The novel PtII–dibenzo‐18‐crown‐6 (DB18C6) title complex, μ‐[tetrakis(thiocyanato‐S)platinum(II)]‐N:N′‐bis{[2,5,8,15,18,21‐hexaoxatricyclo[20.4.0.19,14]hexacosa‐1(22),9(14),10,12,23,25‐hexaene‐κ6O]potassium(I)}, [K(C20H24O6)]2[Pt(SCN)4], has been isolated and characterized by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The structure analysis shows that the complex displays a quasi‐one‐dimensional infinite chain of two [K(DB18C6)]+ complex cations and a [Pt(SCN)4]2? anion, bridged by K+?π interactions between adjacent [K(DB18C6)]+ units.  相似文献

The title compound, [Dy2(C8H7O2)6(C12H8N2)2], forms binuclear complexes, viz. di‐μ‐4‐methylbenzoato‐κ4O:O′‐bis[bis(4‐methylbenzoato‐κ2O,O′)(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)dysprosium(III)] tetra‐μ‐4‐methylbenzoato‐κ8O:O′‐bis[(4‐methylbenzoato‐κ2O,O′)(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)dysprosium(III)]. There are two independent binuclear complexes in the asymmetric unit, both of which are centrosymmetric. In one, the DyIII ions are linked by two bridging 4‐methylbenzoate groups, while in the other, the DyIII ions are linked by four bridging 4‐methylbenzoate groups. The remaining 4‐methylbenzoate groups and 1,10‐phenanthroline units coordinate to just one metal ion in bidentate modes.  相似文献

(1,4,7,10,13,16‐Hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)potassium pentaiodide, [K(C12H24O6)]I5, obtained by slow evaporation of an ethanol solution of KI, 18‐crown‐6 and I2, contains [K(18‐crown‐6)]+ cations (Ci symmetry) and I5 anions (C2 symmetry), which are arranged in alternating layers parallel to (001). In contrast to the well known tendency of I5 ions to form chains and nets, the I5 units in the title compound are isolated.  相似文献

In the title compound, (1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐1κ6O)‐μ‐oxo‐1:2κ2O:O‐hexakis(tetrahydroborato)‐1κ3H;2κ2H;2κ2H;2κ3H;2κ3H;2κ3H‐diuranium(IV), [U2(BH4)6O(C12H24O6)], one of the U atoms (U1), located at the centre of the crown ether moiety, is bound to the six ether O atoms, and also to a tridentate tetrahydroborate group and a μ‐oxo atom in axial positions. The other U atom (U2) is bound to the same oxo group and to five tetrahydroborate moieties, three of them tridentate and the other two bidentate. The two metal centres are bridged by the μ‐oxo atom in an asymmetric fashion, thus giving the species (18‐crown‐6)(κ3‐BH4)U=(μ‐O)—U(κ3‐BH4)32‐BH4)2, in which the U1=O and U2—O bond lengths to the μ‐O atom [1.979 (5) and 2.187 (5) Å, respectively] are indicative of the presence of positive and negative partial charges on U1 and U2, respectively.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound {systematic name: di‐μ‐sulfido‐bis[diaqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)barium(II)] bis[1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide]}, [Ba2S2(C12H24O6)2(H2O)4](C7H5NO3S)2, lies on an inversion centre. The BaII atom encapsulated by the 18‐crown‐6 ring is coordinated by the six O atoms of the crown, two water O atoms and two bridging S atoms. The four‐membered ring composed of the BaII atoms and the bridging S atoms makes a dihedral angle of 67.1 (1)° with the crown‐ether ring. The aromatic ring system of the saccharin moiety is essentially planar. The packing is built up from layers of the molecules and is stabilized by three intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of catena‐poly[[(6‐carboxypyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ3O,N,O′)lithium(I)]‐μ‐aqua‐κ2O:O], [Li(C7H4NO4)(H2O)]n, contains the Li+ ion coordinated to two O atoms and the N atom of the 6‐carboxypyridine‐2‐carboxylate ligand, and to two water O atoms, forming a pentavalent coordination geometry. The molecule resides on a mirror plane which contains the Li and N atoms, the para‐CH unit, and the O atom of the coordinated water molecule. The O atom of the water molecule is coordinated to two Li atoms, forming an infinite polymeric chain.  相似文献

