在基于加速器的北京慢正电子强束流装置上, 用Penning-Trap技术实现了脉冲慢正电子束流的存储和直流化. 实验表明, 系统的真空度对正电子的存储效率有严重影响, 脉冲正电子的释放方式决定了直流化后束流的能量分散; 改变释放级信号波形以及释放方式可以得到能量分散小于1eV的准直流化慢正电子束流.  相似文献

慢正电子强束流采用高能脉冲电子束流轰击金属钽靶, 以产生正负电子对的方式提供正电子, 作为慢正电子束流方法学研究和薄膜材料缺陷研究的束流基础. 本文是在该装置实现运行后, 对慢正电子束流的强度、能散、形貌等运行性能的测试工作的介绍, 以及慢正电子湮没多普勒测量系统的调试和标准样品的测量结果.  相似文献

正电子湮没技术是一种研究材料的微观缺陷和相变的灵敏工具,在通常的正电子谱仪中,正电子能量为MeV量级,在样品中注入深度比较学(-100μm),主要研究材料体内的平均缺陷密度,慢正电子束方法把正电子的能量降低为keV量级(而且可以调节),注入比较浅(-μm),所以是研究表面缺陷的探测手段,正电子慢化体是产生慢正电子的关键设备,对其研究有重要意义,文章综述了慢化体研究的历史和现状,从物理概念出发介绍使正电子慢化的四种可能方法和当今慢化体的五种几何排列方法,其中应用最广泛的是钨慢化体和百叶窗式的排列方式,效率最高的是惰性气体固体慢化体,而加电场慢化体是有待开发的高效慢化体。  相似文献

An intense slow positron beam using a 15 MeV LINAC (average current 1.25 × 1015 e/s) at the Radiation and Photochemistry Group, Chemistry Division of Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) has been proposed and studied. Computer simulated results optimizing the positron yield and distribution of energy and angle show that a slow positron production at 1010 e+/s is possible. A proposed design of an intense slow positron beam with optimal conditions of incident electron, converter/moderator configurations, and extraction/transportation is presented.  相似文献

采用分光光度计测定了60keV质子辐照后铝膜反射镜反射光谱的变化规律.用慢正电子湮没等分析技术研究了辐照损伤的微观机制.结果表明,当质子辐照主要作用于反射镜铝膜层中时反射镜在200—800nm波长范围内反射率随辐照剂量增加而下降.入射质子可对铝膜中的缺陷产生填充作用,减小铝膜中电子密度,增加弱束缚电子带间跃迁.紫外至可见光能量较高的波段可引起带间激发跃迁,使相应的谱段反射率下降,导致反射镜光学性能的退化.关键词:反射镜光学性能质子辐照慢正电子湮没  相似文献

Positron annihilation lifetime spectra were measured for mesoporous silica films, which were synthesized using triblock copolymer (EO106PO70EO106) as a structure-directing agent. Different positron lifetime spectra for the deposited and calcined films indicated the formation of meso-structure after calcination, which was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra and field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) observation. Open porosity or pore interconnectivity of a silica film might be evaluated by a two-dimensional positron annihilation lifetime spectrum of an uncapped film. Pore sizes and their distributions in the silica films were found to be affected by thermal treatments.  相似文献

采用慢正电子束多普勒展宽谱研究了Zr离子注入Zr-4合金产生的缺陷及其退火回复行为,发现经过大于离子注入剂量为1×1016cm-2的样品所产生的缺陷在注入过程中已经回复,而对剂量为1×1015cm-2样品做300℃退火处理,其缺陷基本回复,得出合金缺陷回复能较低的结论. 考虑到材料的缺陷含量越高,其抗腐蚀性能越差,在辐照环境下通过给材料保持一定温度,即可使其缺陷得到较好回复,从而提高材料的抗腐蚀性能.  相似文献

The Beijing intense slow positron beam facility is based on the 1.3 GeV linac of Beijing ElectronPositron CoUider (BEPC) aiming to produce mono-energetic intense slow positron beam for material science investigation. The plugged-in 22Na based slow positron beam section has been newly constructed to supply continuous beam time for the debugging of positron annihilation measurement stations and improve the Beijing intense slow positron beam time using efficiency. Performance testing result of the plugged-in 22Na based slow positron beam facility are reviewed in this paper, with the measurement of the beam transport efficiency, the view of beam spot, the adjustment of beam position, the measurement of beam intensity and energy spread etc. included.  相似文献

针对基于北京正负电子对撞机的慢正电子强束流系统对输运磁场的设计要求,本文对不同规格的磁场输运线圈模型、长螺线管端口处磁场的补偿以及地磁场和弯管道对正电子束流的影响等进行了计算,提出适用于本系统传输慢正电子束流的输运磁场分布、补偿线圈、调整线圈的加工参数,计算表明,系统的总体磁场不均匀度小于10髎.实际运行束流测试表明,所设计的磁场系统能够很好的将慢正电子束流输运到约16m远的样品测量室,慢正电子束斑尺寸基本没有变化,满足慢正电子束流系统的设计要求.  相似文献

