One linear template 13 and one cyclophane template 15, both incorporating two electron rich 1,4‐dialkoxybenzene units and one diamide unit, have been synthesized. By utilizing donor‐acceptor interaction and/or intermolecular hydrogen bonding assembling principles, one novel hetero[3]rotazane 22·4Cl, possessing one neutral and one tetracationic ring components, has been synthesized from 13, through neutral [2]rotaxane 21 as intermediate. With 15 as template, tetracationic [2]catenane 23·4PF6 was assembled by using donor‐acceptor interaction, but no neutral [2]rotaxane could be obtained under the typical conditions of hydrogen bonding assembling principle. The interlocked supramolecular compounds have been characterized and their spectral properties are investigated.  相似文献

Magnetically induced current densities and strengths of currents passing through selected bonds have been calculated for monophosphorous [28]hexaphyrin ((PO)[28]hp) and for bisphosphorous [30]hexaphyrin ((PO)(2)[30]hp) at the density functional theory level using our gauge-including magnetically induced current (GIMIC) approach. The current-density calculations yield quantitative information about electron-delocalization pathways and aromatic properties of singly M?bius twisted hexaphyrins. The calculations confirm that (PO)[28]hp sustains a strong diatropic ring current (susceptibility) of 15 nA T(-1) and can be considered aromatic, whereas (PO)(2)[30]hp is antiaromatic as it sustains a paratropic ring current of -10 nA T(-1). Numerical integration of the current density passing through selected bonds shows that the current is generally split at the pyrroles into an outer and an inner pathway. For the pyrrole with the NH moiety pointing outwards, the diatropic ring current of (PO)[28]hp takes the outer route across the NH unit, whereas for (PO)(2)[30]hp, the paratropic ring current passes through the inner C(β)=C(β) double bond. The main diatropic ring current of (PO)[28]hp generally prefers the outer routes at the pyrroles, whereas the paratropic ring current of (PO)(2)[30]hp prefers the inner ones. In some cases, the ring current is rather equally split along the two pathways at the pyrroles. The calculated ring-current pathways do not agree with those deduced from measured (1)H NMR chemical shifts.  相似文献

A green,convenient,high yielding and one-pot procedure for the synthesis of novel spiro[benzo[α]pyrano[2,3-c]phenazine]derivatives by domino multi-component condensation reaction between 2-hydroxynaphthalene-l,4-dione,benzene-l,2-diamines,ninhydrine,and malononitrile in the presence of a catalytic amount of 1,3-dimethyl-7H-purine-2,6-dione(theophylline) as an expedient,eco-friendly and reusable solid base catalyst under thermal,microwave irradiation and solvent-free conditions.This procedure has also been applied successfully for the synthesis of benzo[α]pyrano[2,3-c]phenazines.  相似文献

Recently, hexaphyrins have emerged as a promising class of π-conjugated molecules that display a range of interesting electronic, optical, and conformational properties, including the formation of stable M?bius aromatic systems. Besides the M?bius topology, hexaphyrins can adopt a variety of conformations with Hückel and twisted Hückel topologies, which can be interconverted under certain conditions. To determine the optimum conditions for viable M?bius topologies, the conformational preferences of [26]- and [28]hexaphyrins and the dynamic interconversion between the M?bius and Hückel topologies were investigated by density functional calculations. In the absence of meso?substituents, [26]hexaphyrin prefers a planar dumbbell conformation, strongly aromatic and relatively strain free. The M?bius topology is highly improbable: the most stable tautomer is 33?kcal?mol(-1) higher in energy than the global minimum. On the other hand, the M?bius conformer of [28]hexaphyrin is only 6.5?kcal?mol(-1) higher in energy than the most stable dumbbell conformation. This marked difference is due to aromatic stabilization in the M?bius 4n electron macrocycle as opposed to antiaromatic destabilization in the 4n+2 electron system, as revealed by several energetic, magnetic, structural, and reactivity indices of aromaticity. For [28]hexaphyrins, the computed activation barrier for interconversion between the M?bius aromatic and Hückel antiaromatic conformers ranges from 7.2 to 10.2?kcal?mol(-1) , in very good agreement with the available experimental data. The conformation of the hexaphyrin macrocycle is strongly dependent on oxidation state and solvent, and this feature creates a promising platform for the development of molecular switches.  相似文献

