The space group symmetry and crystal structure of Tl3SbS3−xSex compounds in the composition range 0 < x < 3 have been determined by a combination of powder X-ray diffraction, electron diffraction, and high-resolution electron microscopy. The incongruently melting compound Tl3SbSe3 has been shown to crystallize in cubic space group P213 with a = 9.435Å in a structure related to that of Langbeinite. The convergent beam electron diffraction pattern of Tl3SbS3 is in accord with the space group R3m determined by X-ray diffraction. The cubic Langbeinite-type structure is found for Tl3SbS3−xSex for 0.5 < x < 3 and for Tl3SbyAs1−ySe3 for 0.077 < y < 1.0. A five-component compound Tl3Sb0.5As0.5Se1.5S1.5 was also found to be cubic.  相似文献

Two new thallium iodates have been synthesized, Tl(IO3)3 and Tl4(IO3)6 [Tl+3Tl3+(IO3)6], and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both materials were synthesized as phase-pure compounds through hydrothermal techniques using Tl2CO3 and HIO3 as reagents. The materials crystallize in space groups R-3 (Tl(IO3)3) and P-1 (Tl4(IO3)6). Although lone-pairs are observed for both I5+ and Tl+, electronic structure calculations indicate the lone-pair on I5+ is stereo-active, whereas the lone-pair on Tl+ is inert.  相似文献

The electrical conductivity of the crystallized polyphosphates Li3Ba2(PO3)7, LiPb2(PO3)5, LiCs(PO3)2, and αLiK(PO3)2 has been determined at different temperatures by impedance spectroscopy. The conductivity, σ, spreads within a range of 1.59 × 10−8 to 1.79 × 10−7 S cm−1 at 573 K, and from 1.71 × 10−5 to 9.86 × 10−4 S cm−1 at 773 K. The transport should be assumed in the majority by the lithium ions with regard to the structural characteristics of these polyphosphates. The results are discussed and compared to the conductivity properties of other lithium ion conductors.  相似文献

The magnetic, electronic, and structural properties of the solid solutions LaxSr1−xRuO3 and LaxCa1−xRuO3 have been studied by 99Ru Mössbauer spectroscopy and other techniques. The LaxCa1−xRuO3 phases are reported for the first time and have been shown by powder X-ray diffraction measurements to be orthorhombically distorted perovskites. Electrical resistivity measurements on compacted powders show that all the phases are metallic with p 10−3, ohm-cm. Progressive substitution of Sr2+ by La3+ in ferromagnetic SrRuO3 leads to a rapid collapse of the magnetic hyper-fine splitting at 4.2°K. For x = 0.25 some ruthenium ions still experience a magnetic field but for 0.4 x 0.75 only single, narrow resonance lines are observed, consistent both with the complete removal of the ferromagnetism and with the presence of an averaged ruthenium oxidation state in each phase, i.e., Lax3+Sr1−x2+Ru(4−x)+O3 rather than Lax3+Sr1−x2+Rux3+Ru1−x4+O3. LaRuO3 and CaRuO3 both give essentially single-line spectra at 4.2°K, indicating that the ruthenium ions in these oxides are not involved in long-range antiferromagnetic order but are paramagnetic. The solid solutions LaxCa1−xRuO3 (0 < x 0.6) give sharp symmetrical singlets with chemical isomer shifts (relative to the Ru metal) which move progressively from the value characteristic of Ru4+ (−0.303 mm sec−1) toward the value for Ru3+ (−0.557 mm sec−1), consistent with the presence of intermediate ruthenium oxidation states in these phases also.  相似文献

Mechanical activation (MA) of the LiOH+V2O5 and Li2CO3+V2O5 mixtures followed by brief heating at 673 K was used to prepare dispersed Li1+xV3O8. It was shown that structural transformations during MA are accompanied by reduction processes. EPR spectra of Li1+xV3O8 are attributed to vanadyl VO2+ ions with weak exchange interaction. The interaction of localized electrons (V4+ ions) with electron gas (delocalized electrons), which is exhibited through the dependence of EPR line width of vanadium ions versus measurement temperature (C–S–C relaxation), is revealed. It is shown that C–S–C relaxation is different for intermediate and final products. The properties of mechanochemically prepared Li1+xV3O8 are compared with those of HT-Li1+xV3O8, obtained by conventional solid state reaction. Mechanochemically prepared Li1+xV3O8 is characterized by a similar amount of vanadium ions, producing electron gas, but a higher specific surface area.  相似文献

