The syntheses, characterizations and in vitro cytotoxities of seven soluble silver (I) compounds (1–7) with 2,2′‐bipyridine (bpy), 5,5′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine (dmbpy) and 1, 10‐phenanthroline (phen) are described. Two of the complexes, [Ag(dmbpy)(NO3)] (1) and [Ag(dmbpy)]ClO4(2), have been structurally established by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, which reveals the silver(I) atom in compound 1 is in a Y‐shape coordination geometry with two N atoms (av. Ag? N = 227.8 pm) from a chelate dmbpy ligand and an O atom (Ag? O=221.8(4) pm) from a monodentate nitrate. The Ag(I) atom in compound 2 is three‐coordinated by three N atoms, two of which are from a chelate dmbpy, and one from an acetonitrile ligand. The seven compounds showed strong cytotoxities in vitro to both normal and carcinoma cells.  相似文献

Reaction of a new type of bidentate ligand PhPQu [PhPQu = 2‐diphenylphosphino‐4‐methylquinoline] with Fe(CO)5 in butanol gave trans‐Fe(FpPQu‐P)(CO)3 (1). Compound 1, which can act as a neutral tridentate organometallic ligand, was reacted with I B, II B metal compounds and a rhodium complex to give six binuclear complexes with Fe? M bonds, Fe(CO)3 (μ‐Ph2PQu)MXn (2–7) [M= Zn(II), Cd(II), Hg(II), Cu(I), Ag(I), Rh(I)], and an ion‐pair complex [Fe(CO)3 (μ‐Ph2PQu)2HgI][HgI3]? (8). The structure of 8 was determined by X‐ray crystallography. Complex 8 crystallizes in the space group P‐1 with a = 1.0758(3), b = 1.6210(4), c=1.7155(4)nm; a=75.60(2), β=71.81(2), γ=81.78(2)° and Z = 2 and its structure was refined to give agreement factors of R=0.050 and Rw = 0.057. The Fe‐Hg bond distance is 0.2536nm.  相似文献

The syntheses, structures, and chemotherapeutic activities of Ag(I)‐, Au(I)‐, and Ru(II)‐complexes ligated to a novel N‐heterocyclic carbene ligand, 2‐(4‐nitrophenyl)imidazo[1,5‐a]pyridin‐2‐ylidene ( 1 ), are described. The corresponding complexes, [Ag( 1 )2][PF6], [Au( 1 )2][PF6] ( 3 ), and [Ru( 1 )(p‐cymene)Cl][PF6] ( 4 ), were prepared using convenient transmetallation chemistry and characterized using a range of spectroscopic and analytical techniques. X‐ray crystallography revealed that complexes 2 and 3 adopted linear structures whereas 4 exhibited a prototypical “piano‐stool”‐like geometry; the structural assignments were further supported by DFT calculations. A series of in vitro studies revealed that while the aforementioned Ag(I), Au(I) and Ru(II) complexes exhibited significant cytotoxicities against the human colon adenocarcinoma (HCT 116), lung cancer (A549), and breast cancer (MCF7) cell lines, the Ru derivative was most prominent.  相似文献

Two new spirostanol saponins, kingianoside I ( 1 ) and kingianoside K ( 2 ), corresponding to (3β,23S,25R)‐23‐hydroxy‐12‐oxospirost‐5‐en‐3‐yl 4‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐β‐D ‐galactopyranoside ( 1 ) and (3β,25R)‐7‐oxospirost‐5‐en‐3‐yl α‐L ‐arabinofuranosyl‐(1→4)‐[6‐deoxy‐α‐L ‐mannopyranosyl‐(1→2)]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 2 ), along with 13 known compounds, daucosterol, (25R)‐kingianoside G, (25RS)‐kingianoside A, pratioside D1, (25RS)‐pratioside D1, (25S)‐kingianoside C, kingianoside C, ginsenoside Rb1, saponins Tb and Pb, dioscin, gracillin, and saponin Pa, were isolated from the processed rhizomes of Polygonatum kingianum. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analyses, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR techniques, and chemical methods. Compound 2 contains a novel unusual spirostanol saponin aglycone. Ginsenoside Rb1 and saponin Tb were isolated for the first time from the genus Polygonatum. The 13 known compounds were detected for the first time in the processed Polygonatum kingianum.  相似文献

Five new polycyclic Daphniphyllum alkaloids, macropodumines F ( 1 ) and G ( 2 ), 17‐oxoyuzurimine ( 3 ), and macropodumines H ( 4 ) and I ( 5 ), were isolated from the leaves of D. macropodum Miq ., collected in Sichuan Province, China. The structures and relative configurations of the new compounds – as well as of four known, related alkaloids – were elucidated on the basis of in‐depth spectroscopic and mass‐spectrometric analyses, by chemical derivatization, and by comparison of spectroscopic data with those of known compounds.  相似文献

