Vapor pressure as a function of temperature above solid and liquid (BrBNH)3 and the thermodynamic parameters of (BrBNH)3 sublimation and vaporization have been determined using static tensimetry with membrane null-manometer. The thermal decomposition of tribromoborazine has been studied in the saturated and unsaturated vapor regions. Irreversible decomposition occurred at noticeable rates at temperatures higher than 343 K and was accompanied by HBr evolution. In the unsaturated vapor region, thermal decomposition has far lower rates than in the saturated vapor region because of diffusion limitations. The activation energy of condensed-phase thermal decomposition of B,B′,B″-tribromoborazine is 65 ± 3 kJ/mol, and this value proves that tribromoborazine decomposition at low temperatures is not accompanied by opening of the boron-nitrogen cycle.  相似文献

The interconversions between isomers with the same spin multiplicity of neutral B6 and charged B6 ? and B6 + clusters have been investigated at the B3LYP/6-311+G* level of theory, including determination of the minimum energy pathways with transition states connecting the corresponding reactants and products. In dynamic calculations, 26 isomers were optimized, including 11 novel isomers. In order to further refine the energies, single-point B3LYP/6-311+G(3df) calculations were carried out on the corresponding B3LYP/6-311+G* geometries of all isomers of B6, B6 ? and B6 + and the corresponding isomerization transition states. The stability of each isomer of B6 (singlet and triplet states), B6 ? (doublet state) and B6 + (doublet state) was analyzed from both thermodynamic and dynamic viewpoints.  相似文献

Boron oxide clusters are electron-deficient species with novel structures and bonding, in which the emergence of rhombic and boroxol rings is of interest. We report on computational prediction of the global-minimum structures for two boron oxide clusters: B4O5 and B4O5. These structures differ distinctly, as established through global machine searches and electronic structure calculations at B3LYP and single-point CCSD(T) levels. While B4O5 neutral cluster has a rhombic B2O2 core, the B4O5 anion features a boroxol B3O3 ring. One electron completely changes the potential landscapes. Bonding analyses show that the 4π electron-counting is crucial for a rhombic B O cluster, in contrast to π sextet for a boroxol ring, which underlies the competition between rhombic and boroxol rings in B4O5/B4O5 clusters. A possible pathway for rhombic-to-hexagonal transformation is proposed based on intrinsic reaction coordinate calculations. Anion B4O5 cluster, a new member of the inorganic benzene family, is among the smallest B O species with a free-standing boroxol ring, governed collectively by composition and electron-counting.  相似文献

Electron-precise B−B bonded compounds are valuable reagents in organic syntheses, which can be used as key starting material for the synthesis of functionalized organoboranes. Bis(pinacolato)diborane(4) B2pin2 and its derivatives are among the most studied diboron species. However, their B−B bonds usually need to be activated by transition metal catalysts or bases for further transformations. Recently, many well-designed/reactive electron-precise B−B bonded compounds have been developed, which could facilitate direct reactions with small molecules, unsaturated substrates, and electrophiles. A 1,4,2,3-diazadiborinine derivative was found to form Lewis adducts with strong two-electron donors such as N-heterocyclic and cyclic (alkyl)(amino)carbenes. Depending on the donor, some of these Lewis pairs are thermally unstable, converting to sole B,N-embedded products upon gentle heating. The products of these reactions, which have been fully characterized by NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction, were identified as B,N-heterocycles with fused 1,5,2,4-diazadiborepine and 1,4,2-diazaborinine rings. Computational modelling of the reaction mechanism provides insight into the formation of these unique structures, suggesting that a series of B−H, C−N, and B−B bond activation steps are responsible for these “intercalation” reactions between the 1,4,2,3-diazadiborinine and NHCs.  相似文献

Fourteen new derivatives of avermectin B1a, and ivermectin B1a were synthesized from C5-O-triphenyl silylavermectin B1a and ivermectin B1a (yield from 40% to 83%). The literature states different compositions (M/B = 1:2 vs. 2:5) and structures for diborides of molybdenum and tungsten. Using X‐ray and neutron powder diffraction as well as energy and wavelength dispersive electron microprobe analysis, the Mo/B and W/B systems were now reinvestigated. Molybdenum diboride crystallizes as a stoichiometric compound Mo2B4 (formerly described as Mo2B5) in space group (No. 166, a, b = 3.01375(2) Å, c = 20.9541(3) Å), and as a non‐stoichiometric compound MoB2?x (formerly described as MoB2) in P6/mmm (No. 191, a, b = 3.043(2) Å, c = 3.067(2) Å), whereas stoichiometric tungsten diboride W2B4 (formerly described as W2B5) is found to crystallize in space group P63/mmc (No. 194, a, b = 2.9864(4) Å, c = 13.896(2) Å). These results seem to be supported by DFT calculations which show the instability of a hypothetic W2B5.  相似文献

A simple and convenient one-pot synthesis of aryl alkyl ethers by the alkoxylation of aryl halides with alcohol in the presence of Triton B as a base is described. The procedure is applicable for a variety of aryl and heteroaryl halides, and yields are very good. A fast analytical method for the simultaneous determination of fumonisin B1 (FB1) and fumonisin B2 (FB2) in corn using a novel QuEChERS method and LC–MS–MS was developed and validated. Samples were extracted with methanol–water (3:1 v/v) by means of ultrasonic extraction. The extract was purified with a novel modified QuEChERS method. Firstly, FB1 and FB2 in the extract were retained with primary secondary amine (PSA). Then, FB1 and FB2 were released from PSA with 1.0 % formic acid in methanol. The final eluate was diluted with water, and analyzed by LC–MS–MS on a Waters Acquity BEH C18 column with 0.1 % formic acid in water/methanol as mobile phase with gradient elution. Mean recoveries of 83.5–102.4 % with CVs of 3.6–10.5 % were obtained at fortification levels of 2, 50 and 1,000 μg kg−1. The limit of quantification was 2.0 μg kg−1.

A divergent asymmetric total synthesis of voacafricines A and B, hexacyclic monoterpene indole alkaloids, has been accomplished featuring the following key steps: a) a catalyst-controlled asymmetric Pictet–Spengler reaction of 6-methoxytryptamine with a chiral α-ketoester affording a 1,1-disubstituted tetrahydro-β-carboline in excellent yield and diastereoselectivity; b) oxidative cleavage of a 3,5-disubstituted cyclopentene furnishing a dialdehyde intermediate, which was effectively differentiated through spontaneous cyclization with the neighboring hydroxy and secondary amine functions; c) intramolecular nucleophilic addition of a tertiary amino nitrogen atom to the in situ generated oxonium species generating stereoselectively an unprecedented 8-alkyl octahydro-2H-5,8-methanofuro[2,3-b]azepin-8-ium motif bearing five contiguous stereocenters.
