Syntheses of the sky blue complex compounds [Ni(H2O)3(phen)(C5H6O4)] · H2O ( 1 ) and [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)] ( 2 ) were carried out by the reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, glutaric acid, NiSO4 · 6 H2O and Na2CO3 in CH3OH/H2O at pH = 6.9 and 7.5, respectively. The crystal structure of 1 (P 1 (no. 2), a = 14.289 Å, b = 15.182 Å, c = 15.913 Å, α = 67.108°, β = 87.27°, γ = 68.216°, V = 2934.2 Å3, Z = 2) consists of hydrogen bonded [Ni(H2O)3‐ (phen)(C5H6O4)]2 dimers and H2O molecules. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, three water O atoms and one carboxyl O atom from one monodentate glutarato ligand (d(Ni–N) = 2.086, 2.090 Å; d(Ni–O) = 2.064–2.079 Å). Through the π‐π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds, the dimers are assembled to form 2 D layers parallel to (0 1 1). The crystal structure of 2 (P21/n (no. 14), a = 7.574 Å, b = 11.938 Å, c = 18.817 Å, β = 98.48°, V = 1682.8 Å3, Z = 4) contains [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)2/2] supramolecular chains extending along [010]. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, two water O atoms and two carboxyl O atoms from different bis‐monodentate glutarato ligands with d(Ni–N) = 2.082, 2.105 Å and d(Ni–O) = 2.059–2.087 Å. The supramolecular chains are assembled into a 3 D network by π‐π stacking interactions and interchain hydrogen bonds. A TG/DTA of 2 shows two endothermic effects at 132 °C and 390 °C corresponding to the complete dehydration and the lost of phen.  相似文献

In both title compounds, (acetylacetonato‐O,O′)bis(3‐cyanopyridine‐N)nickel(II), (I), and (acetylacetonato‐O,O′)bis(4‐cyanopyridine‐N)nickel(II), (II), both [Ni(C5H7O2)2(C6H4N2)2], the NiII atom, which is situated on a centre of symmetry, is octahedrally coordinated. Distances and angles for (I) and (II), respectively, are: Ni—O 2.009 (2)/2.016 (2) and 2.0110 (16)/2.0238 (18) Å, Ni—N 2.116 (3) and 2.179 (2) Å, O—Ni—O 91.86 (10) and 90.19 (7)°, and O—Ni—N 91.27 (11)/90.19 (11) and 89.65 (8)/90.79 (7)°.  相似文献

The self‐assembly of NiCl2·6H2O with a diaminodiamide ligand 4,8‐diazaundecanediamide (L‐2,3,2) gave a [Ni(C9H20N4O2)(Cl)(H2O)] Cl·2H2O ( 1 ). The structure of 1 was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Structural data for 1 indicate that the Ni(II) is coordinated to two tertiary N atoms, two O atoms, one water and one chloride in a distorted octahedral geometry. Crystal data for 1: orthorhombic, space group P 21nb, a = 9.5796(3) Å, b = 12.3463(4) Å, c = 14.6305(5) Å, Z = 4. Through NH···Cl–Ni (H···Cl 2.42 Å, N···Cl 3.24 Å, NH···Cl 158°) and OH···Cl–Ni contacts (H···Cl 2.36 Å, O···Cl 3.08 Å, OH···Cl 143°), each cationic moiety [Ni(C9H20N4O2) (Cl)(H2O)]+ in 1 is linked to neighboring ones, producing a charged hydrogen‐bonded 1D chainlike structure. Thermogrametric analysis of compound 1 is consistent with the crystallographic observations. The electronic absorption spectrum of Ni(L‐2,3,2)2+ in aqueous solution shows four absorption bands, which are assigned to the 3A2g3T2g, 3T2g1Eg, 3T2g3T1g, and 3A2g3T1g transitions of triplet‐ground state, distorted octahedral nickel(II) complex. The cyclic volammetric measurement shows that Ni2+ is more easily reduced than Ni(L‐2,3,2)2+ in aqueous solution.  相似文献

