Peroxynitrates are thermally unstable intermediates (at ambient temperatures) in the atmospheric degradation of hydrocarbons. In this work, thermal lifetimes of nine peroxynitrates have been measured as a function of temperature and, for two of them, also, as a function of total pressure. In the presence of excess NO, relative concentrations of the peroxynitrates were followed in a 420 I reaction chamber as a function of time by means of longpath IR absorption using a Fourier transform spectrometer. Original data on the unimolecular decomposition rate constants are presented for the peroxynitrates RO2NO2 with R = C6H11, CH3C(O)CH2, C6H5CH2, CH2I, CH3C(O)OC(H)CH3, C6H5OCH2, (CH3)2NC(O), C6H5OC(O), and C2H5C(O). Thermal lifetimes at room temperature and atmospheric pressure are very short (in the order of seconds) for substituted methyl peroxynitrates (i.e., R'CH2O2NO2) but rather long for substituted formyl peroxynitrates (i.e., R″C(O)O2NO2). Kinetic data from this and previous work from our laboratory are used to derive structure‐stability relationships which allow an estimate of the thermal lifetimes of peroxynitrates from readily available 13C n.m.r. shift data. ©1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Crystals of hypoxanthinium (6‐oxo‐1H,7H‐purin‐9‐ium) nitrate hydrates were investigated by means of X‐ray diffraction at different temperatures. The data for hypoxanthinium nitrate monohydrate (C5H5N4O+·NO3?·H2O, Hx1 ) were collected at 20, 105 and 285 K. The room‐temperature phase was reported previously [Schmalle et al. (1990). Acta Cryst. C 46 , 340–342] and the low‐temperature phase has not been investigated yet. The structure underwent a phase transition, which resulted in a change of space group from Pmnb to P21/n at lower temperature and subsequently in nonmerohedral twinning. The structure of hypoxanthinium dinitrate trihydrate (H3O+·C5H5N4O+·2NO3?·2H2O, Hx2 ) was determined at 20 and 100 K, and also has not been reported previously. The Hx2 structure consists of two types of layers: the `hypoxanthinium nitrate monohydrate' layers (HX) observed in Hx1 and layers of Zundel complex H3O+·H2O interacting with nitrate anions (OX). The crystal can be considered as a solid solution of two salts, i.e. hypoxanthinium nitrate monohydrate, C5H5N4O+·NO3?·H2O, and oxonium nitrate monohydrate, H3O+(H2O)·NO3?.  相似文献

Two new metal succinates modified by rigid bipyridines, Cd(4, 4′‐bpy)(C4H4O4)·1/4H2O ( 1 ) and Cu(2, 2′‐bpy)(C4H4O4)0.5(NO3)(H2O) ( 2 ) (bpy = bipyridine), have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions and structurally determined. Complex 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Cmca with the cell parameters a = 11.696(2), b = 15.554(2), c = 15.874(3) Å, α = β = γ = 90.00°, V = 2888(3) Å3, Z = 8. Complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group with a = 7.077(1), b = 9.838(2), c = 10.461(2) Å, α = 71.941(3)°, β = 73.078(3)°, γ = 74.502(3)°, V = 649.8(2) Å3, Z = 2. In complex 1 , a 2‐D network was formed by Cd‐succinato bonding. The 2‐D networks are pillared by 4, 4′‐bpy ligands, forming a 3‐D grid framework. The 2‐fold interpenetration of the resulting 3‐D frameworks completes the molecular structure. In complex 2 , the CuII atom adopts a distorted octahedral in which the CuII atoms are bridged by two H2O molecules into an infinite zigzag chain, [Cu2(H2O)2(C4H4O4)]n. The neighboring chains are further linked by π‐π stacking interactions into a 2‐D network, and the interlayer hydrogen bonds lead to the final 3‐D crystal structure.  相似文献

