In this work, we reported a scanometric assay system based on the aptamer-functionalized silver nanoparticles (apt-AgNPs) for detection of platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB) protein. The aptamer and ssDNA were bound with silver nanoparticles by self-assembly of sulfhydryl group at 5′ end to form the apt-AgNPs probe. The apt-AgNPs probe can catalyze the reduction of metallic ions in color agent to generate metal deposition that can be captured both by human eyes and a flatbed scanner. Two different color agents, silver enhancer solution and color agent 1 (10 mM HAuCl4 + 2 mM hydroquinone) were used to develop silver and gold shell on the surface of AgNPs separately. The results demonstrated that the formation of Ag core–Au shell structure had some advantages especially in the low concentrations. The apt-AgNPs probe coupled with color agent 1 showed remarkable superiority in both sensitivity and detection limit compared to the apt-AuNPs system. The apt-AgNPs system also produced a wider linear range from 1.56 ng mL−1 to 100 ng mL−1 for PDGF-BB with the detection limit lower than 1.56 ng mL−1. The present strategy was applied to the determination of PDGF-BB in 10% serum, and the results showed that it had good specificity in complex biological media.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive sensor method for cancer biomarkers [prostate specific antigen (PSA) and PSA-alpha 1-antichymotrypsin (ACT) complex] analysis was developed, to be applied directly with human serum (75%) by using antibody modified quartz crystal microbalance sensor and nanoparticles amplification system. A QCM sensor chip consisting of two sensing array enabling the measurement of an active and control binding events simultaneously on the sensor surface was used in this work. The performance of the assay and the sensor was first optimised and characterised in pure buffer conditions before applying to serum samples. Extensive interference to the QCM signal was observed upon the analysis of serum. Different buffer systems were then formulated and tested for the reduction of the non-specific binding of sera proteins on the sensor surface. A PBS buffer containing 200 μg mL−1 BSA, 0.5 M NaCl, 500 μg mL−1 dextran and 0.5% Tween 20, was then selected which eliminated the interfering signal by 98% and enabled the biomarker detection assay to be performed in 75% human serum. By using Au nanoparticles to enhance the QCM sensor signal, a limit of detection of 0.29 ng mL−1 PSA and PSA-ACT complex (in 75% serum) with a linear dynamic detection range up to 150 ng mL−1 was obtained. With the achieved detection limit in serum samples, the developed QCM assay shows a promising technology for cancer biomarker analysis in patient samples.  相似文献

A novel immunoassay format employing direct coating of small molecular hapten on microtiter plates is reported for the detection of atrazine and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic (2,4-D). In this assay, the polystyrene surface of microtiter plates was first treated with an acid to generate -NO2 groups on the surface. Acid treated plates were further treated with 3-aminoprpyltriethoxysilane (APTES) to functionalize the plate surface with amino groups for covalent linkage to small molecular hapten with carboxyl groups. The modified plates showed significantly high antibody binding in comparison to plates coated with hapten-carrier protein conjugates and presented excellent stability as a function of the buffer pH and reaction time. The developed assay employing direct hapten coated plates and using affinity purified atrazine and 2,4-D antibodies demonstrated very high sensitivity, IC50 values for atrazine and 2,4-D equal to 0.8 ng mL−1 and 7 ng mL−1, respectively. The assay could detect atrazine and 2,4-D levels in standard water samples even at a very low concentration upto 0.02 and 0.7 ng mL−1 respectively in the optimum working range between 0.01 and 1000 ng mL−1 with good signal reproducibility (p values: 0.091 and 0.224 for atrazine and 2,4-D, respectively). The developed immunoassay format could be used as convenient quantitative tool for the sensitive screening of pesticides in samples.  相似文献

A novel method was proposed to prepare a series of functionalized Ag2S nanoparticles capped with various aminopolycarboxylic acids. The as-prepared Ag2S nanoparticles were characterized by UV-vis, FTIR, resonance light scattering spectra (RLS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Based on the RLS intensities enhanced by BSA-induced Ag2S nanoparticles aggregation, a sensitive RLS method for the detection BSA at nanogram levels was established. The detection limits for BSA are between 8.6 and 112.6 ng mL−1, depending on the different capping agents. The effects of various capping agents on the detection limits of BSA have been investigated. The detection limit is found to be dependent on the stability constant (log KMY) of the silver-aminopolycarboxyl complexes.  相似文献

