In this paper, we prove that every element of the linear group GL14(R) normalizing the Chevalley group of type G 2 over a commutative local ring R without 1/2 belongs to this group up to some multiplier. This allows us to improve our classification of automorphisms of these Chevalley groups showing that an automorphism-conjugation can be replaced by an inner automorphism. Therefore, it is proved that every automorphism of a Chevalley group of type G 2 over a local ring without 1/2 is a composition of a ring and an inner automorphisms.  相似文献

Over a 2-torsionfree commutative ring R with identity, the algebra of all strictly upper triangular n + 1 by n + 1 matrices is denoted by n 1. In this article, we prove that any Jordan automorphism of n 1 can be uniquely decomposed as a product of a graph automorphism, a diagonal automorphism, a central automorphism and an inner automorphism for n ≥ 3. In the cases n = 1, 2, we also give a decomposition for any Jordan automorphism of n 1.  相似文献

Let H 2 be Sweedler’s 4-dimensional Hopf algebra and r(H 2) be the corresponding Green ring of H 2. In this paper, we investigate the automorphism groups of Green ring r(H 2) and Green algebra F(H 2) = r(H 2)?? F, where F is a field, whose characteristics is not equal to 2. We prove that the automorphism group of r(H 2) is isomorphic to K 4, where K 4 is the Klein group, and the automorphism group of F(H 2) is the semidirect product of ?2 and G, where G = F {1/2} with multiplication given by a · b = 1? a ? b + 2ab.  相似文献

Let V be a finite-dimensional vector space over a division ring D, where D is finite-dimensional over its center F. Suppose T is a semi-linear transformation on V with associated automorphism σ of D. The centralizer of T is the ring C(T) of all linear transformations on V which commute with T. If σr is the identity on D for some r ? 1 and no smaller positive power of σ is an inner automorphism, then the center of C(T) is computed to be polynomials in Tr with coefficients from F0, where F0 is the subfield of F left elementwise fixed by σ. We show that the theory of the non-standard Frobenius automorphism, acting on an algebraically closed valued field of equal characteristic 0, is NTP2. More generally, in the contractive as well as in the isometric case, we prove that a σ-Henselian valued difference field of equicharacteristic 0 is NTP2, provided both the residue difference field and the value group (as an ordered difference group) are NTP2.  相似文献

This paper first settles the “isomorphism problem” for alternative loop rings; namely, it is shown that a Moufang loop whose integral loop ring is alternative is determined up to isomorphism by that loop ring. The automorphism groups of algebras are found in many papers. Using auto-invariance, we find the automorphism groups of the Laurent extension of the polynomial ring and the quantum n-plane (respectively, twisting polynomial ring) in this work. As an application of the results of this work, we can find the automorphism group of a twisting algebra. We define a generalized Weyl algebra and show that the generalized Weyl algebra is simple. We also find the automorphism group of a generalized Weyl algebra. We show that the generalized Weyl algebra A m,m+n is the universal enveloping algebra of the generalized Witt algebra W(m,m + n). A new invariant is introduced for regular isomorphisms, which are isomorphisms by codes that anticipate a finite amount of the future. With the help of this invariant it is shown that the Bernoulli automorphism (p, q) is not regularly isomorphic to the Markov automorphism ( pq qp ),pq, and that neither of these is regularly isomorphic to the Markov automorphism ( qp pq ).  相似文献

There exist 13 mutually disjoint resolutions of the Steiner system S(5, 8, 24). There also exist nine nonisomorphic mutually disjoint resolutions of S(5, 8, 24) where three of the resolutions have the same L2(23) as an automorphism group and the other six have the same affine group C2311 as an automorphism group. A certain “free” group U is constructed that is generated by three elements of order 3 which pairwise generate a Frobenius group of order 21 and it is shown that U operates regularly on the affine building of type A?2 over the field of 2-adic numbers. As a result an infinite series of finite rank 3 geometries is obtained whose rank 2 residues are projective planes of order 2, and which possess a regular automorphism group isomorphic to SL3(p) or SU3(p) for some prime p.  相似文献