Recently, the ferroelectromagnet YMnO3 has been the focus of interest because it exhibits both antiferromagnetism (Néel temperature 80 K) and ferroelectricity (Curie temperature 914 K). There have been no reports of complete YMn1−xMxO3 solid solutions in which substitution of the foreign M cation preserves the hexagonal P63cm structure. In contrast there exist several homeotypic phases with the general formula, Ln1+nCunMO3+3n (n=1 (M=Ti), 2 (M=V) and 3 (M=Mo); Ln: lanthanide). Several YMn1−x(Cu3/4Mo1/4)xO3 compounds have been synthesized. The solid solution, from YMnO3 (x=0) to YCu3/4Mo1/4O3 (x=1) has been characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy study. For 0<x<0.9, the compounds are found to crystallize in the non-centrosymmetric structure, space group P63cm, of YMnO3. The Mn-free end member, x=1, crystallizes in a complex multiple cell, the superstructure being associated to Cu3+/Mo6+ cationic ordering. Dilution of the Mn3+ magnetic array by the paramagnetic (Cu2+) and diamagnetic (Mo6+) cations is found to decrease the antiferromagnetic ordering temperature and it becomes undetectable for x0.5 compositions.  相似文献

The electric and magnetic properties of the perovskites Nd0.8Na0.2Mn(1−x)CoxO3 (0x0.2) prepared by the usual ceramic procedure were investigated. The insulator-to-metal-like (IM) transition, closely related to a ferromagnetic arrangement, was revealed for the composition of x=0.04 and a similar tendency was detected for x=0. The insulating behavior persists down to low temperatures for higher contents of cobalt ions in spite of the transition to the bulk ferromagnetism. The properties are interpreted in terms of the steric distortion, tilting of the Mn(Co)O6 octahedra and the double-exchange interactions of the type Mn3+–O2−–Mn4+and Mn3.5+δ–O2−–Co2+, respectively. Presence of antiferromagnetic domains in the ferromagnetic matrix for the most of cobalt-substituted samples is supposed.  相似文献

Crystal structure, redox, and magnetic properties for the Pr1−xSrxFeO3−δ solid-solution phase have been studied. Oxidized samples (prepared in air at 900°C) crystallize in the GdFeO3-type structure for 0≤x≤0.80, and probably in the Sr8Fe8O23-type (unpublished) structure for x=0.90. Reduced samples (containing virtually only Fe3+) crystallize as the perovskite aristotype for x=0.50 and 0.67 with randomly distributed vacancies. The Fe4+ content increases linearly in the oxidized samples up to x≈0.70, whereupon it stabilizes at around 55%. Antiferromagnetic ordering of the G type is observed for oxidized samples (0≤x≤0.90) which show decreasing Néel temperature and ordered magnetic moment with increasing x, while the Néel temperature is nearly constant at 700 K for reduced samples. Electronic transitions for iron from an average-valence state via charge-separated to disproportionated states are proposed from anomalies in magnetic susceptibility curves in the temperature ranges 500–600 K and 150–185 K.  相似文献

In the context, SrxY10−x(SiO4)y(PO4)6−yO2 doped with 1 mol%Eu3+ (x = 2, y = 6; x = 4, y = 4; x = 5, y = 3; x = 8, y = 0) were synthesized by using 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane (APES) as the sources of the silicate network. X-ray diagrams confirm that SrxY10−x(SiO4) y(PO4)6−yO2: Eu3+ solid solutions are formed as a pure apatitic phase. The SEM picture shows that there exist some novel unexpected coral like morphological structures. The luminescent intensity is the strongest for the host composition of Sr4Y6(SiO4)4(PO4)2O2 although the effect of the composition on the luminescent intensity is little.  相似文献