A new method for solid-phase extraction and preconcentration of trace amounts Hg(II) from environmental samples was developed by using sodium dodecyle sulphate-coated magnetite nanoparticles (SDS-coated Fe3O4 NPs) as a new extractant. The procedure is based on the adsorption of the analyte, as mercury-Michler's thioketone [Hg2(TMK)4]2+ complex on the negatively charged surface of the SDS-coated Fe3O4 NPs and then elution of the preconcentrated mercury from the surface of the SDS-coated Fe3O4 NPs prior to its determination by flow injection inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry. The effects of pH, TMK concentration, SDS and Fe3O4 NPs amounts, eluent type, sample volume and interfering ions on the recovery of the analyte were investigated. Under optimized conditions, the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.2-100 ng mL−1 with r2 = 0.9994 (n = 8). The limit of detection for Hg(II) determination was 0.04 ng mL−1. Also, relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) for the determination of 2 and 50 ng mL−1 of Hg(II) was 5.2 and 4.7% (n = 6), respectively. Due to the quantitative extraction of Hg(II) from 1000 mL of the sample solution an enhancement factor as large as 1230-fold can be obtained. The proposed method has been validated using a certified reference materials, and also the method has been applied successfully for the determination of Hg(II) in aqueous samples.  相似文献

A simple dispersive solid-phase micro-extraction method based on CoFe2O4 nano-particles (NPs) functionalized with 8-hydroxyquinoline (8-HQ) with the aid of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was developed for separation of Al(III) ions from aqueous solutions. Al(III) ions are separated at pH 7 via complex formation with 8-HQ using the functionalized CoFe2O4 nano-particles sol solution as a dispersed solid-phase extractor. The separated analyte is directly quantified by a spectrofluorometric method at 370 nm excitation and 506 nm emission wavelengths. A comparison of the fluorescence of Al(III)–8-HQ complex in bulk solution and that of Al(III) ion interacted with 8-HQ/SDS/CoFe2O4 NPs revealed a nearly 5-fold improvement in intensity. The experimental factors influencing the separation and in situ monitoring of the analyte were optimized. Under these conditions, the calibration graph was linear in the range of 0.1–300 ng mL−1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9986. The limit of detection and limit of quantification were 0.03 ng mL−1 and 0.10 ng mL−1, respectively. The inter-day and intra-day relative standard deviations for six replicate determinations of 150 ng mL−1 Al(III) ion were 2.8% and 1.7%, respectively. The method was successfully applied to direct determine Al(III) ion in various human serum and water samples.  相似文献

In the presented work, a disposable immunosensor for the detection of testosterone, an endogenous steroid hormone, in bovine urine has been developed using screen-printed electrodes (SPEs). Due to concerns over the use of steroid hormones as growth promoters, the EU prohibits their use in food producing animals. Consequently, rigorous screening procedures have been implemented in all member states to detect the illegal administration of such compounds. Competitive immunoassays were developed, initially by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and subsequently transferred to an electrochemical immunosensor format using disposable screen-printed carbon electrodes. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was the enzyme label of choice and chronoamperometric detection was carried out using a tetramethylbenzidine/hydrogen peroxide (TMB/H2O2) substrate system, at +100 mV. The EC50 values obtained for the assay in buffer and urine gave relatively comparable results, 710 pg mL−1 and 960 pg mL−1, respectively. The linear range obtained for the assay in buffer extended from 0.03 ng mL−1 to 40 ng mL−1; while that in urine ranged from 0.03 ng mL−1 to 1.6 ng mL−1. The corresponding limits of detection (LOD) in buffer and urine were 26 pg mL−1 and 1.8 pg mL−1. Cross reactivity profiles of the antibody have been examined, with notable cross reactivities with 19-nortestosterone (11.6%) and boldenone (9.86%). Precision studies for the sensor demonstrated adequate reproducibility (CV < 13%, n = 3) and repeatability (CV < 9%, n = 3). Recovery data obtained showed good agreement between spiking studies and known concentrations of analyte. Sensors showed stability for 4 days at +4 °C. A sensitive, highly specific, inexpensive, disposable immunosensor, showing excellent overall performance for the detection of testosterone in bovine urine, has been developed.  相似文献

