The second order rate constants k2 and the activation parameters for the reaction of 2-thiophenesulfonyl chloride with aniline together with solution enthalpies of the reactants have been measured in methanol, ethanol, 2-propanol, acetonitrile and acetone. The reaction rates are slower in dipolar aprotic solvents than in protic ones due to a remarkable activation negative entropy. The rate constants k2 are correlated with empirical solvent polarity parameters. The data seem in accord with a SAN reaction mechanism.  相似文献

Silver ion mediated solvolysis of 5-iodo-PGI1 derivatives as well as the reaction of PGF2 methylester with thallium triacetate in acetic acid were studied with the aid of deuterium isotope labelling. In protic solvents (methanol, acetic acid) high retention (70–90%) of the deuterium label is compatible with a vicinal hydride shift whereas in non-protic solvents (e.g. pyridine) elimination occurs.  相似文献

Detailed kinetic studies were performed on the reaction of [Ru(II)(terpy)(bpy)H](+) (terpy = 2,2',6',2″-terpyridine; bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) with CO(2) in conventional solvents (water, methanol, and ethanol) and in the ionic liquid [emim][NTf(2)] ([emim] = 1-ethyl-3-methyl-imidazolium; [NTf(2)] = bistrifluoromethylsulfonylamide). Second-order rate constants and activation parameters (ΔH(?), ΔS(?), and ΔV(?)) were determined for the reaction in all solvents. The second-order rate constants correlate with the acceptor number of the solvent, whereas the activation parameters support the associative nature of the reaction. The results in water, especially the activation entropy (+14 ± 2 J K(-1) mol(-1)) and activation volume (-5.9 ± 0.6 cm(3) mol(-1)), differ significantly from those found for the other solvents.  相似文献

The PRISMA optimization project was used for mobile phase selection in the HPLC analysis of novel zinc(II) carboxylates of the type Zn(RCOO)2 · Ln · q(H2O) with N-donor ligands. The composition of the mobile phase is characterized by the solvent strength (ST) and the selection points (PS). At a constant ST the correlation between PS and retention data can be described by a quadratic function. For constant PS the solvent strength and retention data correlate with a logarithmic function. On the basis of the results obtained in the TLC separation of the single zinc(II) carboxylate, solvents were chosen (ethanol, acetonitrile, methanol, dioxane, 2-propanol) that are suitable for HPLC analyses of zinc(II) carboxylates on LiChrosorb RP-8 and RP-18 columns.  相似文献

First-order solvolysis rate constants are reported for solvolyses of acetyl chloride in methanol and MeOD, and in binary aqueous mixtures with acetone, acetonitrile, ethanol, methanol, and trifluoroethanol at 0 degrees C. Product selectivities (S = [MeCOOR]/[MeCOOH] x [water]/[alcohol]) are reported for solvolyses in ethanol/ and methanol/water at 0 degrees C. Solvolyses of acetyl chloride show a high sensitivity to changes in solvent ionizing power, consistent with C-Cl bond cleavage. As the solvent is varied from pure ethanol (or methanol) to water, S values and rate-rate profiles show no evidence for the change in reaction channel observed for solvolyses of benzoyl and trimethylacetyl chlorides. However, using rate ratios in 40% ethanol/water and 97% trifluoroethanol/water (solvents of similar ionizing power but different nucleophilicities) to compare sensitivities to nucleophilic attack, solvolyses of acetyl chloride are over 20-fold more sensitive to nucleophilic attack than benzoyl chloride. The solvent isotope effect of 1.29 (MeOH/MeOD) for acetyl chloride is similar to that for p-methoxybenzoyl chloride (1.22) and is lower than for benzoyl chloride (1.55). Second-order rate constants for aminolyses of acetyl chloride with m-nitroaniline in methanol at 0 degrees C show that acetyl chloride behaves similarly to p-methoxybenzoyl chloride, whereas benzoyl chloride is 40-fold more sensitive to the added amine. The results indicate mechanistic differences between solvolyses of acetyl and benzoyl chlorides, and an S(N)2 mechanism is proposed for solvolyses and aminolyses by m-nitroaniline of acetyl chloride (i.e. these reactions are probably not carbonyl additions, but a strong sensitivity to nucleophilic attack accounts for their high rates).  相似文献

采用热重和微商热重(TG/DTA)综合热分析技术在不同升温速率下研究了掺入La(NO3)3和Pr(NO3)3的高岭石的热分解过程, 利用Coats-Redfern积分法和Achar微分法对热分析实验数据进行动力学计算, 得到了高岭石脱羟基反应过程中的控制机理函数、 活化能和指前因子等动力学参数; 分析了2种稀土掺入对高岭石脱羟基过程动力学参数的影响, 并用Ozawa法对活化能进行了验证. 结果表明, 未掺稀土和掺入Pr(NO3)3的高岭石的脱羟基反应过程均受化学反应模型F3控制, 反应的活化能分别为307.94和282.86 kJ/mol, 指前因子lnA的值分别为47.8980和44.1718; 掺入La(NO3)3的高岭石脱羟基反应过程控制机理函数发生改变, 受化学反应模型F2控制, 反应活化能为196.02 kJ/mol, 指前因子lnA的值为29.5551. 与未掺稀土的高岭石对比, 掺入Pr(NO3)3后活化能和指前因子略有降低; 而掺入La(NO3)3后则显著降低, 分别降低了36.34%和38.30%. 采用Ozawa法验证得到的活化能与Coats-Redfern积分法和Achar微分法结果一致.  相似文献

