Long‐chain aliphatic amines such as (S,Z)‐heptadec‐9‐en‐7‐amine and 9‐aminoheptadecane were synthesized from ricinoleic acid and oleic acid, respectively, by whole‐cell cascade reactions using the combination of an alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) from Micrococcus luteus, an engineered amine transaminase from Vibrio fluvialis (Vf‐ATA), and a photoactivated decarboxylase from Chlorella variabilis NC64A (Cv‐FAP) in a one‐pot process. In addition, long chain aliphatic esters such as 10‐(heptanoyloxy)dec‐8‐ene and octylnonanoate were prepared from ricinoleic acid and oleic acid, respectively, by using the combination of the ADH, a Baeyer–Villiger monooxygenase variant from Pseudomonas putida KT2440, and the Cv‐FAP. The target compounds were produced at rates of up to 37 U g?1 dry cells with conversions up to 90 %. Therefore, this study contributes to the preparation of industrially relevant long‐chain aliphatic chiral amines and esters from renewable fatty acid resources.  相似文献

The reverse osmosis (RO) separation of aqueous organic solutions, such as alcohols, amines, aldehydes, acids,ketones, and esters etc., by PAA (polyacrylic acid)/PSF (polysulfone) composite membrane has been studied. It was foundthat the separation results for aliphatic alcohols, amines and aldehydes are satisfactory, the solute rejection (R_a) and thevolume fluxes of solutions (J_v) for 1000 ppm ethanol, ethylamine and ethyl aldehyde are 66.2%, 61.0%, 84.0% and 0.90×10~(-6), 0.35×10~(-6), 0.40×10~(-6) m~3/m~2·s, respectively, at 5.0 MPa and 30℃. R_a increased with increasing molecular weights ofalcohols, amines and aldehydes, and the R_a for n-amyl alcohol, n-butylamine and n-butyl aldehyde reached 94.3%, 88.6%and 96.0%, respectively. Satisfactory separation results (R_a>70%) for ketones, esters, phenols and polyols have beenobtained with the PAA/PSF composite membrane. The effect of operating pressure on the properties of reverse osmosis hasalso been investigated. Analysis of experimental data with Spiegler-Kedem's transport model has been carried out and themembrane constants such as reflection coefficient σ, solute and hydraulic permeabilities ω and L_p for several organic soluteshave been obtained.  相似文献

The synthesis of several ricinoleic acid thiol esters starting from cis-(R)-12-hydroxyoctadec-9-enoic acid and thiols in the presence of N,N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) is described. The method is efficient for aromatic and aliphatic thiols, selectively affording the respective fat acid thiol esters in good yields under mild, neutral, and solvent-free conditions. The protocol is general and was extended to other carboxylic acids, furnishing the desired products in satisfactory yields. The (R,Z)-12-hydroxy-octadec-9-enylic acid benzylthiol ester 3a was successfully reduced to (R,Z)-12-hydroxyoctadec-9-enal 4.   相似文献

The reductive aminase from Aspergillus oryzae (Asp RedAm) was combined with a single alcohol dehydrogenase (either metagenomic ADH‐150, an ADH from Sphingobium yanoikuyae (SyADH), or a variant of the ADH from Thermoanaerobacter ethanolicus (Te SADH W110A)) in a redox‐neutral cascade for the biocatalytic alkylation of amines using primary and secondary alcohols. Aliphatic and aromatic secondary amines were obtained in up to 99 % conversion, as well as chiral amines directly from the racemic alcohol precursors in up to >97 % ee , releasing water as the only byproduct.  相似文献

Direct C(sp3)-H functionalization of N-unprotected aliphatic amines represents one of the most efficient and straightforward strategies for amine synthesis. Despite some recent progress in this field, the NH2-directed γ-C(sp3)-H arylation of primary aliphatic amines except α-amino esters remained an unmet challenge. In this report, we established a simple and efficient method for site-selective C(sp3)-H arylation of primary aliphatic amines by aryl iodides. In the presence of only 5 mol% Pd(OAc)2, a wide range of aliphatic amines including O-benzyl and O-silyl amino alcohols were arylated at γ- or δ-positions by aryl iodides containing a broad scope of functional groups. The synthetic application of this method had also been demonstrated by large-scale synthesis, the synthesis of a fingolimod analogue, and the conjugation with natural d-menthol and fluorescent 1,8-naphthalimide.  相似文献

