The ruthenium(II) complex Ru(CO) 2(NH 2(NH 2CH 2C 6H 5) 2(Si(C 6H 5)(CH 3) 2)I has been prepared by the reaction of Ru(CO) 4(Si(C 6H 5)(CH 3) 2)I with benzylamine. Two-dimensional homonuclear 1H NMR experiments examine the scalar coupling of the enantiotopic amino and methylene protons of the benzylamine ligand. X-ray analysis of Ru(CO) 2(NH 2CH 2C 6H 5) 2(Si(C 6H 5)(CH 3) 2)I·1/3C 5H 12 (triclinic; P

Thermal displacement of coordinated nitriles RCN (R = CH 3, C 2H 5 or n-C 3H 7) in [C 5H 5Fe(L 2)(NCR)]X complexes (L 2 = P(OCH 3) 3) 2, (P(OC 6H 5) 3) 2 or (C 6H 5) 2PC 2H 4P(C 6H 5) 2 (DPPE)) by E(CH 3) 2 affords high yields of [C 5H 5Fe(L 2)(E(CH 3) 2)]X compounds (E = S, Se and Te; X = BF 4 or PF 6). Spectroscopic data and ligand displacement reactions are presented and discussed together with related observations on [C 5H 5Fe(CO) 2(E(CH 3) 2)]BF 4 compounds. The molecular structure of [C 5H 5Fe(P(OCH 3) 3) 2(S(CH 3) 2)]PF 6 was determined by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study: monoclinic, space group P2 1/ n- C52h (No. 14) with a = 8.4064(12), b = 11.183(2), c = 50.726(8) Å, β = 90.672(13)° and Z = 8 molecules per unit cell. The coordination sphere of the iron atom is pseudo-tetrahedral with an Fe---S bond distance of 2.238 Å. 相似文献

The effects of cyclopentadienyl ring size on the geometry of bimetallic organosamarium complexes have been studied by comparing the X-ray crystal structure of [(C 5H 4Me) 2(THF)Sm(μ-Cl)] 2, prepared from KC 5H 4Me and SmCl 3 in THF, with C 5Me 5 analogs. The complex crystallizes from THF at −30°C in space group Pbcn with a = 20.312(5), b = 9.626(2), c = 16.225(3) Å, V = 3172.5(12) Å 3 and Dcalc = 1.74 g cm −3 for Z = 4. Least-squares refinement of the model based on 1759 reflections [| Fo| > 2.0σ(| Fo|)] converged to a final RF = 5.0%. The complex adopts a geometry which has a molecular two-fold rotation axis perpendicular to the Sm 2Cl 2 plane and a crystallographic inversion center. Hence, both methyl groups of each (C 5H 4Me) 2Sm unit are located on the side opposite of the THF ligands, which are trans to each other, and the four C 5H 4Me ring centroids define a square plane. The Sm---Cl distances are 2.759(3) and 2.819(3) Å. 相似文献

The complex [MoW(μ-CC 6H 4Me-4)(CO) 2(η 7-C 7H 7)(η 5-C 2B 9H 10Me)] reacts with diazomethane in Et 2O containing EtOH to afford the dimetal compound [MoW(OEt)(μ-CH 2){μ-C(C 6H 4Me-4)C(Me)O}(η 7-C 7H 7)(η 5-C 2B 9H 10Me)]. The structure of this product was established by X-ray diffraction. The Mo---W bond [2.778(4) Å] is bridged by a CH 2 group [μ-C---Mo 2.14(3), μ-C---W 2.02(3) Å] and by a C(C 6H 4Me-4)C(Me)O fragment [Mo---O 2.11(3), W---O 2.18(2), Mo---C(C 6H 4Me-4) 2.41(3), W---C(C 6H 4Me-4) 2.09(3), Mo---C(Me) 2.26(3) Å]. The molybdenum atom is η 7-coordinated by the C 7H 7 ring and the tungsten atom is η 5-coordinated by the open pentagonal face of the nido-icosahedral C 2B 9H 10Me cage. The tungsten atom also carries a terminally bound OEt group [W---O 1.88(3) Å]. The 1H and 13C-{ 1H} NMR data for the dimetal compound are reported and discussed. 相似文献

