A mixed catalyst K2PtCl4/AgOTf showed the highest activity for hydroarylation of propiolic acid, among palladium and platinum catalysts. This catalyst was effective for hydroarylation with less reactive benzene to give cis-cinnamic acid in good yield. The hydroarylation with toluene gave a higher yield of hydroarylation products than that with benzene and resulted in ortho/para orientation with an almost statistical ratio, suggesting that the result is very close to that of the Friedel-Crafts alkylation with methyl bromide or p-nitrobenzyl chloride. Hydroarylation of propiolic acid with other electron-rich arenes proceeded efficiently in the presence of the K2PtCl4/AgOTf catalyst in trifluoroacetic acid forming cis-cinnamic acids in good to high yields. This method was also applied to hydroarylation of ethyl propiolate.  相似文献

A series of tetrachloride platinum(IV) compounds of the general formulae PtCl4L2, where L = 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (tp) (1), 5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (dmtp) (2), 5,7-ditertbutyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (dbtp) (3) and 5-methyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7(4H)-one (HmtpO) (4) have been prepared and characterized by thermal analysis, 1H, 13C, 15N, 195Pt NMR and IR spectroscopy. Spectral data suggest that the triazolopyrimidines act as a monodentate ligand via the nitrogen atom N(3). The preliminary assessments of antitumor properties of the four complexes were evaluated as in vitro antiproliferative activity against three cell lines: HL-60 human acute promyelocytic leukemia, SW707 rectal adenocarcinoma and HCV29T bladder cancer. PtCl4(dbtp)2 exhibits high cytotoxic activity against all human cell lines, whereas the other complexes are only moderately active.  相似文献

Diastereoselective reduction of (Rs)-N-tert-butanesulfinyl α-trifluoromethyl ketimines formed in situ from the corresponding α-trifluoromethyl ketones and N-tert-butanesulfinamide has been achieved, and either diastereomer of N-tert-butanesulfinyl α-trifluoromethyl amines was obtained in good yields with excellent diastereoselectivities (up to 99:1 dr) using NaBH4 and L-Selectride as the reductants, respectively.  相似文献

Graphite hexachloro-platinate(IV) and platinum(IV) chloride graphite. Transition of a graphite salt into a metal chloride-graphite compound Whereas graphite does not react with PtCl4 in Cl2 atmosphere up to 350°C, with H2PtCl6 · xH2O at 150°C graphite hexachloroplatinate (third intercalation stage) is obtained. Underpotential deposition (UPD) of Cu on an Au electrode followed by redox replacement reaction (RRR) of CuUPD with a Pt source (H2PtCl6 or K2PtCl4) yielded Au-supported Pt adlayers (for short, Pt(CuUPD-Pt4+)n/Au for H2PtCl6, or Pt(CuUPD-Pt2+)n/Au for K2PtCl4, where n denotes the number of UPD-redox replacement cycles). The electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) technique was used for the first time to quantitatively study the fabricated electrodes and estimate their mass-normalized specific electrocatalytic activity (SECA) for methanol oxidation in alkaline solution. In comparison with Pt(CuUPD-Pt2+)n/Au, Pt(CuUPD-Pt4+)n/Au exhibited a higher electrocatalytic activity, and the maximum SECA was obtained to be as high as 35.7 mA μg?1 at Pt(CuUPD-Pt4+)3/Au. The layer-by-layer architecture of Pt atoms on Au is briefly discussed based on the EQCM-revealed redox replacement efficiency, and the calculated distribution percentages of bare Au sites agree with the experimental results deduced from the charge under the AuO x -reduction peaks. The EQCM is highly recommended as an efficient technique to quantitatively examine various electrode-supported catalyst adlayers, and the highly efficient catalyst adlayers of noble metals are promising in electrocatalysis relevant to biological, energy and environmental sciences and technologies.  相似文献

A series of new C2-symmetric chiral diamides were synthesized from l-tryptophan and used as chiral ligands chelated with Cu(II) in enantioselective Henry reactions. Ligand 4a with CuCl2·2H2O (5%) showed effective catalytic efficiency in Henry reaction. High yields (up to 99%) and excellent enantioselectivities (up to 98%) were achieved for both aromatic and aliphatic aldehyde substrates.  相似文献

PtCl2/AgOTf-catalyzed hydroarylation of ethyl propiolate proceeded effectively to give ethyl (2Z)-cinnamate derivatives in good to high yields, without the formation of diethyl (1E,3Z)-4-arylbuta-1,3-diene-1,3-dicarboxylates that was observed in Pd(OAc)2-catalyzed reaction. Especially, PtCl2/AgOTf-catalyzed hydroarylation of propiolic acids proceeded effectively to give (2Z)-cinnamic acids exclusively.  相似文献

