Sr3(BS3)2 and Sr3(B3S6)2: Two Novel Non‐oxidic Chalcogenoborates with Boron in a Trigonal‐Planar Coordination The thioborates Sr3(BS3)2 and Sr3(B3S6)2 were prepared from strontium sulfide, amorphous boron and sulfur in solid state reactions at a temperature of 1123 K. In a systematic study on the structural cation influence on this type of ternary compounds, the crystal structures were determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. Sr3(BS3)2 crystallizes in the monoclinic spacegroup C2/c (No. 15) with a = 10.187(4) Å, b = 6.610(2) Å, c = 15.411(7) Å, β = 102.24(3)° and Z = 4. The crystal structure of Sr3(B3S6)2 is trigonal, spacegroup R3¯ (Nr. 148), with a = 8.605(1) Å, c = 21.542(4) Å and Z = 3. Sr3(BS3)2 contains isolated [BS3]3— anions with boron in a trigonal‐planar coordination. The strontium cations are found between the layers of orthothioborate anions. Sr3(B3S6)2 consists of cyclic [B3S6]3— anions and strontium cations, respectively.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Mn(C5H4NO)2(C5H5NO)2]n or [Mn(μ‐3‐PyO)2(3‐PyOH)2]n (3‐PyO is the pyridin‐3‐olate anion and 3‐PyOH is pyridin‐3‐ol), the MnII atom lies on an inversion centre and has octahedral geometry, defined by two N atoms and two deprotonated exocyclic O atoms of symmetry‐related pyridin‐3‐olate ligands [Mn—N = 2.3559 (14) Å and Mn—O = 2.1703 (11) Å], as well as two N atoms of terminal 3‐PyOH ligands [Mn—N = 2.3482 (13) Å]. The MnII atoms are bridged by the deprotonated pyridin‐3‐olate anion into a layer structure, generating sheets in the (01) plane. These sheets are linked by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. There are also π–π and C—H⋯π interactions in the crystal structure.  相似文献

Motifs of Closest Packings: The Compounds Zn3(PS4)2 and LiZnPS4 The crystal structure of Zn3(PS4)2 was determined by single crystal X‐ray methods. The compound crystallizes tetragonally (Pn2; a = 7.823(1), c = 9.053(1)Å; Z = 2) with a new structure type built up by corner‐sharing ZnS4 tetrahedra, which form two‐dimensional layers. Between them the P atoms are coordinated likewise tetrahedrally by sulfur. The PS4 tetrahedra are arranged according to the motif of the cubic closest packing with zinc in three quarters of the tetrahedral voids. LiZnPS4 (I4¯; a = 5.738(1), c = 8.914(1)Å; Z = 2) was synthesized by heating the elements at 400 °C. In comparison with Zn3(PS4)2 one Zn atom is replaced by two Li atoms. The metal atoms are located in the centres of the sulfur tetrahedra in such a way that the unit cell volume is only about half that of the zinc compound. In this packing of the PS4 units all the tetrahedral voids are occupied by lithium and zinc atoms. Chemical bonding in LiZnPS4 is discussed by means of the electron localization function ELF.  相似文献