Two new depsidones, mollicellins I and J ( 1 and 2 , resp.), and a new chromone, 2‐(hydroxymethyl)‐6‐methylmethyleugenin ( 3 ), along with six known compounds, 4 – 9 , were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of a solid‐state fermented culture of Chaetomium brasiliense. Their structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic analysis. Mollicellins I and H ( 5 ) exhibited significant growth inhibitory activity against human breast cancer (Bre04), human lung (Lu04), and human neuroma (N04) cell lines with GI50 values between 2.5–8.6 μg/ml.  相似文献

Two new natural products, i.e., 1‐O,2‐O‐[(1S,2S)‐1‐(3‐acetyl‐2,4,6‐trihydroxyphenyl)‐3‐hydroxypropane‐1,3‐diyl]‐β‐D ‐glucopyranose (=tomentoside I; 1 ) and (3β)‐3‐(acetyloxy)ferruginol 12‐[6‐O‐(4‐hydroxy‐3,5‐dimethoxybenzoyl)‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside] (=tomentoside II; 2 ), were isolated from the EtOH extract of the root of Anemone tomentosa, together with five known compounds. Their structures were characterized by means of spectroscopic methods, especially by 1H‐, 13C‐, and 2D‐NMR and HR‐MS, as well as by chemical methods and comparison with literature data.  相似文献

In this paper, the synthesis and characterization of a series of latent polymeric bis(N‐heterocyclic carbene) (NHC) copper(I) complexes is reported, which can be activated for the copper(I)‐catalyzed azide/alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) via ultrasound. To prove the influence of chain length and nature of the polymer towards the activation, poly(isobutylene) (PIB), poly(styrene) (PS) and poly(tetrahydrofuran) (PTHF) are synthesized via living polymerization techniques (LCCP, ATRP, CROP) obtaining different chain lengths (from 2500 to 9000 g/mol), followed by quaternization with N‐methylimidazole, generating the corresponding N‐methylimidazolium‐telechelic polymers. The deprotonation of these macroligands via strong bases like sodium tert‐butoxide (NaOtBu) or potassium hexamethyldisilazide (KHMDS) yields the free N‐heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs), which are used to coordinate to tetrakis(acetonitrile)copper(I) hexafluorophosphate, forming the final polymer‐based mono‐ and bis(N‐methylimidazole‐2‐ylidene) copper(I)X complexes. The structural proof of these complexes is accomplished via 1H‐NMR spectroscopy, MALDI‐TOF‐MS and GPC‐techniques. The activation of the copper(I) biscarbene catalysts by ultrasound is studied by GPC, revealing the cleavage of one shielding NHC‐ligand. The initial catalytic latency and the via ultrasound introduced catalytic activation is successfully demonstrated monitoring a CuAAC “click” reaction of benzyl azide and phenylacetylene by in situ 1H‐NMR spectroscopy introducing thus “click” conversions up to 97%. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The reaction of 4‐amino‐6‐methyl‐1,2,4‐triazine‐3‐thione‐5‐one, HAMTTO, with silver (I) nitrate in methanol led under deprotonation to the polymeric compound [(AMTTO)Ag]n. The coordination polymer {[Ag(HAMTTO)]ClO4}n ( 1 ) is synthesized from the reaction of the latter polymeric compound with perchloric acid. Both compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies on compound 1 showed that HAMTTO acts as a bidentate ligand and chelates the silver atom via its hydrazine nitrogen atom and its sulfur atom. Crystal data for 1 at ?90 °C: space group P21, Z = 2, a = 629.3(1), b = 748.7(1), c = 1071.7(1) pm, β = 98.28(1)°, R1 = 0.0533.  相似文献

