The purpose of this paper is to give characterizations for uniform exponential dichotomy of evolution families on the real line. We consider a general class of Banach function spaces denoted and we prove that if with and the pair is admissible for an evolution family then is uniformly exponentially dichotomic. By an example we show that the admissibility of the pair for an evolution family is not a sufficient condition for uniform exponential dichotomy. As applications, we deduce necessary and sufficient conditions for uniform exponential dichotomy of evolution families in terms of the admissibility of the pairs and with   相似文献

We study the spectral problem $$\left. {\Delta \mathcal{U} + K^2 \mathcal{U} = 0, \frac{{\partial u}}{{\partial n}} - iK\mathcal{O}\mathcal{U}} \right|_{\partial \Omega } = 0, \mathfrak{S} \geqslant 0$$ We construct a self-adjoint dilatation and the problem is reduced to the investigation of a dissipative operator in a space with energy metric.  相似文献

On the Range of the Aluthge Transform   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Let be the algebra of all bounded linear operators on a complex separable Hilbert space For an operator let be the Aluthge transform of T and we define for all where T = U|T| is a polar decomposition of T. In this short note, we consider an elementary property of the range of Δ. We prove that R(Δ) is neither closed nor dense in However R(Δ) is strongly dense if is infinite dimensional. In this paper, the author proves the existence and uniqueness of nonnegative solution for the first boundary value problem of uniform degenerated parabolic equation $$\[\left\{ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}} {\frac{{\partial u}}{{\partial t}} = \sum {\frac{\partial }{{\partial {x_i}}}\left( {v(u){A_{ij}}(x,t,u)\frac{{\partial u}}{{\partial {x_j}}}} \right) + \sum {{B_i}(x,t,u)} \frac{{\partial u}}{{\partial {x_i}}}} + C(x,t,u)u\begin{array}{*{20}{c}} {}&{(x,t) \in [0,T]} \end{array},}\{u{|_{t = 0}} = {u_0}(x),x \in \Omega ,}\{u{|_{x \in \partial \Omega }} = \psi (s,t),0 \le t \le T} \end{array}} \right.\]$$ $$\[\left( {\frac{1}{\Lambda }{{\left| \alpha \right|}^2} \le \sum {{A_{ij}}{\alpha _i}{\alpha _j}} \le \Lambda {{\left| \alpha \right|}^2},\forall a \in {R^n},0 < \Lambda < \infty ,v(u) > 0\begin{array}{*{20}{c}} {and}&{v(u) \to 0\begin{array}{*{20}{c}} {as}&{u \to 0} \end{array}} \end{array}} \right)\]$$ under some very weak restrictions, i.e. $\[{A_{ij}}(x,t,r),{B_i}(x,t,r),C(x,t,r),\sum {\frac{{\partial {A_{ij}}}}{{\partial {x_j}}}} ,\sum {\frac{{\partial {B_i}}}{{\partial {x_i}}} \in \overline \Omega } \times [0,T] \times R,\left| {{B_i}} \right| \le \Lambda ,\left| C \right| \le \Lambda ,\],\[\left| {\sum {\frac{{\partial {B_i}}}{{\partial {x_i}}}} } \right| \le \Lambda ,\partial \Omega \in {C^2},v(r) \in C[0,\infty ).v(0) = 0,1 \le \frac{{rv(r)}}{{\int_0^r {v(s)ds} }} \le m,{u_0}(x) \in {C^2}(\overline \Omega ),\psi (s,t) \in {C^\beta }(\partial \Omega \times [0,T]),0 < \beta < 1\],\[{u_0}(s) = \psi (s,0).\]$  相似文献

  1. Let S, H denote the singular integral involution operator and the Hilbert transform on $L^p \left( {\mathbb{T}, \ell _\mathbb{C}^2 } \right)$ , respectively. Then for 1 ≤ p ≤ 2 and any f, $$\left\| {\mathcal{S}f} \right\|_{p,\infty } \leqslant \left( {\frac{1} {\pi }\int_{ - \infty }^\infty {\frac{{\left| {\tfrac{2} {\pi }\log \left| t \right|} \right|^p }} {{t^2 + 1}}dt} } \right)^{ - 1/p} \left\| f \right\|p,$$ $$\left\| {\mathcal{H}f} \right\|_{p,\infty } \leqslant \left( {\frac{1} {\pi }\int_{ - \infty }^\infty {\frac{{\left| {\tfrac{2} {\pi }\log \left| t \right|} \right|^p }} {{t^2 + 1}}dt} } \right)^{ - 1/p} \left\| f \right\|p.$$ Both inequalities are sharp.
  2. Let P + and P ? stand for the Riesz projection and the co-analytic projection on $L^p \left( {\mathbb{T}, \ell _\mathbb{C}^2 } \right)$ , respectively. Then for 1 ≤ p ≤ 2 and any f, $$\left\| {P + f} \right\|_{p,\infty } \leqslant \left\| f \right\|_p ,$$ $$\left\| {P - f} \right\|_{p,\infty } \leqslant \left\| f \right\|_p .$$ Both inequalities are sharp.
  3. We establish the sharp versions of the estimates above in the nonperiodic case.
The results are new even if the operators act on complex-valued functions. The proof rests on the construction of an appropriate plurisubharmonic function and probabilistic techniques.  相似文献

