Reactions of 5-phenylthieno[3,2-b]pyran-7-one, 2-phenylbenzo[b]-thieno[3,2-b]pyran-4-one and the corresponding thiones with sodium ethylate, guanidines, hydrazines and amines are described and compared to those observed with benzopyranones.  相似文献

The reaction of indole-2,3-dione derivatives with five membered heterocycle, viz isoxazolone under ther mal as well as photochemical conditions is described. While under refluxing ethanol these conditions afforded 2,3-dihydro-3-(5′-oxo-3′-phenylisoxazolidyl)indol-2-one 3 and a spiro product 2′,3′-dihydro-3,7-diphenylspiro[diisoxazolo[4,5-e:4,5-b]pyran-8,3′-indol]-2′-one 4 , the uv light induced irradiation mainly produced 4,5-dioxo-3-phenylisoxazolo[5,4-b][1]benzazepine 5 and 3-phenylisoxazolo[5,4-b]quinoline-4-carboxylic acid 6 . The products have been characterised on the basis of spectral data and elemental analyses.  相似文献

Treatment of 4-hydroxy-6-methylpyran-2-one with chloracetalhyde in basic aqueous medium gave 6-methylfuro[3,2-c]pyran-4-one. This compound reacted with ammonium hydroxide and some primary amines to form the corresponding N-substituted furo[3,2-c]pyrid-4-ones which may also be obtained from 4-hydroxy-α-pyridones. Furo[3,2-c]pyran-4-one was acylated at the 2 position and 4-chloro-6-methylfuro[3,2-c]pyridine easily gave 4-substituted derivatives by displacement of the halogen atom.  相似文献

The 3H-5-(3′-indazolyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-one was obtained by cyclising the hydrazide of the 3-indazolecarboxylic acid with carbonyl chloride. The structure was assigned by 13C nmr and mass spectrometry comparing the 2H, 3H-triazino-1,2,3[4,5-b]indazoledione-1,4. Rearrangement into 3H-5-(3′-indazolyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-one precedes the fragmentation of 2H,3H-triazino-1,2,4-[4,5-b]indazoledione-1,4 upon electron-impact.  相似文献

The synthesis of a novel rotenone-like molecule, 9-methoxy-8-methyl-6,6a,12,12a-tetrahydro[1]benzopyrano-[3,4-b][1]benzopyran-12-one ( 2 ) is described. Efficient syntheses of 3,4-dihydro-2H-[1]benzopyran-3-one ( 9 ) from ethyl 3-hydroxy-2H-[1]benzopyran-4-carboxylate ( 6 ), an intermediate in the synthesis of 2 , were developed. Thermolysis of 6 and 9 in decalin yielded 6,8-dihydro-14H-bis[1]benzopyrano[3,4-b:4′,3′-e]pyran-14-one ( 8 ), which has previously been described. Also produced in the thermolysis was the isomeric 1H-bis[1]-benzopyrano[3,4-b:3′,4′-á]pyran-7-(9H)one ( 10 ), the first member of a novel, pentacyclic ring system.  相似文献

The syntheses and spectral properties of novel dimethyl-substituted thieno[3,2-b]-, [3,4-b]- and [2,3-b]pyran-ones are described. The uv spectra of the three systems are distinctly different as supported by HOMO/LUMO calculations. 5,6-Dihydro-5,5-dimethyl-7H-thieno[3,4-b]pyran-7-one ( 10 ) and 5,6-dihydro-6,6-dimethyl-4H-thieno[2,3-b]pyran-4-one ( 20 ) represent the first members of these thienopyranone ring systems.  相似文献

Direct acylation of tetronic acids by α,β-ethylenic acid chlorides with tin tetrachloride gave a new type of fused heterocyclic compounds: 2H-furo[3,4-b] pyran-4,5-diones. Acylation in alkaline medium gave enol esters which could be transposed in furopyrandiones. However, the first route was more satisfactory.  相似文献