In the title compound, 4‐amino‐2‐(2‐O‐methyl‐β‐d ‐ribofuranosyl)‐2H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine monohydrate, C11H15N5O4·H2O, the conformation of the N‐glycosylic bond is syn [χ = 20.1 (2)°]. The ribofuranose moiety shows a C3′‐endo (3T2) sugar puckering (N‐type sugar), and the conformation at the exocyclic C4′—C5′ bond is −ap (trans). The nucleobases are stacked head‐to‐head. The three‐dimensional packing of the crystal structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonds between the 2′‐O‐methylribonucleosides and the solvent molecules.  相似文献

The title compound, bis(2,4‐dinitrophenolato‐κ2O,O′)(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxadecane‐κ6O)barium(II), [Ba(C6H3N2O5)2(C12H24O6)], is a 1:1 complex of barium(II)–2,4‐dinitrophenolate and 1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane (18‐crown‐6). Its structure is located on a crystallographic inversion centre. The temperature dependence of the crystal structure has been studied. The monoclinic β angle of the P21n space group increases with increasing temperature. The packing structure of the complex is stabilized by intermolecular C—H?O interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, 4,7,13,16,21,24‐hexaoxa‐1,10‐diazoniabicyclo[8.8.8]hexacosane dioxo[7,13,21,27‐tetraphenyl‐3,17‐dioxapentacyclo[23.3.1.15,9.111,15.119,23]ditriaconta‐1(29),5,7,9(30),11(31),12,14,19(32),20,22,25,27‐dodecaene‐29,30,31,32‐tetraolato]uranium dimethyl sulfoxide trisolvate, (C18H38N2O6)[U(C54H40O6)O2]·3C2H6OS, the uranyl ion is bound to the four phenoxide groups of the deprotonated p‐phenyltetrahomodioxacalix[4]arene ligand in a cone conformation, resulting in a dianionic complex. The diprotonated [2.2.2]cryptand counter‐ion is located in the cavity defined by the eight aromatic rings of the homooxacalixarene, where it is held by cation–anion, cation–π and possibly C—H⋯π interactions. Dimerization in the packing leads to the formation of sandwich assemblages in which two diprotonated [2.2.2]cryptands are encompassed by two uranyl complexes.  相似文献

The X‐ray structure determinations of the two title compounds, namely 7‐methyl‐7,17‐diaza‐3,11‐diazoniabicyclo[11.3.1]heptadeca‐1(17),13,15‐triene dichloride monohydrate, C14H26N42+·2Cl?·H2O, (I), and 7‐methyl‐17‐aza‐3,7,11‐triazoniabicyclo[11.3.1]heptadeca‐1(17),13,15‐triene 2.826‐chloride 0.174‐nitrate, C14H27N43+·2.826Cl?·0.174NO3?, (II), are reported. Protonation occurs at the secondary amine N atoms in (I) and at all three amine N atoms in (II) to which the Cl? ions are linked via N—H?Cl hydrogen bonds. The macrocyclic hole is quite different in both structures, as is observed by comparing particularly the N3?N4 distances [2.976 (4) and 4.175 (4) Å for (I) and (II), respectively]. In (II), a Cl? ion alternates with an NO3? ion in a disordered structure.  相似文献

Cyclam derivatives and their metal complexes have been found to exhibit an anti‐HIV effect and stimulate the activity of stem cells from bone marrow. The strength of their binding to the CXCR4 receptor correlates with anti‐HIV and stem‐cell activities. Knowledge of the conformation and crystal packing of various macrocyclic metal complexes has become important in developing new effective anti‐HIV drugs. The synthesis and preparation of single crystals of a new Cu2+‐doped macrocyclic compound, (3,14‐diethyl‐2,6,13,17‐tetraazatricyclo[16.4.0.07,12]docosane)copper(II) bis(perchlorate)–3,14‐diethyl‐2,13‐diaza‐6,17‐diazoniatricyclo[16.4.0.07,12]docosane bis(perchlorate) (0.69/0.31), {[Cu(C22H44N4)](ClO4)2}0.69·(C22H46N42+·2ClO4?)0.31, is reported. Characterization by X‐ray diffraction analysis shows that the asymmetric unit contains half of a centrosymmetric molecule. The macrocyclic ligand in the compound adopts the most stable trans‐III conformation. The Cu—N distances of 2.015 (3) and 2.047 (3) Å are normal, but the long axial Cu—O bond of 2.795 (3) Å may be due to a combination of the Jahn–Teller effect and the strong in‐plane ligand field. The crystal structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonding between secondary N—H groups, the N atoms of the macrocycle and the O atoms of the perchlorate anions. Hirshfeld surface analysis with 2D (two‐dimensional) fingerprint plots indicates that the main contributions to the crystal packing are from H…H (58.0%) and H…O/O…H (41.9%) interactions. Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) properties are also described.  相似文献