This study aimed at developing competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) for the organophosphorus (OP) insecticide fenitrothion using a monoclonal antibody. The hapten used to obtain the antibody had an ideal structural feature that allowed minimal functional group sacrifice. By using the antibody and a coating antigen, a competitive indirect ELISA was developed, which showed an IC50 of 14 ng mL−1 with a detection limit of 3.0 ng mL−1. A competitive direct ELISA using an enzyme tracer was also developed, which showed an IC50 of 17 ng mL−1 with a detection limit of 1.6 ng mL−1. The antibodies in both assays showed negligible cross-reactivity with the metabolites of fenitrothion and other OP pesticides except with the insecticides parathion-methyl and parathion-ethyl. Recoveries of fenitrothion from fortified rice and lettuce samples were determined and the bias in the recovery values was rationalized by using the standard curves obtained in the matrix extract.  相似文献

Nanomaterial-based artificial enzymes have received great attention in recent year due to their potential application in immunoassay techniques. However, such potential is usually limited by poor dispersion stability or low catalytic activity induced by the capping agent essentially required in the synthesis. In an attempt to address these challenges, here, we studied the novel Pt nanoparticles (NPs) based peroxidase-like mimic by encapsulating Pt NP in mesoporous silica (Pt@mSiO2 NPs). Compared with other nanomaterial-based artificial enzymes, the obtained Pt@mSiO2 NPs not only exhibit high peroxidase-like activity but also have good dispersion stability in buffer saline solution when grafted with spacer PEG. Results show that when the thickness of silica shell is about 9 nm the resulting Pt@mSiO2 NPs exhibit the catalytic activity similar to that of Pt NPs, which is approximately 26 times higher than that of Fe3O4 NPs (in terms of Kcat for H2O2). Due to the protection of silica shell, the subsequent surface modification with antibody has little effect on their catalytic activity. The analytical performance of this system in detecting hCG shows that after 5 min incubation the limit of detection can reach 10 ng mL−1 and dynamic linear working range is 5–200 ng mL−1. Our findings pave the way for design and development of novel artificial enzyme labeling.  相似文献

Fibrinolysis (plasmin-mediated cleavage of fibrin structures) is a process in which fibrin clots can be removed from blood vessels, allowing the return of normal vascular function. Although several methods have been developed to measure plasmin activity and plasminogen (the plasmin precursor) concentrations, they are only moderately sensitive and quantitative and require large amounts of reagents, limiting their applicability. We developed two simple, label-free homogeneous assays using gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) for detection of fibrinolysis-related proteins and their activator (urokinase that converts plasminogen to plasmin) and inhibitor (α2-plasmin inhibitor that inhibits plasmin and plasminogen bound to fibrin). We used a fibrinolysis-based sensor, based on plasmin-mediated cleavage of fibrinogen-modified Au NPs (Fib-Au NPs) leading to aggregation of Au NPs, to determine plasmin activity in a biological medium mimic solution. A combination of thrombin (Thr) and Fib-Au NPs allowed us to analyze plasmin activity and plasminogen concentrations in serum through Thr-induced agglutination of Fib-Au NPs. The limit of detection (LOD; S/N = 3) of this sensor for plasmin in serum was 0.4 nM (ca. 1.7 × 10−4 unit mL−1). These label-free assays offer several advantages over conventional assays, including allowing rapid and simple readings with the naked eye or measurement by UV–vis absorption spectroscopy.  相似文献

