The title complex, chloro­bis{ethyl N‐[(4‐methyl­anilino)­thio­carbonyl]­carbamate‐κS}copper(I), [CuCl(C11H14N2O2S)2], was synthesized by the reaction of cupric chloride with the corresponding thio­urea derivative. The complex has imposed crystallographic m symmetry and the CuI coordination environment is trigonal planar, formed by two S atoms and one Cl atom. The formation of intramolecular hydrogen bonds promotes the stability of the complex.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐­amino­propyl)­ethyl­enedi­amine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐tri­thionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]­zinc(II) ethanol sol­vate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octa­hedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐­amino­propyl)­ethyl­enedi­amine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a tri­thio­cyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. The crystal structure of the compound is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C12H8N2)]·H2O}n or {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxy­isophthalic acid and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline), the Zn atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the phen ligands and by four O atoms from hydroxy­isophthalate ligands in a highly distorted octahedral geometry, with Zn—O distances in the range 2.042 (4)–2.085 (5) Å and Zn—N distances of 2.133 (5) and 2.137 (5) Å. The {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n infinite zigzag polymer forms a helical chain of [Zn2(OH‐BDC)2]n units. Face‐to‐face π–π interactions (3.60–3.75 Å) occur between two phen rings belonging to the same helical chain. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by O—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the carboxyl­ate O atoms, the hydroxyl group and the water mol­ecule, forming two‐dimensional sheets.  相似文献

At 160 K, one of the Cl atoms in the furanoid moiety of 3‐O‐acetyl‐1,6‐di­chloro‐1,4,6‐tri­deoxy‐β‐d ‐fructo­furan­osyl 2,3,6‐tri‐O‐acetyl‐4‐chloro‐4‐deoxy‐α‐d ‐galacto­pyran­oside, C20H27­Cl3O11, is disordered over two orientations, which differ by a rotation of about 107° about the parent C—C bond. The conformation of the core of the mol­ecule is very similar to that of 3‐O‐acetyl‐1,4,6‐tri­chloro‐1,4,6‐tri­deoxy‐β‐d ‐tagato­furanos­yl 2,3,6‐tri‐O‐acetyl‐4‐chloro‐4‐deoxy‐α‐d ‐galacto­pyran­oside, particularly with regard to the conformation about the glycosidic linkage.  相似文献

The tetra­thia­ne ring of the title compound, C26H16S4, has a chair conformation and the mol­ecule has approximate C2 symmetry. Each of the two fluorene ring systems is virtually planar, with the ring planes intersecting at an angle of 67.58 (5)°. This novel compound has been formed as a side product from the treatment of 9H‐fluorene‐9‐thione with methyl N‐[(benzyl­idene)­phenyl]­glycinate in the presence of LiBr and 1,6‐di­aza­bi­cyclo­[5.4.0]­un­decane.  相似文献

The title compound, 1‐(2′,3′‐di­deoxy‐β‐d ‐glycero‐pent‐2‐eno­furan­osyl)­thymine 1‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone solvate, C10H12N2O4·­C5H9NO, is an NMPO solvate of the anti‐AIDS agent D4T. In its crystal structure, both the pyrimidine and the furan­ose rings are planar and approximately perpendicular [82.1 (4)°]. The value of the torsion angle defining the orientation of the thymine with respect to the joined furane, χ = ?100.8 (4)°, and that of the torsion angle giving the orientation of the hydroxyl group linked to the furane ring, γ = 52.9 (5)°, show that the gly­cosyl­ic link adopts the so‐called high‐anti conformation and the 5′‐hydroxyl group is in the +sc position. The NMPO solvate is linked to the nucleoside through a fairly strong hydrogen bond.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni2(C10H20N4O2)(C12H12N2)2](ClO4)2 or [Ni(dmaeoxd)Ni(dmbp)2](ClO4)2 {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis­[2‐(dimethyl­amino)ethyl]oxamide and dmbp is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine}, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand is in a cis conformation and bridges two NiII atoms, one of which is located in a slightly distorted square‐planar environment, while the other is in an irregular octa­hedral environment. The cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis running through both Ni atoms. The dmaeoxd2− ligands inter­act with each other via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π inter­actions, which results in an extended chain along the c axis.  相似文献

