Two new polyhydroxysteroids and five new glycosides were isolated from the starfishCeramaster patagonicus and their structures were elucidated: 5α-cholestane-3β,6α,15β,16β,26-pentol, (22E)-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β,6α,8,15α,24-pentol, (22E)-28-O-[O-(2-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-d-galactofuranosyl]-24-hydroxymethyl-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β,4β, 6α,8,15β,16β,28-heptol (ceramasteroside C1), (22E)-28-O-[O-(2,4-di-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-d-galactofuranosyl]-24-hydroxymethyl-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β, 6α,8,15β,16β,28-hexol (ceramasteroside C2), (22E)-28-O-[O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-d-galactofuranosyl]-24-hydroxymethyl-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β,6α,8,15β,16β 28-hexol (eramasteroside C3), (22E)-28-O-[O-(2-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-d-galactofuranosyl]-24-methyl-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β,4β,6α,8, 15β, 26-hexol (ceramasteroside C4), and (22E)-28-O-[O-(2-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-d-xylopyranosyl]-5α-cholest-22-ene-3β,6α,8,15β,24-pentol (ceramasteroside C5)). Three known polyhydroxysteroids (24-methylene-5α-cholestane-3β,6α,8,15β,16β,26-hexol, 5α-cholestane-3β,6α,8,15β,16β,26-hexol, and 5α-cholestane-3β,6β,15α,16β,26-pentol) were also isolated. Sr2CeO4/Ln3+ (Ln = Er, Ho, Tm) phosphors were synthesized with the microwave radiation method for the first time. The luminescent properties of the samples were investigated and the up-conversion luminescence of Er3+, Ho3+ and Tm3+ doped Sr2CeO4 phosphors was observed. The CEPA-PNO method is used for calculating the energy difference ΔE ST between the3 and the1Δ states of diatomic molecules in electronic π2 configurations. An analysis of the contribution of electron correlation to ΔE ST is performed in terms of physically understandable effects such as direct correlation, dynamic spin polarization, semiinternal and internal excitations. It is shown that these effects are of completely different importance for the molecules treated in this study: For C2 the direct correlation between the two singly occupied π-orbitals is the dominant correlation contribution to ΔE ST; for O2, S2, SO the internal excitation π u 2 → π g 2 is predominant, whereas for NH and PH there is a close competition between the direct correlation and the spin polarization of the underlying σ-orbitals. The basis set dependence of these effects is investigated, in particular for NH. Our final results reproduce experimental values of ΔE ST within 0.05–0.10 eV.  相似文献

Two flavonoid allose diglycosides were found in the terrestrial part ofThalictrum squarrosum St. ex Willd. andT. minus L. (Ranunculaceae). 7,4′-Di-O-β-allopyranosylapigenin was isolated fromT. minus. InT. squarrosum, its monoacetate was also found and characterized as 7-O-(6-O-acetyl-β-allopyranosyl)-4′-O-(β-allopyranosyl)apigenin. The sites of attachment of the carbohydrate residues were determined by HMBC; the location of the acetate group was identified by ROESY. DTA and DSC were used to study the thermal behaviour of Ca(NO3)2·4H2O, Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, Mg(NO3)2·6H2O and their deuterated analogues. Evidence was found concerning the process of melting of the initial hydrates and deuterates, followed by a one-stage dehydration of the melt to vield the respective anhydrous salt. T m, ΔH m o , ΔS m o and ΔH deh o were determined and the ΔH f o values for the investigated hydrates were calculated from the ΔH deh o data.
Zusammenfassung DTA und DSC wurden zur Untersuchung des thermischen Verhaltens von Ca(NO3)2·4H2O, Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, Mg(NO3)2·6H2O und ihrer deuterierten Analoge eingesetzt. Man fand Aussagen bezüglich des Schmelzvorganges der Ausgangshydrate und Deuterate, gefolgt von einer Einschritt-Dehydratation der Schmelze unter Bildung der entsprechenden wasserfreien Salze. T m, ΔH m o , ΔS m o und ΔH deh o wurden ermittelt und die ΔH f o Werte für die untersuchten Hydrate wurden anhand der ΔH deh o berechnet.