In the linear coordination polymer catena‐poly[[[aqua(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)]‐μ‐pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O2:O2′,N,O6‐[(nitrato‐κ2O,O′)bismuth(III)]‐μ‐pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O2,N,O6:O6′] dihydrate], {[BiIIICuII(C7H3NO4)2(NO3)(C12H8N2)(H2O)]·2H2O}n, the BiIII cation is O,N,O′‐chelated by the two pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate ligands and O,O′‐chelated by the nitrate anion, the nine coordinating atoms conferring a tricapped trigonal prismatic environment on the metal centre. Each pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate ligand uses one of its carboxylate O atoms to bind to an aqua(1,10‐phenanthroline)copper(II) unit, the Cu—O dative bonds giving rise to the formation of a ribbon motif. The CuII cation exhibits a square‐pyramidal geometry. The ribbon motif propagates along the shortest axis of the triclinic unit cell and the solvent water molecules are hydrogen bonded to the same ribbon.  相似文献

The title compounds, C12H13NO4, are derived from l ‐threonine and dl ‐threonine, respectively. Hydrogen bonding in the chiral derivative, (2S/3R)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐(1‐oxoisoindolin‐2‐yl)butanoic acid, consists of O—Hacid?Oalkyl—H?O=Cindole chains [O?O 2.659 (3) and 2.718 (3) Å], Csp3—H?O and three C—H?πarene interactions. In the (2R,3S/2S,3R) racemate, conventional carboxylic acid hydrogen bonding as cyclical (O—H?O=C)2 [graph set R22(8)] is present, with Oalkyl—H?O=Cindole, Csp3—H?O and C—H?πarene interactions. The COOH group geometry differs between the two forms, with C—O, C=O, C—C—O and C—C=O bond lengths and angles of 1.322 (3) and 1.193 (3) Å, and 109.7 (2) and 125.4 (3)°, respectively, in the chiral structure, and 1.2961 (17) and 1.2210 (18) Å, and 113.29 (12) and 122.63 (13)°, respectively, in the racemate structure. The O—C=O angles of 124.9 (3) and 124.05 (14)° are similar. The differences arise from the contrasting COOH hydrogen‐bonding environments in the two structures.  相似文献

Two one‐dimensional (1D) coordination polymers (CPs), namely catena‐poly[[[aqua(2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)(nitrato‐κO)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane‐κ2N:N′] nitrate], {[Cu(NO3)(C10H8N2)(C13H14N2)(H2O)]·NO3}n ( 1 ), and catena‐poly[[[aqua(nitrato‐κO)(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane‐κ2N:N′] nitrate], {[Cu(NO3)(C12H8N2)(C13H14N2)(H2O)]·NO3}n ( 2 ), have been synthesized using [Cu(NO3)(NN)(H2O)2]NO3, where NN = 2,2′‐bipyridine (bpy) or 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), as a linker in a 1:1 molar ratio. The CPs were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray structure determination. The 1,3‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)propane (dpp) ligand acts as a bridging ligand, leading to the formation of a 1D polymer. The octahedral coordination sphere around copper consists of two N atoms from bpy for 1 or phen for 2 , two N atoms from dpp, one O atom from water and one O atom from a coordinated nitrate anion. Each structure contains two crystallographically independent chains in the asymmetric unit and the chains are linked via hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

A series of C3i‐symmetric bicapped trigonal antiprismatic Cd8 cages [2X@Cd8L6(H2O)6] ? n Y ? solvents (X=Cl?, Y=NO3?, n=2: MOCC‐4 ; X=Br?, Y=NO3?, n=2: MOCC‐5 ; X=NO3?, Y=NO3?, n=2: MOCC‐6 ; X=NO3?, Y=BF4?, n=2: MOCC‐7 ; X=NO3?, Y=ClO4?, n=2: MOCC‐8 ; X=CO32?, n=0: MOCC‐9 ), doubly anion templated by different anions, were solvothermally synthesized by means of a flexible ligand. Interestingly, the CO32? template for MOCC‐9 was generated in situ by two‐step decomposition of DMF solvent. For other MOCCs, spherical or trigonal monovalent anions could also play the role of template in their formation. The template abilities of these anions in the formation of the cages were experimentally studied and are discussed for the first time. Anion exchange of MOCC‐8 was carried out and showed anion‐size selectivity. All of the cage‐like compounds emit strong luminescence at room temperature.  相似文献

