The title compound has been prepared by reaction of (C5H5)2Cr with oxindole (indole with CO in place of CH2 at the 2-position). Red single crystals belong to space group P21/c with a = 10.107(4) Å, b = 22.496(7) Å, c = 9.210(3) Å, β = 93.26(3)°, V = 2091(2), and Z = 2. The centrosymmetric molecule has a CrCr distance of 2.495(4) Å. The mean CrO and CrN distances for the bonds to bridging oxindolate anions are 2.024(7) and 2.065(8) Å, respectively. There is an oxindole molecule bound at each end with a CrO axial bond of length 2.341(8) Å and a hydrogen bond from the oxindole NH group to an equatorial oxygen atom of length 2.83(1) Å. The significance of this compound with respect to CrCr bonding is discussed.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [(C8H12)Ir{P(OC6H3Me)(OC6H4Me)2} {P(OCH2)3CMe}] has been determined. a 18.32, b 18.98, c 9.35 Å, U 3251 Å3, Pn21a, Z = 4, R = 0.048, 2541 observed data. The coordination about the iridium atom is distorted trigonal bipyramidal; the two phosphorus atoms are equatorial, the σ-bonded carbon is axial, and the bidentate cyclooctadiene is bonded axialequatorial. The IrC(axial) bonds are longer than the IrC(equatorial) bonds: 2.22, 2.26; 2.17, 2.19 Å. The IrC(σ) bond length is 2.19 Å, not significantly different from the formally π-bonded C to Ir distances. The IrP lengths of 2.201 and 2.240 Å and the PIrP angle of 108.7° are normal. The longer IrP bond is in the five-membered chelate ring. The inertness to substitution is discussed.  相似文献

Two compounds of the formulae (dppeH2)3[MOCl6]2 ·12H2O I and (dppeH2)3[Mo2Cl9]2II are described. For compound I, which proved to be active in olefin epoxidation, the crystal structure was determined. The rose-pink crystals are triclinic, space group P1 with a = 13.715(9), b3 = 14.686(7), c = 12.512(7) Å, α = 109.56(4), β = 97,98(4) and γ = 91.27(5)°, V = 2345 Å, Dm = 1.42 and Dc = 1.44 gcm?3, Z = 1. Block-diagonal least squares refinement of the structure has led to a final value of the conventional R factor of 0.049 for the 3914 independent reflections with I > 3σ(I). Bond distances are in the range: MoCl 2.439(2)–2.469(2) Å, and PC 1.771(9)–1.806(8) Å.  相似文献

Cerium(III) diammonium polyphosphate, (NH4)2Ce(PO3)5, is triclinic P1 with the following unit cell dimensions: a = 7.241(5) Å, b = 13.314(8) Å, c = 7.241(5)Å, α = 90.35(5)°, β′ = 107.50(5)°, γ = 90.28(5)°, and Z = 2, V = 665.7 Å3, Dx = 2.85 g/cm3. The crystal structure of this new type of polyphosphate has been solved and refined from 4130 independent reflections to a final R value 0.029. The most interesting feature of this salt is the existence of two infinite crystallographically nonequivalent (PO3)? chains, one running parallel to the a axis, the other along the c axis, both with a period of five tetrahedra. This compound seems to be the first example of a long chain polyphosphate with crystallographic independent chains.  相似文献

The reaction of NbCl4(THF)2 with an excess of PMe3 in toluene solution afforded a 70% isolated yield of green NbCl4(PMe3)3. When a slurry of TaCl5 in toluene containing a slight excess of PMe3 was reduced with sodium amalgam overnight, a 60% yield of orange to red (depending on crystal size) Ta2Cl8(PMe3)4 was obtained. Both compounds have been fully characterized by X-ray crystallography. NbCl4(PMe3)3 forms monoclinic crystals (P21/c) with unit cell dimensions a = 15.061(3) Å, b = 11.677(4) Å, c = 11.583(4) Å, β = 91.71(3)°, V = 2036(2) Å3, and Z = 4. It is isomorphous with its TaCl4(PMe3)3 homolog, and the bond lengths and angles are very similar. Ta2Cl8(PMe3)4 forms cubic crystals (Im3) with a = 16.377(2), V = 4392(2) Å3 and Z = 6. It is thus isomorphous with its niobium homolog, and the internal dimensions are quite comparable. The Ta-Ta distance is 2.830(1) Å, consistent with the existence of a single bond.  相似文献

