Ab initio calculations have been performed on B4H4, B4Cl4 and B4F4 in order to aid our understanding of the bonding in these compounds, which is presumably based on a tetrahedral boron cage. This cage has only 8 electrons and so is less than that expected on the basis of the usual framework electron counting rules. Basis sets with polarisation functions were used at the SCF, CI and CPF levels of theory to confirm that the T d structures are indeed more stable than the D 4h ones. Davidson-Roby population analyses were able to show that many factors, including 3-centre 2-electron bonding and backbonding from the ligand to the boron cage, are of importance in determining the relative stability of the three compounds, of which B4Cl4 is the only one that has yet been observed experimentally.  相似文献

New complexes, [Fe(L)Cl], [Ni(L)], and [Zn(L)C2H5OH] (1–3), were synthesized by template reaction of 2-hydroxy-acetophenone-S-methyl-thiosemicarbazone with 2-hydroxy-benzaldehyde. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic measurements, FT-IR, 1H NMR, UV–visible, and ESI–MS spectra. In these complexes, the ligand is coordinated to the metal ion as dinegatively charged tetradentate chelating agents via the N2O2 donor set. The iron(III) and zinc(II) complexes exhibit square pyramidal geometry whereas the nickel(II) complex has a square planar geometry. The crystal structure of 1, determined by X-ray diffraction method, indicates that 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with Z = 4. Thermal decompositions of the compounds have been investigated using TGA in air.  相似文献

Summary. The nitration of aromatic compounds was carried out in the presence of divanadium-substituted molybdophosphoric acid, H5PMo10V2O40, as catalyst and a mixture of nitric acid and acetic anhydride as nitrating agent. In the presence of this heteropolyacid the ortho- and para-nitro compounds were obtained in good to excellent yields under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

The single-crystal X-ray structures of lanthanum, europium, and gadolinium ultraphosphate, RP5O14 (R=rare-earth) are reported herein [monoclinic, P21/c, a=8.8206(1), 8.7491(1), 8.7493(1) Å, b=9.1196(2), 8.9327(1), 8.9189(1) Å, c= 13.1714(2), 12.9768(2), 12.9717(1) Å, β=90.661(1), 90.534(1), 90.6682(3)°, respectively; Z=4; R1=0.0250, 0.0346, 0.0270, respectively]. The structures are all type (I) compounds as classified by Bagieu-Beucher and Tranqui [Bull. Soc. Fr. Miner. Cryst. 93, 505 (1970)]. The minimum RR separations are compared with all other structural reports of lanthanide ultraphosphates. Type (I) compounds have the lowest minimum RR separation, which decreases with atomic number and appears not to perturb the optical properties of any rare-earth ultraphosphate. In each case, R is surrounded exclusively by eight oxygen atoms that form a distorted square antiprism. A P–O network holds together the three-dimensional structure. The magnetic susceptibilities of neodymium, samarium, and gadolinium ultraphosphate as a function of temperature are also reported along with corresponding magnetization measurements. All compounds exhibit a paramagnetic response, following Curie's law except in the regions where crystal field splittings are significant.  相似文献

New macrocyclic Schiff base Pd(II) compounds were synthesized by treating N4 and N2O2 macrocycles with palladium chloride in a 1 : 1 ratio. The resulting macrocyclic compounds were characterized by elemental, IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, mass, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility, electronic spectra, and thermal analysis. These compounds were used as catalysts in the development of an efficient catalytic method for reduction of organic substrates having nitro, olefinic, acetylenic, and aldehyde groups under mild reaction conditions. The biological activities of all the macrocycles and macrocyclic Pd(II) compounds have been tested against gram positive (Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus) and gram negative (Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumonia) bacteria and found to be more active than commercially available antibacterial drugs like Streptomycin and Ampicillin.  相似文献

The crystal structures of five isotypic hexagonal compounds with general formulaMAs4O6 X [M=K, NH4;X=Cl, Br, I; space group: P622;Z=1] were determined from 370 single crystal X-ray data and refined toR values <0.05. The structure type is characterized by neutral charged [As2O3] sheets arranged parallel (00.1). The As atoms of neighbouring two sheets point to each other and the sheets are combined by interlayeredM andX atoms, respectively. TheM atoms are coordinated to twelve oxygen atoms, theX atoms are coordinated to twelve arsenic atoms. In both cases the coordination polyhedron is a hexagonal prism. The compounds were synthesized by thermal treatments of cubic As2O3 and potassium or ammonium haloids in a saturated aqueous solution of potassium acetate resp. ammonia [500 K, saturation vapour pressure].