Compounds A2/3A1/3M2XO8 (A=Tl, Rb, Cs; A′=Na, Ag; M=Nb, Ta; X=P, As) have been synthesized using the ceramic method. The sodium and potassium compounds (A= Na and K) have been prepared by an ion exchange reaction starting from their thallium analogues. These materials are isotypic with Tl1−xNaxNb2PO8 (x=0.21) the structure of which has been determined by using X-ray single-crystal data. The space group is R32, the cell constants are aH=13.369(2), cH=10.324(3) Å and z=9. This compound is isostructural with Ca0.5+xCs2 Nb6P3O24. Its three-dimensional framework [Nb2PO8]n, built up from NbO6 octahedra and corner-sharing PO4 tetrahedra, delimits tunnels running along cH and cavities accommodating Tl+ and Na+ cations, respectively. The K2/3Na1/3Nb2PO8 structure, refined using X-ray powder data, showed that K+ cations are spread like the Tl+ ones over many sites, but more excentred from the tunnel axis. The isotypy of these compounds is also revealed by the similarity of the infrared and Raman spectra. The nonlinear optical study showed a behavior similar to that of the KDP for all the compounds. The ionic conductivity measurements gave high activation energies and low conductivity values for these materials.  相似文献

Nanosized Fe2O3 clusters are pillared in the interlayer spaces of layered perovskites, H1−xLaxCa2−xNb3O10 (0≤x≤0.75) by a guest-exchange reaction using the trinuclear acetato-hydroxo iron cation, [Fe3(OCOCH3)7 OH·2H2O]+. The interlayer spaces of niobate layers are pre-expanded with n-butylammonium cations (n-C4H9NH+3), which are subsequently replaced by bulky iron pillaring species to form Fe(III) complex intercalated layer niobates. Upon heating at 380°C, the interlayered acetato-hydroxo iron complexes are converted into Fe2O3 nanoclusters with a thickness of ca. 3.5 Å irrespective of the interlayer charge density (x). The band-gap energy of the Fe2O3 pillars (Eg2.25 eV) is slightly larger than that of bulk Fe2O3 (Eg2.20 eV) but is smaller than that expected for such a small-sized semiconductor, which can be assigned to the pancake-shaped Fe2O3 pillars of 3.5 Å in height with comparatively large lateral dimension. X-ray absorption spectroscopic measurements at the Fe K-edge are carried out in order to obtain structural information on the Fe2O3 pillars stabilized between the niobate layers. XANES analysis reveals that the interlayer FeO6 octahedra have coordination environments similar to that of bulk α-Fe2O3, but noncentrosymmetric distortion of interlayered FeO6 is enhanced due to the asymmetric electric potential exerted by the negatively charged niobate layers. Scanning electron microscopic observation and nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherm measurement suggest that the pillared derivatives are nanoporous materials with the highest BET specific surface area of ca. 116 m2/g.  相似文献

以Ga_2O_3、Y_2O_3、Cr(NO_3)_3·9H_2O为原料,柠檬酸为配位剂,通过溶胶-凝胶高温固相合成法制备出Ga_(2-2x)O_3∶2xCr~(3+)(Ga_2O_3∶xCr)与Y_3Ga_(5-5x)O_(12)∶5xCr~(3+)(YGG∶xCr)2种多晶粉体(x=0.01,0.03,0.05,0.07)。并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光光谱(PL)对样品的结构、组成、形貌和荧光性能进行测试分析。XRD和IR分析结果显示在900℃煅烧后Ga_2O_3∶xCr和YGG∶xCr两种样品均成相。SEM照片显示Ga_2O_3∶xCr样品形貌为柱形多面体,YGG∶xCr为短棒状。PL结果显示Cr~(3+)在Ga_2O_3和YGG两种基质中的最强荧光发射峰分别位于742和740 nm,均属于Cr~(3+)的~2E-~4A_2跃迁,对比发现Cr~(3+)在YGG基质中的荧光发射强度更强,在远红光区的荧光性能更好,能满足温室照明中植物光合作用的需求。  相似文献

The crystal structure of Sr4Mn2NiO9 has been refined on single crystal. This phase belongs to the series A1+x(AxB1–x)O3 (x=1/3) related to the 2H-hexagonal perovskite. The structure contains transition metals in chains of oxide polyhedra (trigonal prisms and octahedra); neighboring chains are separated from each other by the Sr atoms. The sequence of the face sharing polyhedra along the chains is two octahedra + one trigonal prism. Mn occupies the octahedra and Ni is disordered in the trigonal prism with ≈80% in the pseudo square faces of the prism and ≈20% at the centre. This result has been confirmed by XANES experiments at Mn K and Ni K edges, respectively. Sr4Mn2NiO9 is antiferromagnetic with a Néel temperature at T=3 K. The Curie constant measured at high temperature is in good agreement with ≈80% of the Ni2+ ions in the spin state configuration S=0.  相似文献

