自1978年顺铂成功地被开发成癌症临床治疗药物以来,金属配合物作为小分子抗癌药物的开发成为人们的研究热点。其中,氮杂环卡宾能与多种过渡金属中心形成稳定的共价键,这种特殊的稳定性使得金属氮杂环卡宾配合物具有被开发成药物的潜能。近年来,金属氮杂环卡宾配合物被发现具有良好的抗癌活性,激发了广大无机药物化学研究者的研究热情。综合笔者课题组在金属氮杂环卡宾抗肿瘤配合物方面的前期研究,本文将对银、金、铑和铂氮杂环卡宾配合物的抗肿瘤活性及作用机制进行综述,以期为新型金属氮杂环卡宾抗肿瘤化合物的设计合成提供参考。  相似文献

以1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷(Cyclen)为原料合成的一种新型双大环多胺配体及其双核Zn2+配合物,其结构用1H NMR、质谱和元素分析等测试技术进行了表征。 以溴乙锭(EB)为探针,用荧光光谱法研究了双环多胺配体及其Zn(Ⅱ)配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的作用,当cComplex 6/cDNA=0.51时,DNA/EB体系的荧光强度降低至原来的47.3%,表明双大环配合物是以嵌入方式与小牛胸腺DNA结合。 化合物对DNA/EB体系的荧光猝灭顺序为:双大环多胺双核Zn(Ⅱ)配合物>双大环多胺配体>四氮杂环多胺Zn(Ⅱ)配合物>四氮杂环多胺。  相似文献

金属配合物分子具有结构多样且可控以及功能丰富等特点,在催化、传感、分子识别、纳米器件等领域得到广泛应用, 对金属配合物分子的研究已是分子科学研究中的热点之一.同时, 利用配合物分子构筑表面分子纳米结构以及对配合物单分子性质的研究也日趋活跃. 近年来, 本研究组发展了配合物分子在固体表面的自组装技术, 并结合扫描隧道显微技术(STM)开展了一系列有关金属配合物分子表面纳米结构的研究工作, 在固体表面成功实现了对配体、配合物分子的高分辨STM成像、原位配合以及分子识别, 设计和构筑了多种功能配合物分子纳米结构,并系统研究了结构形成规律. 本文以本研究组近年来有关金属配合物分子组装的研究结果为主, 结合国内外相关研究小组的研究结果,综述有关金属配合物分子纳米结构的构筑与调控的STM研究进展, 介绍该类分子在固体表面的组装和分散规律, 为表面分子纳米结构的构筑和调控提供理论和实验基础.  相似文献

Diblock copolymers containing recognition units designed to participate in specific three-point hydrogen bonding were adsorbed onto modified gold surfaces. Self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) containing complementary recognition units were used to direct the adsorption process. The polymer-modified surfaces obtained were characterized using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, water contact angle, and ellipsometry. The role of individual block lengths on the adsorption process was followed by observing frequency changes of thymine-SAM-modified quartz crystal microbalance chips during adsorption of diamidopyridine-functionalized polymers from a nonpolar solvent. The renewable nature of these recognition unit functionalized surfaces was demonstrated by reversible binding of polymers. Adsorption onto fresh surfaces, followed by desorption and subsequent readsorption of monoblock and diblock copolymers was also investigated.  相似文献

Thermostable heterocyclic polymers containing benzimidazole and imide rings, as well as flexible ester groups, have been synthesized by solution polycondensation of diaminobenzimidazoles with dianhydrides incorporating preformed ester linkages. Self-assembled monolayer of 8-mercaptoquinoline (MQ) on the surface of gold from MQ dilute ethanolic solutions is investigated by electrochemical methods. Some aqueous redox probes, such as ferrocene carboxylic acid and Fe(CN)6 4–/3– can sufficiently diffuse into the monolayer because significant diffusion-limited current peaks are observed when the redox reactions take place, showing that the monolayer is very loosely packed or dominated by defects. However, the study on the electron transfer of other aqueous probes, such as Cu2+ and Ru(NH3)6 3+/2+, confirm that the monolayer can block the electron transfer on the gold electrode surface rather effectively for its low ratio of pinhole defects. These studies show that the MQ monolayer on the electrode can provide an excellent barrier for penetration of some probes but cannot resist the penetration of other probes effectively. The unusual properties of the self-assembled monolayers are attributed to the entity of the very large heterocyclic moiety.  相似文献

Self-assembled monolayers(SAMs) of thiol-derivatized porphyrin molecules on Au substrate have attracted extensively interest for use in sensing,optoelectronic devices and molecular electronics.In this paper,tetra-[p-(3-mercaptopropyloxy)-phenyl]porphyrin was synthesized and self-assembled with thiol on Au substrate for porphyrin SAMs(PPS 4).The electrochemical results demonstrated that PPS 4 could form excellent SAMs on gold surface.Self-assembled nanojunctions of PPS 4 were fabricated by using gold nanogap electrodes(gap width:ca.100 nm).With the light on/off,the nanojunctions showed current high/low as nanometer scaled photo switch.  相似文献

Self-assembled monolayers of omega-(4'-methylbiphenyl-4-yl) butanethiol (H3C-C6H4-C6H4-(CH2)n-SH) on Au(111) substrates were investigated with scanning tunneling microscopy and contact angle measurements. A striking polymorphism was observed upon annealing, and structural changes were paralleled by a switch in stability against exchange by other thiols from unstable to stable. The phase formed at temperatures above 413 K was characterized by a very high structural perfection over areas exceeding 105 nm2. The results suggest an additional dimension in the control of structure and properties of thiol monolayers if different factors contributing to the energetics of SAMs enter in a competing rather than a cooperative way.  相似文献

The platform approach for preparation of molecular adlayers with freestanding functional groups was extended to systems on the basis of the trioxatriangulenium ion. Self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of 1-alkenes on hydrogen-passivated silicon substrates were successfully patterned on the nanometer scale using an atomic force microscope (AFM) probe tip. Nanoshaving experiments on alkyl monolayers formed on H-Si(111) not only demonstrate the flexibility of this technique but also show that patterning with an AFM probe is a viable method for creating well-defined, nanoscale features in a monolayer matrix in a reproducible and controlled manner. Features of varying depths (2-15 nm) were created in the alkyl monolayers by controlling the applied load and the number of etching scans made at high applied loads. The patterning on these SAM films is compared with the patterning of alkyl siloxane monolayers on silicon and mica.  相似文献