A sandwich-type immunoassay linked with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) has been developed for the detection of anti-erythropoietin antibodies (anti-EPO Abs). Recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) was immobilized on the solid phase to capture anti-rhEPO Abs specifically. After the immunoreactions with Au-labeled goat-anti-rabbit IgG, a diluted HNO3 (2%) was used to dissociate Au nanoparticles which was then introduced to the ICP-MS for measurements. Under the optimized conditions, the calibration graph for anti-EPO Abs was linear in the range of 35.6-500 ng mL−1 with a detection limit of 10.7 ng mL−1 (3σ, n = 9). The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) for three replicate measurements of 30.9 ng mL−1 of anti-EPO Abs was 8.43%. The recoveries of anti-EPO Abs in sera at the spiking level of 50, 100, 150, 200 and 400 ng mL−1 were 99.2%, 101.5%, 95.0%, 94.0% and 102.9%, respectively. For the real sample analysis, 26 samples from healthy people and 53 samples from patients with rhEPO treatments were studied. One sample from patients showed significantly higher anti-EPO Abs from other samples, indicating a possibility of immune response of this patient.  相似文献

It is critical to develop a cost-effective quantitative/semiquantitative assay for rapid diagnosis and on-site detection of toxic or harmful substances. Here, a naked-eye based semiquantitative immunochromatographic strip (NSI-strip) was developed, on which three test lines (TLs, TL-I, TL-II and TL-III) were dispensed on a nitrocellulose membrane to form the test zone. Similar as the traditional strip assay for small molecule, the NSI-strip assay was also based on the competitive theory, difference was that the analyte competed three times with the capture reagent for the limited number of antibody binding sites. After the assay, the number of TLs developed in the test zone was inversely proportional to the analyte concentration, thus analyte content levels could be determined by observing the appeared number of TLs. Taking aflatoxin B1 as the model analyte, visual detection limit of the NSI-strip was 0.06 ng mL−1 and threshold concentrations for TL-I–III were 0.125, 0.5, and 2.0 ng mL−1, respectively. Therefore, according to the appeared number of TLs, the following concentration ranges would be detectable by visual examination: 0–0.06 ng mL−1 (negative samples), and 0.06–0.125 ng mL−1, 0.125–0.5 ng mL−1, 0.5–2.0 ng mL−1 and >2.0 ng mL−1 (positive samples). That was to say, compared to traditional strips the NSI-strip could offer more parameter information of the target analyte content. In this way, the NSI-strip improved the qualitative presence/absence detection of traditional strips by measuring the content (range) of target analytes semiquantitatively.  相似文献

Small molecules or analytes present at low concentrations are difficult to detect directly using conventional surface plasmon resonance (SPR) techniques because only small changes in the refractive index of the medium are typically induced by the binding of these analytes. Here, we present an amplification technique using core–shell Fe3O4@Au magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) for an SPR bioassay. To evaluate this amplification effect, a novel SPR sensor based on a sandwich immunoassay was developed to detect α-fetoprotein (AFP) by immobilizing a primary AFP antibody (Ab1) on the surface of a 3-mercapto-1-propanesulfonate/chitosan-ferrocene/Au NP (MPS/CS-Fc/Au NP) film employing Fe3O4@Au–AFP secondary antibody conjugates (Fe3O4@Au–Ab2) as the amplification reagent. The stepwise fabrication of the biosensor was characterized using UV-vis spectroscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. A calibration curve of Fe3O4@Au–Ab2 conjugates amplification for AFP detection was obtained to yield a correlation in the range of 1.0–200.0 ng mL−1 with a detection limit of 0.65 ng mL−1, and a significant increase in sensitivity was therefore afforded through the use of Fe3O4@Au–Ab2 conjugates as an amplifier. This magnetic separation and amplification strategy has great potential for the detection of other biomolecules of interest with low interference and high sensitivity by changing the antibody label used in the Fe3O4@Au–antibody conjugates.  相似文献

