. In the Ru(III)-Ru(IV) mixed-valence state [1](+), no low-energy IVCT could be detected despite the strong electronic interaction, possibly because it is in the visible region and obscured by LMCT bands.  相似文献

Three dipeptide complexes of the form K[Pt(IV)(dipep)Cl3] and two complexes of the form K[Pt(IV)(Hdipep)Cl4] were newly prepared and isolated. The platinum(IV) complexes containing the dipeptide were obtained directly by adding KI to H2[PtCl6] solution. The reaction using KI was rapidly completed and provided analytically pure yellow products in the form of K[Pt(dipeptide)Cl3] for H2digly, H2gly(alpha)-ala, H2alpha-alagly and H2di(alpha)-ala. The K[Pt(IV)(digly)Cl3] complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with unit cell dimensions a = 10.540(3) A, b = 13.835(3) A, c = 8.123(3) A, beta = 97.01(2) degrees, Z = 4. The crystal data represented the first report of a Pt(IV) complex with a deprotonated peptide, and this complex has the rare iminol type diglycine(2-) coordinating to Pt(IV) with the bond lengths of the C2-N1 (amide) bond (1.285(13) A). The 195Pt NMR peaks of the K[Pt(IV)(dipep)Cl3] and the K[Pt(IV)(Hdipep)Cl4] complexes appeared at about 270 ppm and at about -130 ppm, respectively, and were predicted for a given set of ligand atoms. While the K[Pt(IV)(x-gly)Cl3] complexes, where x denotes the glycine or alpha-alanine moieties, were easily reduced to the corresponding platinum(II) complexes, the K[Pt(IV)(x-alpha-ala)Cl3] complexes were not reduced, but the Cl- ion was substituted for OH- ion in the reaction solution. The K[Pt(digly)Cl3] and K[Pt(gly-L-alpha-ala)Cl3] complexes inhibited the growth of Candida albicans, and the antifungal activities were 3- to 4-fold higher than those of cisplatin. The metabolism of glucose in C. albicans was strongly inhibited by K[Pt(digly)Cl3] and K[Pt(gly-L-alpha-ala)Cl3] but not by the antifungal agent fluconazole.  相似文献

The reaction of 14e [L(Me)Rh(coe)] (1; L(Me)[double bond]ArNC(Me)CHC(Me)NAr, Ar[double bond]2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3); coe[double bond]cis-cyclooctene) with phenyl halides and thiophenes was studied to assess the competition between sigma coordination, arene pi coordination and oxidative addition of a C-X bond. Whereas oxidative addition of the C-Cl and C-Br bonds of chlorobenzene and bromobenzene to L(Me)Rh results in the dinuclear species [[L(Me)Rh(Ph)(micro-X)](2)] (X=Cl, Br), fluorobenzene yields the dinuclear inverse sandwich complex [[L(Me)Rh](2)(anti-micro-eta(4):eta(4)-PhF)]. Thiophene undergoes oxidative addition of the C-S bond to give a dinuclear product. The reaction of 1 with dibenzo[b,d]thiophene (dbt) in the ratio 1:2 resulted in the formation of the sigma complex [L(Me)Rh(eta(1)-(S)-dbt)(2)], which in solution dissociates into free dbt and a mixture of the mononuclear complex [L(Me)Rh(eta(4)-(1,2,3,4)-dbt)] and the dinuclear complex [[L(Me)Rh](2)(micro-eta(4)-(1,2,3,4):eta(4)-(6,7,8,9)-dbt)]. The latter could be obtained selectively by the 2:1 reaction of 1 and dbt. Reaction of 1 with diethyl sulfide produces [L(Me)Rh(Et(2)S)(2)], which in the presence of hydrogen loses a diethyl sulfide ligand to give [L(Me)Rh(Et(2)S)(H(2))] and catalyses the hydrogenation of cyclooctene.  相似文献