Our studies of the conjugative properties of cyclopropanes required the synthesis of large quantities of spiro [cyclopropane-1,9′- [9H] fluorene] (1) and its derivatives.1 The method of Corey2 is suited for the preparation of modest (1–5 g) amounts of 1 in one step. The [NpO2(DPPMO2)2Cl][NpO2Cl4] complex (where DPPMO2 = bis(diphenylphosphino)methanedioxide) contains the linear neptunyl group, {NpO2}2+, with two bidentate P=O donor ligands. Coordinating anion Cl? fills the fifth equatorial coordination site yielding a complex of general formula [NpO2(DPPMO2)2X]2[Y] (1) (where X = Cl? and Y = [NpO2Cl4]2?. Reaction between our newly prepared neptunium starting material [NpO2Cl2(thf)]n and phosphinimine ligand produced crystals of [Ph3PNH2]2[NpO2Cl4] (2). Complexes with antimony-containing anions, [Ph3MeP] + 2 [SbI5]2? (I), [Ph3MeP] + 2 [Sb3I12]3? (II), [Ph3MeP] + 3 [Sb3I12]3? · Me2C=O (III), and [Ph3MeP] + 3 [Sb2I9]3? (IV), were synthesized by reacting triphenylmethylphosphonium iodide with antimony iodide. The central atom in the cations of the complexes has a distorted tetrahedral coordination. In the trinuclear anions of complexes II and III, each of the terminal SbI3 groups is bound to the central Sb atom through two μ2- and one μ3 iodine bridges (SbSbSb angles are 103.0° and 102.2°, respectively). Theoretical calculations of the [2,3]-sila-wittig rearrangement of isomers of [(allyloxy)silyl]lithium (C3H5O)HzSiLi have been performed in the gas phase and THF solvent using the G3MP2B3 method. Seven isomers of silylenoid (C3H5O)H2SiLi, 1-7, are found. The [2,3]-silawittig rearrangement paths are followed using two isomers, 2 and 4, to yield the transition states as well as the products. In the transition state, the silicon center functions as a nucleophile and the aUyl as an electrophile. The interaction between the silicon and allylic sites leads to the formation of SiC(3) bond and the break of O-C(1) bond. Finally, the (allylsilyl)oxylithium (C3H5)H2SiOLi is obtained. The rearrangement paths are confirmed by the intrinsic reaction coordinate (IRC) calculations. The rearrangement mechanisms of reactions of 2 and 4 are similar, and the latter reaction is more favored in the gas phase and THF solvent. Also, the solvent effects are analyzed in this work.  相似文献

Cyclocondensation of 2-cyanomethyl-4-thiazolidinone (1) with tetracyanoethylene (2) furnished pyrano[2,3-d]thiazole derivative (4) . Benzo[e]pyrano[2,3-d]thiazole derivative (6) was obtained by cyclization of compound (1) with salicylaldehyde. In a similar manner, condensation of compound (1) with 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde in refluxing ethanol yielded naphtho[e]pyrano[2,3-d]thiazole derivative (7) . Interaction of compound (9) with benzylidenemalononitriles (10) (1 : 1 molar ratio) at reflux temperature in ethanol in the presence of piperidine afforded thiazolo[3,2-a]pyridines (12a-c) . Treatment of compound (12a) with hydrazines furnished pyrazolo[3′,4′:4,5] thiazolo[3,2-a]pyridines (14a,b) . The reaction of compound (1) with benzyli-denecyanoacetate (16) yielded 5-hydroxythiazolo[3,2-a]pyridine derivative (21) . Cyclization of bis(thiazolinone) (23) with benzylidenemalononitriles (10) produced bis(thiazolopyridine) derivatives (25a,b) .  相似文献

We achieved a two-type synthesis of quinoxaline-fused polyaza[5]- and [7]helicenes through consecutive N−H/C−H coupling with a hypervalent iodine reagent as a key reaction. By fusing electron-deficient quinoxaline, these polyazahelicenes constitute an efficient donor-acceptor type of molecule with absorption edges that reach up to approximately 650 nm. Evaluating the chiroptical properties reveals that the polyazahelicene exhibits a rare orange circularly polarized glow with a luminescence dissymmetry factor (glum value) of 0.003.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of novel calix[4]‐dixanthates‐crowns were designed and synthesized by the “1 + 1 condensation” of reacting calix[4]‐1,3‐dixanthate salts derivative (4) with polyethylene glycol ditosylates in 40–60% yields. It was found that the new calixcrowns showed outstanding complexation abilities towards soft cations. Calix[4]‐dixanthate‐crown‐4 (5b) exhibited high complexation selectivity towards Ni2+.  相似文献