An amplified electrochemical impedimetric aptasensor for ochratoxin A (OTA) was developed with picomolar sensitivity. A facile route to fabricate gold nanoparticles covalently bound reduced graphene oxide (AuNPs–rGO) resulted in a large number of well-dispersed AuNPs on graphene sheets with tremendous binding sites for DNA, since the single rGO sheet and each AuNP can be loaded with hundreds of DNA strands. An aptasensor with sandwich model was fabricated which involved thiolated capture DNA immobilized on a gold electrode to capture the aptamer, then the sensing interface was incubated with OTA at a desired concentration, followed by AuNPs–rGO functionalized reporter DNA hybridized with the residual aptamers. By exploiting the AuNPs–rGO as an excellent signal amplified platform, a single hybridization event between aptamer and reporter DNA was translated into more than 107 redox events, leading to a substantial increase in charge-transfer resistance (Rct) by 7∼ orders of magnitude compared with that of the free aptamer modified electrode. Such designed aptasensor showed a decreased response of Rct to the increase of OTA concentrations over a wide range of 1 pg mL−1–50 ng mL−1 and could detect extremely low OTA concentration, namely, 0.3 pg mL−1 or 0.74 pM, which was much lower than that of most other existed impedimetric aptasensors. The signal amplification platform presented here would provide a promising model for the aptamer-based detection with a direct impedimetric method.  相似文献

A method based on cloud point extraction was developed to determine four kinds of estrogens: estriol (E3), estradiol (E2), estrone (E1), and progesterone (P) in water by high performance liquid chromatography separation and ultraviolet detection (HPLC-UV). The non-ionic surfactant Triton X-114 was chosen as extractant solvent. The parameters affecting extraction efficiency, such as concentrations of Triton X-114 and Na2SO4, equilibration temperature, equilibration time and centrifugation time were evaluated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, preconcentration factors of 99 for E3, 73 for E2, 152 for E1 and 86 for P were obtained for 10 mL water sample. The detection of limitation was 0.23 ng mL−1 for E3, 0.32 ng mL−1 for E2, 0.25 ng mL−1 for E1 and 5.0 ng mL−1 for P. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of trace amount of estrogens in wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) effluent water and exposure water with 10 ng mL−1 E2 for toxicological study in our lab. For the case of WWTP effluent water samples, no estrogen was found. The accuracy of the proposed method was tested by recovery measurements of spiked samples and good recoveries of 81.2-99.5% were obtained.  相似文献

Polyclonal antibody (PAb) with broad-specificity for O,O-diethyl organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) against a generic hapten, 4-(diethoxyphosphorothioyloxy)benzoic acid, was produced. The obtained PAb showed high sensitivity to seven commonly used O,O-diethyl OPs in a competitive indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ciELISA) using a heterologous coating antigen, 4-(3-(diethoxyphosphorothioyloxy)phenylamino)-4-oxobutanoic acid. The 50% inhibition value (IC50) was 348 ng mL−1 for parathion, 13 ng mL−1 for coumaphos, 22 ng mL−1 for quinalphos, 35 ng mL−1 for triazophos, 751 ng mL−1 for phorate, 850 ng mL−1 for dichlofenthion, and 1301 ng mL−1 for phoxim. The limit of detection (LOD) met the ideal detection criteria of all the seven OP residues. A quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) model was constructed to study the mechanism of antibody recognition using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that the frontier-orbital energies (energy of the highest occupied molecular orbital, EHOMO, and energy of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital, ELUMO) and hydrophobicity (log of the octanol/water partition coefficient, log P) were mainly responsible for the antibody recognition. The linear equation was log(IC50) = −63.274EHOMO + 15.985ELUMO + 0.556 log P − 25.015, with a determination coefficient (r2) of 0.908.  相似文献