Synthesis and Structure of the Basic Alkaline Earth Nitrates Sr2(OH)3NO3 and Ba2(OH)3NO3 Sr2(OH)3NO3 and Ba2(OH)3NO3 were synthesized from mixtures of freshly prepared strontium or barium hydroxides and their corresponding nitrates in evacuated quartz glass ampoules at 420 °C and 360 °C, respectively. Single crystals of Sr2(OH)3NO3 were obtained in a solidified Sr(NO3)2 melt after subsequent heating and cooling cycles in air up to 600 °C. The crystal structure of the strontium compound was refined from single crystal and powder X‐ray data. Sr2(OH)3NO3 crystallizes hexagonally in the space group (No. 189) with Z = 1 and the lattice parameters a = 6.624(2) Å and c = 3.560(1) Å (single crystal data). The powder pattern of Ba2(OH)3NO3 was indexed isotypically to Sr2(OH)3NO3 with the lattice parameters a = 6.9260(1) Å and c = 3.8086(1) Å, and the crystal structure was refined from powder X‐ray data. Alkaline earth ions in the structures are surrounded trigonal‐prismatically by six hydroxide ions. These prisms are sharing their trigonal faces along [001] building up columns. These columns are connected in the ab‐plane by shared edges, and form hexagonal tunnels with the nitrate groups stacked inside. Infrared and thermoanalytical data of Sr2(OH)3NO3 are presented.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [C10N2H10]2[P2Mo5O21(OH)2] · 2H2O, contains the heteropolyanion, [P2Mo5O21(OH)2]4—, together with diprotonated 4, 4′‐bipyridine. The heteropolyanion is built up from five MoO6 octahedra sharing four common edges and one common corner, capped by two PO3(OH) tetrahedra. The structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonds involving the hydrogen atoms of the 4, 4′‐bipyridine, water molecules and the oxygen atoms of the pentamolybdatobisphosphate. This is the first example that this kind of cluster could be isolated in the presence of a poly‐functional aromatic molecule ion. Crystal data: triclinic, P1¯ (No. 2), a = 9.983(2)Å, b = 11.269(2)Å, c = 17.604(4)Å, α = 73.50(3)°, β = 84.07(3)°, γ = 67.96(3)°; V = 1760.0(6)Å3; Z = 2; R1 = 0.037 and wR2 = 0.081, for 9138 reflections [I > 2σ(I)].  相似文献

The crystal structures among M1–M2–(H)‐arsenites (M1 = Li+, Na+, K+, Rb+, Cs+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+, Cd2+, Pb2+; M2 = Mg2+, Mn2+,3+, Fe2+,3+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+) are less investigated. Up to now, only the structure of Pb3Mn(AsO3)2(AsO2OH) was described. The crystal structure of hydrothermally synthesized Na4Cd7(AsO3)6 was solved from the single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction data. Its trigonal crystal structure [space group R$\bar{3}$ , a = 9.5229(13), c = 19.258(4) Å, γ = 120°, V = 1512.5(5) Å3, Z = 3] represents a new structure type. The As atoms are arranged in monomeric (AsO3)3– units. The surroundings of the two crystallographically unique sodium atoms show trigonal antiprismatic coordination, and two mixed Cd/Na sites are remarkably unequal showing tetrahedral and octahedral coordinations. Despite the 3D connection of the AsO3 pyramids, (Cd,Na)Ox polyhedra and NaO6 antiprisms, a layer‐like arrangement of the Na atoms positioned in the hexagonal channels formed by CdO4 deformed tetrahedra and AsO3 pyramids in z = 0, 1/3, 2/3 is to be mentioned. These pseudo layers are interconnected to the 3D network by (Cd,Na)O6 octahedra. Raman spectra confirmed the presence of isolated AsO3 pyramids.  相似文献

The new complex, cis‐β‐[Cr(2,2,3‐tet)(N3)2]Br (2,2,3‐tet = 1,4,7,11‐tetraazaundecane), was prepared and its structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The chromium(III) atom is in a distorted octahedral environment coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of 2,2,3‐tet and two azido ligands in a cis‐β arrangement, with bent Cr–N3 linkages at the coordinating azide nitrogen atoms. The mean Cr–N(2,2,3‐tet) and Cr–N(azide) bond lengths are 2.084(5) and 2.021(5) Å, respectively. The crystal structure is stabilized by ionic interactions, supported by N–H ··· N(azide) and N–H ··· Br hydrogen bonds. The IR and electronic spectroscopic properties are also discussed.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [RuF2(C26H24P2)2]·2CHCl3, the Ru atom lies on a centre of symmetry with a trans arrangement of the F atoms. A H...F contact (2.249 Å) suggests weak intramolecular hydrogen bonding. The solvent molecules exhibit hydrogen bonding with the F atoms (H...F = 1.91 Å).  相似文献

Synthesis and Characterization of Sodium Cyanamide The synthesis of Na2CN2 was carried out by reaction of sodium amide with sodium hydrogen cyanamide at 200 °C, in vacuum. Single crystals were obtained while heating the product (500 °C, 8 days) in silver crucibles. The title compound was characterised by single crystal X‐ray diffraction and IR‐spectroscopy (C2/m; Z = 2, a = 5.0456(3), b = 5.0010(3), c = 5.5359(3) Å; β = 110.078(5)°; R1 = 3.18%, wR2 = 6.35%, GOF = 1.078). The CN22– units are linear exhibiting a C–N bond length of 1.236(1) Å, while sodium is coordinated by five nitrogen atoms forming a square pyramid. The structural relationships to aristotypic Na2HgO2 are pointed out.  相似文献

