The reaction of Ag2O and 2-amino-6-methylpyridine (AMP) with nicotinic acid (HNA) and isonicotinic acid (HINA), respectively, afforded two silver(I) complexes, [Ag2(NA)2(AMP)2] n (I) and [Ag2(INA)2(AMP)2] n (II). Both complexes were characterized by elemental analyses and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex I is a pyridine-3-carboxylate bridged polynuclear silver(I) complex, in which the Ag atom is in a tetrahedral geometry, while complex II is a pyridine-4-carboxylate bridged polynuclear silver(I) complex, in which the Ag atom is in a distorted T-shaped geometry. The crystal of I is monoclinic: space group P21/c, a = 8.079(2), b = 17.150(3), c = 8.912(2) Å, β = 98.106(2)°, V = 1222.5(5) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal of II is monoclinic: space group P21/c, a = 7.225(1), b = 12.049(1), c = 15.053(2) Å, β = 102.050(1)°, V = 1281.6(3) Å3, Z = 4.  相似文献

Ammonium decamolybdodimetallates (NH4)n[M2Mo10O34(OH)4] · 7H2O, where M = Cr3+ (n = 6), Cu2+ (n = 8), or Ni2+ (n = 8), were synthesized for the first time and studied by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, and IR spectroscopy. The compounds crystallize in the triclinic system with the following unit cell parameters: a = 10.68(2) Å, b = 9.46(2) Å, c = 7.97(2) Å, α = 75.12(3)°, β = 96.82(3)°, γ = 102.21(3)°, V = 754.4(3) Å3, ρcalcd = 4.05 g/cm3, Z = 1 for the chromium compound; and a = 10.57(2) Å, b = 9.29(2) Å, c = 8.47(2) Å, α = 73.91(3)°, β = 96.05(3)°, γ = 104.71(3)°, V = 854.3(3) Å3, ρcalcd = 3.68 g/cm3, Z = 1 (for the copper compound); and a = 10.96(2) Å, b = 8.95(2) Å, c = 7.40(2) Å, α = 71.76(3)°, β = 97.04(3)°, γ = 102.91(3)°, V = 875.3(3)Å3, ρcalcd = 3.65 g/cm3, Z = 1 for the nickel compound.  相似文献

Two volatile hafnium(IV) complexes with acetylacetone and trifluoroacetylacetone (HL) have been prepared and their structures have been studied at ?30°C. Crystal data for C20H28HfO8: a = 21.5493(4) Å, b = 8.36720(10) Å, c = 13.9905(3) Å; β = 116.5550(10)°, space group C2/c, Z = 4, d calc = 1.692 g/cm3, R = 0.015. Crystal data for C20H16F12HfO8: a = 8.1039(12) Å, b = 11.4499(14) Å, c = 15.790(2) Å; α = 99.341(4)°, β = 103.175(4)°, γ = 108.185(4)°, space group P?1, Z = 2, d calc = 2.003 g/cm3, R = 0.074. Both structures are molecular and comprise isolated complex molecules HfL4. The hafnium atom is coordinated with eight oxygen atoms of four β-diketonate ligands, Hf-O distances varying from 2.153 Å to 2.191 Å. The molecules make van der Waals contacts in the structures.  相似文献

Novel complex salts [Au(en)2]Cl(ReO4)2 (I) and [Au(en)2](ReO4)3 (II), en = ethylenediamine, are obtained. Their crystal structures are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex I crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system: a = 6.2172(7) Å, b = 7.1644(8) Å, c = 8.8829(8) Å, α = 96.605(4)°, β = 110.000(4)°, γ = 97.802(4)°, P-1 space group, Z = 1, d x = 3.905 g/cm3; complex II crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system: a = 15.244(2) Å, b = 7.6809(8) Å, c = 9.3476(12) Å, β = 127.004(3)°, C2 space group, Z = 4, d x = 4.057 g/cm3.  相似文献