For each n > 1 and each multiplicative closed set of integers S, we study closed model category structures on the pointed category of topological spaces, where the classes of weak equivalences are classes of maps inducing isomorphism on homotopy groups with coefficients in determined torsion abelian groups, in degrees higher than or equal to n. We take coefficients either on all the cyclic groups with sS, or in the abelian group where is the group of fractions of the form with sS. In the first case, for n > 1 the localized category is equivalent to the ordinary homotopy category of (n − 1)-connected CW-complexes whose homotopy groups are S-torsion. In the second case, for n > 1 we obtain that the localized category is equivalent to the ordinary homotopy category of (n − 1)-connected CW-complexes whose homotopy groups are S-torsion and the nth homotopy group is divisible. These equivalences of categories are given by colocalizations , obtained by cofibrant approximations on the model structures. These colocalization maps have nice universal properties. For instance, the map is final (in the homotopy category) among all the maps of the form YX with Y an (n − 1)-connected CW-complex whose homotopy groups are S-torsion and its nth homotopy group is divisible. The spaces , are constructed using the cones of Moore spaces of the form M(T, k), where T is a coefficient group of the corresponding structure of models, and homotopy colimits indexed by a suitable ordinal. If S is generated by a set P of primes and S p is generated by a prime pP one has that for n > 1 the category is equivalent to the product category . If the multiplicative system S is generated by a finite set of primes, then localized category is equivalent to the homotopy category of n-connected Ext-S-complete CW-complexes and a similar result is obtained for .  相似文献

In this paper, we concern the divergence Kohn-Laplace equation$$\sum\limits_{i = 1}^n {\sum\limits_{j = 1}^n {\left( {X_j^*({a^{ij}}{X_i}u) + Y_j^*({b^{ij}}{Y_i}u)} \right)} } + Tu = f - \sum\limits_{i = 1}^n {\left( {X_i^*{f^i} + Y_i^*{g^i}} \right)}$$ with bounded coefficients on the Heisenberg group ${{\mathbb{H}}^n}$, where ${X_1}, \cdots, {X_n},{Y_1}, \cdots, {Y_n}$ and $T$ are real smooth vector fields defined in a bounded region $\Omega \subset {\mathbb{H}^n}$. The local maximum principle of weak solutions to the equation is established. The oscillation properties of the weak solutions are studied and then the Hölder regularity and weak Harnack inequality of the weak solutions are proved.  相似文献

Using the Multivariate Decomposition Method (MDM), we develop an efficient algorithm for approximating the ∞-variate integral $$\mathcal{I}_{\infty}(f) = \lim\limits_{d\rightarrow \infty} \int\limits_{\mathcal{R}_{+}^{d}}f(x_{1},\ldots,x_{d},0,0,\ldots)\cdot \exp\left(-\sum\limits_{j=1}^{d} x_{j}\right) \mathrm{d} \mathbf{x} $$ for a class of functions f that are once differentiable with respect to each variable. MDM requires efficient algorithms for d-variate versions of the problem. Such algorithms are provided by Smolyak’s construction which is based on efficient algorithms for the univariate integration $$ I \left(f\right) = \int_{0}^{\infty} f\left(x\right)^{-x} \mathrm{d} \mathbf{x}. $$ Detailed analysis and development of (nearly) optimal quadratures for I(f) is the main contribution of the current paper.  相似文献

Let X be a smooth projective variety over the complex numbers. We consider the cohomology of the sheaves and arising from Deligne–Beilinson cohomology and the Hodge filtration on the singular cohomology of X. We show that one can identify with the image of the truncated regulator map c¯2,1. In particular, this implies that is countable. Since this group is a direct summand of coker , this gives a partial answer to Voisin's conjecture that cocker() is countable. In the case of X a surface, we prove that the Albanese kernel T(X) is isomorphic to the group of global sections of if and only if pg=0.  相似文献

As is well known, the asymptotics of zeros of functions of Mittag--Leffler type $$E_\rho \left( {z;\mu } \right) = \sum\limits_{n = 0}^\infty {\frac{{z^n }}{{\Gamma \left( {\mu + {n \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {n \rho }} \right. \kern-\nulldelimiterspace} \rho }} \right)}}} ,{\text{ }}\rho >0,{\text{ }}\mu \in \mathbb{C},$$ describes the behavior of zeros outside a disk of sufficiently large radius. In the paper we solve the problem of finding the number of zeros inside such a disk; this allows us to indicate the numeration of all zeros $E_\rho \left( {z;\mu } \right)$ that agrees with the asymptotics. We study the problem of the distribution of zeros of two functions that can be expressed in terms of $E_1 \left( {z;\mu } \right)$ , namely of the incomplete gamma-function and of the error function.  相似文献