Crystal and molecular structures of the title compound have been determined from a three-dimentional X-ray analysis usinq diffractometer data. The crystals are triclinic, space group P1, with Z = 2 in a unit cell of dimensions a = 14.23(1), b = 17.30(1), c = 10.44(1) Å, α = 102.1(2), β = 102.7(2), γ = 105.5(2)°. Full matrix least squares refinement has given a final R-factor of 0.060 for 4628 reflections for which I > 3σ(I).The crystal structure consist of discrete cations and anions, together with benzene molecules of crystallisation which are situated about the crystallographic centres of symmetry and serve a purely space-filling role. In the cation coordination about the osmium atom is that of a distorted octahedron, comprising the two triphenylphosphine groups (mutually trans), the two carbonyl groups (mutually cis) and the dihapto S2Me group. The Os-P distances of 2.420 and 2.419(3) Å are normal. The S2Me group is nearly symmetrically coordinated with Os-S(l) 2.426(4)Å and Os-S(3) 2.442(4) Å. Other bonds and angles in this ligand are S(1)-S(2) 2.022(7) Å, S(1)-CH2 1.81(2) Å, and S(2)-S(1)-CH3 105.4(6)°. The observed geometry is similar to that in [Ir(S2) (Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)2Cl.Ch3CN.  相似文献

The structure of Rh2(CH3CO2)4(DMF)2 {DMF = HCON(CH3)2} has been determined by single crystal X-ray methods. The compound crystallizes with eight formula units in a cell of dimensions: a = 29.438(7) Å, b = 7.978(2) Å, c = 20.279(5) Å, β = 113.20(4)°, V = 4377.5 Å3, space group C2/c. The structure has been refined by full-matrix least-squares method to a final R = 0.030 for the 4156 observed data. Two Rh(II) atoms are linked by four acetate groups forming a dimeric unit, where the RhRh distance is 2.383(1) Å. The coordination sphere about each Rh atom is completed by a DMF molecule; the average RhO(DMF) distance is 2.296(3) Å.  相似文献

A new ruthenium-rhodium mixed-metal cluster HRuRh3(CO)12 and its derivatives HRuRh3(CO)10(PPh3)2 and HRuCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2 have been synthesized and characterized. The following crystal and molecular structures are reported: HRuRh3(CO)12: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a 9.230(4), b 11.790(5), c 17.124(9) Å, β 91.29(4)°, Z = 4; HRuRh3(CO)10(PPh3)2·C6H14: triclinic, space group P1, a 11.777(2), b 14.079(2), c 17.010(2) Å, α 86.99(1), β 76.91(1), γ 72.49(1)°, Z = 2; HRuCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2·CH2Cl2: triclinic, space group P1, a 11.577(7), b 13.729(7), c 16.777(10) Å, α 81.39(4), β 77.84(5), γ 65.56°, Z = 2. The reaction between Rh(CO)4? and (Ru(CO)3Cl2)2 tetrahydrofuran followed by acid treatment yields HRuRh3(CO)12 in high yield. Its structural analysis was complicated by a 80–20% packing disorder. More detailed structural data were obtained from the fully ordered structure of HRuRh3(CO)10(PPh3)2, which is closely related to HRuCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2 and HFeCo3(CO)10(PPh3)2. The phosphines are axially coordinated.  相似文献