Abstract— Absorption spectra and fluorescence quenching of carbazole (C) and N-ethyl carbazole (EC) by some aliphatic halocarbons have been studied in 3-methylpentane (3MP) and ethanol (EtOH). Both steady-state and transient kinetic measurements were used to determine the quenching rate constants ( k q). These rate constants were found to be sensitive to the polarity and also to the hydrogen bonding ability of the solvents used. Endothermic electron transfer reactions were shown to take place in these systems. When the electron donor C is involved in hydrogen bonding with EtOH, the net effect is a decrease in k q. This is explained by taking into account the red-shifted (0,0) transition energy (Es) of the 1 L b absorption band when the reaction is nearly diffusion controlled. For reaction far from diffusion controlled, the E s value correction to kq is not enough to explain the low k qvalue observed.  相似文献

In this study, a series of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and nitrogen-containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPAHs) is separated on a hybrid stationary phase using methanol and acetonitrile mobile phases. Temperature is varied from 283 to 313 K in order to determine thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of the separation. Thermodynamic behavior is characterized by the retention factor and associated changes in molar enthalpy, whereas kinetic behavior is characterized by the rate constants and associated activation energies. In this study, the retention factors for the NPAHs are smaller than those for the parent PAHs in methanol, while they are more similar to the parent PAHs in acetonitrile. The changes in molar enthalpy are very similar for all solutes, yet are more negative in acetonitrile than in methanol. The rate constants for the NPAHs are smaller than those for their parent PAHs in both mobile phases. Moreover, the rate constants in acetonitrile are one to four orders of magnitude smaller than those in methanol. Based on these thermodynamic and kinetic results, the hybrid stationary phase is compared to traditional silica stationary phases. In addition, the relative contributions from the partition and adsorption mechanisms are discussed.  相似文献

利用自制的实验系统进行了醋酸溶液中低浓度瓦斯催化氧化制甲醇研究。实验结果表明,以Pd(OAc)2为催化剂,反应体系中添加对苯醌或四氯对苯醌可改善甲烷活化环境,四氯对苯醌对瓦斯催化氧化过程的作用效果好于对苯醌。四氯对苯醌用量、反应压力和反应温度对瓦斯催化氧化具有重要影响。甲醇生成量随四氯对苯醌用量、反应压力和反应温度升高而增加。CH3OH是通过反应过程中产生的H2O2与CH4相互作用形成的。CH3COOCH3一部分是由Pd2+直接氧化CH4得到的;另一部分是由CH3OH与反应溶剂CH3COOH通过酯化反应形成的。  相似文献

研究了N2H4在间-四(邻-硝基苯基)四苯并卟啉铁(Ⅲ)、钴(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)和镍(Ⅱ)配合物[MTP(o-NO2)TBP,简称MTBP]修饰石墨电极上的催化电氧化反应,测得该系列金属四苯并卟啉的催化活性的顺序为Co(Ⅱ)TBP>ClFe(Ⅲ)TBP>Ni(Ⅱ)TBP>Zn(Ⅱ)TBP≈石墨,考察了Co(Ⅱ)TBP和ClFe(Ⅲ)TBP催化联氨电氧化反应的动力学过程.结果表明,OH-和N2H4在ClFe(Ⅱ)TBP修饰电极上的反应级数分别为2和1,而在Co(Ⅱ)TBP修饰电极上的均为1.根据电化学参数提出了可能的反应机理.  相似文献

We synthesized 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(semicarbazone)(DAPSC) and studied its coordination reaction with Cu, Co, Ni and Zn, in ethanol and in DMF spectrophotometrically. We realized that the ligand DAPSC in ethanol and in DMF does not dissociate and exists in ketonic form by conductometry and IK. The composition and stability constants of coordination compounds were calculated by graphic method and by self-written program. The results obtained by the two methods are in agreement with each other. The results showed that complexes of ML type were formed in ethanol and those of M3L2 tyPe in DMF. The sequence of lgβ is as follows: Co > Cu >Ni >Zn.  相似文献

