Electrochemical Oxidation and Analytical Applications of Cholesterol at Modified Carbon Paste Electrode

The present paper describes the carbon paste electrodes modified with parafin oil and oleic acid, and the electrochemical oxidation of cholesterol at these modified electrodes. A few years ago, an oleic acid modified carbon paste electrode was proposed and applied to the selective determination of estrogens. Basing on the similar considerations, we found that cholesterol has about the same structure as estrogens. The results of voltammetric measurement indicated that cholesterol at the modified carbon paste electrodes employing the oleic acid as the modifying reagent can yield a sensitive electrochemical response. A detection limit of 1.5×10^-7mol/L cholesterol was estimated after a time of 4 min. by 1.5 order differential stripping analysis. The peak current is linearly proportional to the cholesterol concentration in the range of 3.O×10^-5——5.0×10^-7mol/L.     

尿酸微生物传感器的研制及其动力学研究

以芽孢杆菌为尿酸氧化反应的酶源,采用氧电极为基础电极,制成尿酸微生物传感器。对细菌的诱导培养条件、电极的工作性能、电极再生以及微生物酶反应动力学行为进行了研究。在pH=8.5时,电极的线性范围为1.0×10^-5～4.0×10^-4 mol/L,检出下限为1.0×10^-6 mol/L,测得微生物膜中尿酸酶的表观米氏常数为2.8×10^-4 mol/l,酶反应活化能为47000J/mol,温度系数为1.8.     

Detection of dopamine using self-assembled diazoresin/single-walled carbon nanotube modified electrodes

Ultrathin films of diazoresin(DR)/single-walled carbon nanotube(SWNT) were fabricated on thioglycollic acid(TGA) decorated gold(Au) electrodes by the self-assembly method combined with the photocrosslinlcing technique.The electrochemical behavior of dopamine(DA) at the DR/SWNT modified electrodes was studied using the cyclic voltammetry(CV) and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV) methods.Under the optimal conditions,a linear CV response to DA concentration from 1 μmol/L to 40 μmol/L was observed,and the detection limit of DA was 2.1 ×10~(-3) μmol/L via the DPV method in the presence of 10 μmol/L of uric acid(UA) or 2.5 × 10~(-3) μmol/L via the DPV method in the presence of10 μmol/L of ascorbic acid(AA).Moreover,the modified electrodes exhibited good reproducibility and sensitivity,demonstrating its feasibility for analytical purposes.

高小霞等详细地研究了Eu(Ⅲ)-XO体系的极谱特性,用导数示波极谱法(ODP)检测下限可达5×10^-8M。本文应用了Eu(Ⅲ)-XO的吸附特性将Eu(Ⅲ)-XO在悬汞电极(HMDE)上富集,使测定Eu(Ⅲ)的灵敏度提高约2个数量级。     

Development of new potentiometric sensors for the determination of proguanil hydrochloride in serum and urine

Potentiometric electrodes were developed for the rapid determination of proguanil hydrochloride in pure samples, pharmaceutical preparations and spiked serum and urine samples using PVC membrane,screen printed(SPE), coated wired(CWE), carbon paste(CPE) and modified carbon paste(MCPE)electrodes based on the ion-exchanger of proguanil with phosphotungestic acid(Pr-PT) as a chemical modifier. The prepared electrodes showed Nernestian slopes of 59.7, 58.1, 58.5, 58.5 and 57.0 for the PVC,SPE, CWE, CPE and MCPE for the proguanil ions in a wide concentration range of 1.0 * 10~(-5)–1.0 * 10~(-2)mol L~(-1) at 25°C with detection limits of 7.94 * 10~(-6), 1.0 * 10~(-5), 1.0 * 10~(-6), 7.07 * 10~(-6) and 2.5 * 10~(-6) mol L~(-1), respectively. The prepared electrodes exhibited high proguanil selectivity in relation to several inorganic ions and sugars and they could be successfully utilized for its determination in pure solutions, pharmaceutical preparations and serum and urine samples using the direct potentiometry and standard addition methods with very good recovery values.     

电化学发光法测定发光标记试剂ABEI

ABEI-[N-(4-氨基丁基)-N-乙基]-氯基-2,3-二氢吩噻嗪-1,4-二酮是化学发光免疫分析法(简称LIA)中最常用的发光标记试剂,但有关电化学发光免疫分析目前尚未见报道。本文利用自制的电化学发光仪,对ABEI和ABEI标记兔抗HCG的电化学发光行为进行了研究。提出了利用电化学发光进行免疫分析的新途径。     

铋(Ⅲ)-卤素络阴离子选择电极的研究

我们曾报导了PVC膜四碘络铋离子选择电极的研制。现又研制了铋(Ⅲ)-溴,铋(Ⅲ)-氯的络阴离子PVC膜选择电极。本文比较了三种铋(Ⅲ)-卤素络阴离子选择电极的主要性能,并对络阴离子电极配位体的选择条件及阳离子的干扰规律进行了讨论。     

用季铵盐定域体制备高碘酸根离子电极的研究

实验比较了若干种长链季铵盐制备高碘酸根离子电极,以十六烷基三辛基高碘酸季铵盐(HTOA-IO₄)制备的PVC膜电极性能较佳,能斯特响应区间为1.0×10^-1-6.3×10^-8M,检测下限1.0×10^-8M,工作pH范围2.5-7.5,高碘酸在溶液中存在复杂平衡,依据pH-电位曲线,认为电极响应的Ⅰ(ⅥI)离子的主要形态为IO₄^-,据此用电位法测试了H₅IO₆的酸离解常数:K₁=5.70×10^-4,K₂=1.97×10^-7,与文献值相符,测试了不同离子的电位选择性系数。     

聚茜素红膜修饰电极控制电位扫描法分别测定多巴胺和抗坏血酸

研究了聚茜素红膜修饰电极(PARE)的制备及其对多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)的电催化性能,结果表明,在PARE上DA和AA具有不同的循环伏安行为,前者表现为一个准可逆过程,后者则为不可逆过程,并且二者的氧化峰电位分开近200mV.因此可通过控制不同的电位范围进行分步扫描,实现了对同一体系中DA和AA的分别测定,DA的还原峰电流和AA的氧化峰电流分别在8.0×10^-6～4.0×10^-3mol/L和4.0×10^-5～2.0×10^-2mol/L范围内与各自的浓度呈线性关系;检测限分别为8.0×10^-7mol/L和1.0×10^-5mol/L.同时与导数伏安法一步测定进行比较,结果令人满意.
