Herein we report on the synthesis and acid‐responsive emission properties of donor–acceptor (D–A) molecules that contain a thienothiophene unit. 2‐Arylthieno[3,2‐b]thiophenes were conjugated with an N‐methylbenzimidazole unit to form acid‐responsive D–A‐type fluorophores. The D–A‐conjugated fluorophores showed intense intramolecular charge‐transfer (ICT) emission in response to acid. The effect of the substitution on their photophysical properties as well as their solvent‐dependence indicated non‐twisting ICT emission in protonated D–A molecules. The quinoidal character of 2‐arylthienothiophene as a donor part is discussed, as it is assumed that it contributes to suppression of the molecular twisting in the excited state, therefore decreasing the nonradiative rate constant, thereby resulting in the intense ICT emission. Acid–base‐sensitive triple‐color emission was also achieved by the introduction of a base‐responsive phenol group in the donor part.  相似文献

Studies are reported on a series of triphenylamine–(C?C)n–2,5‐diphenyl‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole dyad molecules (n=1–4, 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 , respectively) and the related triphenylamine‐C6H4–(C?C)3–oxadiazole dyad 5 . The oligoyne‐linked D–π–A (D=electron donor, A=electron acceptor) dyad systems have been synthesised by palladium‐catalysed cross‐coupling of terminal alkynyl and butadiynyl synthons with the corresponding bromoalkynyl moieties. Cyclic voltammetric studies reveal a reduction in the HOMO–LUMO gap in the series of compounds 1 – 4 as the oligoyne chain length increases, which is consistent with extended conjugation through the elongated bridges. Photophysical studies provide new insights into conjugative effects in oligoyne molecular wires. In non‐polar solvents the emission from these dyad systems has two different origins: a locally excited (LE) state, which is responsible for a π*→π fluorescence, and an intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) state, which produces charge‐transfer emission. In polar solvents the LE state emission vanishes and only ICT emission is observed. This emission displays strong solvatochromism and analysis according to the Lippert–Mataga–Oshika formalism shows significant ICT for all the luminescent compounds with high efficiency even for the longer more conjugated systems. The excited‐state properties of the dyads in non‐polar solvents vary with the extent of conjugation. For more conjugated systems a fast non‐radiative route dominates the excited‐state decay and follows the Engelman–Jortner energy gap law. The data suggest that the non‐radiative decay is driven by the weak coupling limit.  相似文献

New porphyrin sensitizers based on donor–π‐acceptor (D‐π‐A) approach have been designed, synthesized, characterized by various spectroscopic techniques and their photovoltaic properties explored. N,N′‐Diphenylamine acts as donor, the porphyrin is the π‐spacer, and either carboxylic acid or cyanoacryclic acid acts as acceptor. All compounds were characterized by using 1H NMR spectroscopy, ESI‐MS, UV–visible emission spectroscopies as well as electrochemical methods. The presence of aromatic groups between porphyrin π‐plane and acceptor group push the absorption of both Soret and Q‐bands of porphyrin towards the red region. The electrochemical properties suggests that LUMO of these sensitizers above the TiO2 conduction band. Finally, the device was fabricated using liquid redox electrolyte (I?/I3?) and its efficiency was compared with that of a leading sensitizer.  相似文献

A new donor‐acceptor‐acceptor (D‐A‐A) type of conjugated molecule, N‐(4‐(N′,N′‐diphenyl)phenylamine)‐4‐(4′‐(2,2‐dicyanovinyl)phenyl) naphthalene‐1,8‐dicarboxylic monoimide ( TPA‐NI‐DCN ), consisting of triphenylamine (TPA) donors and naphthalimide (NI)/dicyanovinylene (DCN) acceptors was synthesized and characterized. In conjunction with previously reported D ‐A based materials, the additional DCN moiety attached as end group in the D‐A‐A configuration can result in a stable charge transfer (CT) and charge‐separated state to maintain the ON state current. The vacuum‐deposited TPA‐NI‐DCN device fabricated as an active memory layer was demonstrated to exhibit write‐once‐read‐many (WORM) switching characteristics of organic nonvolatile memory due to the strong polarity of the TPA‐NI‐DCN moiety.  相似文献