Evidence for a stereoinduction profile of the reaction of N-methyl-1,3-diaminopropane with acyl chlorides has been provided. A possibility to engage in intramolecular CH2⋯HN and Cl⋯H-N interactions and the proton migration process to the methylamino group leads to the E secondary amides carrying the N⋯H+⋯N or N-H⋯N bridges, that show unusual spectroscopic images. Empirical relations between the Δδ C chemical shift differences, the polarizability of the CO(S) groups and hydrogen bonding strength have been found. Both 1H-15N-GHSQC and GHMBC experiments provide insight into the nature of hydrogen bonding and confirm the cyclic array of atoms.  相似文献

The complex formation between Cu2+, Zn2+, Tl+ and Cd2+ metal cations with macrocyclic ligand, dibenzo- 18-crown-6 (DB18C6) was studied in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO)–ethylacetate (EtOAc) binary systems at different temperatures using conductometric method. In all cases, DB18C6 forms 1:1 complexes with these metal cations. The stability constants of the complexes were obtained from fitting of molar conductivity curves using a computer program, Genplot. The non-linear behaviour which was observed for variations of log K f of the complexes versus the composition of the mixed solvent was discussed in terms of changing the chemical and physical properties of the constituent solvents when they mix with one another and, therefore, changing the solvation capacities of the metal cations, crown ether molecules and even the resulting complexes with changing the mixed solvent composition. The results show that the selectivity order of DB18C6 for the metal cations in pure ethylacetate and pure dimethylsulfoxide is: Tl+ > Cu2+ > Zn2+ > Cd2+ but the selectivity order is changed with the composition of the mixed solvents. The values of enthalpy changes (ΔH°C) for complexation reactions were obtained from the slope of the van’t Hoff plots and the changes in standard enthalpy (ΔS°C) were calculated from the relationship: ΔG°C,298.15H°C − 298.15 ΔS°C. The obtained results show that in most cases, the complexes are enthalpy stabilized, but entropy destabilized and the values of ΔH°C and ΔS°C depend strongly on the nature of the medium.  相似文献

Two triterpenoid diglycosides of the cycloartane series were isolated from the terrestrial part ofThalictrum minus L. (Ranunculaceae). Genins of these glycosides are side-chain structural isomers—3-O-β-d-galactopyranosyl-29-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-9β, 19-cyclo-20(S)-lanost-24(Z)-ene-3β, 16β, 22(S), 26, 29-pentaol and 3-O-β-d-galactopyranosyl-29-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-9β, 19-cyclo-20(S)-lanost-25-ene-3β, 16β,22(S), 24ζ, 29-pentaol. The migration of the double bond in the allylcarboxamide ligands of (μ-H)Os3(μ-O=CN RCH2CH=CH2) (CO)10 (R=H (1) or CH3 (2)), (μ-D)Os3(μ-O=CNDCH2CH=CH2) (CO)10, and (μ-H)Os3(μ-O=CNHCD2CH=CH2)(CO)10 clusters was studied by1H,2H, and13C NMR spectroscopy. Neither μ-D nor ND groups in the deuterated complexes are directly involved in prototropic processes of allylic rearrangement. Initially, the deuterium atom of the CD2 group migrates to the ψ-carbon atom of the allyl fragment to form the −CD=CH-CH2D propenyl moiety, in which the deuterium and hydrogen atoms are gradually redistributed between the ψ-and β-carbon atoms. The triosmium cluster complexes containing the bridging carboxamide ligands O=CNRR' catalyze the allylic rearrangement ofN-allylacetamide. The reactions of the Me n C6H6−n M(CO)3 (M=Cr, Mo, W;n=3, 5, 6) and C5R5M(CO)3 (M=Mn, Re; R=H, Me) complexes with propargyl alcohol in acidic media under UV irradiation were studied. Novel Me n C6H6−n M(CO)23-C3H3)BF4 (M=Mo, W;n=3, 5, 6) and C5R5Re(CO)23-C3H3)CF3SO3 complexes with the 3ē-propargyl ligand were synthesized, and their properties compared with those of similar η3-allyl derivatives. Conductance measurements are reported for nickel(II), cupper(II), silver(I) and cadmium(II), salts in acetonitrile (AN)–dimethylformamide (DMF) binary solvents containing macrocyclic ligand, 1,10-dibenzyl-1,10-diaza-18-crown-6 (DBDA18C6) at different temperatures. The changes in molar conductance caused by addition of DBDA18C6 to solutions were analyzed by non-linear least squares to give stability constants of 1:1 metal cation–DBDA18C6 complexes. The results show that the stabilities of the complexes are sensitive to solvent composition and in some cases the sequence of stabilities is changed with changing the composition of the mixed solvents. The values of thermodynamic quantities (ΔH°c and ΔS°c) for formation of DBDA18C6-Ni2+, DBDA18C6-Cu2+, DBDA18C6-Ag+ and DBDA18C6-Cd2+ complexes were obtained from temperature dependence of the stability constants and the results show that the values of ΔH°c and ΔS°c for these complexes are sensitive to the nature and composition of AN–DMF binary solutions, but they do not vary monotonically with the solvent composition.  相似文献