In the two compounds (borohydrido)(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)potassium, [K(BH4)(C12H24O6)], (I), and (borohydrido)(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxa‐2,3:11,12‐dibenzocyclooctadeca‐2,11‐diene‐κ6O)(tetrahydrofuran)potassium, [K(BH4)(C4H8O)(C20H24O6)], (II), the K atom is bound to the six O atoms of the crown ether and to a tridentate borohydride group, with further coordination to a tetrahydrofuran molecule in (II). The alkali metal ion environment is thus distorted hexagonal–pyramidal in (I) and bipyramidal in (II).  相似文献

The structures of the title compound, C20H24N2O4S2, and its mercury(II) dichloride complex, dichloro{20‐dicyanomethylene‐5,8,11,14‐tetraoxa‐2,17‐dithiabicyclo[16.4.1]tricosa‐1(23),18,21‐triene‐κ4OS17}mercury(II), [HgCl2(C20H24N2O4S2)], have been determined by X‐ray crystallographic analyses. The mercury(II) dichloride complex has two independent molecules of [HgCl2(C20H24N2O4S2)] in the lattice. The mercury(II) ion has pentagonal bipyramidal coordination which involves one S atom, four O atoms and two Cl? ions.  相似文献

Uranyl nitrate hexahydrate reacts with bis[2‐(2‐hydroxyphenoxy)ethoxy]ethane (C18H22O6), denoted LH2 hereafter, in the presence of triethylamine to give triethylammonium aqua[2,2′‐(3,6‐dioxaoctane‐1,8‐diyldioxy)diphenolato‐κ2O,O′](nitrato‐κ2O,O′)dioxouranium(VI), (Et3NH)[UO2(H2O)L(NO3)], which possesses a symmetry plane. The uranyl ion is coordinated to the two phenoxide O atoms, a nitrate ion and a water molecule (first sphere); the water molecule is itself held in the crown ether chain by hydrogen‐bonding interactions, thus ensuring second‐sphere coordination by the ligand L.  相似文献

The title compound, [5,10,15,20‐meso‐tetrakis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)porphyrinato‐κ4N]zinc(II) tris(dibenzo‐24‐crown‐8) methanol tetrasolvate, [Zn(C44H28N4O4)]·3C24H32O8·4CH4O, was synthesized and its molecular structure precisely characterized by low‐temperature single‐crystal analysis. All the components are involved in hydrogen bonding with each other, thus forming an extensively hydrogen‐bonded supramolecular lattice. The functionalized porphyrin moiety coordinates both equatorially and axially to the neighboring species.  相似文献

In the title compound, 4‐amino‐1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐6‐methylsulfanyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine, C11H16N5O3S, the conformation of the glycosidic bond is between anti and high anti. The 2′‐deoxyribofuranosyl moiety adopts the C3′‐exo–C4′‐endo conformation (3T4, S‐type sugar pucker), and the conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is +sc (+gauche). The exocyclic 6‐amine group and the 2‐methylsulfanyl group lie on different sides of the heterocyclic ring system. The molecules form a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network that is stabilized by O—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In both the title structures, O‐ethyl N‐(2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl)thiocarbamate, C17H25NO10S, and O‐methyl N‐(2,3,4,6‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl)thiocarbamate, C16H23NO10S, the hexopyranosyl ring adopts the 4C1 conformation. All the ring substituents are in equatorial positions. The acetoxymethyl group is in a gauchegauche conformation. The S atom is in a synperiplanar conformation, while the C—N—C—O linkage is antiperiplanar. N—H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the molecules into infinite chains and these are connected by C—H?O interactions.  相似文献

In the title hydrated adduct, 1,4,10,13‐tetraoxa‐7,16‐diazoniacyclooctadecane bis(4‐aminobenzenesulfonate) dihydrate, C12H28N2O42+·2C6H6NO3S·2H2O, formed between 7,16‐diaza‐18‐crown‐6 and the dihydrate of 4‐aminobenzenesulfonic acid, the macrocyclic cations lie across centres of inversion in the orthorhombic space group Pbca. The anions alone form zigzag chains, and the cations and anions together form sheets that are linked via water molecules and anions to form a three‐dimensional grid.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, K[Ag(CN)2]·C12H24O6, conventionally denoted K(18‐crown‐6)Ag(CN)2, where 18‐crown‐6 is 1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane, is characterized by closely packed linear chains formed by the coordination of the nitrile N atoms of the [Ag(CN)2] anions to the K+ cations. The K atoms lie on centers of inversion and are additionally bound to the six O atoms of the crown ether.  相似文献