Reaction of HgR2 with OsHCl(CS)(PPh3)3 yields red, five-coordinate, OsRCl-(CS)(PPh3)2 (R = p-tolyl). From this have been derived the compounds OsRX(CS)(PPh3)2 with X = Br, I, S2CNEt2, O2CMe, O2CCF3. These compounds add an additional ligand, MeCN, CO or CNR to form colourless, six coordinate arylthiocarbonyl complexes, which undergo migratory-insertion reactions to form red, dihapto-thioacyl complexes. The crystal structure of a representative example, Os(η2-CSR)(η1-O2CCF3)(CO)PPh3)2 has been determined. The red equant crystals are orthorhombic, space group P212121, a 11.584(1), b 19.184(2), c 18.90(1) Å, V 4199 Å3, Z  4. The structure was solved by conventional heavy-atom methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares employing anisotropic thermal parameters for all non-hydrogen atoms except the carbon atoms of the triphenylphosphines. The final R factor is 0.057 for 2868 observed reflections. The coordination geometry in the monomeric complex is that of an octahedron distorted by the constraints of the ligands. The triphenyl phosphine ligands are mutually trans; the equatorial plane contains carbonyl, monohapto-trifluoroacetate, and dihapto-thioacyl ligands. Bond distances and angles are OsP 2.405, 2.407(4) Å; POsP 173.9(1)°; OsCO 1.83(2) Å; Os-O (trifluoroacetate) 2.206(11) Å; OsC (thioacyl) 1.91(2); OsS 2.513(6); CS 1.72 Å. The CS bond length implies a reduction in bond order from 2.0 to approx. 1.5 upon coordination to the metal. The η2-thioacyl ligand in Os(η2-CSR)Cl(CNR)(PPh3)2 is methylated with methyl triflate and further reaction with LiCl produces the thiocarbene complex OsCl2(C[SMe]R)(CNR)(PPh3)2.  相似文献

Na2Mn2S3 was prepared by reacting manganese powder with an excess of anhydrous sodium carbonate and elemental sulfur at 870 K. Extraction of the solidified melt with water and alcohol yielded well developed, bright red crystals. Na2Mn2S3 crystallizes with a new monoclinic structure type, space group C2c, Z = 8, with a = 14.942(2)Å, b = 13.276(2)Å, c = 6.851(2)Å, and β = 116.50(1)°. The crystal structure was determined from single crystal diffractometer data and refined to a conventional R value of 0.026 for 1613 observed reflections. The atomic arrangement shows sulfur-manganese-sulfur slabs which are separated from each other by corrugated layers of sodium atoms. A prominent feature of the crystal structure is the formation of short, four-membered zigzag chains built up by MnS4 tetradedra sharing edges. These chains are further connected by the remaining apices to form an infinite sheet. Short MnMn distances (3.02 and 3.05 Å, respectively) are found within the four membered chains. Susceptibility measurements show antiferromagnetic interactions between the Mn atoms.  相似文献

The molecular and crystal structure of tris(bistrimethylsilylamin)thallium was determined by means of single-crystal X-ray spectroscopy: in the space group P31c with a = 16.447(7), c = 8.456(7) Å; and Dc = 1.149 g cm?3 two molecules are located in the unit cell. The compound is isomorphous to the analogues Fe[N(SiMe3)2]3 or Al[N(SiMe3)2]3, respectively, which show a propellar-twist of the Si2N-groups versus the plane of the metal atom and the three nitrogen-atoms: Tl(N)3/Si2N 49.1°; SiNSi 122.6°; NSiC 111.8°; CSiC 107.1°; TlN 2.089 Å;; SiN 1.738 Å;; SiC 1.889 Å;.  相似文献

Reactions of (RC5H4)2Cr2(SCMe3)2S(I, R = H; II, R = Me) with (PPh3)2PdCl2 in benzene at 20°C gives trinuclear complexes (RC5H4)2Cr2Cl23-S)(μ-SCMe3)2Pd(PPh3)(III, R = H; IV, R = Me). The structure of IV as a monobenzene solvate is established by an X-ray analysis (black-green triclinic crystals space group P1 with a = 11.403(4), b = 14.933(5), c = 14.131(5) Å, α = 99.13(3), β = 112.72(3), γ = 95.65(3)°, V = 2201.6 Å, Z = 2; IV·C6H6). The structure was solved by direct methods and refined in an anisotropic approximation to R = 0.046, Rw = 0.058 for 7643 reflections with I ? 2σ(I). In the molecule of IV metal atoms are separated by non-bonding distances (Cr … Cr 4.079(I), Cr … Pd 3.230(I) and 3.380(I) Å) but linked by the bridging tridentate sulphur atom (CrS 2.339(2) and 2.329(2), PdS 2.327(2) Å), and two SCMe3 groups between Pd and Cr (CrS 2.396(2) and 2.403(2), PdS 2.350(2) and 2.381(2) Å, Cr?Pd 85.14(6) and 89.92(6)°). The Cl atoms are transferred from Pd to Cr atoms (CrCl 2.308(2) Å) and being terminally coordinated are in trans-positions to each other (as well as η-CH3C5H4 rings) with respect to the Cr2Pd plane. Cr atoms in III and IV exhibit ferromagnetic exchange interactions over the Cr?Cr system (+2J = 28 and 11 cm?1, respectively).  相似文献

