The crystal structure of 2-(1-phenylimidazolidin-2-ylidene)-malononitrile, I, and 2-(hexahydropyrimidin-2-ylidene)-malononitrile, II, were determined with crystal data (I: Monoclinic, P21/n, a=8.116(3) ?, b=7.650(3) ?, c=17.399(7) ?, β=93.065(6)°, R all=0.0980; II: Monoclinic, P21/n, a=9.169(2) ?, b=8.103(2) ?, c=10.337(3) ?, β=99.853(4)°, R all=0.0877). N−H···N hydrogen bonds were responsible for the formation of centrosymmetric dimers of I and one-dimensional zigzag molecular chains of II.  相似文献

A new complex CuL 2 [HL = 2-((E)-(2-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylimino)methyl)-6-bromo-4-chlorophenol] was synthesized, and its structure (C28H22Br2Cl2CuN4O2, Mr = 740.76) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group $P\bar 1$ , with a = 5.157(6), b = 12.090(1), c =12.310(1) Å, α = 113.962(2)°, β = 96.7910(10)°, γ = 90.0300(10)°, V = 695.4(8) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0481. The complex molecules are linked via the weak C-H...N hydrogen bonds, leading to the formation of one dimension (1D) chains along the a axis.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the three fluorene related molecules, (I) 2-(9,9-dipropylfluorene-2-yl)-9,9-dipropylfluorene, [Exalite 384, C38H42], (II) 2-(1,1-dimethylpropyl)-7-{4-[(1,1-dimethylpropyl)-9,9-diethylfluoren-2-yl] phenyl}-9,9-diethylfluorene, [Exalite 404, C50 H58], and (III) 2-(4-ethylphenyl)-7-[7-(ethylphenyl)-9,9-dipropylfluoren-2-yl]-9,9-dipropylfluorene, [Exalite 416, C54H58], have been determined. Structural details reveal a novel new bonding arrangement at the C2 atoms of symmetry-related fluorene moieties in all three molecules producing a linear type array with an inversion center connecting adjacent asymmetric units within each molecule. Exalite 384 is monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.002(2) Å, b = 16.275(4) Å, c = 10.525(1) Å, = 103.05(1), and V = 1502.1(5) Å3 with Z = 4, for d calc = 1.103 g/cm3. Exalite 404 is triclinic, space group P1 with a = 10.383(1) Å, b = 13.404(2) Å, c = 7.7007(9) Å, = 105.296(9), = 104.23(1), = 73.707(9), and V = 974.9(2) Å3 with Z = 2, for d calc = 1.141. Exalite 416 is monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 15.99(10) Å, b = 11.178(8) Å, c = 23.766(4) Å, = 104.21(4), and V = 4117(4) Å3 with Z = 4, for d calc = 1.141 g/cm3.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of the title compound (C19H22N2S) has been investigated by single crystal X-ray methods. The crystals are orthorhombic, space groupPbca, with cell dimensions:a=12.082(2)Å,b=11.460(2)Å,c=25.128(4)Å. The structure was solved by direct methods, and refined with 1225 independent reflections by a full-matrix, least-squares procedure, which converged toR=0.042. The benzene and thiazole planes are coplanar and the cyclohexane ring adopts a chair conformation.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two new-adrenergic antagonists, derivatives of propranolol containing 2-methylalanine fragment are described in this paper. The space groups and unit-cell parameters are: compound1 (C17H21NO4): monoclinic, space groupP21/n,a=5.787(1),b=18.703(4),c=23.526(5)Å,=96.49(2)°; compound2 (C17H22N2O3): triclinic, space groupP¯1,a=8.321(1),b=10.121(1),c=10.368(1)Å,=109.49(1)°,=90.49(1)°, =103.48(1)°. The structures were solved by direct methods and refined with full matrix least-squares techniques toR indices of 0.055 and 0.049, respectively. The molecules of compound1 exist in the crystal as dual ions. The title compound C20H16N2S is crystallized in the monoclinic space groupP21/c with cell parametersa=10.663(4),b=17.585(9),c=9.418(5)Å,=115.23°(4),V=1598(3)Å3,Z=4. The structure was refined by full-matrix least-squares methods using X-ray data set collected at room temperature. A finalR F =0.033 andR w =0.048 for 2225 unique reflections withI> 3(I) and 272 variables was obtained. The X-ray crystallographic study establishes theZ stereochemistry of the title compound.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound is determined by X-ray diffraction studies. The structure is solved by the direct method. The experimental data are obtained on a DAR-UMB diffractometer by the θ-θ/2θ scan technique using MoK α radiation. The crystal is monoclinic, a = 17.913(3) Å, b = 17.239(3) Å, c = 5.501(5) Å, γ = 74.4(3)°, space group P21/a, Z = 4 for C17H22N4O, and ρcalcd = 1.211 g/cm3. The molecule consists of the phenyl and triazole rings and the dimethylamino, carbonyl, and isopropyl groups attached to the rings. The dihedral angle between the rings is 67.4°. The carbonyl oxygen atom and the triazole ring are in the trans position relative to each other. The N-C-C-O torsion angle is 172.8°. The molecule is in the Z isomeric form.  相似文献