The rhodium allenylidenes trans-[RhCl[[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]C(Ph)R](PiPr(3))(2)] [R = Ph (1), p-Tol (2)] react with NaC(5)H(5) to give the half-sandwich type complexes [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Rh[[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]C(Ph)R](PiPr(3))] (3, 4). The reaction of 1 with the Grignard reagent CH(2)[double bond]CHMgBr affords the eta(3)-pentatrienyl compound [Rh(eta(3)-CH(2)CHC[double bond]C[double bond]CPh(2))(PiPr(3))(2)] (6), which in the presence of CO rearranges to the eta(1)-pentatrienyl derivative trans-[Rh[eta(1)-C(CH[double bond]CH(2))[double bond]C[double bond]CPh(2)](CO)(PiPr(3))(2)] (7). Treatment of 7 with acetic acid generates the vinylallene CH(2)[double bond]CH[bond]CH[double bond]=C=CPh(2) (8). Compounds 1 and 2 react with HCl to give the five-coordinate allenylrhodium(III) complexes [RhCl(2)[CH[double bond]C[double bond]C(Ph)R](PiPr(3))(2)] (10, 11). An unusual [C(3) + C(2) + P] coupling process takes place upon treatment of 1 with terminal alkynes HC[triple bond]CR', leading to the formation of the eta(3)-allylic compounds [RhCl[eta(3)-anti-CH(PiPr(3))C(R')C[double bond]C[double bond]CPh(2)](PiPr(3))] [R' = Ph (12), p-Tol (13), SiMe(3) (14)]. From 12 and RMgBr the corresponding phenyl and vinyl rhodium(I) derivatives 15 and 16 have been obtained. The previously unknown unsaturated ylide iPr(3)PCHC(Ph)[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]CPh(2) (17) was generated from 12 and CO. A [C(3) + P] coupling process occurs on treatment of the rhodium allenylidenes 1, 2, and trans-[RhCl[[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]C(p-Anis)(2)](PiPr(3))(2)] (20) with either Cl(2) or PhICl(2), affording the ylide-rhodium(III) complexes [RhCl(3)[C(PiPr(3))C[double bond]C(R)R'](PiPr(3))] (21-23). The butatrienerhodium(I) compounds trans-[RhCl[eta(2)-H(2)C[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]C(R)R'](PiPr(3))(2)] (28-31) were prepared from 1, 20, and trans-[RhCl[[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]C(Ph)R](PiPr(3))(2)] [R = CF(3) (26), tBu (27)] and diazomethane; with the exception of 30 (R = CF(3), R' = Ph), they thermally rearrange to the isomers trans-[RhCl[eta(2)-H(2)C[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]C(R)R'](PiPr(3))(2)] (32, 33, and syn/anti-34). The new 1,1-disubstituted butatriene H(2)C[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]C(tBu)Ph (35) was generated either from 31 or 34 and CO. The iodo derivatives trans-[RhI(eta(2)-H(2)C[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]CR(2))(PiPr(3))(2)] [R = Ph (38), p-Anis (39)] were obtained by an unusual route from 1 or 20 and CH(3)I in the presence of KI. While the hydrogenation of 1 and 26 leads to the allenerhodium(I) complexes trans-[RhCl[eta(2)-H(2)C[double bond]C[double bond]C(Ph)R](PiPr(3))(2)] (40, 41), the thermolysis of 1 and 20 produces the rhodium(I) hexapentaenes trans-[RhCl(eta(2)-R(2)C[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]C[double bond]CR(2))(PiPr(3))(2)] (44, 45) via C-C coupling. The molecular structures of 3, 7, 12, 21, and 28 have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The intrinsic acidity and basicity of a series of beta-chalcogenovinyl(thio)aldehydes HC([double bond]X)[bond]CH[double bond]CH[bond]CYH (X=O, S; Y=Se, Te) were investigated by B3LYP/6-311+G(3df,2p) density functional and G2(MP2) calculations on geometries optimized at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level for neutral molecules and at the B3LYP/6-31+G(d) level for anions. The results showed that selenovinylaldehyde and selenovinylthioaldehyde should behave as Se bases in the gas phase, because the most stable neutral conformer is stabilized by an X[bond]H...Se (X=O, S) intramolecular hydrogen bond (IHB). In contrast the Te-containing analogues behave as oxygen or sulfur bases, because the most stable conformer is stabilized by typical X...Y[bond]H chalcogen-chalcogen interactions. These compounds have a lower basicity than expected because either chalcogen-chalcogen interactions or IHBs become weaker upon protonation. Similarly, they are also weaker acids than expected because deprotonation results in a significantly destabilized anion. Loss of the proton from the X[bond]H or Y[bond]H groups is a much more favorable than from the C[bond]H groups. Therefore, for Se compounds the deprotonation process results in loss of the X[bond]H...Se (X=O, S) IHBs present in the most stable neutral conformer, while for Te-containing compounds the stabilizing X...Y[bond]H chalcogen-chalcogen interaction present in the most stable neutral conformer becomes repulsive in the corresponding anion.  相似文献

The first poly(methimazolyl)borato complex of group 4, [Ti([double bond, length as m-dash]NCMe(3)){H(2)B(mt)(2)}(2)](mt = methimazolyl), results from the reaction of Na[H(2)B(mt)(2)] with [Ti([double bond, length as m-dash]NCMe(3))Cl(2)(py)(3)] and features both kappa(2)-S,S' and kappa(3)-H,S,S' coordination of H(2)B(mt)(2) ligands coincident within the same molecule.  相似文献

