Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 2-Fluoro-4-methyl-3-oxo-4-aza-5α-androst-1-ene-17β-carboxylic Acid Methyl EsterAuthorJANG Yin-Zhi XIANG Zuo LIANG Da-Wei (Department of Applied Chemistry, Zhejiang Sci-Tech. University, Hangzhou 310018, China)AbstractThe title compound VII, 2-fluoro-4-methyl-3-oxo-4-aza-5α-androst-1-ene-17β-carboxylic acid methyl ester (C21H30FNO3, Mr = 363.46), was prepared through a seven-step reaction from pregnenolone, and characterized by elemental and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses as well as IR, MS and 1H-NMR spectra. It is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 6.3882(7), b = 9.9033(11), c = 15.4925(17) , β = 91.923(2)°, V = 979.57(19) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.232 mg/m3, μ = 0.088 mm-1, F(000)= 392, R = 0.0465, wR = 0.0989 and λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 . The structure indicates that the four cycles (A: C(1)-C(2)-C(3)-N(1)-C(5)-C(10), B: C(5)-C(6)-C(7)- C(8)-C(9)-C(10), C: C(8)-C(14)-C(13)-C(12)-C(11)-C(9), D: C(14)-C(15)-C(16)-C(17)-C(13)) are in chairand trans-configurations. The results of crystal structure determination show that there exist weak intra-molecular hydrogen bonds, resulting in a two-dimensional supramolecular frame-work of the title compound.Keywordsfluoro-sterol, synthesis, crystal structure, supramolecule  相似文献

Several allylic lithium compounds have been prepared with ligands tethered at C(2). These are with (CH(3)OCH(2)CH(2))(2)NCH(2)-, 6, 1-TMS 5, 1,3-bis(TMS) 8, and 1,1,3-tris(TMS) 9. Allylic lithiums with (CH(3)OCH(2)CH(2))(2)NCH(2)C(CH(3))(2)-, are 10, 1-TMS 11, and 1,3-bis(TMS), 12 compounds with -C(CH(3))(2)CH(2)N-((S)-(2-methoxymethyl)-pyrrolidino) at C(2) 13, 1-TMS 14, and 1,3-bis(TMS) 15. In the solid state, 8-10 and 12 are monomers, 6 and 13 are Li-bridged dimers, and 5 and 7 are polymers. In solution (NMR data), 5, 7-12, 14, and 15 are monmeric, and 6 is a dimer. All samples show lithium to be closest to one of the terminal allyl carbons in the crystal structures and to exhibit one-bond (13)C-(7)Li or (13)C(1)-(7)Li spin coupling, for the former typically ca. 3 Hz and for the latter 6-8 Hz. In every structure, the C(1)-C(2) allyl bond is longer than the C(2)-C(3) bond, and both lie between those for solvated delocalized and unsolvated localized allylic lithium compounds, respectively, as is also the case for the terminal allyl (13)C NMR shifts. Lithium lies 40-70 degrees off the axis perpendicular to the allyl plane at C(1). These effects are variable, so the trend is that the differences between the C(1)-C(2) and C(2)-C(3) bond lengths, (13)delta(3)-(13)delta(1) values, and the (13)C(1)-(7)Li or (13)C-(6)Li coupling constants all increase with decreasing values of the torsional angle that C(1)-Li makes with respect to the allyl plane.  相似文献

Ring-fused retinal analogs were designed to examine the hula-twist mode of the photoisomerization of the 9-cis retinylidene chromophore. Two 9-cis retinal analogs, the C11-C13 five-membered ring-fused and the C12-C14 five-membered ring-fused retinal derivatives, formed the pigments with opsin. The C11-C13 ring-fused analog was isomerized to a relaxed all-trans chromophore (lambda(max) > 400 nm) at even -269 degrees C and the Schiff base was kept protonated at 0 degrees C. The C12-C14 ring-fused analog was converted photochemically to a bathorhodopsin-like chromophore (lambda(max) = 583 nm) at -196 degrees C, which was further converted to the deprotonated Schiff base at 0 degrees C. The model-building study suggested that the analogs do not form pigments in the retinal-binding site of rhodopsin but form pigments with opsin structures, which have larger binding space generated by the movement of transmembrane helices. The molecular dynamics simulation of the isomerization of the analog chromophores provided a twisted C11-C12 double bond for the C12-C14 ring-fused analog and all relaxed double bonds with a highly twisted C10-C11 bond for the C11-C13 ring-fused analog. The structural model of the C11-C13 ring-fused analog chromophore showed a characteristic flip of the cyclohexenyl moiety toward transmembrane segments 3 and 4. The structural models suggested that hula twist is a primary process for the photoisomerization of the analog chromophores.  相似文献