Zusammenfassung Die Kristallstrukturen der fünf isotypen hexagonalen Verbindungen mit der allgemeinen FormelMAs4O6 X [M=K, NH4;X=Cl, Br, I; Raumgruppe: P622;Z=1] wurden anhand von 370 Einkristall-Röntgendaten bestimmt und aufR-Werte <0.05 verfeinert. Der Strukturtyp ist ausgezeichnet durch neutrale [As2O3]-Schichten, die parallel (00.1) angeordnet sind. Die As-Atome zweier benachbarter Schichten weisen jeweils aufeinander zu, und die Schichten selbst werden durch zwischengelagerteM- bzw.X-Atome verbunden. DieM-Atome werden jeweils von zwölf O-Atomen, dieX-Atome von zwölf As-Atomen umgeben. Das Koordinationspolyeder ist in beiden Fällen ein hexagonales Primsa. Die einzelnen Verbindungen wurden unter Hydrothermalbedingungen aus kubischem As2O3 und dem jeweiligen Kalium- oder Ammoniumhalogenid in einer gesättigten wäßrigen Lösung von Kaliumacetat bzw. Ammoniak synthetisiert (500 K, Sättigungsdampfdruck).

KF/Al 2 O 3 efficiently catalyzes the microwave-assisted Michael addition of sulfonamides to α,β-unsaturated esters under solvent-free conditions to afford N-alkyl derivatives of sulfonamides as biologically interesting compounds in high yields and in short reaction times. This study reports the results of Koc and soil DT50 experiments used for the definition of the leaching potential through the GUS Index of five metabolites: endosulfan sulphate (ES) from endosulfan, 2,6-dichlorobenzoic acid (DBA) from dichlobenil, 3,4-dichloroaniline (DCA) from propanil, 2,4-dichlorophenol (DCP) from 2,4-D and 4-chloro-2-methylphenol (CMP) from MCPA. The Koc values for all the compounds were lower than 300, indicating high potential mobility in soil. Soil DT50 values were around 24 days for DBA and ES, and <3 days for the other three metabolites. The leaching potential expressed by the GUS Index was high for DBA and ES (>2.8) and low to negligible for CMP, DCA and DCP (<0.32). In short, the intrinsic characteristics of DBA and ES are typical of leachers, but their significance as groundwater contaminants should be further surveyed through leaching in soil columns treated with their parent compounds.  相似文献

The heat capacities of four RE isothiocyanate hydrates, Sm(NCS)3, · 6H20, Gd(NCS)3 · 6H20, Yb(NCS)3, · 6H2O and Y(NCS)3, · 6H20, have been measured from 13 to 300 K with a fully-automated adiabatic calorimeter. No obvious thermal anomaly was observed for the above-mentioned compounds in the experimental temperature ranges. The polynomial equations for calculating the heat capacities of the four compounds in the range of 13–300 K were obtained by the least-squares fitting based on the experimentalC P, data. TheC P, values below 13 K were estimated by using the Debye-Einstein heat capacity functions. The standard molar thermodynamic functions were calculated from 0 to 300 K. O,S-Dimethylphosphoramidothioate (methamidophos) and N-acetyl O,S-dimethylphos- phoramidothioate (acephate) were synthesized by new methods to investigate the structure–activity study of acetyl cholinesterase (AChE) inhibition through the parameters of logP, δ 31P, and IC50. After their characterization by NMR (31P, 31P{ 1H}, 13C, and 1H), IR, and mass spectroscopy, logP and δ 31P (31P chemical shift in NMR) were used to evaluate lipophilicity and electronical properties. The logP values for methamidophos and acephate were experimentally determined by the GC-shake-flask method, and the ability of the compounds to inhibit human AChE was evaluated by a modified Ellman's assay.