The highly insoluble organic-inorganic hybrid ionic compounds N,N??-methylenedipyridinium tetrachloroplatinate(II) [(C5H5N)2CH2] · [PtCl4] and N,N??-methylenedipyridinium hexachloroplatinate(IV) [(C5H5N)2CH2] · [PtCl6] were obtained by the treatment of N,N??-methylenedipyridinium dichloride monohydrate [(C5H5N)2CH2]Cl2 · H2O with K2[PtCl4] or (NH4)2[PtCl6], respectively, in an aqueous solution. Both complexes were isolated, purified, characterised by elemental analysis, and their molecular structures were confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of both compounds consists of separated discrete dications [(C5H5N)2CH2]2+ and anions [PtCl n ]2? (n = 4 or 6). As anticipated, the dications formed a butterfly shape consisting of two pyridine rings bound to the methylene group via their N atoms, while the Pt centre had a square planar geometry in [(C5H5N)2CH2] · [PtCl4] and an octahedral coordination in [(C5H5N)2CH2] · [PtCl6]. Interestingly, both crystal structures are stabilised by intermolecular C-H??Cl non-standard hydrogen bonds, ??-?? ring interactions between two pyridine rings of adjacent dications, and also by Cl-?? interactions.  相似文献

The PtCl2-catalyzed reactions between indoles and ethyl propiolate gave rise to mono and double addition products. The composition of the products was largely influenced by the substituents on the indoles as well as the amount of ethyl propiolate used. o-Alkynylanilines reacted with ethyl propiolate and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate under the catalysis of PtCl2 to generate the corresponding 2,3-disubstituted indoles. The reaction proceeded by following a sequential cyclization/intermolecular addition pathway.  相似文献

Ether-directed diastereoselectivity in Overman rearrangement of δ-methoxy and δ-TBDMSO substituted allylic trichloroacetimidates has been explored using PtCl2, PtCl4, AuCl and AuCl3 catalysts in comparison with commonly used Pd(II) catalysts. For both substrates the use of PtCl2 catalyst gave notably improved anti/syn-ratio of 1,2-aminoalcohol derivatives (anti/syn=11:1 for δ-methoxy; 6:1 for δ-TBDMSO) compared to all metal catalysts known to promote Overman rearrangement. Formation of 2-trichloromethyloxazoline was observed as a dominant side reaction in the metal catalysed rearrangement of δ-methoxy substituted allylic trichloroacetimidates considerably reducing the yield of the desired product. This side reaction was suppressed when δ-TBDMS-ether was used as a directing group.  相似文献

Hydroarylation of propiolic acid derivatives with arenes in trifluoroacetic acid efficiently proceeded in the presence of PtCl2/AgOTf catalyst to give cis-cinnamic acid derivatives in good to high yields. This PtCl2/AgOTf-catalyzed reaction did not afford any 4-arylbuta-1,3-diene-1,3-dicarboxylic acid derivatives formed by Pd(OAc)2-catalyzed hydroarylation. The specific optimization of the catalytic hydroarylation and application to electron-rich arenes are reported.  相似文献

The oxidation of (oxime)PtII species using the electrophilic chlorine-based oxidant N,N-dichlorotosylamide (4-CH3C6H4SO2NCl2) was studied. The reactions of trans-[PtCl2(oxime)2] (where oxime = acetoxime, cyclopentanone oxime, or acetaldoxime) with this oxidant led to trans-[PtCl4(oxime)2] products. The oxidation of trans-[Pt(o-OC6H4CH = NOH)2] at room temperature gave trans-[PtCl2(o-OC6H4CH = NOH)2], whereas the same reaction upon heating was accompanied by electrophilic substitution of the benzene rings.  相似文献

Platinum(II) and platinum(IV) chloro complexes with (RS)-1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4,4-dimethyl-3-(1Н-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)pentan-3-ol (L), namely, cis-[PtCl2L2], trans-[PtCl2L2], and trans-[PtCl4L2], were synthesized. The structures of their coordination cores and the coordination mode of the reagent to the metal ions via the N(4) atom of the triazole ring were determined by electronic, IR, and NMR 1H and 13C spectroscopy. The ratio between treo and erythro diastereomers and the conformation of reagent L in the complexes were established from the complete assignment of signals in their NMR spectra.  相似文献

The compounds 1-, 2- and 3-methylpent-4 enylamine cyclize, in a reaction medium containing [PtCl4]2-, to the corresponding cis- and trans-dimethylpyrrolidines showing marked regio and stereoselectivity effects. The following cyclization reactions are also reported: a) that of hex-4-enylamine which gives a mixture of 2-ethylpyrrolidine and 2-methylpiperidine, b) that of 2,2-dimethylpent-4-enylamine which produces 2,4,4-trimethylpyrrolidine and c) that of 2,2-dimethylhex-4-enylamine which results in the formation of 2-ethyl-4,4-dimethylpyrrolidine and 2-methyl-5,5-dimethylpiperidine.The X-ray crystal structures of trans-[PtCl2(amine)(Et3P)] (amine = cis-2, 4-dimethylpyrrolidine and cis-2,3-dimethylpyrrolidine) are reported.  相似文献

We report the synthesis, characterization and cytotoxic assays of new trans-platinum compounds, trans-[PtCl2NH3(3-(hydroxymethyl)-pyridine)] and trans-[PtCl2NH3(4-(hydroxymethyl)-pyridine)]. In the present work, we found that the replacement of the ammine ligand in “classical” transplatinum with the two new ligands does not increase the cytotoxic activity, maybe because these complexes do not produce a stability of the intrastrand cross-links in DNA.  相似文献

