A new strategy is developed to prepare both α,ω‐dithiol and α,ω‐divinyl linear telechelic polythiolether oligomers by visible light induced thiol‐ene chemistry in the presence of a fac‐Ir(ppy)3 photoredox catalyst. Polythiolether oligomers of well‐defined end groups and controlled molecular weights have been successfully synthesized at varying monomer molar ratios of 1,4‐benzenedimethanethiol (BDMT) to diethylene glycol divinyl ether (DEGVE). 1H NMR and MALDI‐TOF MS analyses demonstrate that as‐prepared polythiolethers possess high end‐group fidelity, which is further supported by the successful polyaddition of polythiolethers bearing α,ω‐dithiol and α,ω‐divinyl groups. For example, with the α,ω‐dithiol‐ (Mn = 1900 g mol?1, PDI = 1.25) and α,ω‐divinyl‐terminated (Mn = 2000 g mol?1, PDI = 1.29) polythiolethers as macromonomers, the molecular weight of resulting polythiolether is up to 7700 g mol?1 with PDI as 1.67. The reactivity of the terminal thiol group is further confirmed by the addition reaction with N‐(1‐pyrenyl)maleimide. UV‐vis spectra and fluorescene measurements suggest that fac‐Ir(ppy)3 undergo a redox quenching process reacted with BDMT to generate thiyl free radicals. With these results, the mechanism of the thiol‐ene reaction catalyzed by photoredox catalyst is proposed. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. With the rapid development of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), a variety of MOFs and their derivatives have been synthesized and reported in recent years. Commonly, multifunctional aromatic polycarboxylic acids and nitrogen‐containing ligands are employed to construct MOFs with fascinating structures. 4,4′,4′′‐(1,3,5‐Triazine‐2,4,6‐triyl)tribenzoic acid (H3TATB) and the bidentate nitrogen‐containing ligand 1,3‐bis[(imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene (bib) were selected to prepare a novel ZnII‐MOF under solvothermal conditions, namely poly[[tris{μ‐1,3‐bis[(imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}bis[μ3‐4,4′,4′′‐(1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6‐triyl)tribenzoato]trizinc(II)] dimethylformamide disolvate trihydrate], {[Zn3(C24H12N3O6)2(C14H14N4)3]·2C3H7NO·3H2O}n ( 1 ). The structure of 1 was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and powder X‐ray diffraction. The properties of 1 were investigated by thermogravimetric and fluorescence analysis. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction shows that 1 belongs to the monoclinic space group Pc. The asymmetric unit contains three crystallographically independent ZnII centres, two 4,4′,4′′‐(1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6‐triyl)tribenzoate (TATB3?) anions, three complete bib ligands, one and a half free dimethylformamide molecules and three guest water molecules. Each ZnII centre is four‐coordinated and displays a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. The ZnII centres are connected by TATB3? anions to form an angled ladder chain with large windows. Simultaneously, the bib ligands link ZnII centres to give a helical Zn–bib–Zn chain. Furthermore, adjacent ladders are bridged by Zn–bib–Zn chains to form a fascinating three‐dimensional self‐penetrated framework with the short Schläfli symbol 65·7·813·9·10. In addition, the luminescence properties of 1 in the solid state and the fluorescence sensing of metal ions in suspension were studied. Significantly, compound 1 shows potential application as a fluorescent sensor with sensing properties for Zr4+ and Cu2+ ions.  相似文献