La1−x(PO3)3:Tbx3+ (0<x0.6) were prepared using solid-state reaction. The vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) excitation spectrum of La0.55(PO3)3:Tb0.453+ indicates that the absorption of (PO3)33− groups locates at about 163 and 174 nm and the absorption bands of (PO3)33− groups (174 nm) and La3+–O2− (200 nm) and Tb3+ (213 nm) overlap each other. These results imply that the (PO3)33− groups can efficiently absorb the excited energy around 172 nm and transfer the energy to Tb3+. Under 172 nm excitation, the optimal photoluminescence (PL) intensity is obtained when Tb concentration reaches 0.45 and is about 71% of commercial phosphor Zn1.96SiO4:0.04 Mn2+ with chromaticity coordinates of (0.343, 0.578) and the decay time of about 4.47 ms.  相似文献

Strontium-substituted thallium cuprates of the type Tl2Ba2−xSrxCuO6 have been synthesized for various values of x. Single phases were obtained for x ≤ 1.2. The compounds crystallize in the tetragonal structure with space group I4/mmm as the parent Tl2Ba2CuO6 oxide. Both a and c lattice parameter decrease with increase in x. Tc decreases gradually from 92 to 77 K (x = 0.8). Beyond x = 1.0 superconductivity is lost. The x = 1.2 comparison is metallic down to 4.2 K.  相似文献

Two new compounds of the AxMOXO4 family, β-LiVOAsO4 and β-VOAsO4, have been synthesized by solid state reaction and electrochemical lithium deintercalation from β-LiVOAsO4, respectively. Both compounds are isostructural and are built like other β-VOXO4 (X=S, P) by (VO5) chains of distorted VO6 octahedra connected via corner-shared AsO4 tetrahedra. For β-LiVOAsO4 the additional Li+ ions occupy chains of edge-shared octahedra running perpendicularly to the (VO5) chains. The one-dimensional antiferromagnetic behavior suggested by the structure has been experimentaly confirmed. It is shown that lithium deintercalation occurs through a first-order transition at 4.02 V vs Li+/Li0. From chemical bond considerations it is shown why the redox potential of a given transition element M in a six-fold coordination involving (M=O)m+ units lies between those observed in oxides and in M2(XO4)3 compounds with (XO4)n oxo anions (X=S, P, As).  相似文献

The reaction of hexafluoro-cyclo-triphosphazene P3N3F6 with ammonia in acetonitrile has been studied. New compounds, (2-imino-2,4,4,6,6-pentafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-trienyl)-2-amino-4,4,6,6-tetrafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-triene, P3N3F5–NH–P3N3F4NH2 (2) and cis and trans isomers of non-gem-2,4-diamino-2,4,6,6-tetrafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-triene, P3N3F4(NH2)2 (4, 5), were detected by GC/MS, and 31P NMR spectroscopy in reaction mixtures. X-ray diffraction analysis of P3N3F5–NH–P3N3F4NH2 (2) revealed two conformational polymorphs, 2A and 2B, the latter being built up of two different conformers that were further denoted as 2Ba (the same as the single conformer in 2A) and 2Bb. The compound 2 was characterized by spectroscopic methods and its 2D potential energy surface (PES) was described by density functional theory computations depending on two dihedral angles. The calculated PES spans over 30 kJ/mol in energy including 8 local minima and all first and second order saddle points. The occurrence of the two experimentally observed conformers 2Ba and 2Bb seems to be governed by crystal packing effects.  相似文献

Li2O–Cr2O3–GeO2–P2O5 based glasses were synthesized by a conventional melt-quenching method and successfully converted into glass-ceramics through heat treatment. Experimental results of DTA, XRD, ac impedance techniques and FESEM indicated that Li1.4Cr0.4Ge1.6(PO4)3 glass-ceramics treated at 900 °C for 12 h in the Li1 + xCrxGe2 − x(PO4)3 (x = 0–0.8) system exhibited the best glass stability against crystallization and the highest ambient conductivity value of 6.81 × 10−4 S/cm with an activation energy as low as 26.9 kJ/mol. In addition, the Li1.4Cr0.4Ge1.6(PO4)3 glass-ceramics displayed good chemical stability against lithium metal at room temperature. The good thermal and chemical stability, excellent conducting property, easy preparation and low cost make it promising to be used as solid-state electrolytes for all-solid-state lithium batteries.  相似文献