Two oxoborates, (Pb3O)2(BO3)2MO4 (M=Cr, Mo), have been prepared by solid-state reactions below 700 °C. Single-crystal XRD analyses showed that the Cr compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic group Pnma with a=6.4160(13) Å, b=11.635(2) Å, c=18.164(4) Å, Z=4 and the Mo analog in the group Cmcm with a=18.446(4) Å, b=6.3557(13) Å, c=11.657(2) Å, Z=4. Both compounds are characterized by one-dimensional chains formed by corner-sharing OPb4 tetrahedra. BO3 and CrO4 (MoO4) groups are located around the chains to hold them together via Pb–O bonds. The IR spectra further confirmed the presence of BO3 groups in both structures and UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra showed band gaps of about 1.8 and 2.9 eV for the Cr and Mo compounds, respectively. Band structure calculations indicated that (Pb3O)2(BO3)2MoO4 is a direct semiconductor with the calculated energy gap of about 2.4 eV.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理计算,研究了过渡金属元素Sc、Cr和Mn掺杂对Mg2Ge晶体光、电、磁性质的影响。结果表明,Sc掺杂能使Mg2Ge的费米能级进入导带,呈n型简并半导体;Cr和Mn掺杂能使Mg2Ge能带结构和态密度在费米能级附近产生自旋劈裂而形成净磁矩,表现为半金属磁体和稀磁半导体,体系净磁矩均来自杂质原子3d轨道电子及其诱导极化的Ge4p态和Mg2p态自旋电子。与本征Mg2Ge相比,掺杂体系静态介电常数增大,扩展了吸收光谱,提升了近红外光波段吸收能力。  相似文献

To improve the electrochemical properties of Li[Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]O2 at high charge end voltage (4.6 V), a series of the mixed transition metal compounds, Li(Ni1/3Co1/3 − x Mn1/3M x )O2 (M = Mg, Cr, Al; x = 0.05), were synthesized via hydroxide coprecipitation method. The effects of doping Mg, Cr, and Al on the structure and the electrochemical performances of Li[Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]O2 were compared by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), galvanostatic charge–discharge tests, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The XRD results show that all the samples keep layered structures with R3m space group as the Li[Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]O2. SEM images show that all the compounds have spherical shapes and the Cr-doped sample has the largest particle size. Furthermore, galvanostatic charge–discharge tests confirm that the Cr-doped electrode shows improved cycling performance than the undoped material. The capacity retention of Li(Ni1/3Co1/3 − 0.05Mn1/3Cr0.05)O2 is 97% during 50 cycles at 2.8∼4.6 V. The improved cycling performance at high voltage can be attributed to the larger particle size and the prevention of charge transfer resistance (R ct) increase during cycling.  相似文献

The phase diagrams of ACl/MoCl3 (A=Na, K, Rb, Cs) were elucidated by DTA measurements in sealed quartz ampoules in the range of 0–40 mol% MoCl3. The samples were prepared from alkali metal chlorides and the compounds A3MoCl6 or A3Mo2Cl9. The 31 compounds withA=Na, Rb, Cs were obtained by sintering mixtures of 3ACl+MoCl3; the enneachlorides A3Mo2Cl9 withA=K, Rb, Cs were precipitated from solutions of MoCl3·3H2O and ACl in formic acid. Congruently melting compounds A3MoCl6 exist in all four systems, incongruently melting enneachlorides A3Mo2Cl9 in systems withA=K, Rb, Cs. Still unknown structures were determined by analog-indexing powder patterns according to known structure families. Especially Cs3MoCl6 is isotypic with the recently found Cs3CrCl6 structure. Additionally, the unit cell parameters were determined for the compounds A3MoCl5·H2O (A=K, Rb, Cs) analogous to Cs2TiCl5·H2O, whose structure was determined by single crystal measurements.Dedicated to Prof. Menachem Steinberg on the occasion of his 65th birthday  相似文献