2,4,6‐Tris(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,5‐triazine (tpt), as an organic molecule with an electron‐deficient nature, has attracted considerable interest because of its photoinduced electron transfer from neutral organic molecules to form stable anionic radicals. This makes it an excellent candidate as an organic linker in the construction of photochromic complexes. Such a photochromic three‐dimensional (3D) metal–organic framework (MOF) has been prepared using this ligand. Crystallization of tpt with Cd(NO3)2·4H2O in an N,N‐dimethylacetamide–methanol mixed‐solvent system under solvothermal conditions afforded the 3D MOF poly[[bis(nitrato‐κ2O,O′)cadmium(II)]‐μ3‐2,4,6‐tris(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,5‐triazine‐κ3N2:N4:N6], [Cd(NO3)2(C18H12N6)]n, which was characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The X‐ray diffraction crystal structure analysis reveals that the asymmetric unit contains one independent CdII cation, one tpt ligand and two coordinated NO3? anions. The CdII cations are connected by tpt ligands to generate a 3D framework. The single framework leaves voids that are filled by mutual interpenetration of three independent equivalent frameworks in a fourfold interpenetrating architecture. The compound shows a good thermal stability and exhibits a reversible photochromic behaviour, which may originate from the photoinduced electron‐transfer generation of radicals in the tpt ligand.  相似文献

The CdII three‐dimensional coordination poly[[[μ4‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)but‐2‐ene]bis(μ3‐5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato)dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C9H4O6)2(C8H10N6)]·2H2O}n , (I), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxylic acid (1,3,5‐H3BTC) and 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)but‐2‐ene (1,4‐btbe). The IR spectrum suggests the presence of protonated carboxylic acid, deprotonated carboxylate and triazolyl groups. The purity of the bulk sample was confirmed by elemental analysis and X‐ray powder diffraction. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that the CdII ions adopt a five‐coordinated distorted trigonal–bipyramidal geometry, coordinated by three O atoms from three different 1,3,5‐HBTC2− ligands and two N atoms from two different 1,4‐btbe ligands; the latter are situated on centres of inversion. The CdII centres are bridged by 1,3,5‐HBTC2− and 1,4‐btbe ligands into an overall three‐dimensional framework. When the CdII centres and the tetradentate 1,4‐btbe ligands are regarded as nodes, the three‐dimensional topology can be simplified as a binodal 4,6‐connected network. Thermogravimetric analysis confirms the presence of lattice water in (I). Photoluminescence studies imply that the emission of (I) may be ascribed to intraligand fluorescence.  相似文献

1‐Phosphabicyclo[3.2.1]octanes 1‐Phosphabicyclo[3.2.1]octane has been obtained by free‐radical cyclization of (2‐vinyl‐4‐pentenyl)‐phosphane in the presence of AIBN. Another approach to 1‐phosphabicyclo[3.2.1]octanes involves free‐radical cyclization of 2‐methyl‐4‐(2‐propenyl)‐phospholane synthesized by the reaction of [2‐(2‐propenyl)‐4‐pentenyl]‐phosphane with KPH2/[18]crown‐6 in THF. The bicyclic phosphanes are characterized by reactions with CS2, selenium, sulfur, NO, CH3I, and HSO3F, respectively, structural and analytical data as well as 1H, 13C, 31P, 77Se NMR spectral measurements. The steric crowding of the phosphanes as complex ligands has been estimated from 31P–1H coupling constants according to the Tolman model. The configuration of the methyl substituents as well as the conformation of the six‐membered ring were determined by NMR parameters (coupling constants, noe's) and proved by X‐ray crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

Three pyridyl functionalized bis(pyrazol‐1‐yl)methanes, namely 2‐[(4‐pyridyl)methoxyphenyl] bis(pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane (L1), 2‐[(4‐pyridyl)methoxyphenyl]bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazol‐1‐yl)methane (L2) and 2‐[(3‐pyridyl)methoxyphenyl]bis(pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane (L3) have been synthesized by the reactions of (2‐hydroxyphenyl)bis(pyrazol‐1‐yl)methanes with chloromethylpyridine. Treatment of these three ligands with R2SnCl2 (R = Et, n‐Bu or Ph) yields a series of symmetric 2:1 adducts of (L)2SnR2Cl2 (L = L1, L2 or L3), which have been confirmed by elemental analysis and NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of (L2)2Sn(n‐Bu)2Cl2·0.5C6H14 and (L3)2SnEt2Cl2 determined by X‐ray crystallography show that the functionalized bis(pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane acts as a monodentate ligand through the pyridyl nitrogen atom, and the pyrazolyl nitrogen atoms do not coordinate to the tin atom. The cytotoxic activity of these complexes for Hela cells in vitro was tested. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Oligomers and polymers containing triazole units were synthesized by the copper(I)‐catalyzed 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition step‐growth polymerization of four difunctional azides and alkynes. In a first part, monofunctional benzyl azide was used as a chain terminator for the polyaddition of 1,6‐diazidohexane and α,ω‐bis(O‐propargyl)diethylene glycol, leading to polytriazole oligomers of controlled average degree of polymerization (DPn = 3–20), to perform kinetic studies on low‐viscosity compounds. The monitoring of the step‐growth click polymerization by 1H NMR at 25, 45, and 60 °C allowed the determination of the activation energy of this click chemistry promoted polyaddition process, that is, Ea = 45 ± 5 kJ/mol. The influence of the catalyst content (0.1–5 mol % of Cu(PPh3)3Br according to azide or alkyne functionalities) was also examined for polymerization kinetics performed at 60 °C. In a second part, four high molar mass polytriazoles were synthesized from stoichiometric combinations of diazide and dialkyne monomers above with p‐xylylene diazide and α,ω‐bis(O‐propargyl)bisphenol A. The resulting polymers were characterized by DSC, TGA, SEC, and 1H NMR. Solubility and thermal properties of the resulting polytriazoles were discussed based on the monomers chemical structure and thermal analyses. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In recent years, coordination polymers constructed from multidentate carboxylate and pyridyl ligands have attracted much attention because these ligands can adopt a rich variety of coordination modes and thus lead to the formation of crystalline products with intriguing structures and interesting properties. A new coordination polymer, namely poly[[μ2‐1,6‐bis(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐1,3,5‐hexatriene‐κ2N:N′](μ3‐naphthalene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O1,O1′:O4:O4′)zinc(II)], [Zn(C12H6O4)(C16H14N2)]n, has been prepared by the self‐assembly of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, naphthalene‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid (1,4‐H2ndc) and 1,6‐bis(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐1,3,5‐hexatriene (3,3′‐bphte) under hydrothermal conditions. The title compound has been structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Each ZnII ion is six‐coordinated by four O atoms from three 1,4‐ndc2− ligands and by two N atoms from two 3,3′‐bphte ligands, forming a distorted octahedral ZnO4N2 coordination geometry. Pairs of ZnII ions are linked by 1,4‐ndc2− ligands, leading to the formation of a two‐dimensional square lattice ( sql ) layer extending in the ab plane. In the crystal, adjacent layers are further connected by 3,3′‐bphte bridges, generating a three‐dimensional architecture. From a topological viewpoint, if each dinuclear zinc unit is considered as a 6‐connected node and the 1,4‐ndc2− and 3,3′‐bphte ligands are regarded as linkers, the structure can be simplified as a unique three‐dimensional 6‐connected framework with the point symbol 446108. The thermal stability and solid‐state photoluminescence properties have also been investigated.  相似文献