A copper(II) valerate complex with nicotinamide (L) [CuL2(C4H9COO)2] (I) has been synthesized and studied by IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetry. The crystal structure has been determined. The crystals of 1 are monoclinic, a = 11.297(1) Å, b = 6.666(1) Å, c = 16.873(2) Å, b = 108.50(1)°, V = 1204.9(3) Å3, Z = 2, space group P21/c. The structural units of the crystal of I are centrosymmetric tetragonal bipyramidal (4+2) complex molecules. The equatorial positions of the bipyramid are occupied by trans-arranged pairs of O (Cu-O, 1.973 Å) and N (Cu-N, 2.006 Å) atoms, and the axial positions are occupied by the second O atoms of the valerate anions located at longer distances (Cu-O, 2.506 Å). The supramolecular associates formed in the crystal are layers of hydrogen-bonded complexes. The disordered hydrocarbon “tails” of the valerate groups point toward the interlayer space.  相似文献

Crystal and molecular structures of the title compound have been determined from a three-dimensional X-ray analysis using diffractometer data. The crystals are triclinic, space group P1, with Z = 2 in a unit cell of dimensions a = 11.640(1), b = 10.9139(8), c = 16.587(2) Å, α = 87.983(5), β = 99.670(6), λ = 62.250(5)°. Full matrix least squares refinement has given a final R-factor of 0.043 for 2726 reflections for which I > 2σ(I).The crystal structure consists of discrete molecules of neutral complex together with water molecules which are hydrogen bonded into pairs [O ? O separation 2.60 Å]. 0The (H20)2 units do not hydrogen bond to any other atoms. The ruthenium coordination is octahedral with trans carbene and isocyanide, cis iodides, and cis phosphine and carbonyl ligands. The Ru-donor distances are 2.776(2) [I trans to -PPh3], 2.782(1) [I trans to -CO], 2.342(4) [PPh3], 1.855(15) [CO], 2.046(15) [C(carbene)], and 1.998(16) Å [C(isocyanide)]. The bond lengths are discussed in terms of the trans effects of the ligands. The C(carbene)-N distance is 1.26(2) Å and the Ru—C(carbene)—N angle is 141.5(5)°.  相似文献

Syntheses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been completed on two cycloruthenapentadienyl (CO)6Ru2L2 derivatives, with L = CH2OHC = CCH2OH and C2H5C=CCH2CH2OH respectively. Crystal data are as follows: for [(CO)3RuC4(CH2OH)4]Ru(CO)3·H2O, P21/c, a 13.72(1), b 9.501(4), c 14.86(1) Å, β 101.10(6)°, Rw = 0.052 for 1911 reflections; for [(CO)3RuC4(CH2CH2OH)2(C2H5)2]Ru(CO)3, P21/c, a 9.191(3), b 16.732(4), c 14.903(3) Å, β 113.61(4)°, Rw = 0.042 for 2865 reflections. Both compounds are built up from binuclear units, each unit being regarded as a Ru(CO)3 fragment π-bonded to a cycloruthenapentadienyl ring. The molecular parameters are compared with those of known cyclometallapentadienyl complexes of transition metals. The presence of a semi-bridging CO group is discussed.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Eu(TTA)2(NO3)(TPPO)2] (I) (TTA = thenoyltrifluoroacetone, TPPO = triphenylphosphine oxide) possessing intense triboluminescence was established by X-ray crystallography. The crystals are triclinic, noncentrocymmetrical: a = 11.047(3) Å, b = 11.794(3) Å, c = 12.537(3) Å; α = 102.635 (4)°, β = 102.088(4)°,γ = 117.765(3)°; space group P1, Z = 1. The central Eu(III) atom coordinates two oxygen atoms of two TPPO molecules at distances of 2.271 Å and 2.282 Å, two oxygen atoms of the nitrate group at distances of 2.478 Å and 2.481 Å, four oxygen atoms of two TTA ions at distances of 2.365 Å, 2.381 Å, and 2.363 Å, 2.371 Å (coordination number is 8). The coordination polyhedron of the Eu(III) atom is a distorted dodecahedron. Possible reasons for spectral differences in the Stark structure of photo-and triboluminescence of I are discussed.  相似文献

