Dense linear subspaces of quasinormable Fréchet spaces need not be quasinormable, as an example due to J. Bonet and S. Dierolf proved. A characterization of the quasinormability of dense linear subspaces of quasinormable locally convex spaces and several consequences are given. Frames for Fréchet spaces XF with respect to Fréchet sequence spaces ΘF are studied, and conditions implying series expansions in XF and are determined. If is a Θ0-frame for X0 and ΘF (resp. We study Schauder frames in Fréchet spaces and their duals, as well as perturbation results. We define shrinking and boundedly complete Schauder frames on a locally convex space, study the duality of these two concepts and their relation with the reflexivity of the space. We characterize when an unconditional Schauder frame is shrinking or boundedly complete in terms of properties of the space. Several examples of concrete Schauder frames in function spaces are also presented. 相似文献

Differential operators ?(Δθ,ω), where ? is an exponential type entire function of a single complex variable and Δθ,ω=(θ+ωz)D+zD2, D=∂/∂z, , θ?0, , acting in the spaces of exponential type entire function are studied. It is shown that, for ω?0, such operators preserve the set of Laguerre entire functions provided the function ? also belongs to this set. The latter consists of the polynomials possessing real nonpositive zeros only and of their uniform limits on compact subsets of the complex plane . The operator exp(aΔθ,ω), a?0 is studied in more details. In particular, it is shown that it preserves the set of Laguerre entire functions for all . An integral representation of exp(aΔθ,ω), a>0 is obtained. These results are used to obtain the solutions to certain Cauchy problems employing Δθ,ω. 相似文献

In this paper we characterize the positive Borel measures μ in D such that , 0<p<q<∞. We also characterize the pointwise multipliers from to (0<p<q<∞) if p−2<α<p. In particular, we prove that if the only pointwise multiplier from to (0<p<q<∞) is the trivial one. In order to extend the theory of optimal domains for continuous operators on a Banach function space X(μ) over a finite measure μ, we consider operators T satisfying other type of inequalities than the one given by the continuity which occur in several well-known factorization theorems (for instance, Pisier Factorization Theorem through Lorentz spaces, pth-power factorable operators …). We prove that such a T factorizes through a space of multiplication operators which can be understood in a certain sense as the optimal domain for T. Our extended optimal domain technique does not need necessarily the equivalence between μ and the measure defined by the operator T and, by using δ-rings, μ is allowed to be infinite. Classical and new examples and applications of our results are also given, including some new results on the Hardy operator and a factorization theorem through Hilbert spaces. 相似文献

We consider the multiple fragmentation equations with polynomially bounded fragmentation rates, both in the discrete and continuous cases. The theory of semigroups of operators on Fréchet spaces is used to produce a simple proof that if moments of all non-negative orders of solutions are initially finite then they remain finite for all future times. Moreover, a class of fragmentation processes is identified in which the existence of the first moment of the initial distribution suffices for the existence of all other moments for positive times. 相似文献

A continuation principle is given for solving boundary value problems on arbitrary (possibly infinite) intervals to Carathéodory differential inclusions in Banach spaces. For this aim, the appropriate fixed point index is defined to condensing decomposable multivalued operators in Fréchet spaces. This index extends and unifies the one for compact maps in Andres et al. [Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. 351 (1999) 4861-4903] as well as the one for operators in Banach spaces in Bader [Ph.D. Thesis, University of Munich, 1995]. The paper deals with the existence of Lagrange multipliers for a general nonlinear programming problem. Some regularity conditions are formulated which are, in a sense, the weakest to assure the existence of multipliers. A number of related conditions are discussed.
