For an analytic function f (z) on the unit disk |z| < 1 with f (0) = f′(0) ? 1 = 0 and f (z) ≠ 0, 0 < |z| < 1, we consider the power deformation f c (z) = z(f (z)/z) c for a complex number c. We determine those values c for which the operator \({f \mapsto f_c}\) maps a specified class of univalent functions into the class of univalent functions. A little surprisingly, we will see that the set is described by the variability region of the quantity zf′(z)/ f (z), |z| < 1, for most of the classes that we consider in the present paper. As an unexpected by-product, we show boundedness of strongly spirallike functions.  相似文献

In this note, we study the admissible meromorphic solutions for algebraic differential equation fnf' + Pn?1(f) = R(z)eα(z), where Pn?1(f) is a differential polynomial in f of degree ≤ n ? 1 with small function coefficients, R is a non-vanishing small function of f, and α is an entire function. We show that this equation does not possess any meromorphic solution f(z) satisfying N(r, f) = S(r, f) unless Pn?1(f) ≡ 0. Using this result, we generalize a well-known result by Hayman.  相似文献

The recent articles of Arutyunov and Greshnov extend the Banach and Hadler Fixed-Point Theorems and the Arutyunov Coincidence-Point Theorem to the mappings of (q1, q2)-quasimetric spaces. This article addresses similar questions for f-quasimetric spaces.Given a function f: R +2 → R+ with f(r1, r2) → 0 as (r1, r2) → (0, 0), an f-quasimetric space is a nonempty set X with a possibly asymmetric distance function ρ: X2 → R+ satisfying the f-triangle inequality: ρ(x, z) ≤ f(ρ(x, y), ρ(y, z)) for x, y, zX. We extend the Banach Contraction Mapping Principle, as well as Krasnoselskii’s and Browder’s Theorems on generalized contractions, to mappings of f-quasimetric spaces.  相似文献

For \(f\in \mathcal {S}^{*}(A,B)\) and λ>0, we shall estimate the absolute value of the Taylor coefficients a n (?λ,f) of the analytic function (f(z)/z)?λ . We consider the Diophantine inequality |p 1 c + p 2 c + p 3 c ? N| < (logN)?E, where 1 < c < 15/14, N is a sufficiently large real number and E > 0 is an arbitrarily large constant. This paper is concerned with the oscillatory behavior of the damped half-linear oscillator (a(t)?p(x′))′ + b(t)?p(x′) + c(t)?p(x) = 0, where ?p(x) = |x|p?1 sgn x for x ∈ ? and p > 1. A sufficient condition is established for oscillation of all nontrivial solutions of the damped half-linear oscillator under the integral averaging conditions. The main result can be given by using a generalized Young’s inequality and the Riccati type technique. Some examples are included to illustrate the result. Especially, an example which asserts that all nontrivial solutions are oscillatory if and only if p ≠ 2 is presented.  相似文献

We obtain exact constants in Jackson-type inequalities for smoothness characteristics Λk(f), k ∈ N, defined by averaging the kth-order finite differences of functions fL2. On the basis of this, for differentiable functions in the classes L2r, r ∈ N, we refine the constants in Jackson-type inequalities containing the kth-order modulus of continuity ωk. For classes of functions defined by their smoothness characteristics Λk(f) and majorants Φ satisfying a number of conditions, we calculate the exact values of certain n-widths.  相似文献

In a two-dimensional local field K containing the pth root of unity, a polynomial formal group F c (X, Y) = X + Y + cXY acting on the maximal ideal M of the ring of integers б K and a constructive Hilbert pairing {·, ·} c : K 2(K) × F c (M) → <ξ> c , where <ξ> c is the module of roots of [p] c (pth degree isogeny of F c ) with respect to formal summation are considered. For the extension of two-dimensional local fields L/K, a norm map of Milnor groups Norm: K 2(L) → K 2(K) is considered. Its images are called norms in K 2(L). The main finding of this study is that the norm property of pairing {·, ·}c: {x,β} c : = 0 ? x is a norm in K 2(K([p] c -1 (β))), where [p] c -1 (β) are the roots of the equation [p] c = β, is checked constructively.  相似文献

Let p be an odd prime and P ? \(\mathbb{F}_2 \)[z] be some irreducible polynomial of order p, i.e., p is the smallest positive integer such that P(z) divides 1 + z p in \(\mathbb{F}_2 \)[z]. In this paper, we prove that if m is an odd positive integer, the elements of \(\mathcal{A}\) = \(\mathcal{A}\)(P) of the form 2 k m are determined by the 2-adic expansion of some root of a polynomial with integer coefficients. We study the quasisymmetric geometry of the Julia sets of McMullen maps fλ(z) = zm + λ/z?, where λ ∈ ? {0} and ? and m are positive integers satisfying 1/?+1/m < 1. If the free critical points of fλ are escaped to the infinity, we prove that the Julia set Jλ of fλ is quasisymmetrically equivalent to either a standard Cantor set, a standard Cantor set of circles or a round Sierpiński carpet (which is also standard in some sense). If the free critical points are not escaped, we give a suffcient condition on λ such that Jλ is a Sierpiński carpet and prove that most of them are quasisymmetrically equivalent to some round carpets. In particular, there exist infinitely renormalizable rational maps whose Julia sets are quasisymmetrically equivalent to the round carpets.  相似文献

We obtain relations that define the equivalence algebra of the family of one-dimensional Boltzmann equations f t + cf x + F(t, x, c)f c = 0 and show that all equations of that form are locally equivalent. We carry out the group classification of the equation with respect to the function F in the special case where the function F and the transformations of the variables t and x are assumed to be independent of c. We show that, under such constraints for the transformation and the family of equations, the maximum possible symmetry algebra is eight-dimensional, which corresponds to an equation with a linear function F.  相似文献