Experimental data obtained from the study of the behaviour of monoalkyl phosphates ROP(O)(OH)O? or monoalkyl phosphonates C6H5P(O)(OR)O? in aquo-alcoholic (H2O + R′OH) solutions suggest: (1) in the case of monoalkyl phosphonates the exchange of R and R′ must proceed by a direct alcoholysis; (2) in the case of monoalkyl phosphates, where the scission of the ester at about pH 4,5 proceeds via the intermediate formation of metaphosphate ion PO3?, R′OPO3H? can also be formed by the addition of R′OH to PO3? (competitive to the addition of water) besides direct alcoholysis of ROPO3H?.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, triacetato‐1κO;3κ4O,O′‐(2,2′‐iminodiethanol)‐1κ3O,N,O′‐bis(μ‐2,2′‐iminodiethanolato)‐1κ2O:2κ6O,N,O′:3κ2O′‐cobalt(III)copper(II)zinc(II), [CoCuZn(C4H9NO2)2(C2H3O2)3(C4H11NO2)], shows a molecule with a triangular three‐metal core. The metal sites were refined with full occupancies, but the possibility that the Zn and Cu positions are actually mixed Cu/Zn sites cannot be excluded. The intermetallic Cu⋯Co and Co⋯Zn distances are 2.924 (3) and 2.906 (3) Å, respectively. The neutral molecules are held together by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds involving amine groups from the 2,2′‐iminodiethanol ligands and acetate groups to build two‐dimensional layers.  相似文献

Bis(pyridine‐2,6‐dimethanol‐N,O,O′)cobalt(II) disaccharinate dihydrate, [Co(C7H9NO2)2](C7H4NO3S)2·2H2O, (I), and bis(pyridine‐2,6‐dimethanol‐N,O,O′)copper(II) disaccharinate dihydrate, [Cu(C7H9NO2)2](C7H4NO3S)2·2H2O, (II), collectively [M(dmpy)2](sac)2·2H2O (where M is CoII or CuII, sac is the saccharinate anion and dmpy is pyridine‐2,6‐dimethanol), are isostructural. The [M(dmpy)2]2+ cations exhibit distorted octahedral geometry in which the two neutral dmpy species act as tripodal N,O,O′‐tridentate ligands. The crystal packing is determined by hydrogen bonding, as well as by weak pyridine–saccharinate π–π‐stacking interactions.  相似文献

In poly[[bis(μ‐4,4′‐bi‐1H‐pyrazole‐κ2N2:N2′)bis(3‐carboxyadamantane‐1‐carboxylato‐κO1)cobalt(II)] dihydrate], {[Co(C12H15O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·2H2O}n, (I), the Co2+ cation lies on an inversion centre and the 4,4′‐bipyrazole (4,4′‐bpz) ligands are also situated across centres of inversion. In its non‐isomorphous cadmium analogue, {[Cd(C12H15O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·2H2O}n, (II), the Cd2+ cation lies on a twofold axis. In both compounds, the metal cations adopt an octahedral coordination, with four pyrazole N atoms in the equatorial plane [Co—N = 2.156 (2) and 2.162 (2) Å; Cd—N = 2.298 (2) and 2.321 (2) Å] and two axial carboxylate O atoms [Co—O = 2.1547 (18) Å and Cd—O = 2.347 (2) Å]. In both structures, interligand hydrogen bonding [N...O = 2.682 (3)–2.819 (3) Å] is essential for stabilization of the MN4O2 environment with its unusually high (for bulky adamantanecarboxylates) number of coordinated N‐donor co‐ligands. The compounds adopt two‐dimensional coordination connectivities and exist as square‐grid [M(4,4′‐bpz)2]n networks accommodating monodentate carboxylate ligands. The interlayer linkage is provided by hydrogen bonds from the carboxylic acid groups via the solvent water molecules [O...O = 2.565 (3) and 2.616 (3) Å] to the carboxylate groups in the next layer [O...O = 2.717 (3)–2.841 (3) Å], thereby extending the structures in the third dimension.  相似文献