Dihydridocarbonyltris(triphenylphosphine)ruthenium catalyzes the regiospecific anti‐Markovnikov addition of an ortho C? H bond of benzophenone across the C? C double bonds of α,ω‐bis(trimethylsilyloxy)copoly(dimethylsiloxane/vinylmethylsiloxane) (99:1), α,ω‐bis(vinyldimethylsilyloxy)poly(dimethylsiloxane), and 1,3‐divinyltetramethyldisiloxane to yield α,ω‐bis(trimethylsilyloxy)copoly[dimethylsiloxane/2‐(2′‐benzophenonyl)ethylmethylsiloxane]), α,ω‐bis[2‐(2′‐benzophenonyl)ethyldimethylsilyloxy]poly(dimethylsiloxane), and 1,3‐bis[2‐(2′‐benzophenonyl)ethyl]tetramethyldisiloxane, respectively. These materials have been characterized with 1H, 13C, and 29Si NMR and IR spectroscopy. Their molecular weight distributions have been determined by gel permeation chromatography. The thermal stability of the polymers has been measured by thermogravimetric analysis, and their glass‐transition temperatures (Tg's) have been determined by differential scanning calorimetry. The molecular weight distribution, thermal stability, and Tg's of the modified polysiloxanes are similar to those of the precursor polymers. The molecular weights of these materials can be significantly increased via heating to 300 °C for 1 h. This may be due to crosslinking, by pyrocondensation, of pendant anthracene groups, which are produced by the pyrolysis of the attached ortho‐alkyl benzophenones. UV spectroscopy of the pyrolysate of 1,3‐bis[2‐(2′‐benzophenonyl)ethyl]tetramethyldisiloxane has confirmed the presence of pendant anthracene groups. Thermal crosslinking by the pyrocondensation of pendant anthracene groups has been verified by the pyrolysis of α,ω‐bis(trimethylsilyloxy)copoly[dimethylsiloxane/2‐(9′‐anthracenyl)ethylmethylsiloxane] (97:3). © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The structures of five compounds consisting of (prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine complexed with copper in both the CuI and CuII oxidation states are presented, namely chlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(I) 0.18‐hydrate, [CuCl(C15H17N3)]·0.18H2O, (1), catena‐poly[[copper(I)‐μ2‐(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ5N,N′,N′′:C2,C3] perchlorate acetonitrile monosolvate], {[Cu(C15H17N3)]ClO4·CH3CN}n, (2), dichlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II) dichloromethane monosolvate, [CuCl2(C15H17N3)]·CH2Cl2, (3), chlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II) perchlorate, [CuCl(C15H17N3)]ClO4, (4), and di‐μ‐chlorido‐bis({(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II)) bis(tetraphenylborate), [Cu2Cl2(C15H17N3)2][(C6H5)4B]2, (5). Systematic variation of the anion from a coordinating chloride to a noncoordinating perchlorate for two CuI complexes results in either a discrete molecular species, as in (1), or a one‐dimensional chain structure, as in (2). In complex (1), there are two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. Complex (2) consists of the CuI atom coordinated by the amine and pyridyl N atoms of one ligand and by the vinyl moiety of another unit related by the crystallographic screw axis, yielding a one‐dimensional chain parallel to the crystallographic b axis. Three complexes with CuII show that varying the anion composition from two chlorides, to a chloride and a perchlorate to a chloride and a tetraphenylborate results in discrete molecular species, as in (3) and (4), or a bridged bis‐μ‐chlorido complex, as in (5). Complex (3) shows two strongly bound Cl atoms, while complex (4) has one strongly bound Cl atom and a weaker coordination by one perchlorate O atom. The large noncoordinating tetraphenylborate anion in complex (5) results in the core‐bridged Cu2Cl2 moiety.  相似文献

Basic organocatalysts of the guanidine (1,5,7‐triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec‐5‐ene, TBD), amidine (1,8‐diazabicyclo[5.4.0]‐undec‐7‐ene, DBU), and phosphazene (2‐tert‐butylimino‐2‐diethylamino‐1,3‐dimethylperhydro‐1,3,2diazaphosphorine, BEMP) type do effectively polymerize β‐butyrolactone (BL). Poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate)s (PHBs) with controlled molecular features, that is, controlled molar masses, narrow molar mass distributions, and well‐defined functional end groups are thus formed at 60 °C from bulk monomer, with up to 21 500 g mol−1. The formation of α,ω‐guanidine/amidine/phosphazene,crotonate functionalized PHBs, as demonstrated by NMR, SEC, and MALDI–ToF mass spectrometry analyses, mechanistically suggests the formation of N‐acyl‐α,β‐unsaturated propagating species that originate from 1:1 guanidine/amidine/phosphazene:BL adducts.  相似文献