Method of synthesis of maleopimaric N-(n-alkyl)imides by the reaction of maleopimaric acid with primary aliphatic amines in melt was developed. The kinetics of oxidation of aliphatic amines viz., ethylamine, n-butylamine, isopropylamine (primary amines), diethylamine (secondary amine), and triethylamine (tertiary amine) by chloramine-T have been studied in NaOH medium catalyzed by osmium (VIII) and in perchloric acid medium with ruthenium(III) as catalyst. The order of reaction in [Chloramine-T] is always found to be unity. A zero order dependence of rate with respect to each [OH?] and [Amine] has been observed during the osmium(VIII) catalyzed oxidation of diethylamine and triethylamine while a retarding effect of [OH?] or [Amine] on the rate of oxidation is observed in case of osmium(VIII) catalyzed oxidation of primary aliphatic amines. The ruthenium(III) catalyzed oxidation of amines follow almost similar kinetics. The order of reactions in [Amine] or [Acid] decreases from unity at higher amine or acid concentrations. The rate of oxidation is proportional to {k′ and k″ [Ruthenium(III)] or [Osmium(VIII)]} where k′ and k″ (having different values in case of ruthenium(III) and osmium(VIII)) are the rate constants for uncatalyzed and catalyzed path respectively. The suitable mechanism consisting with the kinetic data is proposed in each case and discussed.  相似文献

Herein, we report an efficient photocatalytic strategy for the decarboxylative transformations of redox-active esters to construct C=C, C(sp3)−N, and C(sp3)−X bonds in a single-step. This operationally simple method provides a straightforward access to a variety of protected alkyl amines, alkyl halides and olefins under mild conditions in the absence of metals and photocatalysts. The method can successfully be applied to primary, secondary, and tertiary aliphatic carboxylic acid derivatives. Mechanistic studies indicate that the charge transfer complex (CTC) was formed by nBu4NI with redox-active esters, in which the nBu4NI acted as both an iodine source and an efficient electron donor.  相似文献

7‐Alkanoyloxy‐3,7‐dimefhyl‐7,8‐dihydro‐6H‐isochromene‐6,8‐diones 12‐15 were synthesized in 69‐16% yields from the reaction of 2,4‐dihydroxy‐3‐methyl‐6‐(2‐oxopropyl)benzaldehyde 11 with p‐toluenesulfonic acid in various carboxylic acids such as acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid and heptanoic acid followed by oxidation with lead tetraacetate. On the other hand, (±)‐daldinin A 5 (oleate) was not obtained using oleic acid as a medium. In the cases of heptanoic acid and oleic acid, esters 16 and 17 were produced in 23 and 9% yields, respectively. 6,8‐Dihydroxy‐3,7‐dimethyl‐2‐benzopyrylium p‐toluenesulfonate 31 is considered as the intermediate for the production of 12‐15. Overall yields of isochromenes 12‐15 were 26‐6% starting from 2‐methylresorcinol for seven steps.  相似文献

Biuret oligomers and polymers from primary aliphatic amines and aromatic or aliphatic diisocyanates have been synthesized. To demonstrate the feasibility of the synthesis of polybiurets, aliphatic primary amines with n-propyl, n-hexyl, n-octyl, and n-dodecyl groups have been incorporated. For the synthesis of biuret oligomers of biologically active primary aliphatic amines [8-(4-amino-1-methylbutylamino)-6-methoxyquinoline] (primaquine) and adamantanamine were selected. Primaquine was also incorporated into polyepichlorohydrin by nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine of the chloromethyl group by the primary aliphatic amino group of primaquine. The structure of the biuret polymers was established by elemental analysis, and by infrared 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopic characterization. Several attempts to use primaquine as a diamine for the formation of condensation polymers, including reaction of primaquine with sebacoyl chloride (to form polyamides), or with diisocyanates (to form polyureas) were unsuccessful.  相似文献

Summary: Self metathesis of oleochemicals offers a variety of bifunctional compounds, that can be used as monomer for polymer production. Many precursors are in huge scales available, like oleic acid ester (biodiesel), oleyl alcohol (tensides), oleyl amines (tensides, lubricants). The labelling of castor oil, hydrolyzed castor oil and oleic acid by iodine monochloride and chloramine-T has been investigated. The effect of iodinating agent and concentration of castor oil on labelling yield has been studied. A comparative pharmacological study with analogous aliphatic fatty acids was caried out. Castor oil labelled with iodine monochloride concentrates in heart and liver in good proportion, better than other natural fatty acids and nearly equal to analogous fatty acids. Infrared study revealed that the OH group in ricinoleic acid may protect the125I added across the double bond with minor changes in biochemical properties and better extraction by the muscle of the heart.  相似文献