Syntheses, properties, and synthetic applications of 13-vertex closo- and nido-carboranes are reported. Reactions of the nido-carborane salt [(CH2)3C2B10H10]Na2 with dihaloborane reagents afforded 13-vertex closo-carboranes 1,2-(CH2)3-3-R-1,2-C2B11H10 (R = H (2), Ph (3), Z-EtCH=C(Et) (4), E-(t)BuCH=CH (5)). Treatment of the arachno-carborane salt [(CH2)3C2B10H10]Li4 with HBBr2.SMe2 gave both the 13-vertex carborane 2 and a 14-vertex closo-carborane (CH2)3C2B12H12 (8). On the other hand, the reaction of [C6H4(CH2)2C2B10H10]Li4 with HBBr2.SMe2 generated only a 13-vertex closo-carborane 1,2-C6H4(CH2)2-1,2-C2B11H11 (9). Electrophilic substitution reactions of 2 with excess MeI, Br2, or I2 in the presence of a catalytic amount of AlCl3 produced the hexa-substituted 13-vertex carboranes 8,9,10,11,12,13-X6-1,2-(CH2)3-1,2-C2B11H5 (X = Me (10), Br (11), I (12)). The halogenated products 11 and 12 displayed unexpected instability toward moisture. The 13-vertex closo-carboranes were readily reduced by groups 1 and 2 metals. Accordingly, several 13-vertex nido-carborane dianionic salts [nido-1,2-(CH2)3-1,2-C2B11H11][Li2(DME)2(THF)2] (13), [[nido-1,2-(CH2)3-1,2-C2B11H11][Na2(THF)4]]n (13a), [[nido-1,2-(CH2)3-3-Ph-1,2-C2B11H10][Na2(THF)4]]n (14), [[nido-1,2-C6H4(CH2)2-1,2-C2B11H11][Na2(THF)4]]n (15), and [nido-1,2-(CH2)3-1,2-C2B11H11][M(THF)5] (M = Mg (16), Ca (17)) were prepared in good yields. These carbon-atom-adjacent nido-carboranes were not further reduced to the corresponding arachno species by lithium metal. On the other hand, like other nido-carborane dianions, they were useful synthons for the production of super-carboranes and supra-icosahedral metallacarboranes. Interactions of 13a with HBBr2.SMe2, (dppe)NiCl2, and (dppen)NiCl2 gave the 14-vertex carborane 8 and nickelacarboranes [eta5-(CH2)3C2B11H11]Ni(dppe) (18) and [eta5-(CH2)3C2B11H11]Ni(dppen) (19), respectively. All complexes were fully characterized by various spectroscopic techniques and elemental analyses. Some were further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

<正>The title compound methyl (7,7-dimemyl-2-amino-4-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-benzo-[b]-pyran-3-yl) carboxylate (C19H20ClNO4, Mr = 361.81) was synthesized and crystallized. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P 1 with a = 8.519(2), b = 10.346(2), c = 11.481(3) A, α = 108.16(1), β = 107.78(2), γ= 91.83(2)°, Z = 2, V = 906.5(3) A3, Dc = 1.326 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.234 mm-1, F(000) = 380, R = 0.0467 and wR = 0.1270 for 3142 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the C(7), C(8), C(9), O(1), C(10) and C(11) atoms form a six-membered ring which adopts a boat conformation. In the ring, the distances of C(8)-C(9) and C(10)-C(11) are 1.332(3) and 1.357(3) A, respectively, which indicates that they are C=C double bonds. Another six-membered ring (C(8)-C(9)-C(15)-C(14)-C(13)-C(12)) adopts the half-chair confonnation. In addition, there are intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystal structure.  相似文献

