Compounds described as V2O3(XO4)2, where X = S or Se, were prepared from vanadium(V) oxide mixtures with concentrated sulfuric and selenic acids. The physicochemical properties of the products were studied; for V2O3(SeO4)2, the crystal structure was determined by powder X-ray diffraction and neutron diffraction, and its key differences from the structure of V2O3(SO4)2 were identified. V2O3(SeO4)2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with the unit cell parameters a = 15.3831(2)Å, b = 5.54096(5)Å, c = 9.71644(7)Å, β = 111.886(1)°, V = 768.51Å3, space group C2/c (no. 15).  相似文献

The NaFeZr(PO4)2SO4 and Pb2/3FeZr(PO4)7/3(SO4)2/3 sulfate phosphates with the NaZr2(PO4)3 (NZP) structure were synthesized and studied using X-ray diffraction, electron microprobe analysis, IR spectroscopy, and simultaneous differential thermal and thermogravimetric analysis. The phase formation and thermal stability of the compounds were studied by powder X-ray diffraction and DTA–TG. The Pb2/3FeZr(PO4)7/3(SO4)2/3 structure was refined by full-profile analysis. The structure framework is composed of randomly occupied (Fe,Zr)O6 octahedra and (P,S)O4 tetrahedra; the Pb2+ ions occupy extra-framework sites. The thermal expansion of Pb2/3FeZr(PO4)7/3(SO4)2/3 in the temperature range from–120 to 200°C was studied by temperature X-ray diffraction. In terms of the average linear coefficient of thermal expansion (αav = 1.7 × 10–6°C–1), this compound can be classified as having low expansion. The combination of different tetrahedral anions (a phosphorus and a smaller sulfur one) in the NZP resulted in a decrease in the framework size and cavities and enabled the preparation of low-expansion sulfate phosphate with a smaller extra-framework cation (cheap Pb) instead of larger cations (Cs, Ba, Sr) used most often in the monoanionic phosphates.  相似文献

Vanadium(V) complexes of general composition M3VO2(SO4)2 (M = Rb, Cs) were synthesized by a solid-state route. The individuality of the synthesized compounds was proved by X-ray and neutron diffraction, vibrational spectroscopy, and microscopic analysis. The X-ray diffraction patterns of M3VO2(SO4)2 were indexed to fit the monoclinic system (space group P2/c, Z = 4) with the following unit cell parameters: a = 11.6487(2) Å, b = 8.4469(2) Å, c = 12.1110(2) Å, β = 109.483(1)°, V = 1123.43 Å3 (Rb); a = 12.0546(3) Å b = 8.7706(2) Å, c = 12.6496(3) Å, β = 109.843(2)°, V = 1257.99 Å3 (Cs). In the crystal structure of M3VO2(SO4)2, [VO2(SO4)2]3? complex anions can be discerned in which the vanadium atom is surrounded by five oxygen atoms: two oxygen atoms form short terminal V–O bonds, and three oxygen atoms are from the two sulfato groups, one of which acts as a monodentate ligand and the other acts as a bidentate chelating ligand.  相似文献

The new phosphate Cs2Mn0.5Zr1.5(PO4)3 was synthesized for the first time and characterized by X-ray diffraction. Its crystal structure was refined in space group P213, Z = 4 at 25°C (a = 10.3163(1) Å, V = 1097.93(1) Å3), by the Rietveld method using the powder X-ray diffraction data. The structure is built of an octahedral-tetrahedral framework {[Mn0.5Zr1.5(PO4)3]2?}3∞ with cesium atoms being located in large cavities. The hydrolytic stability of the powdered phosphate containing 137Cs radionuclide was studied. The minimum achieved 137Cs leaching rate was 4 × 10?8 g/cm2 day.  相似文献

Ammonium trinitratouranylate NH4[UO2(NO3)3] (I) single crystals have been synthesized by the reaction of aqueous solutions of diaquadinitratouranyl tetrahydrate and ammonium nitrate in the presence of nitric acid. The structure of the complex has been studied by X-ray diffraction analysis: space group \(R\bar 3c\), a = 9.361(2), c = 18.883(4) Å; V = 1433.0(5) Å3, and Z = 6. The structural units of the NH4[UO2(NO3)3] crystal—NH 4 + cations and [UO2(NO3)3]? complex anions with three bidentate cyclic nitrato groups—are on crystallographic axes \(\bar 3\). A complex three-dimensional packing arranged by the electrostatic attraction forces between counterions and the N-H...O hydrogen bonds between ammonium cations and trinitratouranylate anions is realized in the structure. X-ray diffraction analysis results are confirmed by IR spectra of NH4[UO2(NO3)3].  相似文献