Seven derivatives of 1,2‐dicarbadodecaborane (ortho‐carborane, 1,2‐C2B10H12) with a 1,3‐diethyl‐ or 1,3‐diphenyl‐1,3,2‐benzodiazaborolyl group on one cage carbon atom were synthesized and structurally characterized. Six of these compounds showed remarkable low‐energy fluorescence emissions with large Stokes shifts of 15100–20260 cm?1 and quantum yields (ΦF) of up to 65 % in the solid state. The low‐energy fluorescence emission, which was assigned to a charge‐transfer (CT) transition between the cage and the heterocyclic unit, depended on the orientation (torsion angle, ψ) of the diazaborolyl group with respect to the cage C? C bond. In cyclohexane, two compounds exhibited very weak dual fluorescence emissions with Stokes shifts of 15660–18090 cm?1 for the CT bands and 1960–5540 cm?1 for the high‐energy bands, which were assigned to local transitions within the benzodiazaborole units (local excitation, LE), whereas four compounds showed only CT bands with ΦF values between 8–32 %. Two distinct excited singlet‐state (S1) geometries, denoted S1(LE) and S1(CT), were observed computationally for the benzodiazaborolyl‐ortho‐carboranes, the population of which depended on their orientation (ψ). TD‐DFT calculations on these excited state geometries were in accord with their CT and LE emissions. These C‐diazaborolyl‐ortho‐carboranes were viewed as donor–acceptor systems with the diazaborolyl group as the donor and the ortho‐carboranyl group as the acceptor.  相似文献

An electron‐donor‐acceptor‐acceptor (D‐A1‐A2) triad has been developed that provides the first proof‐of‐concept for a photoinitiated molecular circuit. After photoexcitation into an optical charge‐transfer transition between D and A1, subsequent thermal electron‐transfer from A1.? to A2 is followed by geometric rearrangement in the D.+‐A1‐A2.? charge‐separated state to form an ion‐pair contact. This facilitates “forward” charge recombination between A2.? and D.+ to complete the molecular circuit with an estimated quantum efficiency of 4 % in toluene at 298 K.  相似文献

Three symmetrical donor–acceptor–donor (D–A–D) luminophores ( C1 , C2 , and C3 ) with pyrazine derivatives as electron‐withdrawing groups have been developed for multistimuli‐responsive luminescence switching. For comparison, reference compounds R1 and R2 without the pyrazine moiety have also been synthesized. Intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) interactions can be found for all D–A–D luminophores owing to the electron‐withdrawing properties of the two imine nitrogen atoms in the pyrazine ring and the electron‐donating properties of the other two amine nitrogen atoms in the two triphenylamine units. Moreover, luminophores C1 , C2 , and C3 exhibit “on–off–on” luminescence switching properties in mixtures of water/tetrahydrofuran with increasing water content, which is different from the “on–off” switching for typical aggregation‐caused quenching (ACQ) materials and “off–on” switching for traditional aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) materials. Additionally, upon grinding the pristine samples, luminophores C1 , C2 , and C3 display bathochromically shifted photoluminescence maxima that can be recovered by either solvent fuming or thermal annealing treatments. The piezofluorochromic (PFC) properties are more pronounced than those for reference compounds R1 and R2 , which indicates that D–A molecules have the ability to amplify the PFC effect by tuning the ICT interactions upon tiny structural changes under pressure. Furthermore, the target luminophores demonstrate acid‐responsive photoluminescence spectra that can be recovered in either basic or ambient environments. These results suggest that D–A complexes are potential candidates for multistimuli‐responsive luminescence switching because their ICT profiles can be facilely tuned with tiny external stimuli.  相似文献