For the synthesis of mixed crystals of 2 with the heterometal complex [(BMIK)Pd(α-pyridonate)2Pt(BMIK)](NO3)2 · 4H2O ( 3 ) (a = 12.430(4) Å, b = 12.648(3) Å, c = 12.907(4) Å, α = 89.64(2)°, β = 74.57(2)°, γ = 68.65(2)°) α-pyridone was reacted with [Pd(BMIK)(H2O)2](NO3)2 in a molar ratio of 2 : 1 followed by addition of [Pt(BMIK)(H2O)2](NO3)2. The dinuclear cations consist of two M(BMIK) moieties (M = Pt, Pd) bridged by the N- and O-atoms of α-pyridonate, forcing the heterocyclic ring into head-head-orientation. Within the dinuclear cation, the two metal atoms are between 2.840 Å and 2.860 Å apart. The intermolecular distances are between 4.762 Å and 4.837 Å. The coordination geometry of both metal atoms is square-planar with the metal atoms being diplaced slightly from their respective coordination planes toward each other. 1H and 195Pt NMR spectra are reported for the complexes.  相似文献

Crystal Structure of Sodium Dihydrogencyamelurate Tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3] · 4 H2O Sodium dihydrogencyamelurate‐tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3]·4 H2O was obtained by neutralisation of an aqueous solution, previously prepared by hydrolysis of the polymer melon with sodium hydroxide. The crystal structure was solved by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction ( a = 6.6345(13), b = 8.7107(17), c = 11.632(2) Å, α = 68.96(3), β = 87.57(3), γ = 68.24(3)°, V = 579.5(2) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0535, 2095 observed reflections, 230 parameters). Both hydrogen atoms of the dihydrogencyamelurate anion are directly bound to nitrogen atoms of the cyameluric nucleus, thus proving the preference of the keto‐tautomere in salts of cyameluric acid in the solid‐state. The compound forms a layer‐like structure with an extensive hydrogen bonding network.  相似文献

Bis(benzoylpyridin-toluensulfonylhydrazido)nickel Ni(BPSH)2 · H2O — Relations between Structure, Redox, and Extraction Properties of Heterocyclic Sulfonamido Chelates The crystal structure of Ni(BPSH)2 · H2O was determined by x-ray diffraction: monoclinic, space group P21/c (Nr. 14); a = 15.077(4) Å, b = 14.901(3) Å, c = 16.335(3) Å, β = 95.74(1)°. R = 0.047 for a total of 5564 observed reflexions. Ni(BPSH)2 · H2O has a distorted tetrahedral structure with two six-membered chelate rings, one of them with a boat from. The electron system of the building blocks CNN? within the chelate rings approaches that of a diazallyl group. The result is a high electron density on the sp2-hybridized donor atom N? and, as a consequence, a short Ni? N?-distance (1.908 or 1.924 Å). The electronic properties of N? also explain the high NH-acidity of the acid H(BPSH) (pks = 9,51 in 75 per cent dioxane) and the ligand field strength of BPSH? which is low compared to that of other bidentate sulfonamido ligands and which is reflected in the paramagnetism of Ni(BPSH)2 · H2O. The redox behavior of metal chelates of the type, which is represented by Ni(BPSH)2 · H2O, is caused by a building block of the ligand which is also present in bipyridyl or in the 1,4-diaza-1,3-dienes. The central atoms M11 have only the function of interference factors.  相似文献

