In this paper, we study an inverse problem of reconstructing two time independent coefficients in the reaction diffusion system from the final measurement. First the given problem is transformed into an optimization problem by using optimal control framework and the existence of the minimizer for the control functional is established. Then we prove the stability estimate for two coefficients with the upper bound given by some Sobolev norms of the final measurement.  相似文献

In this paper, we study an inverse problem of reconstructing two time independent coefficients and the initial data in the linear reaction diffusion system from the arbitrary subdomain measurement and final measurement. First the given problem is transformed into an optimization problem by using optimal control framework and we establish the existence of the minimizer for the control functional. Further the necessary optimality condition is established which is the key ingredient to establish the stability estimate.  相似文献

We consider an identification problem for a stationary nonlinear convection–diffusion–reaction equation in which the reaction coefficient depends nonlinearly on the concentration of the substance. This problem is reduced to an inverse extremal problem by an optimization method. The solvability of the boundary value problem and the extremal problem is proved. In the case that the reaction coefficient is quadratic, when the equation acquires cubic nonlinearity, we deduce an optimality system. Analyzing it, we establish some estimates of the local stability of solutions to the extremal problem under small perturbations both of the quality functional and the given velocity vector which occurs multiplicatively in the convection–diffusion–reaction equation.  相似文献

We consider the inverse source problem for a time fractional diffusion equation. The unknown source term is independent of the time variable, and the problem is considered in two dimensions. A biorthogonal system of functions consisting of two Riesz bases of the space L2[(0,1) × (0,1)], obtained from eigenfunctions and associated functions of the spectral problem and its adjoint problem, is used to represent the solution of the inverse problem. Using the properties of the biorthogonal system of functions, we show the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the inverse problem and its continuous dependence on the data. This paper has focused on unknown functions identification in nonlinear boundary conditions of an inverse problem of a time‐fractional reaction–diffusion–convection equation. This inverse problem is generally ill‐posed in the sense of stability, that is, the solution of problem does not depend continuously on the input data. Thus, a combination of the mollification regularization method with Gauss kernel and a finite difference marching scheme will be introduced to solve this problem. The generalized cross‐validation choice rule is applied to find a suitable regularization parameter. The stability and convergence of the numerical method are investigated. Finally, two numerical examples are provided to test the effectiveness and validity of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this article, we study an inverse problem with inhomogeneous source to determine an initial data from the time fractional diffusion equation. In general, this problem is ill-posed in the sense of Hadamard, so the quasi-boundary value method is proposed to solve the problem. In the theoretical results, we propose a priori and a posteriori parameter choice rules and analyze them. Finally, two numerical results in the one-dimensional and two-dimensional case show the evidence of the used regularization method.  相似文献

An inverse problem of determining a time‐dependent source term from the total energy measurement of the system (the over‐specified condition) for a space‐time fractional diffusion equation is considered. The space‐time fractional diffusion equation is obtained from classical diffusion equation by replacing time derivative with fractional‐order time derivative and Sturm‐Liouville operator by fractional‐order Sturm‐Liouville operator. The existence and uniqueness results are proved by using eigenfunction expansion method. Several special cases are discussed, and particular examples are provided.  相似文献

In this article, we consider to solve the inverse initial value problem for an inhomogeneous space-time fractional diffusion equation. This problem is ill-posed and the quasi-boundary value method is proposed to deal with this inverse problem and obtain the series expression of the regularized solution for the inverse initial value problem. We prove the error estimates between the regularization solution and the exact solution by using an a priori regularization parameter and an a posteriori regularization parameter choice rule. Some numerical results in one-dimensional case and two-dimensional case show that our method is effcient and stable.  相似文献

A mixed initial boundary-value problem is considered for nonequilibrium sorption dynamics with inner-diffusion kinetics. The problem allows for convection and longitudinal diffusion and has a time-dependent boundary condition. This condition contains the time derivative of a solution component and constitutes the balance equation for the absorbed mixture near the output boundary of the sorption region—inside the diffusion barrier. Bounds on the solution of the direct problem are obtained: nonnegativity of the solution and its first time derivatives, and boundedness of the solution by known functions. The inverse problem of estimating the nonlinear system parameter—the sorption isotherm—is considered and a uniqueness theorem is proved.  相似文献