This work presents a joint theoretical and experimental characterisation of the structural and electronic properties of two tetrathiafulvalene (TTF)‐based acceptor–donor–acceptor triads (BQ–TTF–BQ and BTCNQ–TTF—BTCNQ; BQ is naphthoquinone and BTCNQ is benzotetracyano‐p‐quinodimethane) in their neutral and reduced states. The study is performed with the use of electrochemical, electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), and UV/Vis/NIR spectroelectrochemical techniques guided by quantum‐chemical calculations. Emphasis is placed on the mixed‐valence properties of both triads in their radical anion states. The electrochemical and EPR results reveal that both BQ–TTF–BQ and BTCNQ–TTF–BTCNQ triads in their radical anion states behave as class‐II mixed‐valence compounds with significant electronic communication between the acceptor moieties. Density functional theory calculations (BLYP35/cc‐pVTZ), taking into account the solvent effects, predict charge‐localised species (BQ . ?–TTF–BQ and BTCNQ . ?–TTF–BTCNQ) as the most stable structures for the radical anion states of both triads. A stronger localisation is found both experimentally and theoretically for the BTCNQ–TTF–BTCNQ anion, in accordance with the more electron‐withdrawing character of the BTCNQ acceptor. CASSCF/CASPT2 calculations suggest that the low‐energy, broad absorption bands observed experimentally for the BQ–TTF–BQ and BTCNQ–TTF–BTCNQ radical anions are associated with the intervalence charge transfer (IV‐CT) electronic transition and two nearby donor‐to‐acceptor CT excitations. The study highlights the molecular efficiency of the electron‐donor TTF unit as a molecular wire connecting two acceptor redox centres.  相似文献

A method involving the Diels–Alder (DA) cycloaddition of diacenaphtheno[1,2‐b;1′,2′‐d]thiophenes (DATs) with N‐alkylacenaphthylene‐5,6‐dicarboximides (AIs) was developed to synthesize decacyclene monoimides (DCMIs). The reactions generate the corresponding 1:2 adducts (BAIAs) as major products together with 1:1 adducts (the DCMIs). The molecular structure of BAIAb (N‐octyl derivative) was unambiguously assigned as the bis‐adduct having an endo, endo spatial disposition of the two acenaphthylene‐5,6‐dicarboximide moieties by using X‐ray crystallographic analysis. Relative to the absorption spectrum of decacyclene triimide (DCTIa, N‐2‐ethylhexyl derivative), that of the analogous N‐2‐ethylhexyl‐substituted monoadduct, DCMIa, is bathochromically shifted despite the fact that it possesses a less delocalized π‐electron system. DCMIa does not fluoresce in various organic solvents, whereas DCTIa emits yellow fluorescence in CH2Cl2 with a low quantum yield (ΦSN). Moreover, DCMIa in CDCl3 displays concentration‐dependent 1H NMR spectroscopy behavior, which suggests that it self‐aggregates with an association constant (Ka) of (193±50) m ?1 at 20 °C. Despite the presence of four bulky tert‐butyl groups in DCMIa, its Ka value for aggregate formation is comparable to that of DCTIa [(495±42) m ?1], which does not contain tert‐butyl substituents. Spectroscopic studies with the bis‐adduct BAIAa (N‐2‐ethylhexyl derivative) show that it displays remarkable solvatofluorochromism corresponding to an emission maximum shift (ΔλEM) of 100 nm. The results of density functional theory calculations on BAIAc (N‐methyl derivative) demonstrate that a considerable spatial separation exists between the HOMO and LUMO coefficient distributions, which indicates that the ground‐to‐excited state transition of the novel three‐dimensional acceptor–donor–acceptor BAIAa system should have intramolecular charge‐transfer character.  相似文献

A panchromatic 4,4‐difluoro‐4‐bora‐3a,4a‐diaza‐s‐indacene –zinc phthalocyanine conjugate (Bodipy–ZnPc) 1 was synthesized starting from phthalocyanine aldehyde 4 , via dipyrromethane 3 and dipyrromethene 2 . Conjugate 1 represents the first example in which a Bodipy unit is tethered to the peripheral position of a phthalocyanine core. Electrochemical and optical measurements provided evidence for strong electronic interactions between the Bodipy and ZnPc constituents in the ground state of 1 . When conjugate 1 is subjected to photoexcitation in the spectral region corresponding to the Bodipy absorption, the strong fluorescence characteristic of the latter subunit is effectively quenched (i.e., ≥97 %). Excitation spectral analysis confirmed that the photoexcited Bodipy and the tethered ZnPc subunits interact and that intraconjugate singlet energy transfer occurs with an efficiency of ca. 25 %. Treatment of conjugate 1 with N‐pyridylfulleropyrrolidine ( 8 ), an electron‐acceptor system containing a nitrogen ligand, gives rise to the novel electron donor–acceptor hybrid 1 ? 8 through ligation to the ZnPc center. Irradiation of the resulting supramolecular ensemble within the visible range leads to a charge‐separated Bodipy–ZnPc.+–C60.? radical‐ion‐pair state, through a sequence of excited‐state and charge transfers, characterized by a remarkably long lifetime of 39.9 ns in toluene.  相似文献