Extensive intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving coordinated and uncoordinated water molecules and the carboxyl O atoms of the dipicolinate ligand, as well as a stacking interaction involving the phenanthroline rings, are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The blue copper complex compounds [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] · 4.5 H2O ( 1 ) and [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)] · 4 H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized from CuCl2, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) and adipic acid in CH3OH/H2O solutions. [Cu(phen)2‐ (C6H8O4)] complexes and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules form the crystal structure of ( 1 ) (P1 (no. 2), a = 10.086(2) Å, b = 11.470(2) Å, c = 16.523(3) Å, α = 99.80(1)°, β = 115.13(1)°, γ = 115.13(1)°, V = 1617.5(5) Å3, Z = 2). The Cu atoms are square‐pyramidally coordinated by four N atoms of the phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion (d(Cu–O) = 1.989 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.032–2.040 Å, axial d(Cu–N) = 2.235 Å). π‐π stacking interactions between phen ligands are responsible for the formation of supramolecular assemblies of [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] complex molecules into 1 D chains along [111]. The crystal structure of ( 2 ) shows polymeric [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains (P1 (no. 2), a = 7.013(1) Å, b = 10.376(1) Å, c = 11.372(3) Å, α = 73.64(1)°, β = 78.15(2)°, γ = 81.44(1)°, V = 773.5(2) Å3, Z = 1). The Cu atoms are fivefold coordinated by two Cl atoms, two N atoms of phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion, forming [CuCl2N2O] square pyramids with an axial Cl atom (d(Cu–O) = 1.958 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.017–2.033 Å, d(Cu–Cl) = 2.281 Å; axial d(Cu–Cl) = 2.724 Å). Two square pyramids are condensed via the common Cl–Cl edge to centrosymmetric [Cu2Cl2N4O2] dimers, which are connected via the adipate anions to form the [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains. The supramolecular 3 D network results from π‐π stacking interactions between the chains. H2O molecules are located in tunnels.  相似文献

The compounds of zinc ( I a : P21/c, a = 12.688(3), b = 6.554(1), c = 12.697(3) Å, β = 95.21(3)°, V = 1051.5(4) Å3, Z = 4) and nickel ( I b : P21/c, a = 12.685(3), b = 6.517(1), c = 12.664(2)Å, β = 94.55(2)°, V = 1043.6(4) Å3, Z = 4) are isotypic and represent a new structure type consisting of two different cations, NH4+ and [M(H2O)6]2+ and [AlF6]3–‐anions. [Zn(H2O)6][AlF5(H2O)] ( II : C2/m, a = 10.769(2), b = 13.747(3), c = 6.487(1)Å, β = 100.02(3)°, V = 945.7(3) Å3, Z = 4) is characterized by a H2O/F‐disorder in the [AlF5(H2O)]‐octahedra in two trans positions. In (PyH)4[Al2F10] · 4 H2O ( III : Cmc21, a = 15.035(3), b = 20.098(4), c = 12.750(4) Å, V = 5364(2) Å3, Z = 8), bioctahedral [Al2F10]4– anions have been found for the first time. The structures are described and discussed in comparison. The new compounds were used as precursors in order to obtain new AlF3‐phases. However, the thermal decomposition did not result in the formation of any new metastable AlF3‐phase. Instead, phase mixtures of either α‐AlF3 and β‐AlF3 or AlF3 and MF2 were obtained.  相似文献

Hexaminecyclotriphosphazenehemiammoniate, P3N3(NH2)6 · 0.5 NH3, a Product of High Pressure Ammonolysis of White Phosphorus White phosphorus gives at NH3-pressures ≥5 kbar and temperatures above 250°C in a disproportionation reaction P3N3(NH2)6 · 0.5 NH3; besides these products red phosphorus is formed. The yield on P3N3(NH2)6 · 0.5 NH3 increases with T and is about 70–80% at 400°C as to the disproportionation reaction of the amount of white phosphorus. X-ray structure determination was successful on single crystals of P3N3(NH2)6 · 0.5 NH3. Pbca, N = 8 a = 11.395(3) Å, b = 12.935(4) Å, c = 12.834(4) Å R = 0.035, Rw = 0.041 with w = 1, N (Fo2) ≥ 3σ(Fo2) = 1371, N(Var.) = 166. The molecules are connected by N? H? N-bridgebonds with 3.04 Å ≤ d(N …? N) ≤ 3,19 Å and d (N? H) = 0.87 Å. The compound is furthermore characterized by IR-data and its thermical behaviour.  相似文献