Chlorination and bromination of 2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one and its N-methyl-substituted derivatives in acetic acid at 90–95°C leads to formation of the corresponding 5,6-dichloro(dibromo)-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones. Iodination of the same substrates with ICl under analogous conditions yields 6-iodo derivatives. Chlorination of 6-iodo-1,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one is accompanied by replacement of the iodine atom by chlorine with formation of 5,6-dichloro-1,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one. The [Co2 (CO)8]-catalyzed reaction between propyne and CO in acetone at 110° and 170 bar was re-investigated. There are five major products: (E)-3,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bifurylidene-5,5′-dione ( 4 ), 3,5,8-trimethylcoumarin ( 8 ), 3a, 7a-dihydro-2,4,7,7a-tetramethyl-1H-inden-1-one ( 9 ), 2,6-dimethyl-5H-furo [3,2, -b]- pyran-5-one ( 11 ), and 2,7-dimethyl-5H-furo 3,2-b-pyran-5-one ( 12 ); of these, only one, 4 . had previously been recognized. In parallel experiments were obtained 2,6-dipentyl-5 H-furo[3,2-b]pyran-5-one ( 13 ), 2,7-dipentyl–5H-furo[3,2-b]pyran-5-one ( 14 ), 3a, 7a-dihydro-2,4,7,7a-tetrapentyl-1H-inden-1-one ( 15 ). And 3a, 7a-dihydro-2,4,6,7a-tetrapentyl-1H-inden-1-one ( 16 ) from hept-1-yne, and two further types of products from two atypical 1-alkynes: 3,6,9-tri(tert-butyl)-1-oxaspiro[4.4]nona-3,6,8-trien-2-one ( 20 ) from (tert-butyl)acetylene and the exo-dimer 21 of 2,5-bis(trimethylsilyl)cyclopenta-2,4-dien-1-one ( 22 ) from (trimethylsilyl)acetylene. The reaction of the di-O-trimethylsilyl derivative of 2-hydroxynicotinic acid with methyl phosphodichloridite afforded 2-methoxy-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorino[4,5-b]pyridin-4(4H )-one. The NMR spectrkscopic data suggest that the reaction of the latter with hexafluoroacetone produces unstable 2-methoxy-2,5-dioxo-4,4-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,5-dihydro-1,3,2-dioxaphosphepino[4,5-b]pyridine, which is readily transformed into 9-methyl-2,5-dioxo-4,4- bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,5-dihydro-1,3,2-dioxaphosphepino[4,5-b]pyrid-9-inium-2-oate. The structure of the hydrolysis product of the latter, viz., 1-methyl-3-(2-hydroxy-3,3,3-trifluoro-2- trifluoromethylpropanoyl)pyridin-2-one, was established by X-ray diffraction analysis.Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 9H-Dithieno[2,1 -b:4,5-c′]tropylium ion (III) and 4ii-dithieno[1,2-b:4,5-c′]tropylium ion (IV) have been synthesized by ring-closure of 1-(4-carboxy-3-thienyl)-2-(3′-thienyl)ethane (IX) and 1-(4-carboxy-3-thienyl)-2-(2′-thienyl)ethane (XVI), respectively, followed by bromination-debrom-ination to 9H-cyclohepta[2,1-b:4,5-c′] dithiophen-9-one (XI) and 4H-cyclohepta[1,2-b:4,5-c′]-dithiophen-4-one (XVIII), and finally by reduction and hydride transfer. The tropylium ions III and IV were less stable than the [b,b′]-fused isomers previously studied.  相似文献