Reaction between 2‐(1H‐pyrrol‐1‐yl)benzenamine and 2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde or 3,5‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde afforded 2‐(4,5‐dihydropyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinoxalin‐4‐yl)phenol (HOL1NH, 1a) or 2,4‐di‐tert‐butyl‐6‐(4,5‐dihydropyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinoxalin‐4‐yl)phenol (HOL2NH, 1b). Both 1a and 1b can be converted to 2‐(H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinoxalin‐4‐yl)phenol (HOL3N, 2a) and 2,4‐di‐tert‐butyl‐6‐(H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐a]quinoxalin‐4‐yl)phenol (HOL4N, 2b), respectively, by heating 1a and 1b in toluene. Treatment of 1b with an equivalent of AlEt3 afforded [Al(Et2)(OL2NH)] (3). Reaction of 1b with two equivalents of AlR3 (R = Me, Et) gave dinuclear aluminum complexes [(AlR2)2(OL2N)] (R = Me, 4a; R = Et, 4b). Refluxing the toluene solution of 4a and 4b, respectively, generated [Al(R2)(OL4N)] (R = Me, 5a; R = Et, 5b). Complexes 5a and 5b were also obtained either by refluxing a mixture of 1b and two equivalents of AlR3 (R = Me, Et) in toluene or by treatment of 2b with an equivalent of AlR3 (R = Me, Et). Reaction of 2a with an equivalent of AlMe3 afforded [Al(Me2)(OL3N)] (5c). Treatment of 1b with an equivalent of ZnEt2 at room temperature gave [Zn(Et)(OL2NH)] (6), while reaction of 1b with 0.5 equivalent of ZnEt2 at 40 °C afforded [Zn(OL2NH)2] (7). Reaction of 1b with two equivalents of ZnEt2 from room temperature to 60 °C yielded [Zn(Et)(OL4N)] (8). Compound 8 was also obtained either by reaction between 6 and an equivalent of ZnEt2 from room temperature to 60 °C or by treatment of 2b with an equivalent of ZnEt2 at room temperature. Reaction of 2b with 0.5 equivalent of ZnEt2 at room temperature gave [Zn(OL4N)2] (9), which was also formed by heating the toluene solution of 6. All novel compounds were characterized by NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The structures of complexes 3, 5c and 6 were additionally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. The catalysis of complexes 3, 4a, 5a–c, 6 and 8 toward the ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone was evaluated. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of α,ω‐di(2‐methyl‐2,3‐epoxypropyl)polyisobutylene are reported. The epoxidation of α,ω‐di(isobutenyl)polyisobutylene was achieved at room temperature with dimethyldioxirane, which proved to be a very effective reagent for epoxidation without the formation of byproducts. A very good agreement was found for the conversion determined by 1H NMR and matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI HMS). The epoxy end groups were converted quantitatively into aldehyde termini with zinc bromide as a catalyst. The aldehyde groups were then reduced with LiAlH4 into primary hydroxyl functions to obtain α,ω‐di(2‐methyl‐3‐hydroxylpropyl)polyisobutylene with high efficiency. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The obtained 5H‐pyrimido[5,4‐b]indole‐(1H,3H)2,4‐dione derivatives were tested towards cloned α1A, α1B and α1D adrenergic receptors subtypes in binding assays. Some compounds showed good affinity and selectivity for the α1D‐adrenoceptor subtype.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of two new 1,3,5‐triazines containing 2‐(aminomethyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole hydrochloride as a substituent are reported, namely, 2‐{[(4,6‐dichloro‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐yl)amino]methyl}‐1H‐benzimidazol‐3‐ium chloride, C11H9Cl2N6+·Cl? ( 1 ), and bis(2,2′‐{[(6‐chloro‐1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4‐diyl)bis(azanediyl)]bis(methylene)}bis(1H‐benzimidazol‐3‐ium)) tetrachloride heptahydrate, 2C19H18ClN92+·4Cl?·7H2O ( 2 ). Both salts were characterized using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis and IR spectroscopy. Moreover, the NMR (1H and 13C) spectra of 1 were obtained. Salts 1 and 2 have triclinic symmetry (space group P) and their supramolecular structures are stabilized by hydrogen bonding and offset π–π interactions. In hydrated salt 2 , the noncovalent interactions yield pseudo‐nanotubes filled with chloride anions and water molecules, which were modelled in the refinement with substitutional and positional disorder.  相似文献