The development of catalysts capable of catalyzing amidation of esters with amines to construct amides under mild conditions is of great importance. Compared to aliphatic amines, the direct catalytic amidation of esters with less nucleophilic aromatic amines is rather difficult. Employing simple lanthanide tris (amide) complexes Ln[N (SiMe3)2]3(μ-Cl)Li (THF)3 as the catalysts, it was found a broad range of aromatic amines and esters were efficiently converted into various amides in good yields under mild conditions. A plausible mechanism for this transformation was experimentally supported as starting from an amide exchange reaction between the lanthanide tris (amide) complex and the substrate amine.  相似文献

以间苯二甲酸为隔离基, 酰胺键桥联L-氨基酸甲酯构成手臂, 在微波辐射下合成了具有不同手性中心和裂穴的新型手性芳酰胺类分子钳. 结构均经1H NMR, IR及元素分析确证, 并考察了其对芳香胺类化合物和D/L-氨基酸甲酯的识别性能. 初步研究表明, 这类分子钳受体不仅对中性小分子具有优良的识别性能, 其结合常数(Ka)可达2.66×103 L•mol-1, 而且对D/L-氨基酸甲酯亦具有良好的手性识别能力.  相似文献

Summary: Carboxylic acids were efficiently activated with N,N′‐carbonyldiimidazole (CDI) and applied for the acylation of cellulose under homogeneous conditions using dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)/tetrabutylammonium fluoride trihydrate (TBAF) as solvent. The simple and elegant method is a very mild and easily applicable tool for the synthesis of pure aliphatic, alicyclic, bulky, and unsaturated cellulose esters with degrees of substitution of up to 1.9. Products are soluble in organic solvents, e.g., DMSO or N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF). The cellulose esters were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and show no impurities or substructures resulting from side reactions.

The reactivity of 2‐cyano‐2‐isocyanoalkanoates 2 in multi‐component reactions was investigated, i.e., in the Passerini reaction and the Ugi‐four‐component condensation (see Schemes 2 and 3, resp.). Interestingly, the structure of the 2‐cyano‐2‐isocyanoalkanoates 2 strictly limited the possible starting materials. Only the combination of aliphatic aldehydes, halogenated acetic acid derivatives, and nonaromatic amines gave satisfactory results, i.e., provided depsidipeptides 5 (Tables 3 and 4) and depsitripeptides 9 (Tables 6), respectively. Some of the products of the multicomponent reactions were transformed into crystalline compounds by decarboxylation (see Scheme 4). After fractional crystallization, the molecular structure of one of the decarboxylated depsitripeptides, i.e., of 10 , was established by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

Homologous N,N-dimethyl-phenylalkylamine oxides and N,N-dimethyl-diphenylalkylamine oxides were prepared. Their basicity and lipophilicity (octan-1-ol/H2O) were compared to those of the parent amines. In contrast to the amines, the basicity of all N,N-dimethyl-arylalkylamine oxides showed very limited pKa variations (range 4.65 – 5.01) with increasing chain length and number of Ph groups. The N-oxides in their neutral form had a log PN value lower by 2.77±0.34 (n=9) units than that of the parent amine. The log PC of the cationic N,N-dimethyl-diphenylalkylamines was lower than that of their neutral form, with a decrement diff(log PN−C) that increased from 3.25 to 4.21 in the homologous series. Unexpectedly, the decrement diff(log PN−C) for the N-oxides was much smaller than for the tertiary amines, being 0.23 for the aliphatic N,N-dimethyl-pentylamine oxide, 0.47±0.13 for the phenylalkylamine oxides, and 0.80±0.07 for the diphenylalkylamine oxides. In fact, the protonated N-oxides had log PC values that were quite comparable to those of the protonated parent amines. Because of the differences in basicity, the difference in distribution coefficients at physiological pH (log D7.4) between a tertiary arylalkylamine and its N-oxide was 0.82±0.66 (n=9). The pharmacokinetic implication is that N-oxygenation may have a smaller effect on the urinary excretion of tertiary amines than usually assumed.  相似文献

Statistic and block copolymers exhibiting activated ester side groups were synthesized by reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer polymerization in the presence of cumyl dithiobenzoate, benzyl dithiobenzoate, and 4‐cyano‐4‐((thiobenzoyl)sulfanyl)pentanoic acid as chain transfer agents. Pentafluorophenyl methacrylate and pentafluorophenyl 4‐vinylbenzoate were used to enable a sequential functionalization of the obtained copolymers by conversion of the activated esters with different amines. 1H NMR spectroscopy, 19F NMR spectroscopy, and FTIR spectroscopy showed the successful step‐by‐step conversion of the different activated esters by aniline followed by aliphatic amines, thereby realizing a sequential functionalization of block copolymers with just one specific reactive group. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