The structures of complexes [MⅡ2Cl4L2] and [MⅢ2Cl7L]- (M = Mo, Re; L = Ph2Ppy, (Ph2P)2py) were calculated by using density functional theory (DFT) PBE0 method. Based on the optimized geometries, the natural bond orbital (NBO) analyses were carried out to study the nature of Re-Re and Mo-Mo bonds. The conclusions are as follows: the M-M distances in two-Ph2Ppy or (Ph2P)2py complexes [MⅡ2Cl4L2] are shorter than those in mono-Ph2Ppy or (Ph2P)2py complexes [MⅢ2Cl7L]- due to the double bridged N-C-P interactions. For singlet of all complexes, there is ReⅢ-ReⅢ or MoⅡ-MoⅡ quadruply bond in complex [Re2Cl7L]- or [Mo2Cl4L2], while only ReⅡ-ReⅡ or MoⅢ-MoⅢ triply bond in complex [Re2Cl4L2] or [Mo2Cl7L]-. The most stable spin state of 2 and 6, triplet, only contains triple ReⅢ-ReⅢ bond. Because the LPCl → BD*Re-Re delocalizations weaken the Re-Re bond, the distance of ReⅢ-ReⅢ quadruple bonds in [Re2Cl7L]- is slightly longer than that of ReⅡ-ReⅡ triple bonds in [Re2Cl4L2]. Moreover, due to the delocalizations from the lone pair electrons of the remaining P' atom to the M-M antibonding orbitals, the M-M distance in (Ph2P)2py complexes is slightly longer than that in Ph2Ppy complexes.  相似文献

The reactions of vinyl chloride (VC) with representative late metal, single-site olefin dimerization and polymerization catalysts have been investigated. VC coordinates more weakly than ethylene or propylene to the simple catalyst (Me(2)bipy)PdMe(+) (Me(2)bipy = 4,4'-Me(2)-2,2'-bipyridine). Insertion rates of (Me(2)bipy)Pd(Me)(olefin)(+) species vary in the order VC > ethylene > propylene. The VC complexes (Me(2)bipy)Pd(Me)(VC)(+) and (alpha-diimine)Pd(Me)(VC)(+) (alpha-diimine = (2,6-(i)Pr(2)[bond]C(6)H(3))N[double bond]CMeCMe[double bond]N(2,6-(i)Pr(2)[bond]C(6)H(3))) undergo net 1,2 VC insertion and beta-Cl elimination to yield Pd[bond]Cl species and propylene. Analogous chemistry occurs for (pyridine-bisimine)MCl(2)/MAO catalysts (M = Fe, Co; pyridine-bisimine = 2,6-[(2,6-(i)Pr(2)[bond]C(6)H(3))N[double bond]CMe](2)-pyridine) and for neutral (sal)Ni(Ph)PPh(3) and (P[bond]O)Ni(Ph)PPh(3) catalysts (sal = 2-[C(H)[double bond]N(2,6-(i)Pr(2)-C(6)H(3))]-6-Ph-phenoxide; P[bond]O = [Ph(2)PC(SO(3)Na)[double bond]C(p-tol)O]), although the initial metal alkyl VC adducts were not detected in these cases. These results show that the L(n)MCH(2)CHClR species formed by VC insertion into the active species of late metal olefin polymerization catalysts undergo rapid beta-Cl elimination which precludes VC polymerization. Termination of chain growth by beta-Cl elimination is the most significant obstacle to metal-catalyzed insertion polymerization of VC.  相似文献

The synthesis, structure and reactivity of a new bipy thorium metallocene have been studied. The reduction of the thorium chloride metallocene [η(5)-1,3-(Me(3)C)(2)C(5)H(3)](2)ThCl(2) (1) with potassium graphite in the presence of 2,2'-bipyridine gives the purple bipy metallocene [η(5)-1,3-(Me(3)C)(2)C(5)H(3)](2)Th(bipy) (2) in good yield. Complex 2 has been fully characterized by various spectroscopic techniques, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 2 reacts cleanly with trityl chloride, silver halides and diphenyl diselenide, leading to the halide metallocenes [η(5)-1,3-(Me(3)C)(2)C(5)H(3)](2)ThX(2) (X = Cl (1), Br (3), I (4)) and [η(5)-1,3-(Me(3)C)(2)C(5)H(3)](2)Th(F)(μ-F)(3)Th[η(5)-1,3-(Me(3)C)(2)C(5)H(3)](F)(bipy) (5), and selenido metallocene [η(5)-1,3-(Me(3)C)(2)C(5)H(3)](2)Th(SePh)(2) (6), in good conversions. In addition, 2 cleaves the C[double bond, length as m-dash]S bond of CS(2) to give the sulfido complex, [η(5)-1,3-(Me(3)C)(2)C(5)H(3)](2)ThS (7), which further undergoes an irreversible dimerization or nucleophilic addition with CS(2), leading to the dimeric sulfido complex {[η(5)-1,3-(Me(3)C)(2)C(5)H(3)](2)Th}(μ-S)(2) (8) and dimeric trithiocarbonate complex {[η(5)-1,3-(Me(3)C)(2)C(5)H(3)](2)Th}(μ-CS(3))(2) (10) in good yields, respectively.  相似文献

The complex potential energy surface of the gas-phase reaction of HB(H)BH- with CS2 to give three low-lying products [B2H3S]- + CS, [BH2CS]- + HBS, and [BH3CS] + BS-, involving nine [B2H3CS2]- isomers and 12 transition states, has been investigated at the CCSD(T)/6-311++G(d,p)/B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level. Our calculations are in harmony with the recent experimental and theoretical results, and reveal some new bonding and kinetic features of this reaction system. Our theoretical results may help the further identification of the products [BH2CS]- + HBS and [BH3CS] + BS- and may provide useful information on the chemical behaviors of other electron-deficient boron hydride anions.