A new type of benzo­thia­zolinone derivative with potential pharmacological activity, viz. 6‐(3,4‐di­fluoro­benzoyl)‐3‐[2‐(4‐pyridyl)­ethyl]‐1,3‐benzo­thia­zol‐2(3H)‐one, C21H14F2N2O2S, has been prepared and studied by NMR, IR and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. The mol­ecule is not planar, the pyridine and di­fluoro­benzene moieties being located above and below the benzo­thia­zole ring system. The carbonyl O atoms are involved in an intramolecular hydrogen‐bond‐type interaction.  相似文献

The title compound, methyl (2aS,3R,5R,5aS,6S,6aS,8R,9aS,10aR,10bR,10cS)‐8‐(3‐furyl)‐2a,4,5,5a,6,6a,8,9,9a,10a,10b,10c‐dodeca­hydro‐3‐hydroxy‐2a,5a,6a,7‐tetra­methyl‐5‐(3‐methylbut‐2‐enoyl­oxy)‐2H,3H‐cyclo­penta­[4′,5′]­furo­[2′,3′:6,5]benzo[cd]­isobenzo­furan‐6‐acetate, C32H42O8, was isolated from uncrushed green leaves of Azadirachta indica A. Juss (neem) and has been found to possess antifeedant activity against Spodptera litura. The conformations of the functional groups are similar to those of 3‐des­acetyl­salannin, which was isolated from neem kernels. The mol­ecules are linked into chains by intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, di‐μ‐chloro‐bis{[(2,3,4‐η)‐ethyl 6,6‐di­methyl‐5‐oxohept‐2‐enoato]­palladium(II)}, [Pd2Cl2(C11­H17­O3)2], is a binuclear chloro‐bridged palladium allyl complex that was obtained serendipitously From the reaction of 6,6‐di­methyl‐2‐hepten‐4‐ynoate with Na2PdCl4 in water‐containing alcohol. The allyl group is substituted with an ester and a tert‐butyl­carboxy group. The dimeric mol­ecules link via C—H?O contacts into a two‐dimensional network parallel to the bc plane.  相似文献

The title compound, C23H15Cl2NO3, crystallizes with two independent mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit. The chroman­one moiety consists of a benzene ring fused with a six‐membered heterocyclic ring which adopts a sofa conformation. The five‐membered spiro­isoxazoline ring is in an envelope conformation. The p‐chloro­phenyl rings bridged by the five‐membered ring are nearly perpendicular to each other. The chromanone moiety of one mol­ecule packs into the cavity formed by the p‐chloro­phenyl rings of a second mol­ecule through the formation of C—H?π interactions. The structure is stabilized by weak C—H?O, C—H?Cl and C—H?π interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cd(C9H6O5)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]n, the CdII atom is coordinated in a distorted octa­hedral fashion by two carboxyl­ate groups (one in a monodentate and one in a bidentate fashion) from two 4‐carboxyl­ato­phenoxy­acetate anions, two N atoms from a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand and one aqua ligand. The structure is a helix with a long pitch of 16.441 (5) Å. A three‐dimensional supra­molecular network is further constructed through π–π stacking and hydrogen‐bonding inter­actions between the helices.  相似文献

Ethyl N‐­[2‐(hydroxy­acetyl)‐4‐methyl­phenyl]carbamate, C12H15NO4, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P; pairs of mol­ecules are weakly linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond and these aggregates are linked into chains by two independent aromatic π–π stacking inter­actions.  相似文献