Simulate anneal arithmetic has been used to settle the problem of time bunching on a pulsed slow-positron beam device. In order to investigate positron–dislocation interactions, the evolution of the positron lifetime parameters with the degree of deformation of Mg samples was studied. For a low degree of thickness reduction a second component of 244?ps could be decomposed from the positron lifetime spectra. This component was attributed to dislocations introduced during deformation. For thickness reductions higher than 15% the value of the second component increases to 253?ps. This lifetime was assigned to jogs introduced along dislocations when multiple deformation systems were activated at high degrees of deformation. Positron experimental results were interpreted by the assumption that dislocations act as a previous step to positron localization at jogs. A trapping model with three stages, bulk annihilation and trapping at both dislocations and jogs, has been proposed to describe the trapping mechanism in the highly deformed samples. A sample with a thickness reduction of 40% was annealed from room temperature to 525?K. A recovery stage centred at 425?K was been detected. According to the literature this stage has been assigned to anneal out of dislocations.  相似文献

Corrosion-related defects of pure iron were investigated by measuring Doppler broadening energy spectra (DBES) of positron annihilation and positron annihilation lifetime (PAL). Defect profiles of the S-parameter from DBES as a function of positron incident energy up to 30 keV (i.e. ∼1 μm depth) were analyzed. The DBES data show that S-parameter increases as a function of positron incident energy (mean depth) after corrosion, and the increase in the S-parameter is larger near the surface than in the bulk due to corrosion. Furthermore, information on defect size from PAL data as a function of positron incident energy up to 10 keV (i.e. ∼0.2 μm depth) was analyzed. In the two-state trapping model, the lifetime τ2 = 500 ps is ascribed to annihilation of positrons in voids with a size of the order of nanometer. τ1, which decreases with depth from the surface to the bulk, is ascribed to the annihilation of positrons in dislocations and three-dimensional vacancy clusters. The corroded samples show a significant increase in τ1 and the intensity I2, and near the surface the corroded iron introduces both voids and large-size three-dimensional vacancy clusters. The size of vacancy clusters decreases with depth.  相似文献

Hydrogen damage of AISI 304 stainless steel has been systemically investigated by measuring Doppler broadening of positron annihilation. Defect profiles of the S-parameter, the low-momentum annihilation fraction as a function of positron incident energy up to 30 keV (i.e. ∼1 μm depth) have been analyzed. Experimental results show that hydrogen damage between the surface and the bulk has a significant variation with depth, and strongly depends on the condition of hydrogen-charging, i.e. current density and charging time. It has been suggested that the increase in S-parameter near the surface after hydrogen-charging mainly comes from the formation of voids; however the increase in S-parameter in the bulk after hydrogen-charging mainly comes from the production of structural defects (dislocations). Defect densities induced due to hydrogen-charging in some cases (e.g. dislocation density in the bulk) are estimated based on the simple two-state trapping model.  相似文献

Measurements were performed using the positron annihilation technique associated with physical metallurgical techniques for several engineering alloys containing fine precipitates. It is shown that positron annihilation is an effective method to detect fine precipitates, providing a sound basis for a further intense research of these.  相似文献

利用射频磁控溅射系统在不同N2分压的条件下,制备了一系列ZrN/WN纳米多层膜.借助慢正电子湮没技术分析了样品的缺陷性质,采用纳米压痕仪研究了多层膜的力学性能.结果发现:N2分压为0.4Pa的多层膜具有最小的空位型缺陷浓度,其中心层和膜基结合层的平均S参数分别为0.4402和0.4641,而较低或较高的N2分压都可能导致空位型缺陷浓度的增加.随着空位型缺陷浓度的减小,多层膜的硬度和临界载荷增大.对于空位型缺陷浓度最小的多层膜,其硬度和临界载荷达到最大值,分别为34.8GPa和100mN,说明较低的缺陷浓度有利于提高多层膜的力学性能.关键词:ZrN/WN纳米多层膜缺陷性质力学性能慢正电子湮没  相似文献

利用ZF-300keV中子发生器,采用伴随粒子法研究了氘钛靶的中子产额随D+离子束轰击时间的变化特性;利用慢正电子湮没技术和扫描电镜分别研究了D+离子束轰击前后靶辐射损伤特性和表面形貌特征.结果表明,束流轰击引起氘钛靶缺陷结构和表面形貌的改变 ,但轰击时间的不同并未引起氘钛靶的中子产额、缺陷结构和表面形貌有明显差异;数值模拟了D+离子束在氘钛靶的辐射损伤特性和能量损失规律并与实验结果进行了比照分析和讨论.关键词:中子发生器氘钛靶伴随粒子法慢正电子湮没技术  相似文献

This paper studies the evolution of native point defects withtemperature in ZnO single crystals by positron lifetime andcoincidence Doppler broadening (CDB) spectroscopy, combined with thecalculated results of positron lifetime and electron momentumdistribution. The calculated and experimental results of thepositron lifetime in ZnO bulk ensure the presence of zincmonovacancy, and zinc monovacancy concentration begins to decreaseabove 600℃ annealing treatment. CDB is an effective methodto distinguish the elemental species, here we combine this techniquewith calculated electron momentum distribution to determine theoxygen vacancies, which do not trap positrons due to their positivecharge. The CDB spectra show that oxygen vacancies do not appearuntil 600℃ annealing treatment, and increase with the increaseof annealing temperature. This study supports the idea that greenluminescence has a close relation with oxygen vacancies.  相似文献