A thermodynamic analysis is presented of the equilibria between liquid solutions of guest A in guest B and solid solutions of HA in HB, where HA and HB are isomorphous 1:1 compounds of these guests with the host H. (The treatment is applicable whether or not HA and HB are inclusion compounds.) The mole ratio of A to B in the liquid,R 1, is generally different from the same ratio in the solid,R s. Data on many systems have indicated a linear relation between InR 1, and InR s, but to date no theoretical basis has been forthcoming. The present analysis shows that this relation is usually sigmoidal in shape but, with certain restrictions, is nearly linear. The slope and intercept are interpreted in terms of the equilibrium constant for the displacement of A from HA by B and the deviations from ideality in the liquid and solid phases. If the deviations from ideality in the liquid phase are known or can be estimated, those for the solid phase can be determined, and thermodynamic equilibrium constants and standard free energy changes for the displacement of A by B calculated. These methods were applied to available data for the following pairs of guests with the host Ni(4-mepy)4(NCS)2:p-xylene with each ofp-dibromobenzenp-xylene-d6,p-xylene-d 10,p-bromotoluene,p-chlorotoluene,p-dichlorobenzene,p-fluorotoluene, ethylbenzene, toluene, and benzene, and the pairsp-dichlorobenzene/p-chlorotoluene and ethylbenzene/ toluene.  相似文献

Efficient, mild, and quantitative procedures for the synthesis of functionalized benzo[c]chromeno[2,3-a]phenazine derivatives by one-pot, four-component condensation of 2-hydroxynaphthalene-1,4-dione, 1,2-phenylenediamines, aromatic aldehydes, and cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds have been developed using catalytic amounts of H2SO4 and phosphotungstic acid in EtOH/H2O (1:1) under reflux and also with [NMP]H2PO4, which acts as catalyst and medium at 80 °C. The reaction avoids tedious workup procedure due to the direct precipitation of products from the reaction medium. The present finding provides promising synthetic strategies for the synthesis of libraries with functional group diversity.  相似文献

Studies on thermal expansion of the MNbO4 type phases where M=Al, Cr, Fe, Ga have been carried out in the high-temperature X-ray diffraction attachment. In the case of isotypic AlNbO4 and GaNbO4 compounds the structure of which consists of the ReO3 type blocks, the direction of minimal thermal expansion is consistent with the direction in which these blocks spread to infinity. In the case of CrNbO4, the maximal thermal expansion direction is consistent with the [001] direction parallel to which the edge shared octahedra building its structure form infinite chains. FeNbO4 has the highest coefficients of thermal expansion in this group of compounds.  相似文献

Chalcone-like compounds 3a–l, 2-(benzylidene)-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one, were synthesized from the addition of different benzaldehyde derivatives (2a–l) to 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-napthalone (1) in basic medium. Mn(OAc)3-mediated addition of dimedone (4) to chalcone-like compounds gave the spirobenzofuran derivatives (5a-l), 6,6-dimethyl-3-aryl-3′,4′,6,7-tetrahydro-1′H,3H-spiro[benzofuran-2,2′-naphthalene]-1′,4 (5H)-dione, in good yields. The structures of synthesized compounds 5a–l were elucidated on basis of spectral data (NMR, IR) and elemental analysis. In addition, their antibacterial activities were screened against some human pathogenic microorganisms.  相似文献

Nitration of arachidonic and linoleic acids was performed with nitronium tetrafluroborate, nitrogen dioxide, and dinitrogen trioxide. The nitro compounds were separated on HPLC and characterized further on mass spectrometry. Formation of nitro arachidonic acid m/z 348 and nitro linoleic acid m/z 324 were observed with all the reagents. Interestingly, MS/MS of nitro AA and nitro LA showed specific ions m/z 142, m/z 193, and m/z 206 for nitro arachidonic and m/z 156 and m/z 196 for linoleic acid that were common in all three reactions.  相似文献

将苯(氧)乙胺和苯氧烷胺类α1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂中的苯(氧)乙胺、苯氧烷胺片段引入哒嗪酮类化合物中, 设计、合成了30个新的含哒嗪酮环的α1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂. 所有新化合物的结构均经1H NMR, IR, HRMS确证. 生物活性测试表明28个目标物对α1-肾上腺素受体有较好的拮抗作用(pA2>6.00), 化合物6o, 6p, 6q, 6v, 6x, 6y, 10c, 10d的pA2值>7.00.  相似文献