Potassium oxosulfatovanadate(V) K3VO2(SO4)2 has been obtained by solid-phase synthesis from K2SO4, K2S2O7, and V2O5 (2: 1: 1), and its formation conditions, crystal structure, and physiochemical properties have been studied. The conversions of K3VO2(SO4)2 in contact with potassium vanadates and other potassium oxosulfatovanadates(V) are considered in terms of phase relations in the K2O-V2O5-SO3 system, which models the active component of vanadium catalysts for sulfur dioxide oxidation into sulfur trioxide. The X-ray diffraction pattern of K3VO2(SO4)2 is indexed in the monoclinic system (space group P21) with unit cell parameters of a = 10.0408(1) Å, b = 7.2312(1) Å, c = 7.3821(1) Å, β = 104.457(1)°, Z = 2, and V = 519.02 Å3. The crystal structure of K3VO2(SO4)2 is built from [VO2(SO4)2]3? complex anions, in which the vanadium atom is in an octahedral oxygen environment formed by two terminal oxygen atoms (V-O(6) = 1.605(7) Å, V-O(10) = 1.619(7) Å and four oxygen atoms of the two chelating sulfate anions. The vibrational spectra of K3VO2(SO4)2 are analyzed using these structural data.  相似文献

The title compound (disodium dipotassium copper(II) tris-[molybdate (VI)]) is prepared by form melt and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and UV-vis spectroscopy. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 7.4946(8) Å, b = 9.3428(9) Å, c = 9.3619(9) Å, α = 92.591(7)°, β = 105.247(9)°, γ = 105.496(9)°, V = 604.7 Å3, and Z = 2. Its structure is isotypic with that of Na4Mn(MoO4)3. It is formed by Cu2O10 distorted bi-octahedral dimers linked by two bridging bidentate Mo2O4 tetrahedra and, additionally, two monodentate Mo1O4 tetrahedra to form Cu2Mo4O20 units. These units are linked by the insertion of Mo3O4 tetrahedra to build infinite ribbons disposed along the c axis. All of these ribbons form a one-dimensional framework. Both K1 and K3 cations are located in the inversion center, and all the other atoms are at general positions. The structure model is supported by the bond valence sum (BVS) and charge distribution CHARDI methods. The Cu2+ cations adopt the [4+2] CuO6 Jahn-Teller distortion giving rise to an intense dd transition in the UV-vis absorption spectra.  相似文献

A ternary salt system Rb2MoO4-Eu2(MoO4)3-Hf(MoO4)2 was studied in the subsolidus area by X-ray phase analysis. A novel ternary molybdate, Rb4.98Eu0.86Hf1.11(MoO4)6, formed in the system. The Rb4.98Eu0.86Hf1.11(MoO4)6 rubidium-europium-hafnium molybdate crystals were grown by solution-melt crystallization under the spontaneous nucleation conditions. The structure and composition of this compound were refined by single crystal X-ray diffraction (X8 APEX automated diffractometer, MoK α radiation, 1753 F(hkl), R = 0.0183). The crystals are trigonal, a = b = 10.7264(1) Å, c = 38.6130(8) Å, V = 3847.44(9) Å3, Z = 6, space group R \(\bar 3\) c. The three-dimensional mixed framework of the structure comprises Mo tetrahedra and two types of octahedra, (Eu,Hf)O6 and HfO6. The large cavities of the framework include two types of the rubidium atom. The distribution of the Eu3+ and Hf4+ cations over two crystallographic positions was refined.  相似文献

The U(VI) complex with cyanoacetic acid, [UO2(H2O)2(NCCH2COO)2] (I), was synthesized from an aqueous solution, and its X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out. The crystals are orthorhombic: space group Pca2 1, a = 25.9605(7) Å, b = 6.7634(2) Å, c = 6.3398(2) Å, V = 1113.15(6) Å3 at 100 K, and Z = 4. The coordination polyhedron of the uranium atom is a distorted pentagonal bipyramid. The cations UO 2 2+ are bound into infinite zigzag chains by the bridging carboxyl groups of one of the anions of cyanoacetic acid. The carboxyl oxygen atom of the second anion, which is not involved in coordination, and the nitrogen atoms of the cyano groups form hydrogen bonds with the coordination water molecules. The layer structure of the compound is formed through the hydrogen bonds. The absorption spectra in the visible and infrared ranges of the crystalline compound are measured and analyzed.  相似文献