Oxidation of E,E‐bis(3‐bromo‐1‐chloro‐1‐propen‐2‐yl) sulfide and selenide with hydrogen peroxide in chloroform/acetic acid or acetic acid affords previously unknown E,E‐bis(3‐bromo‐1‐chloro‐1‐propen‐2‐yl) sulfoxide, selenoxide, and sulfone. The reaction of E,E‐bis(3‐bromo‐1‐chloro‐1‐propen‐2‐yl) sulfone with primary amines in ethanol in the presence of NaHCO3 or Na2CO3 is found to lead not only to heterocyclization but also to alcoholysis of the chloromethylidene groups in the intermediate bis(chloromethylidene) derivatives of thiomorpholine‐1,1‐dioxides to afford N‐organyl‐2(E),6(E)‐bis(ethoxymethylidene) thiomorpholine‐1,1‐dioxides as final products.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the four E,Z,E isomers of 1‐(4‐alkoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, namely (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C19H17NO3, (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐ethoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C20H19NO3, (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐6‐(4‐n‐propoxyphenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C21H21NO3, and (E,Z,E)‐1‐(4‐n‐butoxyphenyl)‐6‐(4‐nitrophenyl)hexa‐1,3,5‐triene, C22H23NO3, have been determined. Intermolecular N⋯O dipole interactions between the nitro groups are observed for the methoxy derivative, while for the ethoxy derivative, two adjacent molecules are linked at both ends through N⋯O dipole–dipole interactions between the N atom of the nitro group and the O atom of the ethoxy group to form a supramolecular ring‐like structure. In the crystal structures of the n‐propoxy and n‐butoxy derivatives, the shortest intermolecular distances are those between the two O atoms of the alkoxy groups. Thus, the nearest two molecules form an S‐shaped supramolecular dimer in these crystal structures.  相似文献

Although it has not proved possible to crystallize the newly prepared cyclam–methylimidazole ligand 1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane (LIm1), the trans and cis isomers of an NiII complex, namely trans‐aqua{1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}nickel(II) bis(perchlorate) monohydrate, [Ni(C15H30N6)(H2O)](ClO4)2·H2O, (1), and cis‐aqua{1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}nickel(II) bis(perchlorate), [Ni(C15H30N6)(H2O)](ClO4)2, (2), have been prepared and structurally characterized. At different stages of the crystallization and thermal treatment from which (1) and (2) were obtained, a further two compounds were isolated in crystalline form and their structures also analysed, namely trans‐{1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}(perchlorato)nickel(II) perchlorate, [Ni(ClO4)(C15H30N6)]ClO4, (3), and cis‐{1,8‐bis[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}nickel(II) bis(perchlorate) 0.24‐hydrate, [Ni(C20H36N6)](ClO4)2·0.24H2O, (4); the 1,8‐bis[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane ligand is a minor side product, probably formed in trace amounts in the synthesis of LIm1. The configurations of the cyclam macrocycles in the complexes have been analysed and the structures are compared with analogues from the literature.  相似文献

The central L ligand is centrosymmetric and coordinated to two HgII cations via two pyridine N atoms, in a synsyn conformation. The two terminal L ligands are monodentate, with one uncoordinated pyridine N atom, and each adopts a synanti conformation. The HgI2 units show highly distorted tetrahedral (sawhorse) geometry, as the HgII centres lie only 0.34 (2) or 0.32 (2) Å from the planes defined by the I and pyridine N atoms. Supramolecular interactions, thermal stability and solid‐state luminescence properties were also measured.  相似文献
