At quark level,we study the effect of ideal mixing of singlet σ 0 and octet σ 8 scalar mesons on baryon-baryon interaction in the chiral SU(3) quark model.We solve the resonating group method equation for scattering process and bound state.The results show that the binding energy of deuteron and nucleonnucleon and hyperon-nucleon scattering data can be reasonably described for ideal mixing.Taking the same parameters we used in the scattering calculation,we further investigate the possible dibaryons and find the binding energy of (ΩΩ) ST =00 and (Ξ *Ω) ST =0 1 2 can be reduced a lot for ideal mixing.  相似文献

The chiral SU(3) quark model is extended by including the vector meson exchanges to describe the short range interactions. The phase shifts of NN scattering are studied in this model. Compared with the results of the chiral SU(3) quark model in which only the pseudo-scalar and scalar chiralfields are considered, the phase shifts of 1 So wave are obviously improved.  相似文献

We study the Σ~*-Δ interaction in the chiral SU(3) quark model and in the extended chiral SU(3) quark model.In these two models,the short-range interaction mechanism are totally different,one is from the one-gluon exchange and another is from the vector meson exchange.The possible reasons of forming strangeness-1 bound states are given.Comparisons between the cases with and without quark exchange effect are made.The results show the quark exchange effect does give attractions to (Σ~*Δ)_(ST)=0 5/2 and (Σ~*Δ)_(ST)=3 1/2 systems,which means the special symmetry is important.Also,we make some analysis on chiral field effect,our results show that the σ exchange dominantly provides the attractive interaction for these two states.  相似文献

运用SU(3)手征夸克模型,系统地研究了H,d*和d'三个六夸克体系的结构,分析了SU(3)手征场和矢量耦合禁闭势等非微扰效应对三种六夸克态能量的影响.结果发现,SU(2)手征场的耦合,对形成六夸克态是有利的,但是扩大到SU(3)手征对称,则由于这些手征场的“云”,对六夸克系统形成束缚的双重子态起到了限制的作用,矢量耦合禁闭势有利于H的形成,而对d*则相反.  相似文献

Spin-orbit force of the NN interaction is studied in the framework of the chiral SU(3) quark model. Both symmetric and antisymmetric spin-orbit (LS) forces of the one gluon exchange and scalar meson exchanges are taken into account. It is shown that although the inclusions of the LS forces caused by the scalar meson exchanges and the antisymmetric LS terms in this model can notably strengthen the LS couplings in the states of 3PJ of the NN interaction, an additional enhancement factor is still needed in order to describe the experimental data.  相似文献

The structures of (ΩΩ)0 and ([1]Ω)1 are studied in the extended chiral SU(3) quark model in which vector meson exchanges are included. The effect from the vector meson fields is very similar to that from the one-gluon exchange (OGE) interaction. Both in the chiral SU(3) quark model and in the extended chiral SU(3) quark model,di-omega (ΩΩ)0 is always deeply bound, with over one hundred MeV binding energy, and ([1]Ω)1 ‘s binding energy is around 20 MeV. An analysis shows that the quark exchange effect plays a very important role for making di-omega (ΩΩ)0 deeply bound.  相似文献

Ground-state scalar isoscalar mesons and a scalar glueball are described in a U(3)×U(3) chiral quark model of the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio (NJL) type with 't Hooft interaction. The latter interaction produces singlet-octet mixing in the scalar and pseudoscalar sectors. The glueball is introduced into the effective meson Lagrangian as a dilaton on the base of scale invariance. The mixing of the glueball with scalar isoscalar quarkonia and amplitudes of their decays into two pseudoscalar mesons are shown to be proportional to current quark masses, vanishing in the chiral limit. We study the finite temperature behavior of light scalar and pseudoscalar meson properties in the context of a three-flavor nonlocal chiral quark model. The model includes mixing with active strangeness degrees of freedom, and takes care of the effect of gauge interactions by coupling the quarks with a background color field. We analyze the chiral restoration and deconfinement transitions, as well as the temperature dependence of meson masses, mixing angles, and decay constants.  相似文献

