Acylation of 2‐amino‐N‐methyl‐thiobenzamide with substituted benzoyl chlorides has been used to synthesize the corresponding 2‐benzoylamino‐N‐methylthiobenzamides. Subsequent sodium methoxide‐catalyzed ring closure gives the corresponding 3‐methyl‐2‐phenylquinazoline‐4‐thiones. These compounds were characterized by means of their 1H‐ and 12C‐NMR spectra. The kinetics of the cyclization reaction has been followed with UV‐VIS spectroscopy at 100 °C in methanolic solutions of sodium methoxide.  相似文献

3,5‐Disubstituted Δ2‐isoxazolines can be prepared using the palladium‐mediated nucleometalation / methoxycarbonylation of β,γ‐unsaturated oximes. This novel route to this class of compounds is tolerant of a wide variety of functionality in the starting material, and provides a rapid route to highly functionalized isoxazolines.  相似文献

A series of novel title compounds have been designed and synthesized by a multi‐step reaction, the stereochemistry of the reaction was investigated, the structures of all compounds prepared have been confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, EI‐MS spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The crystal structures of cis 6b and trans 6b were determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The results of preliminary bioassay indicate that some compounds possess a certain extent inhibition effect against aphides at the concentration of 250 ppm.  相似文献

Compound 1 as a key intermediate for the synthesis of 3,3,7,7‐tetrakis‐(difluoroamino)octahydro‐1,5‐dinitro‐1,5‐diazocine (HNFX) and 3,3‐bis(difluoroamino)octahydro‐1,5,7,7‐tetranitro‐1,5‐diazocine (TNFX) is described. The electrooxidation of several 1‐arylpyrroles has been carried out in methanol containing sodium cyanide at a platinum anode in a divided cell. In all instances, replacement of a heteroaromatic hydrogen by a cyano group occurred. On the basis of electroanalytical results, the anodic cyanation of the title compounds could be designed an EC process. As a result of two‐electron oxidation, the corresponding pyrrole cyanides were obtained in yields ranging from 76‐85%. The advantages of electrochemistry synthesis of pyrrole cyanides are simple reaction condition, low cost and high purity products.  相似文献

The synthesis of a new set of selenadiazoles, 4‐aryl‐5‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methyl‐2‐nitropropyl)‐1,2,3‐selenadiazoles ( 4 ) derived from 2‐[4‐methyl‐4‐nitro‐1,3‐diarylpentylidene]‐1‐hydrazinecarboxamide ( 3 ) has been reported.