Direct and inverse boundary value problems for models of stationary reaction–convection–diffusion are investigated. The direct problem consists in finding a solution of the corresponding boundary value problem for given data on the boundary of the domain of the independent variable. The peculiarity of the direct problem consists in the inhomogeneity and irregularity of mixed boundary data. Solvability and stability conditions are specified for the direct problem. The inverse boundary value problem consists in finding some traces of the solution of the corresponding boundary value problem for given standard and additional data on a certain part of the boundary of the domain of the independent variable. The peculiarity of the inverse problem consists in its ill-posedness. Regularizing methods and solution algorithms are developed for the inverse problem.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the existence and the uniqueness problem for an n‐dimensional nonlinear inverse reaction‐diffusion problem with a nonlinear source. A transformation is used to obtain a new inverse coefficient problem. Then, a parabolic differential operator Lλ is defined to establish the relation between the solution of Lλ = 0 and the new inverse problem. Following this, it is shown that the inverse problem has at least one solution in the class of admissible coefficients. Furthermore, it is proved that this solution is the unique solution of the undertaken inverse problem. A numerical example is given to illustrate ill‐posedness of the inverse problem. In the study of asymptotic behavior of solutions for reaction diffusion systems, an important concern is to determine whether and when the system has a global attractor which attracts all positive time-dependent solutions. The aim of this paper is to investigate the global attraction problem for a finite difference system which is a discrete approximation of a coupled system of two reaction diffusion equations with time delays. Sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the existence and global attraction of a positive solution of the corresponding steady-state system. Applications are given to three types of Lotka-Volterra reaction diffusion models, where time-delays may appear in the opposing species.  相似文献

We consider the generalized solvability of convection–diffusion systems and study the inverse problem of determining the right-hand side (the source function) of such a system from integral overdetermination data. The solution of a parabolic system is understood in the generalized sense, and distributions of certain classes are allowed as right-hand sides. Under certain conditions on the problem data, we show that the inverse problem is well-posed in the Sobolev classes.  相似文献

The evolution of population densities of two interacting species in presence of diffusion phenomena is governed by a system of semilinear Volterra integrodifferential parabolic equations. In this system there are time convolution integrals, accounting for past history effects, which are essentially characterized by kernels depending on time only. These delay kernels can be viewed as entries of a 2x2 matrix K. The inverse problem of determining K via suitable population measurements is analyzed.  相似文献

This work is concerned with identifying a space-dependent source function from noisy final time measured data in a time-fractional diffusion wave equation by a variational regularization approach. We provide a regularity of direct problem as well as the existence and uniqueness of adjoint problem. The uniqueness of the inverse source problem is discussed. Using the Tikhonov regularization method, the inverse source problem is formulated into a variational problem and a conjugate gradient algorithm is proposed to solve it. The efficiency and robust of the proposed method are supported by some numerical experiments.  相似文献

Consider a linear inverse problem of determining the space-dependent source term in a diffusion equation with time fractional order derivative from the flux measurement specified in partial boundary.Based on the analysis on the forward problem and the adjoint problem with inhomogeneous boundary condition,a variational identity connecting the inversion input data with the unknown source function is established. The uniqueness and the conditional stability for the inverse problem are proven by weak unique continuation and the variational identity in some norm. The inversion scheme minimizing the regularizing cost functional is implemented by using conjugate gradient method, with numerical examples showing the validity of the proposed reconstruction scheme.  相似文献

We find the conditions for the unique solvability of the inverse problem for a time‐fractional diffusion equation with Schwarz‐type distributions in the right‐hand sides. This problem is to find a generalized solution of the Cauchy problem and an unknown space‐dependent part of an equation's right‐hand side under a time‐integral overdetermination condition.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to investigate the asymptotic behavior of time-dependent solutions of a three-species reaction–diffusion system in a bounded domain under a Neumann boundary condition. The system governs the population densities of a competitor, a competitor–mutualist and a mutualist, and time delays may appear in the reaction mechanism. It is shown, under a very simple condition on the reaction rates, that the reaction–diffusion system has a unique constant positive steady-state solution, and for any nontrivial nonnegative initial function the corresponding time-dependent solution converges to the positive steady-state solution. An immediate consequence of this global attraction property is that the trivial solution and all forms of semitrivial solutions are unstable. Moreover, the state–state problem has no nonuniform positive solution despite possible spatial dependence of the reaction and diffusion. All the conclusions for the time-delayed system are directly applicable to the system without time delays and to the corresponding ordinary differential system with or without time delays.  相似文献

Reaction–diffusion system approximations to the classical two-phase Stefan problem are considered in the present study. A reaction–diffusion system approximation to the Stefan problem has been proposed by Hilhorst et al. from an ecological point of view, and they have given convergence results for the system. In the present study, a new reaction–diffusion system approximation to the Stefan problem is proposed based on regularization of the enthalpy–temperature constitutive relation. For a deeper understanding of the approximation mechanism by means of reaction–diffusion systems, the rates of convergence for both the solutions and the free boundaries are investigated.  相似文献

In this paper, we study an inverse problem of identifying a time-dependent term of an unknown source for a time fractional diffusion equation using nonlocal measurement data. Firstly, we establish the conditional stability for this inverse problem. Then two regularization methods are proposed to for reconstructing the time-dependent source term from noisy measurements. The first method is an integral equation method which formulates the inverse source problem into an integral equation of the second kind; and a prior convergence rate of regularized solutions is derived with a suitable choice strategy of regularization parameters. The second method is a standard Tikhonov regularization method and formulates the inverse source problem as a minimizing problem of the Tikhonov functional. Based on the superposition principle and the technique of finite-element interpolation, a numerical scheme is proposed to implement the second regularization method. One- and two-dimensional examples are carried out to verify efficiency and stability of the second regularization method.  相似文献