Two gold(I) complexes of the (NHC)AuX type bearing a triazole‐based N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligand (1‐tert‐butyl‐4‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3‐phenyl‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐ium‐5‐ylidene) and various halide ligands (X = Br, I) were synthesized and characterized in solution using NMR spectroscopy as well as in the solid state using X‐ray diffraction techniques. The cytotoxic properties of both compounds and the precursor, (NHC)AuCl, were screened against a panel of human tumour cell lines including liver cancer (HepG2), cervical cancer (HeLa S3) and leukaemia (CCRF‐CEM, HL‐60) and compared to cisplatin and auranofin. It was found that the activities of the chloro and bromo derivatives were generally superior to that of cisplatin and slightly less effective compared to auranofin, except for HepG2 cells where auranofin was not as effective. In addition, the ability to induce membrane phosphatidyl serine externalization as a hallmark of apoptosis in CCRF‐CEM leukaemic cells was investigated. A series of new benzimidazolium salts as N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) precursors has been synthesized. Reactions of these salts with Ag2O with varying metal‐to‐salt ratio facilitate the formation of a series of new binuclear and mononuclear Ag(I)–NHC complexes. All compounds were characterized using physicochemical and spectroscopic techniques. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction study reveals a binuclear structure for one of the complexes and a mononuclear one for two others. These complexes exist as cationic Ag(I)–NHC complexes with the chelation of carbene carbons to the silver centre in an almost linear manner. The compounds were screened for their anti‐bacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 12600) as a Gram‐positive bacterium and Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922) as a Gram‐negative bacterium. The results show that both bacteria appear markedly inhibited. Furthermore, the results suggest the possibility of steric variation as a modulation of the anti‐bacterial activities. The nuclease activities of the compounds were assessed using gel electrophoresis and the results indicate that these complexes can cleave or degrade DNA and RNA via a non‐oxidative mechanism. A series of Au(I) complexes ( 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 ) and Ag(I) complexes ( 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 ) derived from imidazo[1,5‐a]pyridin‐3‐ylidenes were synthesized from AuCl(SMe2) or by reacting silver(I) acetate with 2,5‐dimethylimidazo[1,5‐a]pyridin‐2‐ium iodide or imidazo[1,5‐a]pyridin‐2‐ium salts, and were characterized using NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and elemental analyses. In addition, the Au(I) complex 13 and the Ag(I) complex 19 were characterized using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Using paclitaxel as a standard, all Au(I) and Ag(I) N‐heterocyclic carbene complexes were evaluated for their in vitro anti‐tumour activity against 12 cell lines using a monolayer cell survival and proliferation assay. The highest anticancer activity was found for complexes 15 , 13 and 14 with mean IC50 values of 10.09, 10.42 and 12.28 μM, respectively. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Two new cucurbitane triterpenoids, kuguacin X ( 1 ) and kuguaglycoside I ( 2 ), together with three known analogs, were isolated from immature fruits of Momordica charantia. By detailed analysis of IR, NMR, and MS data, acid hydrolysis, and comparison with spectroscopic data of known compounds, the new compounds were determined to be (23E)‐5β,19‐epoxycucurbita‐6,23‐diene‐3β,22ξ,25‐triol ( 1 ) and (23E)‐5β,19‐epoxycucurbita‐6,23‐dien‐19‐on‐3β,25‐diol 3‐Oβ‐D ‐allopyranoside ( 2 ).  相似文献

Salts of meta‐xylyl‐linked N‐ethyl/n‐butyl/benzyl‐substituted bis‐benzimidazolium having hexafluorophosphate counterions have been synthesized. The corresponding binuclear Ag(I)‐N‐heterocyclic carbene complexes were prepared by the reaction of Ag2O. The N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligand precursor 7 and Ag(I)–NHC complexes 10 and 11 have been structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction technique. All of the reported compounds have been tested for their anticancer activity using human colorectal (HCT 116) cancer cell lines. Sterically varied benzimidazolium salts displayed significant activity against HCT 116 cell line, yielding IC50 values in the range 0.1–19.4 µ m , while Ag(I)–carbene complexes showed exceptionally good activity (0.2–1.3 µ m ) against tested cancer cell lines. The hydrothermal reactions of CuI,KI and bidentate amines [1,10-phenanthroline(phen) or ethylenediamine (en)]gave the three copper (Ⅰ)halide compounds,Cu3I3(phen)2(1),CuI(phen)2(2) and [Cu(en)2][CuI2](3),which were struc-turally characterized via single-crystal X-ray diffraction stud-ies,Hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions are the most remarkable structural features of the title compounds .All can be described as higher-dimensional supramolecular compounds connected via these secondary bondings,Moreover,the title compounds were characterized by elemental analyses,IR spectra and TGA analyses,The third-order non-linear optical properties of the title compounds were also investigated and all exhibit nicer non-linear absorption and self-focusing performance.  相似文献