A new complex [UO2CrO4{CH3CON(CH3)2}2] (I) was studied by thermal analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 13.8108(11) Å, b = 8.6804(7) Å, c = 13.0989(10) Å, β = 104.777(1)°, V = 1518.4(2) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 4, R = 2.39%. The structure of I contains infinite chains of the [UO2CrO4{CH3CON(CH3)2}2] composition running along [001]; the complex belongs to the AT11M1 2 crystal-chemical group (A = UO 2 2+ , T11 = CrO 4 2? , M1 = CH3CON(CH3)2) of uranyl complexes. The chains are linked into a three-dimensional framework due to hydrogen bonds between oxygen atoms of chromate ions and hydrogen atoms of methyl groups of the dimethylacetamide.  相似文献

In the Bi2O3-SiO2-V25++O5 system, single crystal solid solutions of the sillenite family of the general composition Bi24(Bi,Si,V)2O40 are obtained by a hydrothermal method and for the first time characterized by neutron and X-ray diffraction analysis. The tetrahedral position is found to contain vanadium ions with different formal charges (V4+ and V5+) responsible for green and orange colors, respectively, of the samples. For the first time, for some sillenites of this system dissymmetrization of the structure (a transition from the I23 space group into P23) is revealed, which is caused by the presence of several atoms in one crystallographic position and also by crystal growth conditions.  相似文献

Synthesis was performed and physicochemical properties were studied for the M4V2O3(SO4)4 complexes, where M = K, Rb, or Cs. Their crystal structures were determined using the set of data from X-ray diffraction and neutron diffraction studies. All compounds crystallize in a triclinic lattice (space group \(P\bar 1\), Z = 2) with the parameters: a = 7.7688(2), 7.8487(1), 8.1234(1) Å; b = 10.4918(3), 10.8750(2), 11.1065(1) Å; c = 11.9783(4), 12.1336(2), and 11.8039(1) Å; α = 76.600(2)°, 77.910(1)°, 79.589(1)°; β = 75.133(2)°, 75.718(1)°, 87.939(1)°; γ = 71.285(2)°, 72.189(1)°, 75.567(1)°; V = 881.78(5), 945.42(3), 1014.34(2) Å3 for K, Rb, Cs, respectively. The structure of M4V2O3(SO4)4 was found to be formed by discrete complex anions V2O3(SO4) 4 4? incorporating two oxygen-bridged vanadium atoms in a distorted octahedral oxygen environment. The sulfate groups are coordinated by the vanadium atoms in the chelating mode with a large scatter of S-O interatomic distances and OSO angles. Every VO6 octahedron has a short terminal vanadium-oxygen bond with a length of about 1.6Å. The V2O3(SO4) 4 4? complex anions in potassium and rubidium compounds differ from that in Cs4V2O3(SO4)4 in the type of symmetry and mutual spatial orientation. The vibrational spectra were presented and interpreted in line with the structural analysis data.  相似文献

The base of the crystal structures is a mixed octahedral-tetrahedral framework {[FeTi(PO4)3]2?}3∞. Na+ and Rb+ cations are arranged in cavities of the framework. The influence of cationic substitutions on the change of the structural type of the isoformular compounds A2FeTi(PO4)3 (A = Na, Rb) was considered.  相似文献

Novel silicon- and germanium-containing tungsten complexes Ph3ECH=W(OBu-t)2(OPh)2 were synthesized by the reaction of carbyne derivatives Ph3EC≡W(OBu-t)3 (E = Si, Ge) with phenol and isolated in high yields. Their structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. Individual complexes do not exhibit catalytic activity, whereas in the presence of AlBr3 they initiate metathesis polymerization of cyclooctene.  相似文献

The reactions of the oxalate complexes [M3Q7(C2O4)3]2− (M = Mo or W; Q = S or Se) with MnII, CoII, NiII, and CuII aqua and ethylenediamine complexes in aqueous and aqueous ethanolic solutions were studied. The previously unknown heterometallic complexes [Mo3Se7(C2O4)3Ni(H2O)5]·3.5H2O (1) and K3{[Cu(en)2H2O]([Mo3S7(ox)3]2Br)}·5.5H2O (2) were synthesized. In these complexes, the oxalate clusters serve as monodentate ligands. The K(H2en)2[W3S7(C2O4)3]2Br·4H2O salt (3) was isolated from solutions containing CoII, NiII, or CuII aqua complexes and ethylenediamine. The reaction of [Mo3Se7(C2O4)3]2− with HBr produced the bromide complex [Mo3Se7Br6]2−, which was isolated as (Bu4N)2[Mo3Se7Br6] (4). Complexes 1–3 were characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, and elemental analysis. The formation of 4 was detected by electrospray mass spectrometry. Dedicated to Academician G. A. Abakumov on the occasion of his 70th birthday. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 9, pp. 1645–1649, September, 2007.  相似文献