The Hg atom in the title monomeric complex, dichlorobis(3‐imidazolium‐2‐thiolato‐S)mercury(II), [HgCl2(C3H4N2S)2], is four‐coordinate having an irregular tetrahedral geometry composed of two Cl atoms [Hg—Cl 2.622 (2) and 2.663 (2) Å] and two thione S atoms [Hg—S 2.445 (2) and 2.462 (2) Å]. The monodentate thione ligand adopts a zwitterionic form and exists as the 3‐imidazolium‐2‐thiolate ion. The bond angle S1—Hg—S2 of 130.87 (8)° has the greatest deviation from ideal tetrahedral geometry. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds between two of the four N—H groups and one of the Cl atoms [3.232 (8) and 3.238 (7) Å] stabilize the crystal structure, while the other two N—H groups contribute through the formation of N—H?Cl intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the other Cl atom [3.121 (7) and 3.188 (7) Å].  相似文献

Crystal Structure of Sodium Dihydrogencyamelurate Tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3] · 4 H2O Sodium dihydrogencyamelurate‐tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3]·4 H2O was obtained by neutralisation of an aqueous solution, previously prepared by hydrolysis of the polymer melon with sodium hydroxide. The crystal structure was solved by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction ( a = 6.6345(13), b = 8.7107(17), c = 11.632(2) Å, α = 68.96(3), β = 87.57(3), γ = 68.24(3)°, V = 579.5(2) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0535, 2095 observed reflections, 230 parameters). Both hydrogen atoms of the dihydrogencyamelurate anion are directly bound to nitrogen atoms of the cyameluric nucleus, thus proving the preference of the keto‐tautomere in salts of cyameluric acid in the solid‐state. The compound forms a layer‐like structure with an extensive hydrogen bonding network.  相似文献

The X‐ray crystal structure analysis of the title compound, C17H30O8, revealed a 4C1 conformation of the pyranosyl ring [Cremer–Pople puckering parameters of Q = 0.568 (2) Å, θ = 5.1 (2) and ϕ = 218 (3)°]. The structure shows no deviations from the geometric parameters of pyranoside carbohydrates. The hydroxyl groups participate in O—H⃛O hydrogen bonds, forming a two‐dimensional pattern [O⃛O = 2.811 (3) and 2.995 (3) Å].  相似文献

Uranyl vanadate compounds with divalent cations, M(UO2)(V2O7) (M = Ca, Sr) and Sr3(UO2)(V2O7)2, were synthesized by flux crystal growth, and their crystal structures were solved using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction data. Ca(UO2)V2O7 and Sr(UO2)V2O7 were synthesized from reactants with molar ratios M:U:V of 1:1:2 and identical heating conditions, and increasing the M:U:V ratio to 3:1:4 resulted in Sr3(UO2)(V2O7)2. Crystallographic data for M(UO2)V2O7 compounds are: a = 7.1774(18) Å, b = 6.7753(17) Å, c = 8.308(2) Å; V = 404.01(18) Å3; space group Pmn21, Z = 2 for Ca; a = 13.4816(11) Å, b = 7.3218(6) Å, c = 8.4886(7) Å; V = 837.91(12) Å3; space group Pnma, Z = 4 for Sr. Compound Sr3(UO2)(V2O7)2 has a = 6.891(3) Å, b = 7.171(3) Å, c = 14.696(6) Å, α = 85.201(4)?, β = 78.003(4)?, γ = 89.188(4)?; V = 707.9(5) Å3; space group P1 , Z = 2. The framework structure of Sr(UO2)(V2O7) is related to that of Pb(UO2)(V2O7) reported previously, while that of Ca(UO2)(V2O7) has a different topology. The topological polymorphism of the [(UO2)(V2O7)]‐type framework may be due to the differing ionic radii of the guest M2+ cations. Compound Sr3(UO2)(V2O7)2 has a modular structure based on two different types of electroneutral layers: [Sr(UO2)(V2O7)] and [Sr2(V2O7)]. Structural complexities were calculated, and Raman spectra were collected and their peaks were assigned.  相似文献