The crystal structures of (Ti1?xScx)2O3, x = 0.0038, 0.0109, and 0.0413, and of (Ti0.99Al0.01)2O3, have been determined from X-ray diffraction data collected from single crystals using an automated diffractometer, and have been refined to weighted residuals of 25–34. Cell constants have also been determined for x = 0.0005, 0.0019, and 0.0232. The compounds are rhombohedral, space group R3c, and are isomorphous with α-Al2O3. The hexagonal cell dimensions range from a = 5.1573(2)Å, c = 13.613(1)Å for (Ti0.9995Sc0.0005)2O3 to a = 5.1659(4)Å, c = 13.644(1)Å for (Ti0.9587Sc0.0413)2O3, and a = 5.1526(2)Å, c = 13.609(1)Å for (Ti0.99Al0.01)2O3. Sc and Al substitution cause similar increases in the short near-neighbor metal-metal distance across the shared octahedral face; for Sc doping the increase is from 2.578(1) Å in pure Ti2O3 to 2.597(1) Å in (Ti0.9587Sc0.0413)2O3. By contrast, changes in the metal-metal distance across the shared octahedral edge appear to be governed by ionic size effects. The distance increases from 2.994(1) Å in Ti2O3 to 3.000(1) Å in (Ti0.9587Sc0.0413)2O3 and decreases to 2.991(1) Å in (Ti0.99Al0.01)2O3.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of [tris(trimethylsilyl)silyl]pentacarbonylmanganese, (Me3Si)3SiMn(CO)5, have been determined from three-dimensional X-ray data obtained by counter methods. The compound crystallizes in space group P1 of the triclinic system, with two molecules in a unit cell of dimensions: a = 9.002(2), b = 9.655(2), c = 15.639(3) Å, α = 83.66(1), β = 105.65(1), γ = 114.61(1)°.The observed and calculated densities are 1.20 (±0.03) and 1.23 g-cm?3 respectively. Full-matrix least-squares refinement of the structure has led to a final value of the conventional R factor of 0.059 for the 818 independent reflections having F2 > 3σ(F2).The coordination geometry about the manganese atom is approximately octahedral and, about the silicon atom bonded to the manganese atom, tetrahedral. The relative orientations of carbonyl and trimethylsilyl groups, when viewed down the MnSi bond, appear consistent with minimization of energy due to nonbonded interactions. Two of the equatorial carbonyl groups are displaced out of the equatorial plane towards the silicon ligand by 6°. The SiMn bond is 2.564(6) Å long and has no multiple character.  相似文献

The structure of (η3-allyl)carbonylchlorobis(dimethylphenylphosphine)-iridium(III) hexafluorophosphate, [Ir(η3-C3H5)Cl(CO)(P(CH3)2(C6H5))2][PF6], has been determined from three-dimensional X-ray data to add support for a proposed mechanism of the oxidative addition of allyl halides to IrX(CO)(PR3)2 (X = halide). The compound crystallizes in space group C52h-P21/c with four formula units in a cell of dimensions a = 11.027(1), b = 12.230(2), c = 19.447(5) Å, and β = 103.16(2)0. Least-squares refinement of the structure has led to a value of the conventional R index (on F) of 0.066 for the 3018 independent reflections having F20>3—(F20). The crystal structure consists of discrete, monomericions. The hexafluorophosphate anion is disordered. The coordination geometry around the iridium atom may be described as octahedral, with the chloro ligand trans to the carbonyl group and each phosphorus atom trans to a terminal carbon of the allyl group. Structural parameters: Ir—P = 2.366(4), 2.347(3);Ir—Cl = 2.389(3); Ir—C(allyl) = 2.28(1), 2.24(1),2.25(1); Ir—C (carbonyl) = 1.85(1) Å; P—Ir—P = 105.7(1); C(terminal)—Ir—C(terminal) = 66.2(8); C—C—C = 125(2)o. The allyl group makes an angle of 126o with the P—Ir—P plane. Correlations between geometric structure and number of d electrons are noted among several M—C3H5-complexes, and are interpreted in the light of theoretical models of the M—C3H5- bond.  相似文献