Antiaromatic compounds with a closed loop of 4n p-electrons are relatively unstable and often difficult to study. We report in this article the synthesis of alcohols 2-(4'-fluorophenyl)bicyclo[3.2.1]octan-2-ol 11, 2-(4'-fluorophenyl)bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-en-2-ol 12, and 2-(4'-fluorophenyl)bicyclo[3.2.1]octa-3,6-dien-2-ol 13 and their transformations into corresponding carbocations 14-16, respectively, in a superacidic medium (FSO3H/SO2ClF) at -120 degrees C. Cations 14-16 are characterized by NMR analysis (1H, 13C, 19F), and 15 and 16 are further characterized by quenching in NaOCH3/H3COH at -120 degrees C. The relative stabilities of 14-16 are determined experimentally by 19F NMR spectroscopy. Cation 16 is found to be experimentally less stable than cation 15 by 3.7 kcal/mol. DFT calculations (structure and energy: B3LYP/6-31G(d); NMR: B3LYP/6-311+G(2d,p)) are performed for alcohols 11-13 and bicyclo[3.2.1]octyl cations 6, 7, 9, 14-16, 26, 28, and 30. In the case of 11-16, data from DFT calculations is in good agreement with experimental data. Because 6,7-dimethylenebicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-en-2-yl cation 26 is more stable than cation 7 by 1.69 kcal/mol, the inductive effect of sp(2)-hybridized carbon atoms C6 and C7 in carbocations 6 and 16 cannot be the reason for the destabilization of 6 relative to 7 and 16 relative to 15. Destabilization of 6 relative to 7 and 16 relative to 15 and the calculated NICS of 6 (+4.17 ppm) and 16(+3.3 ppm) document that 6 and 16 are bishomoantiaromates.  相似文献

Treatment of {eta(5):eta(1)[2-(di-tert-butylphosphanyl-P)ethyl]cyclopentadienyl}cobalt(I) chloride (5) with methylenecyclopropane (3) or bicyclopropylidene (4), as well as with their spirocyclopropanated analogues methylenespiropentane (7), cyclopropylidenespiropentane (10), or 7,7'-bi(dispiro[2.0.2.1]heptylidene) (15) in the presence of sodium amalgam at -50 degrees C, furnished the stable cobalt complexes 6, 9, 8, 11, and 16, respectively, in 72, 83, 84, 86, and 54 % isolated yield, respectively. The complexes 14 and 16 were also obtained by ligand exchange of the ethene complex {eta(5):eta(1)[2-(di-tert-butylphosphanyl-P)ethyl]cyclopentadienyl}(eta(2)-ethene)cobalt(I) (12) with 13 and 15 in 79 and 52 % yield, respectively. The X-ray crystal-structure analyses of complexes 9, 14, and 16, as well as the NMR-spectroscopic data of all complexes, reveal that they can be regarded as linear and branched cobalta[n]triangulanes. The thermal stability of complexes 6, 8, and 9 up to 109, 145, and 160 degrees C was determined by differential thermal analysis-thermogravimetry (DTA-TG) analysis.  相似文献

A facile route is described for the synthesis of a series of macrocyclic tetraamides 1, 4, 9, 12 - tetraazacyclo - 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, 14, 15-tetrabenzo-cetanan - 5, 8, 13, 16 - tetraone (TCTCT), 1, 4, 10, 13 - tetraazacyclo -2, 3, 6, 8, 11, 12, 15, 17-tetrabenzo-octadecan-5, 9, 14, 18-tetraone(TCTOT) and 1, 4, 10, 13-tetraaza-cyclo-2, 3, 11, 12-dibenzo-6, 8, 15, 17-dipyrdyl-octadecan-5, 9, 14, 18-tetraone (TCPOT) derived from 1, 2-diaminobenzene based on a stepwise approach using diacid dichloride (1, 2-diacid dichloride benzene, 1, 3- diacid dichloride benzene, 2, 6 - diacid dichloride pyridine) or mix dianhydrides for ring closure. This method is applicable for the preparation of a variety of receptors of various ring size, heteroatom substitution and pendant chains.  相似文献