We report a comparative study of two organic soluble, vinylene‐based, alternating donor–acceptor copolymers with 1,4‐(2,5‐dihexadecyloxyphenylene) as the donor; the acceptor is either a 2,5‐linked pyridine or a 5,8‐linked 2,3‐diphenylpyrido[3,4‐b]pyrazine. The polymers are synthesized via a Heck coupling methodology from a dihalo monomer and a divinyl monomer to yield number‐average molecular weights of 16,000 g/mol for the pyridine polymer (PPyrPV) and 6500 g/mol for the pyridopyrazine polymer (PPyrPyrPV), with high solubility in common chlorinated solvents and lower solubility in less polar solvents (e.g., tetrahydrofuran). Thin‐film measurements show band gaps of 2.2 and 1.8 eV for PPyrPV and PPyrPyrPV, respectively. Both polymers exhibit photoluminescence in solution and in the solid state and exhibit electroluminescence when incorporated into light‐emitting diodes. In this case, a broad red emission centered at 690 nm for PPyrPV and a near‐infrared emission centered at 800 nm for PPyrPyrPV have been observed. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Isolation of a monomeric SiO2 compound 3 as a stable donor–acceptor complex with two different ligands —a σ‐donating ligand (pyridine, dimethylaminopyridine, N ‐heterocyclic carbene) and a donor–acceptor ligand (iminophosphorane)—is presented. The SiO2 complex 3 is soluble in ordinary organic solvents and is stable at room temperature in solution and in the solid state. Of particular interest, 3 remains reactive and can be used as a stable and soluble unimolecular SiO2 reagent.  相似文献

Six donor–acceptor‐type near‐infrared (NIR) aza–boron‐dipyrromethene (BODIPY) dyes and their corresponding aza–dipyrrins were designed and synthesized. The donor moieties at the 1,7‐positions of the aza–BODIPY core were varied from naphthyl to N‐phenylcarbazole to N‐butylcarbazole. The 3,5‐positions were also substituted with phenyl or thienyl groups in the aza–BODIPYs. Photophysical, electrochemical, and computational studies were carried out. The absorption and emission spectra of aza–BODIPYs were significantly redshifted (≈100 nm) relative to the parent tetraphenylaza–BODIPY. Fluorescence studies suggested effective energy transfer (up to 93 %) from donor groups to the aza–BODIPY core in all of the compounds under study. Time‐dependent (TD)‐DFT studies indicated effective electronic interactions between energy donor groups and aza–dipyrrin unit in all the aza–BODIPYs studied. The HOMO–LUMO gap (ΔE) calculated from cyclic voltammetry data was found to be lower for six aza–BODIPYs relative to their corresponding aza–dipyrrins.  相似文献

Closely positioned donor–acceptor pairs facilitate electron‐ and energy‐transfer events, relevant to light energy conversion. Here, a triad system TPACor‐C60 , possessing a free‐base corrole as central unit that linked the energy donor triphenylamine ( TPA ) at the meso position and an electron acceptor fullerene (C60) at the β‐pyrrole position was newly synthesized, as were the component dyads TPA‐Cor and Cor‐C60 . Spectroscopic, electrochemical, and DFT studies confirmed the molecular integrity and existence of a moderate level of intramolecular interactions between the components. Steady‐state fluorescence studies showed efficient energy transfer from 1 TPA* to the corrole and subsequent electron transfer from 1corrole* to fullerene. Further studies involving femtosecond and nanosecond laser flash photolysis confirmed electron transfer to be the quenching mechanism of corrole emission, in which the electron‐transfer products, the corrole radical cation ( Cor?+ in Cor‐C60 and TPA‐Cor?+ in TPACor‐C60 ) and fullerene radical anion (C60??), could be spectrally characterized. Owing to the close proximity of the donor and acceptor entities in the dyad and triad, the rate of charge separation, kCS, was found to be about 1011 s?1, suggesting the occurrence of an ultrafast charge‐separation process. Interestingly, although an order of magnitude slower than kCS, the rate of charge recombination, kCR, was also found to be rapid (kCR≈1010 s?1), and both processes followed the solvent polarity trend DMF>benzonitrile>THF>toluene. The charge‐separated species relaxed directly to the ground state in polar solvents while in toluene, formation of 3corrole* was observed, thus implying that the energy of the charge‐separated state in a nonpolar solvent is higher than the energy of 3corrole* being about 1.52 eV. That is, ultrafast formation of a high‐energy charge‐separated state in toluene has been achieved in these closely spaced corrole–fullerene donor–acceptor conjugates.  相似文献