Sodium thiosulfate has been utilized as a rescuing agent for relief of the toxic effects of cisplatin and carboplatin. In this work, we characterized the kinetics of reactions of the trans-dichloro-platinum(IV) complexes cis-[Pt(NH3)2Cl4], ormaplatin [Pt(dach)Cl4] and trans-[PtCl2(CN)4]2? (anticancer prodrugs and a model compound) with thiosulfate at biologically important pH. An overall second-order rate law was established for the reduction of trans-[PtCl2(CN)4]2? by thiosulfate, and varying the pH from 4.45 to 7.90 had virtually no influence on the reaction rate. In the reactions of thiosulfate with cis-[Pt(NH3)2Cl4] and with [Pt(dach)Cl4], the kinetic traces displayed a fast reduction step followed by a slow substitution involving the intermediate Pt(II) complexes. The reduction step also followed second-order kinetics. Reductions of cis-[Pt(NH3)2Cl4] and [Pt(dach)Cl4] by thiosulfate proceeded with similar rates, presumably due to their similar configurations, whereas the reduction of trans-[PtCl2(CN)4]2? was about 1,000 times faster. A common reduction mechanism is suggested, and the transition state for the rate-determining step has been delineated. The activation parameters are consistent with transfer of Cl+ from the platinum(IV) center to the attacking thiosulfate in the rate-determining step.  相似文献

Pt(CO)2Cl2 reacts in benzene, toluene or tetrahydrofuran with 3-hexyne to give carbonylplatinumbis[di-μ-chloro,chloro(tetraethylcyclobutadiene)platinum](I), bis[dichloro(tetraethylcyclopentadienone)platinum] (III), dichloro-(tetraethyl-p-benzoquinone)platinum (IV) and dichloro(tetraethylcyclobutadiene)platinum (II). Nature of the solvent plays a major role in the photochemical behaviour of cis- and trans-[PtCl2(ethylene)(amine)] complexes. Dimeric compounds [Pt2Cl4-(amine)2] are obtained on irradiation of these complexes in chloroform or diethyl ether. A non-stereospecific reaction of photosubstitution is observed in nitrile solvents. When methanol, dimethoxyethane or dimethylformamide are used as solvents, cis and trans complexes have a quite different photochemical behaviour, but in all of the cases, a photodegradation leading to ionic species [PtCl3(ethylene)]? H+ amine and [PtCl3(amine)]? H+ amine is the main reaction.  相似文献

Five complexes of type cis-[PtCl2(PR3)Q] (PR3 =PMe3, PMe2Ph, PEt3; Q = CH2 CHOCOCH3 or CH2=CHCH2OCOCH3) have been prepared. The crystal structure of cis-[PtCl2[PME2Ph)(CH2=CHOCOCH3)] is described. Crystals of cis-[PtCl2(PME2Ph)(CH2-CHOCOCH3)] are triclinic, with a 8.441(4), b 13.660(5), c 7.697(3) Å, a 101.61(3)°, β 111.85(3)° γ 95.22(3)°, pP1, Z = 2. The structure was determined from 2011 reflections I σ 3σ (I) and refined to R = 0.037. The CH3COO grouping is syn to the cis-PMe2Ph ligand, with bond lengths of PtCl (trans to P) 2.367(3), PtCl (trans to olefin) 2.314(3), PtP 2.264(2), and PtC of 2.147(12) and 2.168(11) Å. The complexes cis-[PtCl2- (PR3)Q] were studied by variable temperature 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Spectra of the vinyl acetate complexes were temperature dependent as a result of rotation about the platinum—olefin bond. The rotation was “frozen out” at ca. 240 K; for cis-[PtCl2(PME2Ph)(CH2=CHOCOCH3] ΔG≠ (rotation) 15.0 ± 0.2 kcal mol-1. NMR parameters for the rotamers are reported. NMR studies of the interaction between chloro-bridged complexes of type [Pt2Cl2(PR3)2] (PR3 = P-N-Pr3 or PMe2Ph) and vinyl acetate shows that even at low temperatures (213 K) equilibrium favours the bridged complex and the proportion of trans-[PtCl2(PR3)CH2=CHOCOCH3)] is very small e.g. 2%. The allyl acetate complexes cis-[PtCl2(PR3)(CH2=CHCH2OCOCH3)] showed only one rotamer over the range 333–213 K. Reversible dissociation of cis-[PtCl2(PMe2Ph)- (CH2=CHCH2OCOCH3)] to [Pt2Cl4(PMe2Ph)2] + allyl acetate was studied at ambient temperature. At low temperatures e.g. 213–190 K addition of allyl acetate to a CDCl3 solution of [Pt2Cl2(P-n-Pr3)2] reversibly gave some olefin complex trans-[PtCl2(P-n-Pr3)(CH2=CHCH2OCOCH3)] and some O-bonded complex trans-[PtCl2(P-n-Pr3)(CH2=CHCH2OCOCH3)].  相似文献