Reactions of the [K]+ salts of the [nido-7,9-C2B9H12]- anion (2) and its C-phenylated derivative [7-Ph-nido-7,9-C2B9H11]- (4) with [OsCl2(PPh3)3] (3) proceed in benzene at ambient temperature with the formation of 16-electron chlorohydrido-Os(IV) exo-nido complexes, [exo-nido-10,11-{(Ph3P)2OsHCl}-10,11-(mu-H)2-7-R-7,9-C2B9H8] (5: R = H; 6: R = Ph), along with the small amounts of the charge-compensated nido-carboranes [nido-7,9-C2B9H11PPh3] (7) and [7-Ph-nido-7,9-C2B9H10PPh3] (8) as byproducts. However, when carried out under mild heating in ethanol, the reaction of 2 with 3 selectively afforded a 16-electron dihydrido-Os(IV) exo-nido complex [exo-nido-10,11-{(Ph3P)2OsH2}-10,11-(mu-H)2-7,9-C2B9H9] (9). Structures of both complexes 5 and 9 have been confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies, which revealed that nido-carboranes in these species function as a bidentate dicarbollide ligands [7-R-nido-7,9-C2B9H10]2- linked to the Os(IV) center via two B-H...Os bonds involving adjacent B-H vertices in the upper CBCBB belt of the carborane cage. Thus, compounds 5 and 9 represent the first structurally characterized exo-nido-metallacarboranes based on meta-dicarbollide-type ligands. Variable-temperature 1H and 31P{1H} NMR experiments indicate that complex 9 is fluxional in solution and shows an unusual exchange between terminal Os-(H)2 and bridging {B-H}2...Os hydrogen atoms. Upon heating in d8-THF at 65 degrees C, complex 9 converts irreversibly to its closo isomer [2,2-(PPh3)2-2,2-H2-closo-2,1,7-OsC2B9H11] (13), which could thus be obtained as a pure crystalline solid. The structure of 13 has been established on the basis of analytical and multinuclear NMR data and a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of 2,2'-dipyridyl diselenide (PySeSePy) (2) (C(10)H(8)N(2)Se(2)) has been investigated and its crystal structure has been determined (monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 10.129(2) ?, b = 5.7332(12) ?, c = 19.173(3) ?, beta = 101.493(8) degrees, Z = 4). In metal complexes the ligand was found to coordinate in three different modes, as also confirmed by X-ray structure determination. N,N'-coordination was found in the zinc complex [Zn(PySeSePy)Cl(2)] (3) (C(10)H(8)Cl(2)N(2)Se(2)Zn, triclinic, P&onemacr;, a = 7.9430(10) ?, b = 8.147(2) ?, c = 11.999(2) ?, alpha = 93.685(10) degrees, beta = 107.763(10) degrees, gamma = 115.440(10) degrees, Z = 2) and Se,Se'-coordination in the adduct of the ligand with bis(pentafluorophenyl)mercury(II) [PySeSePyHg(C(6)F(5))(2)] (5) (C(10)H(8)F(10)HgN(2)Se(2), monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 7.7325(10) ?, b = 5.9974(14) ?, c = 25.573, beta = 98.037(10) degrees, Z = 2), which however displays only weak interactions between selenium and mercury. The reaction of the ligand with norbornadiene carbonyl complexes of molybdenum and tungsten leads to reductive cleavage of the selenium-selenium bond with oxidation of the metal center and concomitant addition of the resulting selenolate to the metal carbonyl fragment. Thus the 7-coordinate complexes [Mo(SePy)(2)(CO)(3)] (6) (C(13)H(8)MoN(2)O(3)Se(2), monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 9.319(3) ?, b = 12.886(5) ?, c = 13.231(6) ?, beta = 109.23(3) degrees, Z = 4) and [W(SePy)(2)(CO)(3)] (7) (C(13)H(8)N(2)O(3)Se(2)W, monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 9.303(2) ?, b = 12.853(2) ?, c = 13.232(2) ?, beta = 109.270(10) degrees, Z = 4) were obtained. The same N,Se-coordination pattern emerges from the reaction of [Fe(2)(CO)(9)] with (2) leading to [Fe(SePy)(2)(CO)(2)] (8) (C(12)H(8)FeN(2)O(2)Se(2), monoclinic, P&onemacr;, a = 8.6691(14) ?, b = 12.443(2) ?, c = 14.085(2) ?, alpha = 105.811(10) degrees, beta = 107.533(8) degrees, gamma = 92.075(10) degrees, Z = 4).  相似文献

