Monoalkynylpyridines were prepared via a Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction between monoiodopyridines and alkynes. Mild hydrogenation of the obtained monoalkynylpyridines was then conducted to produce the corresponding monoalkylpiperidines in moderate to excellent yields. The hydrogenation reaction was carried out under H2 (1 atm) in the presence of 10 wt% Pd/C (5 eq) in either AcOH or MeOH at room temperature. The present mild method is therefore useful for the quick and easy preparation of monoalkylpiperidines.  相似文献

A series of efficient ruthenium chloride (RuCl_3)-anchored MOF catalysts,such as RuCl_3@MIL-101 (Cr)-Sal,and RuCl_3@MIL-101 (Cr)-DPPB, have been successfully synthesized by post-synthetic modification (PSM)of the terminal amino of MIL-101(Cr)-NH_2 with salicylaldehyde, 2-diphenylphosphinobenzaldehyde (DPPBde) and anchoring of Ru (Ⅲ) ions. The stronger coordination electron donor interaction between Ru (Ⅲ) ions and chelating groups in the RuCl_3@MIL-101 (Cr)-DPPB enhances its catalytic performance for CO_2 hydrogenation to formic acid. The turnover number (TON) of formic acid was up to 831 in reaction time of 2 h with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and water (H_2O) as mixed solvent, trimethylamine (Et_3N) as organic base, and PPh_3 as electronic additive.  相似文献

A highly efficient transfer hydrogenation of quinolines with Hantzsch ester as hydrogen source in the presence of 1 mol% Fe(OTf)2 under mild conditions has been developed. Transition metal complexes of trimesic acid and hydrazine mixed-ligands with a general formula M(Htma)(N2H4)2, where, M = Mn, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn; H3tma = trimesic acid, have been prepared and characterized by elemental, structural, spectral and thermal analyses. For the complexes, the carboxylate νasym and νsym stretchings are observed at about 1626 and 1367 cm?1 respectively, with Δν between them of ~260 cm?1, showing the unidentate coordination of each carboxylate group. The hydrazine moieties are present as bridging bidentates. Electronic and EPR spectral studies suggest an octahedral geometry for the complexes. All these complexes show three steps of decomposition in TGA/DTA. SEM images of CuO and MnO residues obtained from the complexes show nano-sized clusters suggesting that the complexes may be used as precursors for nano-CuO and nano-MnO preparation. The antimicrobial activities of the prepared complexes, against four bacteria have been evaluated.  相似文献

A low temperature approach via the complexing of PdCl2 with EDTA followed by NaBH4 reduction has been used to prepare Vulcan XC-72 carbon-supported Pd nanoparticles (Pd/C). The mean particle size of the Pd/C catalysts is found to increase from 3.3 to 9.2 nm with heat-treated temperature. TEM images demonstrated that the Pd nanoparticles are well dispersed on the support with a relatively narrow particle size distribution. A correlation between the electrocatalytic activity of formic acid oxidation and particle size of the Pd/C catalysts indicates that the highest activity of formic acid oxidation is found with a Pd mean particle size of ca. 4.7 nm. The preparation method used here is cost-effective and should be easily scaled for industrial production.  相似文献

Previously unknown N-aminosaccharin was prepared in good yield via the one-step direct amination of saccharin sodium salt with hydroxylamine-O-mesitylenesulfonic acid (MSH) and its reactivity investigated. N-aminosaccharin and its derivatives were tested against hCA isoforms and the parent compound was identified to be a selective, low micromolar inhibitor (Ki = 8.8 μM) of hCA I. These findings provide a ligand-efficient starting point for the design of potent hCA I inhibitors – a promising drug target for retinal/cerebral edema treatment.  相似文献

A decarboxylative coupling reaction with an alkynyl carboxylic acid and aryl iodides in the presence of a nickel catalyst was developed. When the reaction was conducted with NiCl2 (10 mol%), Xantphos (15 mol%), Mn (1.0 equiv), and Cs2CO3 (1.5 equiv), the desired diaryl alkynes were formed in moderated to good yields. Furthermore, this method does not produce the diyne, which is formed in the homocoupling of alkynyl carboxylic acids.  相似文献

In this paper, the petal-like MoS2/MXene composite has been successfully synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method. By means of the hybrid exchange–correlation functionals, as it is implemented in the CRYSTAL computer code, ab initio calculations for main ABO3 perovskite (0 0 1) surfaces, namely SrTiO3, BaTiO3, PbTiO3, CaTiO3, SrZrO3, BaZrO3, PbZrO3 and CaZrO3, were performed. For ABO3 perovskite (0 0 1) surfaces, with a few exceptions, all atoms of the upper surface layer relax inward, all atoms of the second surface layer relax outward, and all third layer atoms, again, inward. The relaxation of (0 0 1) surface metal atoms for ABO3 perovskite upper two surface layers for both AO and BO2-terminations, in most cases, are considerably larger than that of oxygen atoms, what leads to a considerable rumpling of the outermost plane. The ABO3 perovskite (0 0 1) surface energies always are smaller than the (0 1 1) and especially (1 1 1) surface energies. The ABO3 perovskite AO and BO2-terminated (0 0 1) surface band gaps always are reduced with respect to the bulk values. The B–O chemical bond population in ABO3 perovskite bulk always are smaller than near the (0 0 1) and especially (0 1 1) surfaces.  相似文献

SnO prepared by soft chemistry exhibits a black color and semiconducting properties. The X-ray diffraction indicates a tetragonal symmetry (SG: P4/nmm) with nano crystallites of an average size of 85 nm. The forbidden band, determined from the diffuse reflectance is found to be 1.46 eV. The electrical conductivity occurs by polaron hopping and follows an Arrhenius type law with activation energy of 0.21 eV, the change in the slope at 526 K is attributed to the oxidation to SnO2. The photo-electrochemical study shows n type conduction with a flat band potential of ?0.45 V, close to the photocurrent onset potential (?0.40 V). The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy shows the bulk contribution of SnO (Rb = 1.7  cm2) and decreases down to 1.89  cm2 under illumination. The photocatalytic properties have been evaluated for the first time for to the oxygen evolution. The valence band, deriving from Sn2+: 5p orbital with a potential (?0.80 VSCE/5.55 eV), is suitably positioned with respect to O2/H2O level (~0.6 VSCE), leading to water oxidation under visible light. The best performance occurs at pH  7 with an oxygen liberation rate of 23 µmol mL h?1 (mg catalyst)?1 and a quantum efficiency of 1.2%. An improvement of ~13% is observed on the system SnO/clay.  相似文献

Platinum submonolayer decorated gold nanorods with controlled coverage were prepared by the addition of Au nanorods into the growth solution of Pt in the presence of NH2OH · HCl as the growth agent. The properties of Au nanorods decorated by Pt submonolayer were investigated by various techniques including transimission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and electrochemical methods. The Pt decorated Au nanorods on carbon black showed significantly higher activity on formic acid electrooxidation than the conventional Pt/C catalysts. They showed different reaction path of formic acid electrooxidation by suppressing the formation of poisoning intermediate CO.  相似文献