The synthesis of donor–acceptor‐type 2,5‐diarylthiazoles that bear electron‐donating N,N‐dialkylamine and electron‐withdrawing cyano groups at the 2‐ and 5‐position, respectively, were carried out with transition‐metal‐catalyzed C? H arylation reactions developed by us. The compounds were synthesized by the C? H arylation of unsubstituted thiazole at the 2‐position with a palladium/copper catalyst in the presence of tetrabutylammonium fluoride (TBAF) as an activator. Further C? H arylation of the 2‐arylated thiazole at the 5‐position was carried out by the palladium‐catalyzed reaction in the presence of silver(I) fluoride to afford the donor–acceptor‐type 2,5‐diarylthiazoles with N,N‐dialkylamine groups of different chain lengths. The UV/Vis absorption, photoluminescence, and electrochemical behavior were similar regardless of chain length, whereas liquid‐crystalline behavior and thermal characteristics were found to be dependent on the alkyl‐chain length. The compounds with N,N‐diethylamine or N‐butyl‐N‐methyl groups showed a stable liquid‐crystalline phase over a wide temperature range as well as higher stability to thermal decomposition.  相似文献

Series of homoconjugated push–pull chromophores and donor–acceptor (D–A)‐functionalized spiro compounds were synthesized, in which the electron‐donating strength of the anilino donor groups was systematically varied. The structural and optoelectronic properties of the compounds were investigated by X‐ray analysis, UV/Vis spectroscopy, electrochemistry, and computational analysis. The homoconjugated push–pull chromophores with a central bicyclo[4.2.0]octane scaffold were obtained in high yield by [2+2] cycloaddition of 2,3‐dichloro‐5,6‐dicyano‐p‐benzoquinone (DDQ) to N,N‐dialkylanilino‐ or N,N‐diarylanilino‐substituted activated alkynes. The spirocyclic compounds were formed by thermal rearrangement of the homoconjugated adducts. They also can be prepared in a one‐pot reaction starting from DDQ and anilino‐substituted alkynes. Spiro products with N,N‐diphenylanilino and N,N‐diisopropylanilino groups were isolated in high yields whereas compounds with pyrrolidino, didodecylamino, and dimethylamino substituents gave poor yields, with formation of insoluble side products. It was shown by in situ trapping experiments with TCNE that cycloreversion is possible during the thermal rearrangement, thereby liberating DDQ. In the low‐yielding transformations, DDQ oxidizes the anilino species present, presumably via an intermediate iminium ion pathway. Such a pathway is not available for the N,N‐diphenylanilino derivative and, in the case of the N,N‐diisopropylanilino derivative, would generate a strained iminium ion (A1,3 strain). The mechanism of the thermal rearrangement was investigated by EPR spectroscopy, which provides good evidence for a proposed biradical pathway starting with the homolytic cleavage of the most strained (CN)C?C(CN) bond between the fused four‐ and six‐membered rings in the homoconjugated adducts.  相似文献

Two D–π‐A′–A regioisomers (A‐IDT‐D and D‐IDT‐A) featuring 4,4′‐di‐p‐tolyl‐4 H‐indeno[1,2‐b]‐thiophene as a π linker (π) between the diarylamino donor (D) and the pyrimidine–cyanoacrylic acid acceptor (A′–A) have been successfully synthesized and characterized as efficient sensitizers for the dye‐sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The different arrangements of the D and A′–A blocks on the unsymmetrical indenothiophene (IDT) core render the dipole of IDT being along (A‐IDT‐D) or opposite (D‐IDT‐A) to the direction of intramolecular (donor‐to‐acceptor) charge transfer, and thus induce variations in the physical properties. The experimental observations correlated well with the theoretical analyses, clearly revealing the trade‐off between the molar extinction coefficient (ε) and the S0→S1 transition energy. As a result, a superior ε value was observed for D‐IDT‐A, whereas a bathochromic shift in the absorption occurred in A‐IDT‐D. The larger ε value of D‐IDT‐A together with its more favorable energy level relative to TiO2 led to a higher power conversion efficiency of 7.41 % for the D‐IDT‐A‐based DSSC, retaining approximately 95 % of the N719‐based DSSC efficiency. This work manifests the clear structure–property relationship for the case of donor and acceptor components being connected by an unsymmetrical π linker and provides insights for molecular engineering of organic sensitizers.  相似文献