(Fabaceae) and their structures were established as quercitrin 2'-O-caffeate (1), quercitrin 3'-O-gallate (2) and quercitrin 2',3'-di-O-gallate (3). Also, 17 known compounds were identified as gallic acid (4), methyl gallate (5), caffeic acid (6), myricitrin (7), quercitrin (8), myricetin 3-O-beta-D-4C1-glucopyranoside (9), afzelin (10), isoquercitrin (11), myricetin 3-O-(6'-O-galloyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (12), myricitrin 2'-O-gallate (13), quercitrin 2'-O-gallate (14), afzelin 2'-O-gallate (15), myricitrin 3'-O-gallate (16), afzelin 3'-O-gallate (17), 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-beta-D-4C1-glucopyranose (18), myricitrin 2',3'-di-O-gallate (19), quercetin 3-O-methyl ether (20), for the first time from the genus Calliandra except for 6. Compounds 7, 8, 13, 14, 16 and 19 exhibited moderate to strong radical scavenging properties on lipid peroxidation, hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion generation and DPPH radical in comparison with that of quercetin as a positive control in vitro. Compounds 7 and 8 exhibited lethal effect towards brine shrimp Artemia salina.  相似文献

(Moraceae). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods. The prenyl-flavonoids 11-14, 16, triterpenoids 17,18 and 20 showed significant inhibitory activity towards the differentiation of 3T3-L1 adipocytes. The arylbenzofurans 1-10 and prenyl-flavonoids 11-16 also showed significant nitric oxide (NO) production inhibitory effects in RAW264.7 cells.  相似文献

Formation of a single carbon-sulfur bond is described. The reaction of incomplete cubane-type sulfur and oxygen-bridged isothiocyanato tungsten cluster [W3(mu3-S)(mu-O)(mu-S)2(NCS)9]5- (7) with acetylene affords [W3(mu3-S)(mu-O)(mu-S)(mu-SCH=CH2)(NCS)9]4- (8). The cluster 8 has been isolated as K0.5(Hpy)3.5[W3(mu3-S)(mu-O)(mu-S)(mu-SCH=CH2)(NCS)9] (8'), whose structure has been characterized by X-ray crystallography, electronic spectra, and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Crystal data of 8': triclinic system, space group P1, a = 14.465(5) A, b = 17.353(3) A, c = 10.202(2) A, alpha = 90.98(1) degrees, beta = 108.59(2) degrees, gamma = 98.13(2) degrees, V = 2397.6(10) A(3), Z = 2, D(c) = 2.096 g cm(-3), Dm = 2.08 g cm(-3), R (Rw) = 3.6 (5.5)% for 8786 reflections (I > 1.50 sigma(I)). The carbon-carbon distance is 1.27(1) A and is almost equidistant between ethylene (1.339 A) and acetylene (1.203 A). The electronic spectrum of 8' in 1.0 M HCl containing 1.5 M KSCN has a characteristic broad peak in the near-infrared region [lambda(max), nm (epsilon, M(-1) cm(-1)): 840 (650), 575 (1450)]. (1)H NMR and HH correlation spectroscopy (COSY) of 8' in CD3CN support the results of the X-ray structural analysis. The (1)H NMR spectrum shows three signals at 2.42 (1H, dd), 4.84 (1H, d, J = 8.8 Hz), and 4.89 (1H, d, J = 16.2 Hz) ppm due to the mu-SCH=CH2 moiety of 8'. The correlation spectrum shows spin couplings of the signal at 2.42 ppm with the signals at 4.84 and 4.89 ppm. The mechanism of the formation of 8 is suggested to proceed through an intermediate with acetylene bridging two of the sulfur atoms.  相似文献