Double ionic complexes [M(C5H5NCOO)3(H2O)2][Cr(NCS)6] · nH2O, where M = Eu (I), n = 1.15; Dy (II), Er (III), n = 1.5; M = Yb (IV), n = 2, have been synthesized by the reaction between M(NO3)3, M = Eu, Dy, Er, Yb, K3[Cr(NCS)6], and nicotinic acid (C5H5NCOO) in an aqueous solution and studied by chemical analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The KPb2Cl5 and KPb2Br5 crystals are monoclinic (P21/c) with a microtwinned structure. X-ray analysis of chloride resulted in the parameters a = 8.854(2) Å, b = 7.927(2) Å, c = 12.485(3) Å; β = 90.05(3)°, dcalc = 4.78(1) g/cm3 (STOE STADI4, MoKα, 2θmax = 80°), R1 = 0.0702 for 4094 F ≥ 4 σ(F) reflections. For bromide, a = 9.256(2) Å, b = 8.365(2) Å, c = 13.025(3) Å; β = 90.00(3)°, dcalc = 5.62(1) g/cm3 (Bruker P4, MoKα, 2θmax = 70°), R1 = 0.0692 for 3076 F ≥ 4 (F) reflections.  相似文献

Two new isostructural zinc(II) complexes, [ZnCl2(L)] (I) and [ZnBr2(L)] (II), derived from the Schiff base ligand (1-pyridin-2-ylethylidene)pyridin-2-ylmethylamine (L), have been prepared and characterized by physicochemical methods and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The crystal of I is monoclinic: space group P21/c, a = 11.699(3) Å, b = 8.460(2) Å, c = 14.766(3) Å, β = 99.686(3)°, V = 1440.6(6) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal of II is monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 8.166(2) Å, b = 15.153(3) Å, c = 11.966(2) Å, β = 96.964(2)°, V = 1469.7(5) Å3, Z = 4. The geometry of the pentacoordinated zinc atoms in both complexes is best described as a square pyramid.  相似文献

The structure of two stereoisomeric spiroadducts of allobetulone with 5-phenyl-2,3-dihydrofuran-2,3-dione was established by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The crystals of the 2R isomer are orthorhombic, P212121, a = 10.825(5) Å, b = 12.849(6) Å, c = 23.358(9) Å; V = 3249(2) Å3, Z = 4, d calc = 1.200 g/cm3; the crystals of the 2S isomer hemihydrate are triclinic, P1, a = 11.505(7) Å, b = 12.192(8) Å, c = 13.123(8) Å; α = 103.35(5)°, β = 100.80(5)°, γ = 90.98(5)°; V = 1756(2) Å3, Z = 2, d calc = 1.127 g/cm3. Polyiodides of acetamide complexes of transition elements have been synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. Compounds [M(AA)6][I10] (M = Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Zn) are isostructural with the earlier studied cadmium compound. The crystals of [Co(AA)4(H2O)2][I12] are monoclinic: a = 17.486(6) Å, b = 15.015(4) Å, c = 7.8309(15) Å, β = 99.87(2)°, V = 2025.6(10) Å3, space group C2/m, Z = 4. A binary complex salt [Rh(NH3)5Cl][ReBr6] has been synthesized and investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data: a = 8.541(5) Å, b = 12.015(6) Å, c = 16.496(9) Å; α = 73.695(10)°, β = 89.746(9)°, γ = 89.676(9)°, V = 1624.7 Å3, space group \(P\overline 1 \), Z = 4, D x = 3.635 g/cm3, R = 0.12. It is shown that the product of thermolysis of the salt in the atmosphere of hydrogen and helium is a solid solution Rh0.5Re0.5 with hcp cell parameters a = 2.731(5) Å and c = 4.368(7) Å.  相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of the layered coordination polymers M(C8H8NO2)2 [M = Mn (1), Co (2), Ni (3) and Zn (4)] are described. These isostructural compounds contain centrosymmetric trans-MN2O4 octahedra as parts of infinite sheets; the ligand bonds to three adjacent metal ions in μ3-N,O,O′ mode from both its carboxylate O atoms and its amine N atom. In each case, weak intra-sheet N–H?O and C–H?O hydrogen bonds may help to consolidate the structure. Tri-p-tolylbismuth perchlorate (1) and μ-oxo-bis[(perchlorato)tri-p-tolylbismuth] (2) have been synthesized by the reaction between tri-p-tolylbismuth dibromide and silver perchlorate and its hydrate. The complexes have been studied by chemical analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is triclinic, space group Pī, Z = 4, a =10.7271(9) Å, b = 13.5585(11) Å, c = 18.1592(13) Å, α = 110.867(3)°, β = 94.944(3)°, γ = 96.888(3)°, V = 2426.3(3) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.865 g/cm3; complex 2 crystallizes in trigonal symmetry, space group R\(\bar 3\), a = 13.1157(2) Å, c = 22.1959(2) Å, γ = 120°, V = 3306.64(8) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.777 g/cm3. The bismuth atoms in the molecular structure of complex 1 have a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination to the apically arranged oxygen atoms of perchlorate ions (Bi–C, 2.180(5)–2.201(5) Å; Bi–O, 2.324(4)–2.355(4) Å; OBiO axial angles, 170.1(1)°, 174.5(1)°). The structure of complex 2 contains binuclear [p-Tol3Bi(ClO4)]2O molecules (Bi–O, 2.371(15), 1.9107(7) Å; OBiO axial angle, 180.0°).  相似文献