A quark meson coupling model based on SU(3)L×SU(3)R symmetry and scale invariance is proposed. The quarks and mesons get masses through symmetry broken. We apply this SU(3) chiral constituent quark model to investigating the nuclear matter at finite temperature and density. The effective baryon masses, compression modulus and hyperon potentials are all reasonable. The critical temperature of liquid-gas phase transition is also calculated in this model.  相似文献

This review of the quark‐level linear σ model (QLLσM) is based upon the dynamical realization of the pseudoscalar and scalar mesons as a linear representation of SU(2)× SU(2) chiral symmetry, with the symmetry weakly broken by current quark masses. In its simplest SU(2) incarnation, with two non‐strange quark flavors and three colors, this nonperturbative theory, which can be selfconsistently bootstrapped in loop order, is shown to accurately reproduce a host of low‐energy observables with only one parameter, namely the pion decay constant fπ. Extending the scheme to SU(3) by including the strange quark, equally good results are obtained for many strong, electromagnetic, and weak processes just with two extra constants, viz. fK and <π |Hweak|K>. Links are made with the vector‐meson‐dominance model, the BCS theory of superconductivity, and chiral‐symmetry restoration at high temperature. Finally, these ideas are cautiously generalized to the electroweak sector, including the W, Z, and Higgs bosons, and also to CP violation.  相似文献

The decay constants for D and Ds mesons, denoted fD and fDS respectively, are equal in the SU(3)V limit, as are the hadronic amplitudes for and mixing. The leading SU(3)V violating contribution to (FDS/FD) and to the ration of hadronic matrix elements relevant for and mixing amplitudes are calculated in chiral perturbatiion theory. We discuss the formalism needed to include both meson and anti-meson fields in the heavy quark effective theory.  相似文献

We study the properties of neutron stars using the chiral quark–meson coupling model, in which the quark–quark hyperfine interaction due to the exchanges of gluon and pion based on chiral symmetry is considered. We also examine the effects of hyperons and Δ-isobars in a neutron star. Extending the SU(6) spin-flavor symmetry to more general SU(3) flavor symmetry in the vector–meson couplings to baryons, the maximum mass of neutron star can reach the recently observed massive pulsar mass, ${1.97 \pm 0.04 M_{\odot}}$ . In this calculation, Λ and Ξ are generated in a neutron star, while Σ and Δ-isobars do not appear.  相似文献