In the title compound, poly[[(2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)manganese(II)]‐μ3N‐tosyl‐l ‐glutamato‐κ4O,O′:O′′:O′′′], [Mn(tsgluo)(bipy)]n, where tsgluo is N‐tosyl‐l ‐glutamate (C12H13NO6S) and bipy is 2,2′‐bipyridine (C10H8N2), the Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one bipy ligand and by four O atoms of three tsgluo2− anions. The γ‐carboxyl group coordinates to the MnII atom in a chelating mode, while the α‐carboxyl group coordinates in a bidentate–bridging mode. The complex displays a one‐dimensional double‐chain structure.  相似文献

The coordination polymer catena‐poly[[(dimethylformamide‐κO)[μ3‐5‐(1,3‐dioxo‐4,5,6,7‐tetraphenylisoindolin‐2‐yl)isophthalato‐κ4O1,O1′:O3:O3′](methanol‐κO)manganese(III)] dimethylformamide monosolvate], {[Mn(C40H23NO6)(CH3OH)(C3H7NO)]·C3H7NO}n, has been synthesized from the reaction of 5‐(1,3‐dioxo‐4,5,6,7‐tetraphenylisoindolin‐2‐yl)isophthalic acid and manganese(II) acetate tetrahydrate in a glass tube at room temperature by solvent diffusion. The MnII centre is hexacoordinated by two O atoms from one chelating carboxylate group, by two O atoms from two monodentate carboxylate groups and by one O atom each from a methanol and a dimethylformamide (DMF) ligand. The single‐crystal structure crystallizes in the triclinic space group P. Moreover, the coordination polymer shows one‐dimensional 2‐connected {0} uninodal chain networks, and free DMF molecules are connected to the chains by O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The thermogravimetric and photoluminescent properties of the compound have also been investigated.  相似文献

Semicarbazones can exist in two tautomeric forms. In the solid state, they are found in the keto form. This work presents the synthesis, structures and spectroscopic characterization (IR and NMR spectroscopy) of four such compounds, namely the neutral molecule 4‐phenyl‐1‐[phenyl(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]semicarbazide, C19H16N4O, (I), abbreviated as HBzPyS, and three different hydrated salts, namely the chloride dihydrate, C19H17N4O+·Cl?·2H2O, (II), the nitrate dihydrate, C19H17N4O+·NO3?·2H2O, (III), and the thiocyanate 2.5‐hydrate, C19H17N4O+·SCN?·2.5H2O, (IV), of 2‐[phenyl({[(phenylcarbamoyl)amino]imino})methyl]pyridinium, abbreviated as [H2BzPyS]+·X?·nH2O, with X = Cl? and n = 2 for (II), X = NO3? and n = 2 for (III), and X = SCN? and n = 2.5 for (IV), showing the influence of the anionic form in the intermolecular interactions. Water molecules and counter‐ions (chloride or nitrate) are involved in the formation of a two‐dimensional arrangement by the establishment of hydrogen bonds with the N—H groups of the cation, stabilizing the E isomers in the solid state. The neutral HBzPyS molecule crystallized as the E isomer due to the existence of weak π–π interactions between pairs of molecules. The calculated IR spectrum of the hydrated [H2BzPyS]+ cation is in good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

The reaction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with 2,4′‐oxybis(benzoic acid) and 4,4′‐bipyridine under hydrothermal conditions produced a new mixed‐ligand two‐dimensional copper(II) coordination polymer, namely poly[[(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N ,N ′)[μ‐2,4′‐oxybis(benzoato)‐κ4O 2,O 2′:O 4,O 4′]copper(II)] monohydrate], {[Cu(C14H8O5)(C10H8N2)]·H2O}n , which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The X‐ray diffraction crystal structure analysis reveals that the CuII ions are connected to form a two‐dimensional wave‐like network through 4,4′‐bipyridine and 2,4′‐oxybis(benzoate) ligands. The two‐dimensional layers are expanded into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through intermolecular O—H…O and C—H…O hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that the complex shows weak antiferromagnetic interactions between adjacent CuII ions.  相似文献