The triethylamine-catalyzed reaction of 4-substituted ethyl 2-acyl-3-amino-6-methylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine-4-carboxylates IIIa-h with 2,2,6-trimethyl-4H-1,3-dioxin-4-one IV gave 4-substituted ethyl 3-acetyl-2-hydroxy-7-methylthieno[2,3-b:4,5-b′]dipyridine-9-carboxylates Va-h. Derivatives of two new molecular structures, namely, 7,8-dihydro-6H,10H-[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-10-one and 6,7-dihydro-9H-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3,4-d][pyrimidin-9-one, and derivatives of N-substituted sulfamic acid, namely, (8-amino-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-6-on-7-yl)sulfamic acid and (7-amino-2,3-dihydro-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-on-6-yl)sulfamic acid, were separated out as by-products in the reduction reaction of 8-amino-3,4-dihydro-7-nitroso-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1- b][1,3]thiazin-6-one and 7-amino-2,3-dihydro-6-nitroso-5H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one derivatives, respectively, with sodium hydrosulfite. A mechanism of reaction, which hypothesizes the action of sodium hydrosulfite in an asymmetic form, is proposed. The results of single-crystal X-ray investigation on 7,8-dihydro-6H,10H-[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazin-10-one (R = 0.032 for 863 reflections) and (8-amino-3,4-dihydro-2H,6H-pyrimido[2,1-b]- [1,3]thiazin-6-on-7-yl)sulfamic acid, sodium salt (R = 0.028 for 3507 reflections) are reported.  相似文献

The dipolar 1,4-cycloaddition of dichloroketerie to N,N-disubslituled 3-aminomethylene-2,3-dihydro-4-thiochromanones and 3-aminomethylenetelrahydro-4-thiopyranones gave N,N-disubstituted 4-amino-3,3-diehloro-3,4-dihydro-2H,5H-[1]benzolhiopyrano[4,3-b]pyran-2-ones and 4-amino-3,3-dichloro-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-2H,5H-thiopyrano[4,3-b]pyran-2-ones, respectively, only in the ease of aromatic or strong hindering aliphatic N-substitution. The adducts gave N,N′-disubstituted 4-amino-3-chloro-2H,5H-[1]benzothiopyrano[4,3-b]pyran-2-ones and 4-amino-3-chloro-7,8-dihydro-2H,5H-thiopyrano[4,3-b]pyran-2-ones, respectively, by dehydro-chlorination with DBN. By chromatography on neutral alumina, 3-(2,2-dichloroethylidene)-2,3-dihydro-4-thiochromanone was isolated as an unstable liquid from the reaction between dichloroketerie and 3-diethylaminornethylene-2,3-dihydro-4-thiochromanone.  相似文献

1,2,4-Triazino[4,5-b]indazol-1(2H)one and its derivatives were prepared by transposition of 3-[2-(-1,3,4-oxadiazolyl)]indazole or by ring closure of indazole ethoxymethylidenehydrazides. The synthesis of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-l,2,4-triazino[4,5-b]indazole-1,4-dione was achieved by cyclising the N-carbethoxyhydrazide of indazole-3-carboxylic acid and the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazino-[4,5-b]indazol-4(3H)one was made by cyclising the N-carbethoxy-hydrazone of indazole-3-carboxaldehyde. The Oxydation of 1,2,4-triazino[4,5-b]indazole-l(2H)thione gave 1,2,4-triazino-[4,5-b]indazoles. Nmr spectral data are reported.  相似文献

To determine the structures of two isomeric products, 2-phenacylidene-1,2-dihydro-4H-pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-3-one (2) and 3-phenacylidene-3,4-dihydro-1H-pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-2-one (3) obtained by condensation of 2,3-diaminopyridine (1) with ethyl benzoylpyruvate [1–3], these compounds were hydrolyzed to give 2-methyl-4H-pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-3-one (4) and 3-methyl-1H-pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-2-one (5) , respectively [4,5]. Both hydrolysates 4 and 5 were hydrogenated to afford 2-methyl-1,2-dihydro-4H-pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-3-one (6) and 3-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-2-one (7) . The latter compound was identical with an unequivocally synthesized compound providing proof for the structures of all these compounds.  相似文献

We developed a facile approach for the preparation of a rare 2H-furo[3,2-b]pyran-2-one system. The suggested method is based on a two-step process using unsubstituted allomaltol as a starting compound. The key stage of the considered route is a condensation of 2-(2-aryl-2-oxoethyl)-3-hydroxy-6-methyl-4H-pyran-4-ones with 1,1-carbonyldiimidazole. The advantages of the presented method are commercially available starting materials and convenient experimental procedures including simple isolation of the target compounds. The structure of one of the 2H-furo[3,2-b]pyran-2-ones was confirmed by x-ray diffraction.  相似文献
