A highly efficient alkylation to ketones and aldimines with Grignard reagents in the presence of catalytic trialkylzinc(II) ate complexes derived from ZnCl2 (10 mol %) in situ was developed. This simple Zn(II)-catalyzed alkylation could minimize the well-known but serious problems with the use of only Grignard reagents, which leads to reduction and aldol side products, and the yield of desired alkylation products could be improved.  相似文献

InI-mediated direct allylation of carbonyl compounds with allylic alcohols proceeded smoothly with catalytic amounts of Ni(acac)(2) and PPh(3) to give the corresponding homoallylic alcohols in high yields. Allylindium compounds were shown to be the real allylating agents in the present system. Substituted allylic alcohols gave branched homoallylic alcohols with syn-selectivity irrespective of the geometry of the starting allylic alcohols, whereas high anti-selectivity was observed when a bulky substituent is present in the allylic alcohols. The outcome of the diastereoselectivity is discussed on the basis of the reaction mechanism, comparing with the corresponding Pd-catalyzed version. Another distinct behavior between the Ni- and Pd-catalyzed allylation was demonstrated in the reaction of hex-1,5-diene-3,4-diol derivatives: the Pd catalyst did not give any coupling product, whereas the Ni-catalyzed InI-mediated reaction with benzaldehyde afforded the 1:1 and 1:2 adduct diols selectively depending on the reaction conditions.  相似文献

Stereochemical studies on the copper(I) halide cleavage of thallium-carbon bonds in acetonitrile indicate that at 80°C a radical path accounts for approximately 23 of the product, whereas at 60°C an ionic path predominates. Screening of metallocenethiolate ligands for copper(I)-catalyzed substitution of allylic acetates with Grignard reagents has been carried out. The previously used ligand, lithium (R,Sp)-2-(1-dimethylaminoethyl)ferrocenylthiolate (4a), possessing both central and planar chirality, was the starting point for the screening. It was found that the diastereomeric ligand lithium (R,Rp)-2-(1-dimethylaminoethyl)ferrocenylthiolate (4b) exhibiting reversed planar chirality gave increased enantioselectivity in the allylic substitution, at least when cinnamyl acetate was used as a substrate. The ruthenocene-based ligand lithium (R,Sp)-2-(1-dimethylaminoethyl)ruthenocenylthiolate (4c) gave an enhanced reaction rate, but lower chiral induction. The use of disulfide bis[(R,Sp)-2-(1-dimethylaminoethyl)ferrocenyl]disulfide (7a) as a ligand precursor worked well but resulted in lower enantioselectivity.  相似文献

The electrochemical behaviour of the copper-substituted Keggin-type and sandwich-type polyoxotungstate anions of the compounds α-[(C4H9)4N]4H[PW11CuIIO39] and α-B-[(C4H9)4N]7H3[CuII4(H2O)2(PW9O34)2] was studied by cyclic voltammetry in acetonitrile. In both cases two copper 1-electron reduction waves were detected in the cathodic scan. The first one was due to the reduction of one CuII to CuI in the polyoxoanion and the second one to the consecutive reduction of the preformed CuI to Cu0, with the consequent deposition/adsorption of the ejected metal atom at the glassy carbon electrode surface. In the anodic scan, Cu0 was re-oxidised with regeneration of the initial copper(II) complexes, via a CuI intermediate. The observed two-step reduction of copper(II) to copper(0) and the formation of intermediate species containing copper(I) is here reported for the first time for copper substituted polyoxotungstates. The co-ordination of the acetonitrile molecules to the copper ions must play a role in the formation of the copper(I) species, which are not detected in aqueous solution.  相似文献