The crystal structures of three products of the reaction of 2‐phenylphenol and BCl3 have been determined. The structures show intriguing packing patterns and an interesting case of pseudosymmetry. In addition, one of the two polymorphs has a primitive monoclinic crystal system, but it is twinned and emulates an orthorhombic C‐centred structure. Tris(biphenyl‐2‐yl) borate, C36H27BO3, ( III ), crystallizes with only one molecule in the asymmetric unit. The dihedral angles between the planes of the aromatic rings in the biphenyl moieties are 50.47 (13), 44.95 (13) and 42.60 (13)°. The boron centre is in a trigonal planar coordination with two of the biphenyl residues on one side of the BO3 plane and the remaining biphenyl residue on the other side. One polymorph of 10‐oxa‐9‐boraphenanthren‐9‐ol, C12H9BO2, ( V a ), crystallizes with two almost identical molecules (r.m.s. deviation of all non‐H atoms = 0.039 Å) in the asymmetric unit. All non‐H atoms lie in a common plane (r.m.s. deviation = 0.015 Å for both molecules in the asymmetric unit). The two molecules in the asymmetric unit are connected into dimers via O—H...O hydrogen bonds. A second polymorph of 10‐oxa‐9‐boraphenanthren‐9‐ol, ( V b ), crystallizes as a pseudo‐merohedral twin with two almost identical molecules (r.m.s. deviation of all non‐H atoms = 0.035 Å) in the asymmetric unit. All non‐H atoms lie in a common plane (r.m.s. deviation = 0.012 Å for molecule 1 and 0.014 Å for molecule A). Each of the two molecules in the asymmetric unit is connected into a centrosymmetric dimer via O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The main difference between the two polymorphic structures is that in ( V a ) the two molecules in the asymmetric unit are hydrogen bonded to each other, whereas in ( V b ), each molecule in the asymmetric unit forms a hydrogen‐bonded dimer with its centrosymmetric equivalent. 9‐[(Biphenyl‐2‐yl)oxy]‐10‐oxa‐9‐boraphenanthrene, C24H17BO2, ( VI ), crystallizes with four molecules in the asymmetric unit. The main differences between them are the dihedral angles between the ring planes. Apart from the biphenyl moiety, all non‐H atoms lie in a common plane (r.m.s. deviations = 0.026, 0.0231, 0.019 and 0.033 Å for molecules 1, A, B and C, respectively). This structure shows pseudosymmetry; molecules 1 and A, as well as molecules B and C, are related by a pseudo‐translation of about in the direction of the b axis. Molecules 1 and B, as well as molecules A and C, are related by a pseudo‐inversion centre at ,,. Neither between molecules 1 and C nor between molecules A and B can pseudosymmetry be found.  相似文献

An X-ray study was performed to investigate the structure of 5-nitraminotetrazole methylammonium salt. Monoclinic crystals, space group P21/n; a = 6.541(2) Å, b = 19.157(4) Å, c = 10.726(2) Å; β = 96.24(2)°; V = 1336.07(1) Å3; Z = 8, ρcalc = 1.602 g/cm3. The crystal structure has anions and cations of two independent types with close geometrical parameters. The anions are planar and have a nitrimine structure with an intramolecular hydrogen bond. All hydrogen atoms of the cationic amino groups form hydrogen bonds to the oxygen and nitrogen atoms of the anions. The negative charge is delocalized to different extents in the anions.  相似文献

New Noncentrosymmetric Selenogermanates. I. Crystal Structures and Chemical Bonding of AM 2GeSe4 ( A = Sr, Ba; M = Cu, Ag) Three new quaternary selenogermanates were synthesized by heating the elements at 983–1073 K. Their crystal structures were determined by single crystal X‐ray methods. The dark red semiconductors crystallize in noncentrosymmetric space groups. SrCu2GeSe4 (Ama2, a = 10.807(4) Å, b = 10.735(4) Å, c = 6.541(2) Å, Z = 4) forms a new structure type, whereas BaCu2GeSe4 (P31, a = 6.490(1) Å, c = 16.355(3) Å, Z = 3) and BaAg2GeSe4 (I222, a = 7.058(1) Å, b = 7.263(1) Å, c = 8.253(2) Å, Z = 2) crystallize in structures known from thiostannates. Main structural features are almost regular GeSe4‐, but distorted CuSe4‐ or AgSe4‐tetrahedra sharing corners or edges. Eight selenium atoms coordinate the alkaline earth atoms in the voids of these three dimensional tetrahedral networks. Chemical bonding and the electronic structure are elucidated by self‐consistent band structure calculations and the COHP method. The electron density and the electron localization function ELF of SrCu2GeSe4 reveal a significant stronger covalent character for the Ge–Se bonds compared with the Cu–Se bonds. For this reason the GeSe4 tetrahedra appear as quasi molecular entities, arranged spatially according to the motifs of closest packing. The metal atoms occupy the tetrahedral and octahedral voids of these “tetrahedra packing”. This concept allows to derive the structures of AM2GeSe4‐compounds from simple binary structure types as Li3Bi or Ni2In.  相似文献