Cyclopentadienyl (Cp) ligands in moderately strained [1]- and [2]ferrocenophanes [Fe{(eta5-C5H4)2(ERx)y}: Fe{(eta5-C5H4)2SiMe2} (1), Fe{(eta5-C5H4)CH2}2 (10)] and highly strained [2]ruthenocenophanes [Ru{(eta5-C5H4)CR2}2 {R = H (15), Me (16)}] are susceptible to partial substitution by P donors and form mixed-hapticity metallocycles-[M(L2){(eta5-C5H4)(ERx)y(eta1-C5H4)}]: [Fe(dppe){(eta5-C5H4)SiMe2(eta1-C5H4)}] (5), [Fe(dmpe){(eta5-C5H4)SiMe2(eta1-C5H4)}] (6), [Fe(dmpe){(eta5-C5H4)(CH2)2(eta1-C5H4)}] (11), [Ru(dmpe){(eta5-C5H4)(CH2)2(eta1-C5H4)}] (17), [Ru(dmpe){(eta5-C5H4)(CMe2)2(eta1-C5H4)}] (18), and [Ru(PMe3)2{(eta5-C5H4)(CH2)2(eta1-C5H4)}] (19)-through haptotropic reduction of one eta5-, pi-bound Cp to eta1, sigma-coordination. These reactions are strain-controlled, as highly ring-tilted [2]ruthenocenophanes 15 and 16 [tilt angles (alpha) approximately 29-31 degrees ] react without irradiation to form thermodynamically stable products, while moderately strained [n]ferrocenophanes 1 and 10 (alpha approximately 19-22 degrees ) require photoactivation. The iron-containing photoproducts 5 and 11 are metastable and thermally retroconvert to their strained precursors and free phosphines at 70 degrees C. In contrast, the unprecedented ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of the essentially ring-strain-free adduct 6 to afford poly(ferrocenyldimethylsilane) [Fe(eta5-C5H4)2SiMe2]n (Mw approximately 5000 Da) was initiated by the thermal liberation of small amounts of P donor. Unlike reactions with bidentate analogues, monodentate phosphines promoted photolytic ROP of ferrocenophanes 1 and 10. MALDI-TOF analysis suggested a cyclic structure for the soluble poly(ferrocenyldimethylsilane), 8-cyclic, produced from 1 in this manner. While the polymer likewise produced from 10 was insoluble, the initiation step in the ROP process was modeled by isolation of a tris(phosphine)-substituted ring-opened ferrocenophane [Fe(PMe3)3{(eta5-C5H4)(CH2)2(C5H5)}][OCH2CH3] (13[OCH2CH3]) generated by irradiation of 10 and PMe3 in a protic solvent (EtOH). Studies of the cation 13 revealed that the Fe center reacts with a Cp- anion with loss of the phosphines to form [Fe(eta5-C5H5){(eta5-C5H4)(CH2)2(C5H5)}] (14) under conditions identical to those of the ROP experiments, confirming the likelihood of "back-biting" reactions to yield cyclic structures or macrocondensation to produce longer chains.  相似文献

Several new diorganodiselenides containing (imino)aryl groups, [2-(RN[double bond, length as m-dash]CH)C(6)H(4)](2)Se(2) [R = Me(2)NCH(2)CH(2) (4), O(CH(2)CH(2))(2)NCH(2)CH(2) (5), PhCH(2) (6), 2',6'-(i)Pr(2)C(6)H(3) (7)] were obtained by reacting [2-{(O)CH}C(6)H(4)](2)Se(2) (3) with RNH(2). Treatment of the diselenides 6 and 7 with stoichiometric amounts of K-selectride or Na resulted in isolation of the selenolates K[SeC(6)H(4)(CH[double bond, length as m-dash]NCH(2)Ph)-2] (9) and Na[SeC(6)H(4)(CH[double bond, length as m-dash]NC(6)H(3)(i)Pr(2)-2',6')-2] (10), respectively. The reaction of potassium selenolates with anhydrous ZnCl(2) (2:1 molar ratio) gave Zn[SeC(6)H(4)(CH=NCH(2)Ph)-2](2) (11) and Zn[SeC(6)H(4)(CH[double bond, length as m-dash]NC(6)H(3)(i)Pr(2)-2',6')-2](2) (12). When the dark green solution obtained from diselenide 7 and an excess of Na (after removal of the unreacted metal) was reacted with anhydrous ZnCl(2) a carbon-carbon coupling reaction occurred and the 9,10-(2',6'-(i)Pr(2)C(6)H(3)NH)(2)C(14)H(10) (8) species was obtained. The compounds were investigated in solution by multinuclear NMR ((1)H, (13)C, (77)Se, including 2D and variable temperature experiments) and by mass spectrometry. The molecular structures of 6, 8, 11 and 12 were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. All compounds are monomeric in the solid state. In the diselenide 6 the (imino)aryl group acts as a (C,N)-ligand resulting in a distorted T-shaped coordination geometry of type (C,N)SeX (X = Se). For the zinc complexes 11 and 12 the (Se,N) chelate pattern of the selenolato ligands results in tetrahedral Zn(Se,N)(2) cores.  相似文献