In the title complex, {[Mn(C4O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]·H2O}n, each MnII ion has a distorted octa­hedral coordination formed by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐bipyridine ligand, three carboxyl O atoms of three different acetyl­ene­dicarboxyl­ate ligands and one coordinated water mol­ecule. The title compound, [Ti2(CF3O3S)4(C14H15NO2S)2]·2CH2Cl2, consists of unique centrosymmetric dimers, with an eight‐membered ring derived from the monomer subunits by formation of two Ti—(N,O)—S—O head‐to‐tail sequences around a crystallographic inversion centre, and two ordered di­chloro­methane solvate mol­ecules. The Ti ion has distorted octahedral coordination, through the N atom and one O atom of one p‐toluene­sulfon­amido group linked by an ethyl group to the bound cyclo­penta­diene moiety, one O atom from the other p‐toluene­sulfon­amido group and two singly bound tri­fluoro­methanesulfonates moieties which are coordinated in pseudo‐cis positions. The title compound, catena‐poly­[[μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2C:N‐di­cyano‐1κ2Ctrans‐bis­[N‐(2‐hydroxy­ethyl)­ethane‐1,2‐di­amine‐2κ2N,N′]­cadmium(II)­nickel(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐1:2′κ2C:N], [CdNi(CN)4(C4H12N2O)2], consists of alternating square‐planar Ni(CN)4 fragments, formally dianionic, and Cd(hydet‐en)2 moieties [hydet‐en is N‐(2‐hydroxy­ethyl)­ethyl­ene­di­amine], with the two bridging cyanide ligands in a mutually trans disposition at the Ni atom and cis at the Cd atom. The resulting one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure has the Ni atom on an inversion center, while the distorted octahedron centered on the Cd atom lies on a twofold axis. The polymer chains are connected into undulating sheets by weak interchain N—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, which are also present between successive sheets.  相似文献

Three related compounds containing a pyrazole moiety with vicinal phenyl rings featuring a methyl­sulfonyl substituent are described, namely 3‐methyl‐1‐[4‐(methyl­sulfonyl)­phenyl]‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C17H16N2O2S, ethyl 1‐[4‐(methyl­sul­fonyl)­phenyl]‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxyl­ate, C19H18N2O4S, and 1‐[4‐(methyl­sulfonyl)­phenyl]‐3‐[3‐(morpholino)­phenoxy­methyl]‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole, C27H27N3O4S. The design of these compounds was based on celecoxib, a selective cyclo­oxy­genase‐2 (COX‐2) inhibitor, in order to study the influence of various substituents on COX‐2 and 5‐lipoxy­genase (5‐LOX) inhibition.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds, alternatively called 2,2′‐(2,2′‐bi­imid­azole‐1,1′‐diyl)­diaceto­hydra­zide monohydrate, C10H14N8O2·H2O, (I), and 3,3′‐(2,2′‐bi­imid­azole‐1,1′‐diyl)­dipropion­o­hydra­zide, C12H18N8O2, (II), respectively, have been determined. The mol­ecules consist of half‐mol­ecule asymmetric units related by a twofold rotation in (I) and by a center of inversion in (II). The imidazole rings of both mol­ecules crystallize in a nearly coplanar fashion [dihedral angles of 5.91 (3) and 0.0 (1)° for (I) and (II), respectively]. Both planar hy­dra­zinocarbonylalkyl substituents are essentially planar and assume the E orientation.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, (C2H10N2)[Cr(C4H9N2O2)2]2Cl4·2H2O, has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies at 293 and 100 K. The analyses demonstrated that the crystal consists of ethyl­enedi­ammonium dications (which lie about inversion centres), bis­[N‐(2‐amino­ethyl)­glycin­ato]­chromium(III) monocations, Cl? anions and hydrate water mol­ecules, in a molecular ratio of 1:2:4:2. The complex cation unit has a slightly distorted octahedrally coordinated Cr atom, with two Cr—O and four Cr—N bonds in the ranges 1.951 (1)–1.953 (1) and 2.054 (1)–2.089 (2) Å, respectively, at 293 K. The geometry of the bis­[N‐(2‐amino­ethyl)­glycinato]­chromium(III) moiety was found to be trans,cis,cis with respect to the carboxyl­ate O atom and the primary and secondary amine N atoms. The two analyses, at 293 and 100 K, exhibited no remarkable structural differences, although the colour of the crystals did differ, being red at 293 K and orange at 100 K.  相似文献

The (3R*,3′R*) configuration of the title compound, C18H16N2S2, (I), has been unambiguously elucidated by X‐­ray analysis. Mol­ecules of (I) have C2 symmetry to a good approximation and a strongly folded shape. The interplanar angle between the two halves of a mol­ecule is 67.11 (6)°.  相似文献
