The Pd(OAc)2‐catalyzed Heck reaction of aryl diazonium salts with 2‐arylacrylates led to cis‐stilbenes with good to excellent stereoselectivity. The environmentally friendly protocol developed in this work features low palladium loading in technical‐grade methanol at room temperature under base‐, additive‐, and ligand‐free conditions. The same protocol applied to simple Heck coupling of aryl diazonium salts with methyl acrylate allows astonishingly low palladium loading, down to 0.005 mol %. The stereoselectivity experimentally observed for the synthesis of cis‐stilbenes has been rationalized by DFT calculations. Moreover, the role of methanol in promoting the reaction has been clarified by a computational study. 相似文献

The Pd-catalyzed copper-free carbonylative Sonogashira coupling reaction to synthesize alkynyl ketones from terminal alkynes and aryl iodides was achieved by using water as a solvent. The reaction was carried out at room temperature under balloon pressure of CO with Et(3)N as a base. The developed method was successfully applied to the synthesis of flavones. 相似文献

[Structure: see text] An expedient, catalytic method for the synthesis of diverse azaindoles and indoles, starting from readily available and inexpensive starting materials, is described. Conditions were developed for effective reductive alkylation of electron-deficient o-chloroarylamines, substrates previously viewed as poor partners in this reaction. The derived N-alkylated o-chloroarylamines were elaborated to N-alkylazaindoles and N-alkylindoles via a novel one-pot process comprising copper-free Sonogashira alkynylation and a base-mediated indolization reaction. 相似文献

The first trichromophoric sensitizer, consisting of covalently linked boradiazaindacene (BODIPY), zinc porphyrin (ZnP), and squaraine (SQ) units, has been synthesized by Heck alkynylation to obtain a panchromatic dye, for dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Efficient intramolecular energy transfers (ET) were observed between all chromophoric subunits and enhance the overall conversion efficiency by 25%. The antenna effect is demonstrated by the photoaction spectrum which features all of a chromophore's absorption bands. 相似文献

An enantioselective redox-relay Heck alkynylation of di- and trisubstituted alkenols to construct propargylic stereocenters is disclosed using a new pyridine oxazoline ligand. 研究了氟喹诺酮作为钯催化Heck反应的有效配体. 碘苯、溴苯和其它芳基卤衍生物与丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯等取代乙烯类化合物在钯和氟喹诺酮的催化下发生Heck反应. 讨论了配体、催化剂用量、碱和溶剂对Heck反应产率的影响. 该反应的最优化条件是: 钯源为Pd(OAc)2 (0.1 mol%), 诺氟沙星作为配体(0.2 mol%), K2CO3作为碱, DMA作为溶剂, 取代碘苯及溴苯和它们的衍生物与丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯等乙烯基化合物的反应均可以得到高收率的目标偶联产物. 相似文献

To investigate new architectures for the self-assembly of multiporphyrin arrays, a one-flask synthesis of a shape-persistent cyclic hexameric array of porphyrins was exploited to prepare six derivatives bearing diverse pendant groups. The new arrays contain 6-12 carboxylic acid groups, 12 amidino groups, 6 thiol groups, or 6 thiol groups and 6 carboxylic acid groups in protected form (S-acetylthio, TMS-ethyl, TMS-ethoxycarbonyl). The arrays contain alternating Zn and free base (Fb) porphyrins or all Zn porphyrins. The one-flask synthesis entails a template-directed, Pd-mediated coupling of a p/p'-substituted diethynyl Zn porphyrin and a m/m'-substituted diiodo Fb porphyrin. The porphyrin building blocks (trans-A(2)B(2), trans-AB(2)C) contain the protected pendant groups at nonlinking meso positions. A self-assembled monolayer (SAM) of a Zn(3)Fb(3) cyclic hexamer containing one thiol group on each porphyrin was prepared on a gold electrode and the surface-immobilized architecture was examined electrochemically. Together, the work reported herein provides cyclic hexameric porphyrin arrays for studies of self-assembly in solution or on surfaces. 相似文献