Mono- and dilithium salts of [3,3'-Co(1,2-C(2)B(9)H(11))(2)](-), (1(-)), react with different chlorosilanes (Me(2)SiHCl, Me(2)SiCl(2), Me(3)SiCl and MeSiHCl(2)) with an accurate control of the temperature to give a set of novel C(c)-mono- (C(c) = C(cluster)) and C(c)-disubstituted cobaltabis(dicarbollide) derivatives with silyl functions: [1-SiMe(2)H-3,3'-Co(1,2-C(2)B(9)H(10))(1',2'-C(2)B(9)H(11))](-) (3(-)); [1,1'-mu-SiMe(2)-3,3'-Co(1,2-C(2)B(9)H(10))(2)](-) (4(-)); [1,1'-mu-SiMeH-3,3'-Co(1,2-C(2)B(9)H(10))(2)](-) (5(-)); [1-SiMe(3)-3,3'-Co(1,2-C(2)B(9)H(10))(1',2'-C(2)B(9)H(11))](-) (6(-)) and [1,1'-(SiMe(3))(2)-3,3'-Co(1,2-C(2)B(9)H(10))(2)](-) (7(-)). In a similar way, the [8,8'-mu-(1',2'-C(6)H(4))-1,1'-mu-SiMe(2)-3,3'-Co(1,2-C(2)B(9)H(9))(2)](-) (8(-)); [8,8'-mu-(1',2'-C(6)H(4))-1,1'-mu-SiMeH-3,3'-Co(1,2-C(2)B(9)H(9))(2)](-) (9(-)) and [8,8'-mu-(1',2'-C(6)H(4))-1-SiMe(3)-3,3'-Co(1,2-C(2)B(9)H(9))(1',2'-C(2)B(9)H(10))](-) (10(-)) ions have been prepared from [8,8'-mu-(1',2'-C(6)H(4))-3,3'-Co(1,2-C(2)B(9)H(10))(2)](-) (2(-)). Thus, depending on the chlorosilane, the temperature and the stoichiometry of nBuLi used, it has been possible to control the number of substituents on the C(c) atoms and the nature of the attached silyl function. All compounds were characterised by NMR and UV/Vis spectroscopy and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry; [NMe(4)]-3, [NMe(4)]-4 and [NMe(4)]-7 were successfully isolated in crystalline forms suitable for X-ray diffraction analyses. The 4(-) and 8(-) ions, which contain one bridging -mu-SiMe(2) group between each of the dicarbollide clusters, were unexpectedly obtained from the reaction of the monolithium salts of 1(-) and 2(-), respectively, with Me(2)SiHCl at -78 degrees C in 1,2-dimethoxyethane. This suggests that an intramolecular reaction has taken place, in which the acidic C(c)-H proton reacts with the hydridic Si-H, with subsequent loss of H(2). Some aspects of this reaction have been studied by using DFT calculations and have been compared with experimental results. In addition, DFT theoretical studies at the B3 LYP/6-311G(d,p) level of theory were applied to optimise the geometries of ions 1(-)-10(-) and calculate their relative energies. Results indicate that the racemic mixtures, rac form, are more stable than the meso isomers. A good concordance between theoretical studies and experimental results has been achieved.  相似文献

A newly designed synthetic entry to the C1-C27 domain of okadaic acid has been developed. This incorporates substantial improvements in the preparations of the key okadaic acid building blocks representing the C3-C8, C9-C14, and C16-C27 portions. The synthesis of the C3-C8 lactone used (R)-glycidol as the origin of the C4 stereogenic center and featured a late-stage optional incorporation of the C7 hydroxyl group. The complementary C9-C14 fragment was synthesized in a concise route from (R)-3-tert-butyldimethylsilyloxy-2-methylpropanal and propargyl bromide. Assembly of the C3-C14 spiroketal-containing intermediate from the constitutent fragments revealed a dramatic effect of C7 functionalization upon spiroketalization efficiency. In contrast, both (9E)- and (9Z)-enones converged readily to the C8 spiroketal upon treatment with acid. Modifications to the central C16-C27 fragment of okadaic acid included the early replacement of benzylic protecting groups by more suitable functionalities to facilitate both the generation of the C15-C27 intermediate and the deprotection of the final products. These modular building blocks were deployed for the synthesis of the C1-C27 scaffold of 7-deoxyokadaic acid. This work demonstrates improvements in the formation of versatile okadaic acid intermediates, as well as a reordering of fragment couplings. This alternative order of coupling was designed to promote the late stage incorporation of nonnatural lipophilic extensions from the C27 terminus.  相似文献