在手征SU(3) 夸克模型下应用共振群方法讨论了三个非奇异的双重子态的性质。计算中的模型参数取自我们以前的工作,拟合核子-核子相互作用散射相移确定下来的。首先,研究了氘核的性质,这是非常重要的,因为氘核是多年来实验上唯一发现的双重子态。氘核属于核子-核子系统,它是自旋为S =1 和同位旋为T =0 的双重子态。我们计算了氘核的结合能、散射长度以及氘核的相对运动波函数,结果表明手征SU(3) 夸克模型可以合理描述氘核的性质并且发现张量力对形成松散束缚态的氘核是重要的。然后,给出了S = 3 和T =0 的ΔΔ双重子态的理论预言结果,这里考虑了分波耦合和隐色道耦合效应,计算了结合能和均方根半径。结果表明,隐色道耦合效应比分波耦合效应大,也就是说隐色道耦合效应在形成(ΔΔ)ST=30 双重子态中是重要的。我们的理论预言结果在几十个MeV 左右,低于ΔΔ道的阈值但是高于NΔπ的阈值. 出乎意料地,我们的预言结果很接近最近2014 年WASA的实验结果。接着,给出了对S = 0 和T =3 的ΔΔ双重子态性质的最新研究结果,这里在以前的单道计算基础上考虑了隐色道耦合效应。结果表明,隐色道耦合对(ΔΔ)ST=03的结合能也有较大的影响。但是,和(ΔΔ)ST=30 一样,它的质量低于ΔΔ道的阈值但是高于NΔπ的阈值。最后,对S = 3 以及S = 0 两个不同ΔΔ自旋态,详细比较了两者结构之间的差异。结果表明,σ'介子交换和OGE 交换对自旋S = 0 和S = 1 态提供的吸引作用分别是主要的,从而导致耦合道计算中系统的结合能变大。In the present work we discuss three dibaryons without strangeness in the chiral SU(3) quark model by solving the resonating group method (RGM) equation. In the calculation, the model parameters are taken from our previous work in which the nucleon-nucleon (NN) scattering phase shifts are fitted quite well. Firstly, the structure of deuteron is discussed, which is very important since it is the first dibaryon confirmed by experiment in the past many years. Deuteron belongs to NN system with spin S =1 and isospin T =0, the binding energy, scattering length and the relative wave functions of deuteron are discussed. The results show that the chiral SU(3) quark model describes the properties of deuteron quite well and tensor interaction is important in forming the deuteron loosely bound. Secondly, the predicted results of ΔΔ dibaryon with S =3 and T =0 are shown, the resultant binding energy and size of root-mean-square (RMS) of six quarks are calculated by including the L coupling and hidden color channel (CC) coupling. The results show that the CC coupling effect is much larger than the L mixing effect, which means that CC coupling plays an important role in forming the spin S =3 ΔΔ dibayon state. Our predicted binding energy is several tens MeV, it is lower than the threshold of the ΔΔ channel and higher than the mass of NΔπ. Unexpectedly, our predicted mass is quite close to the recent confirmation by WASA experiments in 2014. Thirdly, we present our new results of ΔΔ dibaryon with S = 0 and T =3, obtained recently by extending the single-channel calculation to including the CC coupling. It is seen that the CC coupling also has a relatively large effect on (ΔΔ)ST=03 state. However, its mass is still lower than the threshold of the ΔΔ channel and higher than the mass of NΔπ, similar as that of (ΔΔ)ST=30 state. Finally, we further make some comparisons between S = 3 and S = 0 ΔΔ states to show the difference of the two dibaryons. The results show that the attractive interactions from σ' meson and OGE exchanges are dominantly important for S =0 and S =3 states, respectively, so their binding energies all become larger in coupled-channel calculation.  相似文献

Representation mixing of meson states is considered with particular reference to the 1 ←→ 15 mixing in SU(4). The 16 meson states are assigned to the representation (4*, 4) of a non-chiral group SU(4) ? SU(4), whose factors are related by charge-conjugation. Mass formula, mixing angles and electromagnetic mass shifts are rigorously derived. Connection of the present formalism with conventional quark model is pointed out and generalisations to higher groups SU(n) ? SU(n) as well as to higher representations, are indicated.  相似文献

An important first step in the program of hadronization of chiral quark models is the bosonization in meson and diquark channels. This procedure is presented at finite temperatures and chemical potentials for the SU(2) flavor case of the NJL model with special emphasis on the mixing between scalar meson and scalar diquark modes which occurs in the 2SC color superconducting phase. The thermodynamic potential is obtained in the Gaussian approximation for the meson and diquark fields and it is given in the Beth–Uhlenbeck form. This allows a detailed discussion of bound state dissociation in hot, dense matter (Mott effect) in terms of the in-medium scattering phase shift of two-particle correlations. It is shown for the case without meson–diquark mixing that the phase shift can be separated into a continuum and a resonance part. In the latter, the Mott transition manifests itself by a change of the phase shift at threshold by ππ in accordance with Levinson’s theorem, when a bound state transforms to a resonance in the scattering continuum. The consequences for the contribution of pionic correlations to the pressure are discussed by evaluating the Beth–Uhlenbeck equation of state in different approximations. A similar discussion is performed for the scalar diquark channel in the normal phase. Further developments and applications of the developed approach are outlined.  相似文献

The ratio between the anomalous magnetic moments of proton and neutron has recently been suggested to be connected to the ratio of proton momentum fractions carried by the valence quarks inside it. This moment fraction ratio is respectively evaluated by using constituent quark model and chiral quark model in order to check meson cloud effect. Our results show that the meson cloud effect is remarkable to the ratio of the proton momentum fractions, and therefore, this ratio is a sensitive test for the meson cloud effect as well as for the SU(6) symmetry breaking effect.  相似文献
