The structural characterization of two new abietanes and a new spiro-fused tricyclic diterpene isolated from the roots of Hyptis martiusii is described. The first member of a new class of rearranged abietane diterpenoids designated martiusane was characterized by the use of 1D NMR and several 2D shift correlated NMR pulse sequences (1H,1H-COSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOESY). Unambiguous 1H and 13C chemical shift assignments for all compounds are reported.  相似文献

Four new prenylated flavonoids, cudraflavanones E‐F (1–2) and cudraflavones F‐G (6–7), together with eight known compounds were isolated from the roots of Cudrania tricuspidata. Two unusual flavonoids, 3,5,4',5'-tetrahydroxy-7-methoxy-6-[1-(p-hydroxy-phenyl)ethyl]flavanone (1) and 3,5,7,4',5'-pentahydroxy-6-[1-(p-hydroxy-phenyl)ethyl] flavanone (2), were isolated from the kino of Eucalyptus citriodora. Structural elucidation of the new compounds were established on the basis of spectral data, particularly by the use of 1D NMR and several 2D shift-correlated NMR pulse sequences ((1)H, (1)H-COSY, HMQC, HMBC).  相似文献

Four new coumarins, micromelosides A–D, together with four known coumarins were isolated from the stem bark of Micromelum falcatum. Two new polymethoxylated flavonoids, 2',5',6'-trimethoxy-[2',3' : 3',4']furano dihydrochalcone and 2,4',4,5-tetramethoxy-[2',3' : 6,7]-furanodihydroaurone, were isolated from the root barks of Lonchocarpus araripensis, along with the known compounds 3,4,5,6-tetramethoxy-[2',3' : 7,8]-furanoflavan, 3,6-dimethoxy-1',1'-dimethylcromene-[2',3' : 7,8]-flavone, 3',4'-methylenodioxy-5,6-dimethoxy-[2',3' : 7,8]-furanoflavone, 3,5,6-trimethoxy-[2',3' : 7,8]-furanoflavanone, 3,5,6-trimethoxy-[2',3' : 7,8]-furanoflavone, and 6alpha-hydroxy-medicarpin. The complete (1)H and (13)C NMR assignments of the new furan flavonoids were performed using 1D and 2D pulse sequences, including COSY, HSQC, and HMBC experiments, and comparison with spectral data for analog compounds from the literature, particularly for the new furanodihydroaurone because of several inconsistencies on the carbonyl chemical shifts from the literature.  相似文献

Two new guaianolides, 8alpha-hydroxy-11alpha,13-dihydroglucozaluzanin C and 11alpha,13-dihydroglucozaluzanin C, were isolated from Ainsliaea fragrans, along with two known guaianolides, 8alpha-hydroxy-11alpha,13-dihydrozaluzanin C and glucozaluzanin C. The structures of the new compounds were unambiguously established by HR-ESI-MS, one-dimensional (1D) (DEPT), two-dimensional (2D) ((1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, ROESY) NMR experiments and by comparison with structurally related compounds. The known compounds were identified by comparison of spectral data with published references. Some NMR data of the known compounds were reported for the first time.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of extracts from the branch wood and branch barks of Andira surinamensis yielded a novel isoflavone dimer, 4'-methoxyisoflavone-(7-O-7')-3',4'-methylenedioxyisoflavone (surinamensin), along with the triterpene lupeol and the known isoflavones 5,7-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone (biochanin A), 5,4'-dihydroxy-7-methoxyisoflavone (prunetin), 7,3'-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone (calycosin), and 5,7,3'-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone (pratensein). The structure of the new isoflavone was elucidated by 1D and 2D homonuclear and heteronuclear NMR spectroscopy and by comparison with published data for closely related compounds.  相似文献

Xylocarpins A and B, two new mexicanolides with a tiglate group at C-3, have been identified in the mixture using NMR spectroscopy. Both compounds were isolated in the mixture from the seeds of a Chinese mangrove Xylocarpus granatum. The first complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR data for these mexicanolides were achieved by means of 2D NMR techniques, including 1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY spectra. In order to separate xylocarpins A (1) and B (2) by chemical method, the mixture of two compounds was reduced with sodium borohydride in anhydrous methanol. However, the reduction led to the opening of the delta-lactone ring in xylocarpin B and afforded compound 3 as the main product. The complete NMR assignments of compound 3 were also achieved by means of the above 2D NMR techniques. Moreover, xylocarpin A was easily transformed into xylocarpin B during our normal liquid column chromatography. From this point of view, xylocarpin A was deemed to be the genuine natural product and xylocarpin B might be an artifact.  相似文献