在固定床反应器上考察了反应温度、反应压力、乙酸(HAC)液体进料空速、H_2/HAC(总气体空速GHSV或H_2流量)对乙酸选择性加氢制乙醇反应的影响,研究了乙酸转化率、产物选择性、乙醇时空收率的变化规律,验证了自主开发催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,副产物的选择性受反应条件的影响,选择合适的反应条件可以抑制乙酸乙酯和丙酮的生成。原料与催化剂床层接触时间小于5s时,可以避免发生乙酸加氢分解脱羰反应生成甲烷气相产物,也避免了乙醇的进一步反应生成乙烷。在反应温度为280℃,反应压力为2.5 MPa,乙酸进料液时空速为0.72 h~(-1),H_2/HAC(mol ratio)为16的条件下,乙酸乙酯选择性为6%。900 h长周期实验表明,自主开发催化剂具有较好的工业应用前景。  相似文献

讨论了NiCl2(bpy)3(bpy:2,2-联吡啶)在DMF中的电化学行为. 控制电位使电极过程处于扩散控制下, 采用计时电量法求得了29 ℃时NiCl2(bpy)3在DMF中的扩散系数为5.99×10-6 cm2•s-1, 不同温度下的扩散系数随温度升高而增大. 选择合适的电极电位, 使电极过程处于扩散和电化学混合控制下, 采用计时电量法求得了不同电极电位下的反应速率常数kf, 以及不同温度下的标准速率常数k0, 求得了表观活化能为14.4 kJ•mol-1.  相似文献

The complexation reactions between Ni(2+), Co(2+) and Zn(2+) metal ions with PAN in methanol (MeOH), acetonitrile (AN) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) were studied using a spectrophotometric method. 在碱性价质中于30~45℃区间,用分光光度法研究了二过碘酸含铜(Ⅱ)配离子(DPC)氧化异丙胺(PA)的动力学.结果表明:反应对DPC为一级,对PA的表观反应级数为1.15~1.39级;准一级([PA]0≥[Cu(Ⅲ)]0)速率常数kobs随[OH]和[IO4-]cx的增加而减小;在氮气保护下反应体系能引发丙烯酰胺聚合,表明有自由基参与反应.此外,还观察到对速率有负盐效应.据此,提出了包括DPC离解出一个H2IO63-的前期平衡和[Cu(HIO6)]与PA之间生成加成物的反应机理.  相似文献

Abstract— A novel method for the determination of singlet oxygen reaction rate constants is described and applied to studies of cyclohexadiene in methanol and gelatins in H2O and D2O. The technique uses tris (2,2'-bipyridine) ruthenium(II) dication (Ru(bipy)32+) as both singlet oxygen sensitizer and in situ oxygen concentration monitor during irradiation of sealed samples. Because of the high efficiency with which the luminescence of Ru(bipy)32+* can be detected, and the fact that emission lifetimes are used, the method offers some advantages over those previously described. The advantages and disadvantages of the method are discussed. A rate constant of 2.1 (±0.3) x 106 mol-1 dm3 s-1 has been determined for the reaction of 1O2 with cyclohexadiene in methanol. For two different photographic gelatins the sums of reaction and quenching rate constants are 2.0 (±0.4) x 106 and 3.1 (±2.0) x 105 mol-1 dm3 s-1; for swine skin gelatin this value is 3.9 (±2.4) × 105 mol-1 dm3 s-1. Chemical reaction, rather than physical quenching, is the dominant reaction route for gelatins and 1O2.  相似文献

The kinetics of depletion of the lowest two electronically excited states, Co(b 4FJ) and Co(a 2FJ), upon interactions with O2 and N2 are studied in a fast-flow reactor at a He pressure of 0.70 Torr. The depletion of Co(b 4F) or Co(a 2F) by O2 was efficient. The depletion rate constants were observed to be different among spin-orbit levels within one electronic state. Because reactive channels are not energetically accessible for these two states, the depletion was mostly attributed to electronic energy transfer to vibration or translation of O2. Efficient depletion upon interaction with O2 was interpreted through the occurrence of an intermediate formed by the interaction between singly occupied anti-bonding π* orbital of O2 and 3d orbitals of Co.  相似文献

本文测定了KClO4在甲醇-苯,甲醇-甲苯,甲醇-四氯化碳及甲醇-环己烷四个混合溶剂中的溶解度。使用A.D'Aprano[4]和C.W.Davies[2],报告的KClO4及KNO3在甲醇中的缔合常数,计算得“自由离子”浓度。盐的介质效应活度系数fMX以So/Sm或S、D的表示值趋近相等,与非电解质的摩尔分数X(Ne的关系符合经验公式:1gfMX=kXNe,这里So和Sm分别是盐在甲醇和混合溶剂中的溶解度;脚注(±)标识“自由离子”;k为常数。电解质的溶剂化数公式:n++n-=-21gfMX/1gφρ,对KClO4在这些混合溶剂中的情况并不适用,这里n++n-是正、负离子溶剂化数之和;φp是甲醇在混合溶剂中的体积分数。这个结果表明ClO4-的溶剂化层不是完全由甲醇分子所形成,非电解质也影响着ClO4-在这些溶剂中的溶剂化层。KNO3的实验数据,溶解度公式和溶剂化数公式是引自李芝芬、黄子卿、刘瑞麟以前的论文。  相似文献