The title compound, [Sr7(C7H3NO4)6(SO4)(H2O)6]n, has been synthesized by an ionothermal method using the ionic liquid 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium ([Emim]Br) as solvent, and characterized by elemental analysis, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, IR and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structure of the compound can be viewed as a three‐dimensional coordination polymer composed of Sr2+ cations, pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate anions, sulfate anions and water molecules. The compound not only exhibits a three‐dimensional structure with a unique coordination mode of the sulfate anion, but also features the first example of a heptanuclear strontium(II) coordination polymer. The structure is further stabilized by O—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The molecular structure of the title compound, also known as 2‐thiothymine [systematic name: 2,3‐dihydro‐5‐methyl‐2‐thioxopyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one], C5H6N2OS, is similar to that of thymine, with only small changes in the ring structure, apart from a significant difference at the substitution site [S=C = 1.674 (1) Å]. The molecules are connected by hydrogen bonds, with N—H?O = 2.755 (2) Å and N—H?S = 3.352 (1) Å. The hydrogen‐bond network is different from that in thymine, since it involves all the donor and acceptor atoms.  相似文献

Compounds containing copper(I) are of interest for their role in biological processes. The nature of short (< ∼3.2 Å) Cu...Cu contacts within these compounds has been debated, being either described as weakly attractive (bonding) `cuprophilic' interactions, or simply as short metal–metal distances constrained by ligand geometry or largely ionic in nature. The title three‐dimensional Cu+‐containing coordination polymer, [Cu3(C7H7N2O2)Cl2]n, was formed from the in situ reduction of CuCl2 in the presence of 3,5‐diaminobenzoic acid and KOH under hydrothermal conditions. Its complex crystal structure contains ten distinct CuI atoms, two of which lie on crystallographic inversion centres. The copper coordination geometries include near‐linear CuOCl and CuN2, T‐shaped CuOCl2 and distorted tetrahedral CuOCl3 groups. Each CuI atom is also associated with two adjacent metal atoms, with Cu...Cu distances varying from 2.7350 (14) to 3.2142 (13) Å; if all these are regarded as `cuprophilic' interactions, then infinite [01] zigzag chains of CuI atoms occur in the crystal. The structure is consolidated by N—H...Cl hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The reaction of PhN3(H)C6H4N3(H)Ph with Hg(NO3)2 in THF in the presence of triethylamine yields {Hg[PhN3C6H4N3(H)Ph](NO3)} as a yellow powder that can be recrystallized from THF/acetone. The crystals belong to the monoclinic system, space group P21 with the cell dimensions a = 9.639(2), b = 5.412(1), c = 19.675(4) Å, β= 97.47(3)°, V = 1017.7 (4) Å3, Z = 2. The crystal structure determination (2668 unique reflections with [I>2σ(I)], 262 parameters, R1 = 0.0393) shows that the structure consists of mononuclear complexes. Hg atoms are linearly coordinated by one Nα atom of the triazenide unit of the planar ligand [Hg‐N(1) = 2.101(8) Å] and an O atom of the NO3 ion [Hg‐O(1) = 2.11(1) Å]. Additional weak Hg‐N contacts [Hg‐N(4) = 2.662(9) and Hg‐N(3) = 2.851(9) Å] and an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the triazenide hydrogen and an O atom of the nitrate group are observed [N(6)‐H(6)···O(2) = 2.92(2) Å]. The complexes are stacked to infinite chains by metal‐arene π‐interactions. Each Hg atom is coordinated by the terminal phenyl rings of two neighboring complexes [Hg‐C from 3.40(1) to 4.10(1) Å] in a η2 fashion.  相似文献