The syntheses and structural details of tetraisopropoxyaluminates and tetra-tert-butoxyaluminates of nickel(II), copper(I), and copper(II) are reported. Within the nickel series, either Ni[Al(OiPr)4]2.2HOiPr, with nickel(II) in a distorted octahedral oxygen environment, or Ni[Al(OiPr)4]2.py, with nickel(II) in a square-pyramidal O4N coordination sphere, or Ni[(iPrO)(tBuO)3Al]2, with Ni(II) in a quasi-tetrahedral oxygen coordination, has been obtained. Another isolated complex is Ni[(iPrO)3AlOAl(OiPr)3].3py (with nickel(II) being sixfold-coordinated), which may also be described as a "NiO" species trapped by two Al(OiPr)3 Lewis acid-base systems stabilized at nickel by three pyridine donors. Copper(I) compounds have been isolated in three forms: [(iPrO)4Al]Cu.2py, [(tBuO)4Al]Cu.2py, and Cu2[(tBuO)4Al]2. In all of these compounds, the aluminate moiety behaves as a bidentate unit, creating a tetrahedrally distorted N2O2 copper environment in the pyridine adducts. In the base-free copper(I) tert-butoxyaluminate, a dicopper dumbbell [Cu-Cu 2.687(1) A] is present with two oxygen contacts on each of the copper atoms. Copper(II) alkoxyaluminates have been characterized either as Cu[(tBuO)4Al]2, {Cu(iPrO)[(iPrO)4Al]}2, and Cu[(tBuO)3(iPrO)Al]2 (copper being tetracoordinated by oxygen) or as [(iPrO)4Al]2Cu.py (pentacoordinated copper similar to the nickel derivative). Finally, a copper(II) hydroxyaluminate has been isolated, displaying pentacoordinate copper (O4N coordination sphere) by dimerization, with the formula {[(tBuO)4Al]Cu(OH).py}2. The formation of all of these isolated products is not always straightforward because some of these compounds in solution are subject to decomposition or are involved in equilibria. Besides NMR [copper(I) compounds], UV absorptions and magnetic moments are used to characterize the compounds.  相似文献

The interaction of copper(II) and manganese(II) with pipemidic acid, Hpipem, afforded the complexes [Cu(pipem)(2)(H(2)O)] x 2H(2)O, 1 and [Mn(pipem)(2)(H(2)O)], 2. The new complexes have been characterised by elemental analyses, infrared, UV-vis and X-band EPR spectroscopy in the temperature range from 4 to 300 K. The monoanion, pipem, exhibits O,O ligation through the carbonyl and carboxylato oxygen atoms. Five coordinate square-pyramid configuration has been proposed for 1 and 2, and the fifth apical position is occupied by a coordinated water molecule.  相似文献

A simple catalytic system of direct synthesis for the symmetrical biaryls using catalytic amounts of Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes has been developed. The reaction system involves in situ synthesis of Grignard reagents. The complexes, containing bidentate Schiff base and dmit (2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolate) ligands, were compatible with diverse functionalities and afford a high yield of biaryls in a single step, proving to be promising catalysts in homocoupling reactions. The title compounds, bis­(di­methyl­form­amide)‐1κO,3κO‐bis{μ‐2,2′‐[2,2′‐di­methyl­propane‐1,3‐diyl­bis­(nitrilo­methylidyne)]­diphenolato}‐1κ4N,N′,O,O′:2κ2O,O′;2κ2O,O′:3κ4N,N′,O,O′‐di‐μ‐nitrito‐1:2κ2N:O;2:3κ2O:N‐dinickel(II)­cobalt(II), [CoNi2(NO2)2(C19H22N2O2)2(C3H7NO)2], (I), ‐copper(II), [CuNi2(NO2)2(C19H22N2O2)2(C3H7NO)2], (II), and ‐manganese(II), [MnNi2(NO2)2(C19H22N2O2)2(C3H7NO)2], (III), consist of centrosymmetric linear heterotrinuclear metal complexes. The three complexes are isostructural. There are three bridges across the Ni–M atom pairs (M is Co2+, Cu2+ or Mn2+) in each complex, involving two O atoms of a μ‐N,N′‐bis­(salicyl­idene)‐2,2′di­methyl‐1,3‐propane­diaminate ligand and an N—O moiety of a μ‐nitrito group. The coordination sphere around each metal atom, whether Co2+, Cu2+, Mn2+ or Ni2+, can be described as distorted octahedral. The Ni?M distances are 2.9988 (5) Å in (I), 2.9872 (5) Å in (II) and 3.0624 (8) Å in (III).  相似文献