Condensation of thiosemicarbazide or N(4)-ethylthiosemicarbazide with 1,2,8,9-tetraphenyl-3,7-diazanona-1,9-dione in the presence of copper(II) acetate in 96% ethanol leads to Δ 6-5,6-diphenyl-5-methoxy-1,2,4-triazacyclohexene-3-thione, C 16H 15N 3OS, or Δ 6-4-methyl-5,6-diphenyl-5-ethoxy-1,2,4-triazacyclohexene-3-thione, C 18H 19N 3OS. For C 16H 15N 3OS the crystal data are monoclinic, P2 1/ c, a=9.7780(7), b=8.5120(3), c=18.2210(13) Å, β=100.958(3)°, V=1488.89(16) Å 3, and Z=4 in agreement with an earlier report. LnCl 3 (Ln=Nd, Gd) reacts with C 5H 9C 5H 4Na (or K 2C 8H 8) in THF (C 5H 9C 5H 4 = cyclopentylcyclopentadienyl) in the ratio of 1 : to give (C 5H 9C 5H 4)LnCl 2(THF) n (orC 8H 8)LnCl 2(THF) n], which further reacts with K 2C 8H 8 (or C 5H 9C 5H 4Na) in THF to form the litle complexes. If Ln=Nd the complex (C 8H 8)Nd(C 5H 9C 5H 4)(THF) 2 (a) was obtained: when Ln=Gd the 1 : 1 complex [(C 8H 8)Gd(C %H 9)(THF)][(C 8H 8)Gd(C 5H 9H 4)(THF) 2] (b) was obtained in crystalline form. The crystal structure analysis shows that in (C8H8)Ln(C5H9C5H4)(THF)2 (Ln=Nd or Gd), the Cyclopentylcyclopentadieny (η5), cyclooctatetraenyl (η8) and two oxygen atoms from THF are coordinated to Nd3+ (or Gd3+) with coordination number 10. The centroid of the cyclopentadienyl ring (Cp′) in C5H9C5H4 group, cyclooctatetraenyl centroid (COTL) and two oxygens (THF) form a twisted tetrahedron around Nd3+ (or Gd3+). In (C8H8)Gd(C5H9C5H4)(THF), the cyclopentyl-cyclopentadienyl (η5), cyclooctatetraenyl (η8) and one oxygen atom are coordinated to Gd3+ with the coordination number of 9 and Cp′, COT and oxygen atom form a triangular plane around Gd3+, which is almost in the plane (dev. -0.0144 Å). 相似文献

The reaction of [(C 6H 6)RuCl 2] 2 with 7,8-benzoquinoline and 8-hydroxyquinoline in methanol were performed. The obtained complexes have been studied by IR, UV–VIS, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. In the reaction with 8-hydroxyquinoline the arene ruthenium(II) complex oxidized to Ru(III). The electronic spectra of the obtained compounds have been calculated using the TDDFT method. Magnetic properties of [Ru(C 9H 6NO) 3] · CH 3OH complex suggest the antiferromagnetic coupling of the ruthenium centers in the crystal lattice. EPR spectrum of [Ru(C 9H 6NO) 3] · CH 3OH compound indicates single isotropic line only characteristic for Ru 3+ with spin equal to 1/2. 相似文献

The reaction of Ru(CO) 4(C 2H 4) or Ru(CO) 5 with 1,5-Ph 4P 2N 4S 2 in CH 2Cl 2/hexane at 23°C produces the dimer [Ru(CO) 2(Ph 4 P 2N 4S 2)] 2 (2), which was shown by X-ray crystallography to have a centrosymmetric structure in which the P 2N 4S 2 ring is attached to one ruthenium atom through two (geminal) nitrogen atoms and the remote sulfur atom and serves as a bridge to the other ruthenium atom via the second sulfur atom. The reaction of 2-(1-methyl-2-piperidinyl)ethanethiol with sodium tetrachloro-palladate(II) at pH = 8 yields a yellow precipitate of formula [Pd 2(C 8H 16NS) 2Cl 2] which crystallized in the orthorhombic space group P cab with a = 22.050(4) Å, b = 14.644(3) Å, c = 13.834(3) Å, V = 4467(3) Å 3, and Z = 8. The organic ligands chelate to one Pd atom through the S and N atoms and bridges to another Pd atom through the S atom to form a dimer in which each molecule of the organic ligand has the same chirality. IR, UV—Vis and 1H NMR spectra are presented for this compound. 相似文献