As an important class of heterocyclic compounds, 1,3,4‐thiadiazoles have a broad range of potential applications in medicine, agriculture and materials chemistry, and were found to be excellent precursors for the crystal engineering of organometallic materials. The coordinating behaviour of allyl derivatives of 1,3,4‐thiadiazoles with respect to transition metal ions has been little studied. Five new crystalline copper(I) π‐complexes have been obtained by means of an alternating current electrochemical technique and have been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. The compounds are bis[μ‐5‐methyl‐N‐(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine]bis[nitratocopper(I)], [Cu2(NO3)2(C6H9N3S)2], (1), bis[μ‐5‐methyl‐N‐(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine]bis[(tetrafluoroborato)copper(I)], [Cu2(BF4)2(C6H9N3S)2], (2), μ‐aqua‐bis{μ‐5‐[(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)sulfanyl]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine}bis[nitratocopper(I)], [Cu2(NO3)2(C5H7N3S2)2(H2O)], (3), μ‐aqua‐(hexafluorosilicato)bis{μ‐5‐[(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)sulfanyl]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine}dicopper(I)–acetonitrile–water (2/1/4), [Cu2(SiF6)(C5H7N3S2)2(H2O)]·0.5CH3CN·2H2O, (4), and μ‐benzenesulfonato‐bis{μ‐5‐[(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)sulfanyl]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine}dicopper(I) benzenesulfonate–methanol–water (1/1/1), [Cu2(C6H5O3S)(C5H7N3S2)2](C6H5O3S)·CH3OH·H2O, (5). The structure of the ligand 5‐methyl‐N‐(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine (Mepeta ), C6H9N3S, was also structurally characterized. Both Mepeta and 5‐[(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)sulfanyl]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2‐amine (Pesta ) (denoted L ) reveal a strong tendency to form dimeric {Cu2L 2}2+ fragments, being attached to the metal atom in a chelating–bridging mode via two thiadiazole N atoms and an allylic C=C bond. Flexibility of the {Cu2(Pesta )2}2+ unit allows the CuI atom site to be split into two positions with different metal‐coordination environments, thus enabling the competitive participation of different molecules in bonding to the metal centre. The Pesta ligand in (4) allows the CuI atom to vary between water O‐atom and hexafluorosilicate F‐atom coordination, resulting in the rare case of a direct CuI…FSiF52− interaction. Extensive three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonding patterns are formed in the reported crystal structures. Complex (5) should be considered as the first known example of a CuI(C6H5SO3) coordination compound. To determine the hydrogen‐bond interactions in the structures of (1) and (2), a Hirshfeld surface analysis has been performed.  相似文献

Two cyano‐bridged polymers, [Cu3(CN)3(phen)]n ( 1 ) and [Cu(CN)(phen)]n ( 2 ) (phen = 1,10‐phenphralonine), were synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cu(NO3)2· 3H2O, K3[Fe(CN)6] and phen and were characterized structurally by X‐ray, IR and ERSC methods. Compound 1 shows a two‐dimensional folded coordination network by Cu(I)? CN? Cu(I) and Cu(I)? Cu(I) interaction, while compound 2 exhibits an infinite helix chain by Cu(I)? CN linkages. The title compounds, 3,5,7‐triphenyl‐1,2‐diazacyclohepta‐1(7),2‐diene, C23H20N2, (I), and 3,7‐bis(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1,2‐diazacyclohepta‐1(7),2‐diene, C23H20N2O2, (II), constitute the first structurally characterized examples of seven‐membered heterocycles with 1,2‐diaza ring N atoms. Compound (I) crystallizes in the space group P, with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit that differ in the conformation of one of the phenyl rings, while (II) crystallizes in the space group C2/c. The C5N2 ring in each of (I) and (II) adopts a twist‐boat conformation. Compound (I) exhibits neither C—H...π interactions nor π–π stacking interactions, whereas (II) shows both intramolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds and a C—H...π interaction that joins the molecules into an infinite chain in the [010] direction.  相似文献

Three dinuclear copper(I) complexes, [Cu2(µ‐Cl)2(1,2‐(PPh2)2‐1,2‐C2B10H10)2]·2CH2Cl2 ( 1 ), [Cu2(µ‐Br)2(1,2‐(PPh2)2‐1,2‐C2B10H10)2]·2THF ( 2 ) and {Cu2(µ‐I)2[1,2‐(PPh2)2‐1,2‐C2B10H10]2} ( 3 ) have been synthesized by the reactions of CuX (X = Cl, Br and I) with the closo ligand 1,2‐(PPh2)2‐1,2‐C2B10H10. All these complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and X‐ray structure determination. Single crystal X‐ray structure determinations show that every complex contained di‐µ‐X‐bridged structure involving a crossed parallelogram plane formed by two Cu atoms and two X atoms (X = Cl, Br, I). The geometry at the Cu atom was a distorted tetrahedron, in which two positions were occupied by two P atoms of the PPh2 groups connected to the two C atoms of carborane (Cc), and the other two resulted from two X atoms which bridged the other Cu atom at the same time. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first example of copper(I) complexes with 1,2‐diphenylphosphino‐1,2‐dicarba‐closo‐dodecaborane as ligand characterized by X‐ray diffraction.