In this paper, a simple and sensitive amperometric immunosensor for simultaneous detection of four biomarkers by using distinguishable redox-probes as signal tags was proposed for the first time. In sandwich immunoassay format, four kinds of capture antibodies (C-Ab) were immobilized by gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) electro-deposited on the surface of glass carbon electrode (GCE); four kinds of detection antibodies (D-Ab) labeled with different redox probes (including anthraquinone 2-carboxylic acid (Aq), thionine (Thi), ferrocenecarboxylic acid (Fc) and tris(2,2’-bipyridine-4,4’-dicarboxylic acid) cobalt(III) (Co(bpy)33+)), were combined with 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxylic acid (PTCA), poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) and AuNPs functionalized carbon nanotubes, and served as signal tracer. When four target antigens were present, differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) scan exhibited four well-resolved peaks, each peak indicated one antigen, and its intensity was quantitative correlational to the concentration of corresponding analyte. To verify the strategy, four biomarkers for diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma, including carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen (CA) 19-9 CA125, and CA242, were used as model analytes, the immunosensor exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity, and peak current displayed good linear relationship to logarithm concentration in the ranges from 0.016 to 15 ng mL−1 for CEA; 0.008 to 10 ng mL−1 for CA19-9; 0.012 to 12 ng mL−1 for CA125; 0.010 to 10 ng mL−1 for CA242, and low detection limits of 4.2, 2.8, 3.3 and 3.8 pg mL−1, respectively.  相似文献

Sulfasalazine is an antibiotic used in the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases. For the assessment of sulfasalazine in several biological matrices, an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method based on polyclonal antibodies was developed and characterized. The immunoassay showed a high sensitivity (IC50 = 0.51 ng mL−1) and specificity, a detection limit of 0.02 ng mL−1 and a dynamic range of 0.06-3.75 ng mL−1 (80-20% inhibition). The immunoassay performed well when it was applied to spiked plasma samples (from 0.5 to 2.0 ng mL−1) previously cleaned up by protein precipitation with methanol. Recoveries ranged from 83 to 119%, with a mean value of 99% (CV = 13%).Since sulfasalazine remaining of a treatment reaches the systemic circulation in unchanged form, the immunoassay can be applied to the determination of this pharmaceutical in human plasma in order to facilitate the control of the patients through the application of personal doses.  相似文献

A one-step immunochromatographic assay (ICA) was developed for the detection of seven kinds of cephems in milk. Polyclonal antibodies (PcAb) with group-specific to cephems were raised in rabbits after immunization with cephalexin-keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) conjugate. The specificity of anti-sera was determined by indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (icELISA), and the 50% inhibitions (IC50) of cephalexin and cefadroxil were obtained at 1.5 ng mL−1; IC50 of cefatiofur, cefapirin, cefazolin, cefalothin and cefotaxine were 4, 3.7, 3.2, 4.5 and 5 ng mL−1, respectively. The PcAb against cephems were conjugated to colloidal gold particles as the detection reagent for ICA strips to test for cephems. This method achieved semi-quantitative detection of cephems in <5 min, with high sensitivity to cephalexin and cefadroxil (both 0.5 ng mL−1). At the same time, cefatiofur, cefapirin, cefazolin, cefalothin and cefotaxine were detected at <100 ng mL−1 in spiked processed-milk samples. This method was compared with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay by testing 40 milk samples, and the positive samples were validated by a high-performance liquid chromatographic method, with an agreement rate of 100% for both comparisons. In conclusion, the method was rapid and accurate for the multi-residue detection of cephems in milk.  相似文献

A novel and sensitive extraction procedure using maghemite nanoparticles (γ-Fe2O3) modified with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), as an efficient solid phase, was developed for removal, preconcentration and spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of malachite green (MG) and leuco-malachite green (LMG). Combination of nanoparticle adsorption and easily magnetic separation was used to extraction and desorption of MG and LMG. The adsorption capacity was evaluated using both the Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherm models. Maghemite nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation method and their surfaces were modified by SDS. The size and properties of the produced maghemite nanoparticles was determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and BET analysis. MG and LMG became adsorbed at pH 3.0. LMG was oxidized to MG by adsorption on maghemite nanoparticles. The adsorbed MG was then desorbed and determined spectrophotometrically. The calibration graph was linear in the range 0.50-250.00 ng mL−1 of MG and LMG with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991. The detection limit of the method for determination of MG was 0.28 ng mL−1 and the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) for 10.00 and 50.00 ng mL−1 of malachite green was 1.60% (n = 3) and 0.86% (= 5), respectively. A preconcentration factor of 50 was achieved in this method. The Langmuir adsorption capacity (qmax) was found to be 227.3 mg g−1 of the adsorbent. The method was applied to the determination of MG in fish farming water samples.  相似文献