Ten sesquiterpenens were isolated from Inula helenium. Among them, three eudesmanolides: 15-hydroxy-11betaH-eudesm-4-en-8beta,12-olide (1), 3alpha-hydroxy-11betaH-eudesm-5-en-8beta,12-olide (2) and 2beta, 11alpha-dihydroxy-eudesm-5-en-8beta,12-olide (3) are new compounds. Three new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins, ilexhainanoside C, D and E, all with 24, 28-dioic acid groups, were isolated from the leaves of Ilex hainanensis. They were 3beta-hydroxyolean-12-ene-24, 28-dioic acid-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside(1), 3beta, 19alpha-dihydroxyolean-12-ene-24, 28-dioic acid-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside(2) and 3beta, 29-dihydroxyolean-12-ene-24, 28-dioic acid-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside(3). The structures of these three new compounds were elucidated and complete assignments of the (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopic data were achieved by 1D and 2D NMR experiments [heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC), HMBC and rotational nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (ROESY)].  相似文献

Salsolins A (1) and B (2), the new triterpenes, have been isolated from the chloroform soluble fraction of Salsola baryosma along with 2alpha,3beta,23,24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (3) reported for the first time from this species. Their structures have been assigned from 1H and 13C NMR spectra, DEPT and by 2D COSY, NOESY, HMQC and HMBC experiments. The compounds 1-3 showed significant antioxidant activity.  相似文献

Synthesis and NMR spectral studies of multidentate N and S heterocycles, 1,3,5-tris(N-methylbenzimidazolyl)benzene, 1,3,5-tris(benzimidazolyl)benzene,1,3,5-tris(benzothiazolyl) benzene, 2,2'-bipyridine 3,3'-bis(benzothiazolyl)benzene and 1,2,4,5-tetrakis(benzothiazolyl) benzene have been carried out. 2D (1)H-(1)H PFG-COSY as well as (1)H-(13)C single and multiple bond correlated (2D GRASP-HSQC and GRASP-HMBC) experiments have been employed to characterize the compounds. 1D NOE experiments have been useful in understanding the structure of 1,3,5-tris(N-methylenzimidazolyl)benzene.  相似文献

A new natural product, named phomopsin A, 1-(meta-hydroxyphenyl)-4-hydroxy-3-isoquinolone (1), together with two known compounds cytochalasin H (2) and glucosylceramide (3), was isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Phomopsis sp. (ZZF08) obtained from the South China Sea coast. The structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR experiments including COSY, HMQC, and HMBC. According to NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction, it was found that some assignments about (1)H and (13)C NMR data for cytochalasin H (2) were probably uncorrected in the previous reports. In our cytotoxicity assays, compound 1 showed moderate cytotoxicity toward KB cells with IC(50) at 28.0 microg ml(-1) and KBv200 cells with IC(50) at 16.8 microg ml(-1), and compound 2 exhibited strong cytotoxicity toward KB cells and KBv200 cells with IC(50) less than 1.25 microg ml(-1).  相似文献

Besides three known biphenyldibenzodioxinbisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids, two novel alkaloids of the same group have been isolated from the fruits of Tiliacora racemosa. The structures of these new compounds designated tiliaimine and nordinklacorine were established on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, including COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, HMBC and HSQC experiments. Preliminary antibacterial activity studies on the known compounds (tiliarine, 2′‐nortiliacorinine, 2′‐nortiliacorine) from the fruits of the plant showed strong activity against three bacterial strains viz. Escherichia coli strain VT3 (Verotoxigenic E.coli), Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 and Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6623 but were inactive against the strains Vibrio cholerae O1 (NB2) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 15442. A new pentacyclic triterpenoid, 2alpha,3beta-dihydroxylup-12-en-28-oic acid (1) and a rarely encountered pentacyclic triterpenoid, 3beta-hydroxylup-12-en-28-oic acid (2), together with five known compounds, friedelin (3), 3beta-friedelinol (4), betulinic acid (5), oleanolic acid (6) and beta-sitosterol (7) were isolated from the chloroform extract of stem bark of Eugenia grandis (Syn: Syzygium grande). The structure and stereochemistry of the new compound (1) and the rarely encountered compound (2) were established by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques. All the above isolated compounds from this plant are reported for the first time.  相似文献