13C NMR chemical shift data for the -carbon (δ ) of a variety of tungsten isopropylimido complexes indicate that the extent to which the nitrogen lone pair participates in multiple bonding to tungsten depends on the form of the complex and the ligands involved. The structures of [W(NCHMe 2)Cl 4] 2·C 6H 6 ( 1a) and [W(NCHMe 2)Cl 5][NEt 4] (7) which show widely different δ values, have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Crytals of 1a are triclinic space group P
, with a = 6.394(2), b = 8.890(3), c = 11.205(2) Å and = 109.95(2)°, β = 98.91(2)°, γ = 93.96(2)°; crystals of 7 are orthorhombic, space group Pnma, with a = 13.667(5), b = 15.152(2), c = 9.432(2) Å. Both structures were solved by Patterson and Fourier methods and refined to an R value of 0.050 for 1325 observed data of 1a and to an R value of 0.050 for the 1157 observed data of 7. Complex 1a is dimeric with a W---N bond length of 1.697(12) Å and complex 7 is monomeric with a longer W---N bond length of 1.763(16) Å. Comparison of the W---Cl bond lengths and correlations with π-bonding to make an 18-electron count, indicates that the W---N bond lengths differ in the two complexes as a result of overall π-bonding requirements. 相似文献

Reaction of the optically active primary amine (S)-(—)--methylbenzylamine with trimethylaluminium in heptane affords the crystalline organoaluminium dimer (S)-(—)-(S)-(—)-[(C 6H 5)CH(CH 3)NHA1(CH 3) 2] 2. Isolated as large, colourless, extremely air-sensitive prismatic crystals, the title compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P2 12 12 1 with unit cell parameters a = 8.406(3), b = 15.505(4), c = 17.547(5) Å, V = 2287 Å 3 and p = 1.03 g cm −3 for Z = 4. Least-squares refinement based on 1477 observed reflections converged at R = 0.056, R w = 0.058. Methane was eliminated during the course of the reaction due to cleavage of A1---C and N---H bonds resulting in an asymmetric A1 2N 2 fragment at the core of the organoaluminium dimer. The mean A1---C bond distance in the dimethylaluminium units is 1.930(8), while the mean A1---N bond distance is 1.950(5) Å. Specific rotation ([] D25 in CH 2C1 2)of the dimer is determined to be - 20.6°. 相似文献

Reactions of the lithium salts of 3-substituted indenes 1, 2 with ZrCl 4(THF) 2 gave two series of nonbridged bis(1-substituted)indenyl zirconocene dichloride complexes. Fractional recrystallization from THF–petroleum ether furnished the pure racemic and mesomeric isomers of [(η 5-C 9H 6-1-C(R 1)(R 2)--- o-C 6H 4---OCH 3) 2ZrCl 2]· nTHF (R 1=R 2=CH 3, n=1, rac-1a and meso-1b; R 1=CH 3, R 2=C 2H 5; n=0.5 or 0, rac-2a and meso-2b), respectively. Complex 1a was further characterized by X-ray diffraction to have a C2 symmetrically racemic structure, where the six-member rings of the indenyl parts are oriented laterally and two o-CH 3O---C 6H 4---C(CH 3) 2--- substituents are oriented to the open side of the metallocene (Ind: bis-lateral, anti; Substituent: bis-central, syn). The four zirconocene complexes are highly symmetrical in solution as characterized by room temperature 1H-NMR, however 1H– 1H NOESY of meso-1b shows that some of the NOE interactions arise from the two separated indenyl parts of the same molecule, which can only be well explained by taking into account the torsion isomers in solution. 相似文献

A new complex [Cu (C 4H 7N 3) H 2O (4,4′-Hbpy)]·SO 4·NO 3 was synthesized and X-ray characterized. Elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy of the complex were performed. The crystal system is orthorhombic. Crystal data: Fw=498.98, spacegroup: P212121. Z=4, a=14.952(3), b=20.491(4), c=6.713 Å. V=2056.7(9) Å. λ(Mo-K)=0.71070 Å. μ=12.18 cm −1, Dcalc=1.66 g/cm 3, F000=1032.00, R=0.062, Rw=0.087. X-ray analysis illustrated that 4,4′-bpy is mono-protonated and that there are two kinds of anions in one molecule, which give rise to the hydrogen interaction between the molecules in the crystal. Then an extended three-dimensional network is formed along the hydrogen bonds and π–π bonds between the pyridine rings. 相似文献