In the two title compounds, the 2-methyl-1,3-dioxoindan-2-yl and 4-(brom; ethoxy) phenyl groups aretrans with respect to one another. The phenyl ring and the azo group are not coplanar in the two molecules. The five-membered rings of the two compounds adopt an envelope conformation. The sparteine skeleton (bis-quinolizidine system) has atrans-trans configuration. RingA has an intermediate form between the sofa and half-chair conformations, ringsB andD-chair, and ringC-boat conformations, respectively. The double bond C(2)=C(3) is equal to 1.343(9) Å. Ethyl (2Z)-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-cyano-3-(methoxyamino)prop-2-enoate was prepared by reacting the lithium salt of ethyl cyanoacetate with (Z)-O-methyl-4-chloroben-zohydroximoyl fluoride. This compound crystallizes in space group Pbca,with lattice constants a=7.5740(15) ?, b=11.337(2) ?, and c=30.424(5) ? at 110 K. Characterizations include spectrometric identifications employing IR, UV, and 1H and 13C NMR. The compound exists in the solid as the enamine tautomer, with the cyano group cis to the 4-chlorophenyl group (the Z configuration). The C=C and C–N bond distances are 1.3930(16) ? and 1.3278(16) ?, respectively. The N–H group forms a bifurcated hydrogen bond with acceptors C=O (intramolecular) and C≡N (intermolecular).Supplementary material CCDC-289444 contains the supplementary crystallographic data for this paper. The metal complex, bis [2-(3-(2-((2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)ethyl) oxazolidin-2-yl)phenol]cerium(IV) 1,4-dioxane monosolvate was synthesized and characterized by infrared, 1H NMR, elemental analysis, single-crystal, and powder X-ray diffraction. The coordination polyhedra of cerium shows a distorted square-antiprismatic geometry. No classical hydrogen bonds were observed. The crystal packing was influenced by weak C-H···O (intermolecular) and van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

A single crystal X-ray investigation of the purple nickel (II) complex Ni[L(en)](NO3)2, produced by condensation of 1,2-diaminoethane (en) with the thiodiketone S(CH2COCH3)2 in the presence of nickel (II) nitrate (L is NH2(CH2)2N=C(CH3)CH2SCH2COCH3), shows that the metal ions are six coordinate. The new ligand L is tetradentate, with the N,N and S donor atoms arranged meridionally, and the coordination shell completed by the carbonyl oxygen atom of L and the nitrogen atoms of 1,2-diaminoethane. Metal-ligand bond distances are Ni-N: 2.08 av. (en), 2.10 and 2.05 (NH2 and N=C respectively of L); Ni-O, 2.16; Ni-S, 2.45 Å. There is considerable angular distortion from regular octahedral values of the bond angles at nickel. The crystals are monoclinic,P21/c (No. 14),a=12.433(2),b=11.709(1),c=13.150(2) Å,=103.93(1)°,V c=1858.2(4) Å3. The structure was solved by the heavy-atom method and refined by full-matrix least squares to anR value of 0.055 for 3633 reflections.  相似文献

The title compounds 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-2H-pyrano[3, 2-h]quinoline 1 (C19H12ClN3O, M r = 333.77) and 2-amino-3-cyano-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-8-(2-chlorobenzylidene)-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydrobenzo[b]pyran 2 were synthesized and crystallized. The crystals of compound 1 are triclinic, space group P-1, a = 7.488(2), b = 9.127(3), c = 12.252(3) Å, = 73.58(2), = 78.38(2)°, = 75.39(2), Z = 2, V = 769.5(4) Å3; The compound 2 crystallizes in space group P21/n, with cell parameters a = 13.582(2), b = 8.974(1), c = 16.960(2) Å, = 103.34(1)° and D calc = 1.352 g/cm–3 for Z = 4. X-ray analysis reveals that atoms C(1)—C(5) and O form a pyran ring in compound 1, which adopts half-chair conformation. In compound 2 the atoms C(12)—C(16) and O form a pyran ring which adopts boat conformation, another six-membered ring (C(8)—C(13)) adopts a half-chair conformation. In addition, there are intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystal structures 1 and 2.  相似文献

The molecule crystallizes in a ketohydrazone tautomeric form. The tautomeric form is stabilized by a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond of 2.709(2) Å binding the 3-oxo to the nearest nitrogen atom in the azine chain. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2l/c witha=7.0470(4),b=11.3090(9),c=16.2250(4) Å, =90.310(3)°, V=1293.0(1) Å3, Z=4,Dx=1.3576 g cm–3 and (Cu-K)=7.03 cm–1. The molecule is nearly planar not regarding the methyl group; the small deviations from planarity are indicative of intramolecular interactions between the phenylazo group and indandione group. Some of the bond lengths and angles found in the molecule are distorted due to resonance, -electron delocalization and strain. The compound 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-(1-(phenylsulfonyl)propan-2-yl)-1,3,2-dioxabo- rolane has been prepared by the rhodium catalyzed hydroboration of allyl phenyl sulfone and characterized by a single crystal X-ray diffraction study. The title compound crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with cell parameters a=16.0728(8) ?, b=9.8884(5) ?, and c=10.1926(5) ?, β=92.067(1)°, Z=4, and V=1618.90(14) ?3. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to a final R=0.0449 for 3627 reflections with I>2σ(I). No significant intramolecular or intermolecular interaction is observed with the Lewis acidic boron atom.  相似文献

The titled compound (1), has been synthesized and characterized by IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1. The crystal structure is stabilized by C-H…π and aromatic π-π interactions. There are also intramolecular N-H…N and C-H…N hydrogen bonds in the molecule. The use of quantum chemical calculations to characterise and optimise the choice of material is illustrated by ab initio treatments. Vibrational frequencies and LUMO-HOMO energy difference of 1 have also been investigated by Density functional theory (DFT) and Hartree-Fock (HF) calculations. Calculated frequencies are in good agreement with the corresponding experimental data.  相似文献