采用微波固相法制备了CaWO_4∶xEu~(3+),ySm~(3+),zLi~+红色荧光粉。测量样品的XRD图、激发谱、发射谱及发光衰减曲线,研究并分析了Eu~(3+)、Sm~(3+)、Li~+的掺杂浓度,对样品微结构、光致发光特性、能量传递及能级寿命的影响。结果表明,Eu~(3+)、Sm~(3+)、Li~+掺杂并未引起合成粉体改变晶相,仍为CaWO_4单一四方晶系结构。Eu~(3+)、Sm~(3+)共掺样品中,Sm~(3+)掺杂为3%时,Sm~(3+)对Eu~(3+)的能量传递最有效。Li~+掺杂起到了助熔剂和敏化剂的作用,使样品发光更强。在394 nm激发下,与CaWO_4∶3%Eu~(3+)样品比较,3%Eu~(3+)、3%Sm~(3+)共掺CaWO_4及3%Eu~(3+)、3%Sm~(3+)、1%Li~+共掺CaWO_4样品的发光分别增强2倍及2.4倍。同一激发波长下,单掺Eu~(3+)样品寿命最短,Sm~(3+)、Eu~(3+)共掺样品随Sm~(3+)浓度增加,寿命先减小后增加,且掺杂了Li~+的样品比不掺Li~+的样品~5D_0能级寿命有所增加。  相似文献

This work allowed the characterization of the Cd-binding sites of two compounds taken as models for exudates, the main components of soil organic matter (SOM). The studied compounds were exopolysaccharides (EPS), specifically exudates of roots (polygalacturonic acid) and of soil bacteria (Phytagel). Potentiometric acid–base titrations were performed and fitting of the obtained results indicated the presence of two main classes of acidic sites, defined by their pK a values, for both EPS but of a different nature when comparing the two compounds. The two studied exopolysaccharides presented different acidic/basic site ratios: 0.15 for Phytagel and 0.76 for polygalacturonic acid. Spectroscopic techniques (13C/113Cd NMR, FTIR) distinguished different Cd surroundings for each of the studied EPS, which is in agreement with the titration results. Furthermore, these analyses indicated the presence of –COOH and –OH groups in various proportions for each exopolysaccharide, which should be linked to their reactivity towards cadmium. Cadmium titrations (voltammetric measurements) also differentiated different binding sites for each compound and allowed the determination of the strength of the Cd-binding site of the EPS. Fitting of the results of such voltammetric measurements was performed using PROSECE (Programme d’Optimisation et de Speciation Chimique dans l’Environnement), a software coupling chemical speciation calculation and binding parameter optimization. The fitting, taking into account the Cd2+/H+ competition towards exopolysaccharides, confirmed the acid-base titrations and spectroscopic analyses by revealing two classes of binding sites: (i) one defined as a strong complexant regarding its Cd2+–EPS association (logK = 9–10.4) and with basic functionality regarding H+–EPS association (pK a = 11.3–11.7), and (ii) one defined as a weak complexant (logK = 7.1–8.2) and with acidic functionality (pK a = 3.7–4.0). Therefore the combination of spectroscopic analyses, voltammetry, and fitting allowed the precise characterization of the binding sites of the studied exopolysaccharides, mimicking the main SOM components. Furthermore, the binding parameters obtained by fitting can be used in biogeochemical models to better define the role of key SOM compounds like exudates of roots and of soil bacteria on trace metal transport or assimilation.  相似文献

Participation of the proton in a specific intramolecular C−H...X (X=N, 0) interaction leads to an increase in its geminal1H−1H and1H−31P spin-spin coupling constants (SSCC).