The reaction between RMgCl (two equivalents) and 1,2-W 2Cl 2(NMe 2) 4 in hydrocarbon solvents affords the compounds W 2R 2(NMe 2) 4, where R = allyl and 1− and 2-methyl-allyl. In the solid state the molecular structure of W 2(C 3H 5) 2(NMe 2) 4 has C2 symmetry with bridging allyl ligands and terminal W---NMe 2 ligands. The W---W distance 2.480(1) Å and the C---C distances, 1.47(1) Å, imply an extensive mixing of the allyl π-MOs with the WW π-MOs, and this is supported by an MO calculation on the molecule W 2(C 3H 5) 2(NH 2) 4 employing the method of Fenske and Hall. The most notable interaction is the ability of the (WW) 6+ centre to donate to the allyl π *-MO (π 3). This interaction is largely responsible for the long W---W distance, as well as the long C---C distances, in the allyl ligand. The structure of the 2-methyl-allyl derivative W 2(C 4H 7) 2(NMe 2) 4 in the solid state reveals a gauche-W 2C 2N 4 core with W---W = 2.286(1) Å and W---C = 2.18(1) Å, typical of WW and W---C triple and single bonds, respectively. In solution (toluene-d 8) 1H and 13C NMR spectra over a temperature range −80°C to +60°C indicate that both anti- and gauche- W 2C 2N 4 rotamers are present for the 2-methyl-allyl derivative. In addition, there is a facile fluxional process that equilibrates both ends of the 2-methyl-allyl ligand on the NMR time-scale. This process leads to a coalescence at 100°C and is believed to take place via an η 3-bound intermediate. The 1-methyl-allyl derivative also binds in an η 1 fashion in solution and temperature-dependent rotations about the W---N, W---C and C=C bonds are frozen out at low temperatures. The spectra of the allyl compound W 2(C 3H 5) 2(NMe 2) 4 revealed the presence of two isomers in solution—one of which can be readily reconciled with the presence of the bridging isomer found in the solid state while the other is proposed to be W 2(η 3-C 3H 5) 2(NMe 2) 4. The compound W 2R 2(NMe 2) 4 where R = 2,4-dimethyl- pentadiene was similarly prepared and displayed dynamic NMR behaviour explainable in terms of facile η 1 = η 3 interconversions. 相似文献

( Ci1; No. 2) with unit cell dimensions of a 8.770(1) Å, b 8.878(1) Å, c 11.991(1) Å, 107.56(1)°, β 90.85(1)°, γ 90.13(1)°, V 890.0(2) Å 3 and Z = 2. A full sphere of data was collected on a four-circle diffractometer. The structure was solved and refined to R 7.93% for all 3155 independent reflections and R 4.98% for those 2002 data with | F0 | > 6σ. | F0 |. The molecules lie on crystallographic inversion centers at 0, 0, 0 and 1/2, 0, 1/2; the crystallographic asymmetric unit therefore consists of two independent half molecules. The molecule centered at 0, 0, 0 (molecule “A”) is ordered and well-defined; that centered on 1/2, 0, 1/2 (molecule “B”)is probably disordered, as indicated by larger “thermal parameters” and a greater range of apparent interatomic distances. Discussion em phasizes the geometry of molecule A, which has precise Ci symmetry with Fe(1A)-B(1A) 2.297(4) Å and Fe(1A)-C(ring) distances ranging from 2.057(6) Å to 2.138(4) Å. 相似文献

The title complex [NH_3CH_2CH(NH_2)CH_3]_2 [M(Ⅵ)O_2(OC_6H_4O)_2](M= Mo_(0.6)W_(0.4))was synthesized via a simple solution-phase chemical route. The determination of single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the title compound is crystallized in a monoclinic system with P2(1)/n space group,a=1.0913(10)nm,b=1.0442(10)nm,c=1.8842(19)nm,α=90°,β=96.530(17)°,γ=90°,Z=4,and V=2.133(4)nm3.The mononuclear anionic unit [M(Ⅵ)O2(OC6H4O)2]2-displays chiral pseudo-octahedral [MO_6] coordination geometry and is linked by chiral cations via hydrogen bond and π…π stacking interaction. The transmission electron microscopy images show that the title complex is comprised of nano-particles with diameters ranging from 20 to 50 nm.The NMR study shows the 1H downfield chemical shifts of [NH_3CHaHbCH(NH_2)CH_3] cations in the title complex when it is mixed with adenosine-triphosphate(ATP),and the chemical shift difference between Ha and Hb is increased greatly, and most of the catecholate ligands dissociate from the central metal atoms. The DNA cleavage activity experiment reveals that DNA cleavage promoted by the title complex is lower than that by Na_2MoO_4 which possesses antitumor pro-perty,but higher than that by Na_2WO_4. 相似文献