In the work, isomeric complexes of platinum(II) with the (ptac)–1 pivaloyltrifluoroacetonate ion (Pt((CH3)3–CO–CH–CO–CF3)2) are studied. The synthesis and chromatographic separation of Pt(ptac)2 isomers are described, TGA data for the separated isomers are given, and the crystal structures of the solid phases are studied. The cis-Pt(ptac)2 complex crystallizes in the space group P-1, a = 10.7091(4) Å, b = 12.7787(6) Å, c = 16.0154(8) Å, α = 92.389(2)°, β = 90.868(2)°, γ = 112.1260(10)°, V = 2027.39(16) Å3, Z = 4, d calc = 1.918 g/cm3. The trans-Pt(ptac)2 complex crystallizes in the space group C2/m, a = 13.3235(5) Å, b = 8.5515(3) Å, c = 9.6694(3) Å, β = 118.5880(10)°, V = 967.38(6) Å3, Z = 2, d calc = 2.010 g/cm3. The structures of the complexes are molecular, the Pt atom has a square coordination of four oxygen atoms of two ligands; for cis-Pt(ptac)2, the Pt–Oav distance is 1.968 Å, for trans-Pt(ptac)2 it is 1.980 Å.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Os(NH3)5Cl][ReCl6] has been refined by X-ray powder analysis: a = 11.645(3) Å, b = 8.3788(2) Å, c = 15.277(4) Å, β = 91.029(6)°, V = 1490(1) Å3, d x = 3.163 g/cm3, space group P21/m, Z = 4. A new mononuclear cobalt(III) complex, [CoL2(N3)]2 · CH3OH (I), and a new mononuclear zinc(II) complex, [ZnLCl(CH3OH)] (II) (HL = 4-chloro-2-[(2-morpholin-4-ylethylimino)methyl]phenol), were prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectroscopy, and single- crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of I is monoclinic: space group P21/c, a = 18.742(2) Å, b = 15.197(2) Å, c = 25.646(2) Å, β = 125.996(3)°, V = 5909.8(11) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal of II is monoclinic: space group P21/c, a = 7.257(1) Å, b = 24.707(2) Å, c = 9.637(1) Å, β = 101.557(2)°, V = 1692.9(3) Å3, Z = 4. The Co atom in I is in an octahedral coordination, and the Zn atom in II is in a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination. The urease inhibitory test shows that complex I has strong urease inhibitory activity, while complex II has no activity.  相似文献

The crystal data are: I, a = 10.860(3) Å, b = 7.795(2) Å, c = 9.023(3) Å; β = 111.56(10)°, P21/c space group, Z = 4, d x = 1.875 g/cm3; II, a = 6.593(2) Å, b = 8.309(3) Å, c = 11.922(4) Å, α = 83.55(10)°, β = 79.80(10)°, γ = 75.38(10)°, P \(\bar 1\) space group, Z = 2, d x = 2.106 g/cm3; III, a = 6.533(2) Å, b = 16.391(4) Å, c = 12.411(3) Å; β = 98.30(10)°, P21/c space group, Z = 4, d x = 2.749 g/cm3. The compounds are examined by IR spectroscopy and powder XRD. The solubility of the isolated crystalline phases in water decreases in the following order: trans-[Rh(en)2Cl2]Cl2·H5O2 > trans-[Rh(en)2Cl2]ClO4 > trans-[Rh(en)2Cl2]ReO4.  相似文献