The alkali metal/group 4 metal/polychalcogenides Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13), Rb(4)Ti(3)S(14), Cs(4)Ti(3)S(14), Rb(4)Hf(3)S(14), Rb(4)Zr(3)Se(14), Cs(4)Zr(3)Se(14), and Cs(4)Hf(3)Se(14) have been synthesized by means of the reactive flux method at 823 or 873 K. Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13) crystallizes in a new structure type in space group C(2)(2)-P2(1) with eight formula units in a monoclinic cell at T = 153 K of dimensions a = 10.2524(6) A, b = 32.468(2) A, c = 14.6747(8) A, beta = 100.008(1) degrees. Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13) is composed of four independent one-dimensional [Ti(3)Se(13)(4-)] chains separated by Cs(+) cations. These chains adopt hexagonal closest packing along the [100] direction. The [Ti(3)Se(13)(4-)] chains are built from the face- and edge-sharing of pentagonal pyramids and pentagonal bipyramids. Formal oxidation states cannot be assigned in Cs(4)Ti(3)Se(13). The compounds Rb(4)Ti(3)S(14), Cs(4)Ti(3)S(14), Rb(4)Hf(3)S(14), Rb(4)Zr(3)Se(14), Cs(4)Zr(3)Se(14), and Cs(4)Hf(3)Se(14) crystallize in the K(4)Ti(3)S(14) structure type with four formula units in space group C(2)(h)()(6)-C2/c of the monoclinic system at T = 153 K in cells of dimensions a = 21.085(1) A, b = 8.1169(5) A, c = 13.1992(8) A, beta = 112.835(1) degrees for Rb(4)Ti(3)S(14);a = 21.329(3) A, b = 8.415(1) A, c = 13.678(2) A, beta = 113.801(2) degrees for Cs(4)Ti(3)S(14); a = 21.643(2) A, b = 8.1848(8) A, c = 13.331(1) A, beta = 111.762(2) degrees for Rb(4)Hf(3)S(14); a = 22.605(7) A, b = 8.552(3) A, c = 13.880(4) A, beta = 110.919(9) degrees for Rb(4)Zr(3)Se(14); a = 22.826(5) A, b = 8.841(2) A, c = 14.278(3) A, beta = 111.456(4) degrees for Cs(4)Zr(3)Se(14); and a = 22.758(5) A, b = 8.844(2) A, c = 14.276(3) A, beta = 111.88(3) degrees for Cs(4)Hf(3)Se(14). These A(4)M(3)Q(14) compounds (A = alkali metal; M = group 4 metal; Q = chalcogen) contain hexagonally closest-packed [M(3)Q(14)(4-)] chains that run in the [101] direction and are separated by A(+) cations. Each [M(3)Q(14)(4-)] chain is built from a [M(3)Q(14)] unit that consists of two MQ(7) pentagonal bipyramids or one distorted MQ(8) bicapped octahedron bonded together by edge- or face-sharing. Each [M(3)Q(14)] unit contains six Q(2)(2-) dimers, with Q-Q distances in the normal single-bond range 2.0616(9)-2.095(2) A for S-S and 2.367(1)-2.391(2) A for Se-Se. The A(4)M(3)Q(14) compounds can be formulated as (A(+))(4)(M(4+))(3)(Q(2)(2-))(6)(Q(2-))(2).  相似文献

The reactions of hydrated electrons (e(aq) (-)) with 8-bromo-2'-deoxyinosine (8) and 8-bromoinosine (12) have been investigated by radiolytic methods coupled with product studies and have been addressed computationally by means of BB1K-HMDFT calculations. Pulse radiolysis revealed that one-electron reductive cleavage of the C--Br bond gives the C8 radical 9 or 13 followed by a fast radical translocation to the sugar moiety. Selective generation of a C5' radical occurs in the 2'-deoxyribo derivative, whereas in the ribo analogue the reaction is partitioned between the C5' and C2' positions with similar rates. Both C5' radicals undergo cyclizations, 10-->11 and 14-->15, with rate constants of 1.4 x 10(5) and of 1.3 x 10(4) s(-1), respectively. The redox properties of radicals 10 and 11 have also been investigated. A synthetically useful photoreaction has also been developed as a one-pot procedure that allows the conversion of 8 to 5',8-cyclo-2'-deoxyinosine in a high yield and a diastereoisomeric ratio (5'R)/(5'S) of 4:1. The present results are compared with data previously obtained for 8-bromoadenine and 8-bromoguanine nucleosides. Theory suggests that the behavior of 8-bromopurine derivatives with respect to solvated electrons can be attributed to differences in the energy gap between the pi*- and sigma*-radical anions.  相似文献