New bis(oxazoline) ligands and their palladium complexes were synthesized and characterized. X-ray crystal structures of the two new complexes showed distorted square planar geometry with the palladium ion bonded to nitrogens of two bidentate heterocycles in addition to two bromides and two acetate ions for Pd-BOX-1 and Pd-BOX-2, respectively. The complexes adopt a chair structure with a rigid curvature inducing an inherent chirality. The complexes were effective catalysts for Suzuki–Miyaura, Mizoroki–Heck, and copper-free Sonogashira coupling reactions in aqueous dimethylformamide and under aerobic conditions. The reaction conditions were optimized for best solvent, base, and temperature. The substrate scope of the new catalytic system was evaluated for coupling reactions of a variety of aryl halides with aryl boronic acids, alkenes, and alkynes. 相似文献

The synthesis and properties of novel anthracene-bridged porphyrin dimers having an oxomolybdenum(V) porphyrin unit, H(2)(DPA)[Mo(V)O(OMe)] (1) and (DPA)[Mo(V)O(OMe)][Zn(II)(MeOH)] (2), and the relevant monomer porphyrin complexes Mo(V)O(MPP)OMe (3) and Zn(II)(MPP) (4) are presented. An oxomolybdenum(V) unit was introduced into one of the two porphyrins in DPA to give 1, which has a free-base porphyrin unit. By introducing a zinc(II) ion to the free-base part, a mixed-metal complex of 2 was prepared and isolated. The structure of 2 was analyzed by X-ray crystallography (2.(7)/(6)CH(2)Cl(2), triclinic, P(-)1 (no. 2), a = 15.2854(12) A, b = 19.9640(15) A, c = 13.6915(12) A, alpha = 90.968(3), beta = 113.108(4), gamma = 96.501(4), Z = 2, R1 = 9.9, wR2 = 19.2). The structure of 2 demonstrated that a methanol is stably coordinated to the Zn(II) ion with the aid of a hydrogen bond to the methoxo ligand on the Mo(V) ion in the binding pocket of DPA. The electrochemical measurements of 2 suggested that the methanol was kept in the pocket of DPA in solution even at the reduced state of the molybdenum ion. 相似文献

Palladium acetate was shown to be an extremely active catalyst for the Heck reaction of aryl bromides. A single Cu(II) catalyst without the addition of ligand or base couples a diverse range of nitrogen sources with alkynes and aldehydes bearing alkyl, halogenated, silyl, aryl, and heteroaryl groups. The first example of a copper-catalyzed alkynylation involving p-toluenesulfonamide provides high yields of N-Ts-protected propargylamines. Tetramesityl porphinato rhodium(III) methoxide ((TMP)Rh-OCH(3)) binds with methanol in benzene to form a 1:1 methanol complex ((TMP)Rh-OCH(3)(CH(3)OH)) (1). Dynamic processes are observed to occur for the rhodium(III) methoxide methanol complex (1) that involve both hydrogen and methanol exchange. Hydrogen exchange between coordinated methanol and methoxide through methanol in solution results in an interchange of the environments for the non-equivalent porphyrin faces that contain methoxide and methanol ligands. Interchange of the environments of the coordinated methanol and methoxide sites in 1 produces interchange of the inequivalent mesityl o-CH(3) groups, but methanol ligand exchange occurs on one face of the porphyrin and the mesityl o-CH(3) groups remain inequivalent. Rate constants for dynamic processes are evaluated by full line shape analysis for the (1)H NMR of the mesityl o-CH(3) and high field methyl resonances of coordinated methanol and methoxide groups in 1. The rate constant for interchange of the inequivalent porphyrin faces is associated with hydrogen exchange between 1 and methanol in solution and is observed to increase regularly with the increase in the mole fraction of methanol. The rate constant for methanol ligand exchange between 1 and the solution varies with the solution composition and fluctuates in a manner that parallels the change in the activation energy for methanol diffusion which is a consequence of solution non-ideality from hydrogen bonded clusters. 相似文献

A detailed investigation into the influence of phosphines, additives, bases and solvents on the Heck coupling reaction of 4-trifluoromethyl-1-chlorobenzene (2) is presented. It is shown that a number of catalyst systems exist for efficient cross coupling of electron-deficient aryl chlorides with various olefins. Basicity and steric demand of the ligand are two factors which determine the success of the reaction. In addition the phosphine/palladium ratio, the correct type and amount of additive, and finally the use of an appropriate base and solvent are also important. The optimised reaction conditions are applied for the arylation of styrene, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and N,N-dimethyl acrylic amide with various aryl chlorides. 相似文献