A novel supramolecular framework, catena‐poly[[[aqua(2‐phenylquinoline‐4‐carboxylato‐κO)silver(I)]‐μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N:N′] dihydrate], {[Ag(C16H10NO2)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·2H2O}n, has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The AgI centres are four‐coordinated and bridged by 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) ligands to form a one‐dimensional Ag–bipy chain. The Ag–bipy chains are further linked together by intermolecular O—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen‐bonding interactions between adjacent chains, resulting in a three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

In the title compound, catena‐poly[bis[(2,2′‐bipyridine‐κ2N,N′)(1,1,3,3‐tetracyano‐2‐ethoxypropenido‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ4‐hexanedioato‐κ6O1,O1′:O1:O6,O6′:O6], [Cu2(C9H5N4O)2(C6H8O4)(C10H8N2)2]n, the adipate (hexanedioate) dianion lies across a centre of inversion in the space group P. The CuII centre adopts a distorted form of axially elongated (4+2) coordination, and the CuII and adipate components form a one‐dimensional coordination polymer from which the 2,2′‐bipyridine and 1,1,3,3‐tetracyano‐2‐ethoxypropenide components are pendent, and where each adipate dianion is bonded to four different CuII centres. The coordination polymer chains are linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds, augmented by a π–π stacking interaction.  相似文献

The title complexes, catena‐poly[[[diaquadiethanolmanganese(II)]‐μ‐1,4‐bis(diphenylphosphinoyl)butane‐κ2O:O′] dinitrate 1,4‐bis(diphenylphosphinoyl)butane solvate], {[Mn(C2H6O)2(C28H28O2P2)(H2O)2](NO3)2·C28H28O2P2}n, (I), and catena‐poly[[[diaquadiethanolcobalt(II)]‐μ‐1,4‐bis(diphenylphosphinoyl)butane‐κ2O:O′] dinitrate 1,4‐bis(diphenylphosphinoyl)butane solvate], {[Co(C2H6O)2(C28H28O2P2)(H2O)2](NO3)2·C28H28O2P2}n, (II), are isostructural and centrosymmetric, with the MII ions at centres of inversion. The coordination geometry is octahedral, with each metal ion coordinated by two trans ethanol molecules, two trans water molecules and two bridging 1,4‐bis(diphenylphosphinoyl)butane ligands which link the coordination centres to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains. Parallel chains are linked by hydrogen bonds to uncoordinated 1,4‐bis(diphenylphosphinoyl)butane molecules, which are bisected by a centre of inversion. Further hydrogen bonds, weak C—H...O interactions to nitrate anions, and weak C—H...π interactions serve to stabilize the structure. This study reports a development of the coordination chemistry of bis(diphenylphosphinoyl)alkanes, with the first reported structures of complexes of the first‐row transition metals with 1,4‐bis(diphenylphosphinoyl)butane.  相似文献

Two new one‐dimensional CuII coordination polymers (CPs) containing the C2h‐symmetric terphenyl‐based dicarboxylate linker 1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylate (3,3′‐TPDC), namely catena‐poly[[bis(dimethylamine‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O,O′:O′′:O′′′] monohydrate], {[Cu(C20H12O4)(C2H7N)2]·H2O}n, (I), and catena‐poly[[aquabis(dimethylamine‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O3:O3′] monohydrate], {[Cu(C20H12O4)(C2H7N)2(H2O)]·H2O}n, (II), were both obtained from two different methods of preparation: one reaction was performed in the presence of 1,4‐diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) as a potential pillar ligand and the other was carried out in the absence of the DABCO pillar. Both reactions afforded crystals of different colours, i.e. violet plates for (I) and blue needles for (II), both of which were analysed by X‐ray crystallography. The 3,3′‐TPDC bridging ligands coordinate the CuII ions in asymmetric chelating modes in (I) and in monodenate binding modes in (II), forming one‐dimensional chains in each case. Both coordination polymers contain two coordinated dimethylamine ligands in mutually trans positions, and there is an additional aqua ligand in (II). The solvent water molecules are involved in hydrogen bonds between the one‐dimensional coordination polymer chains, forming a two‐dimensional network in (I) and a three‐dimensional network in (II).  相似文献