A ligand containing the thiazolo[5,4‐d]thiazole (TzTz) core (acceptor) with terminal triarylamine moieties (donors), N,N′‐(thiazolo[5,4‐d]thiazole‐2,5‐diylbis(4,1‐phenylene))bis(N‐(pyridine‐4‐yl)pyridin‐4‐amine ( 1 ), was designed as a donor–acceptor system for incorporation into electronically active metal–organic frameworks (MOFs). The capacity for the ligand to undergo multiple sequential oxidation and reduction processes was examined using UV/Vis‐near‐infrared spectroelectrochemistry (UV/Vis‐NIR SEC) in combination with DFT calculations. The delocalized nature of the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) was found to inhibit charge‐transfer interactions between the terminal triarylamine moieties upon oxidation, whereas radical species localized on the TzTz core were formed upon reduction. Conversion of 1 to diamagnetic 2+ and 4+ species resulted in marked changes in the emission spectra. Incorporation of this highly delocalized multi‐electron donor–acceptor ligand into a new two‐dimensional MOF, [Zn(NO3)2( 1 )] ( 2 ), resulted in an inhibition of the oxidation processes, but retention of the reduction capability of 1 . Changes in the electrochemistry of 1 upon integration into 2 are broadly consistent with the geometric and electronic constraints enforced by ligation.  相似文献

A broad series of more than 20 acceptor‐substituted squaraines was synthesized that feature different acceptor functionalities at the central squaraine four‐membered ring. The influence of these acceptor units on the reactivity of semisquaraine precursors and stability of the respective squaraines were explored. Thereby the dicyanovinyl group was found to be the most versatile acceptor group that enabled various modifications at the donor moiety of the squaraine scaffold, leading to an extended series of dicyanovinyl‐functionalized squaraines. The variation of donor units afforded a set of NIR fluorophores that cover a wavelength region from the visible at about 650 nm far into the NIR up to 920 nm with fluorescence quantum yields between 0.93 and 0.11 and outstanding optical brightness. This excellent optical property is related to a rigid molecular scaffold that is fixed in an all‐cis configuration by the additional dicyanovinyl acceptor unit. The change of the molecular symmetry from C2h to C2v upon functionalization of the squaraine core with dicyanovinyl acceptor group has been confirmed in solution by electro‐optical absorption (EOA) spectroscopy, revealing permanent ground‐state dipole moments μg in the range between 4.3 and 6.4 D. These dipole moments direct an antiparallel packing of the molecules in the solid state according to single‐crystal X‐ray analyses achieved for four dicyanovinyl‐functionalized squaraines. The structural properties, the EOA results, as well as the band shapes of the optical spectra indicate that these polymethine dyes are cyanine‐type chromophores. It is worth noting that the orientation of the dipole moment vectors is orthogonal to the orientation of the transition dipole moment vectors, which is an uncommon but characteristic feature of this rather novel class of polymethine dyes. With regard to applications of these dyes in organic solar cells, their redox properties were also studied by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Organic single crystals are ideal candidates for high‐performance photovoltaics due to their high charge mobility and long exciton diffusion length; however, they have not been largely considered for photovoltaics due to the practical difficulty in making a heterojunction between donor and acceptor single crystals. Here, we demonstrate that extended single‐crystalline heterojunctions with a consistent donor‐top and acceptor‐bottom structure throughout the substrate can be simply obtained from a mixed solution of C60 (acceptor) and 3,6‐bis(5‐(4‐n‐butylphenyl)thiophene‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐bis(2‐ethylhexyl)pyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole‐1,4‐dione (donor). 46 photovoltaic devices were studied with the power conversion efficiency of (0.255±0.095) % under 1 sun, which is significantly higher than the previously reported value for a vapor‐grown organic single‐crystalline donor–acceptor heterojunction (0.007 %). As such, this work opens a practical avenue for the study of organic photovoltaics based on single crystals.  相似文献
