Impedance spectroscopy measurements show that complex conductivity of thermally ablated CH3NH3SnCl3 films is strongly enhanced when humidity increases. Coplanar two-electrode test devices are modeled through an equivalent circuit comprising one resistance and two constant phase elements. It is shown that the influence of ambient humidity is mainly resistive. The dynamic responses of the devices to humidification/dehumidification cycles point out that the a.c. current varies by more than three orders of magnitude when humidity is varied between dry air and 80% relative humidity. The rise times are few hundred seconds while fall times are as short as few tens of seconds. This observation suggests that impedance variations are determined by mechanisms involving loosely bound water molecules physisorbed at the surface of the hybrid film. The results obtained are discussed in terms of protonic conduction.  相似文献

Orientational order parameter S is evaluated in the nematic phase of six liquid crystal compounds, N-(p-n-propyl benzylidene)-p-n-alkoxy anilines, 3.Om and N-(p-n-propyloxy benzylidene)-p-n-alkoxy anilines, 3O.Om compounds with m = 6, 7 and 8, using different methods. The techniques employed are S from birefringence δn, Haller's approximation from (1?T/Tc) β, effective geometry parameter αg and Vuks’ scaling factor SC. The values of S obtained using the above methods are compared with one another and with the results on a number of liquid crystals; the liquid crystals favor isotropic Vuks’ method.  相似文献

A complete infrared study of the mixed crystal system of AgNO3 and Fe(NO3)3 is carried out in the region 400–4000 cm?1. The study includes internal fundamental normal vibrations of the NO3? ion in the ordered and disordered phases of AgNO3 at different values of the ferric concentration, I.R. spectra, spectral band shape intensities, and frequencies of the internal modes as functions of the ferric ion concentration. Special attention is paid to bending mode, combination mode, asymmetric stretching mode, and over-tone. The rotational energy barrier is determined at different concentration of the ferric ions in the system of AgNO3-Fe(NO3)3.  相似文献

Abstract

The optical properties of RbCdF3 crystals doped with Cr3+, Mn2+ and Ni2+ have been studied. Absorption and photoluminescence spectra correspond to these ions in an octahedral environment. The lifetimes of the emitting levels have been measured at different temperatures. Single exponential decays are obtained for Mn2+ and Ni2+ while a non-exponential decay is found in the case of Cr3+. Radiation effects have also been studied. A new absorption band is produced in the 305 nm region by RT X-irradiation. Exciting with light in this band the 3d-ions emissions are observed.  相似文献
