Three new copper coordination polymers [Cu(L) · 6H2O] n (I), [Cu2(L)2] n (II), and [Cu(HL)2] n (III), where H2L is N-[(3-pyridine)-sulfonyl]aspartate, have been synthesized and characterized by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1435871 (I), 1435872 (II), 1435873 III), elemental analysis and IR spectra. Moreover, the variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility had been studied for complex I. A structural comparison of these polymers suggests that different reaction temperatures play important role in the construction of resulting architectures for IIII.  相似文献

Four novel metal–organic frameworks, [Cu(Tmp)2(H2O)] · NO3 (I) (Tmp = 3,4,7,8-tetramethyl-1,10-phenanthroline), [Mn(Tmp)2(H2O)2] · 2NO3 · H2O (II), [Pb(Tmp)(CH3COO)2] · 3H2O (III) and [Zn(Tmp)2(H2O)2] · 2NO3 · 2H2O (IV), have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 88362–88365 for I–IV, respectively), IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. Both I and II complexes are crystallized in monoclinic system with space groups C2/c, P21/c, respectively, while III and IV complexes are crystallized in triclinic system with space groups \(P\overline 1 \). Generally, these crystal structures are stabilized by O–H···O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions between the phenanthroline rings of neighboring molecules. Thermogravimetric analyses of compounds IIV display considerable thermal stability.  相似文献

Three new complexes based on 1-tetrazole-4-imidazole-benzene (Tibz), namely, [Cd(Tibz)2(H2O)2] n (I), [Mn(Tibz)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O (II) and [Co(Tibz)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O (III) have been synthesized through hydrothermal method and structurally characterized by element analyses, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses (CIF files CCDC nos. 1443867 (I), 1443868 (II), 1443869 (III)). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complex I is a 1D double-chain architecture, II and III are both mononuclear complexes. The results of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicate that the hydrogen bond and π··· π stacking exist in the complexes, which make great contribution to the stabilities of complexes IIII. The fluorescent properties of these complexes have also been studied in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Three two-dimensional coordination polymers [Cd(2,3-Pyma)Cl2] n (I), {[Cd(2,3-Pyma)(1,4-Chdc)] · 4H2O}n (II) and {[Zn2(2,3-Pyma)(1,2,4,5-Bttc)(H2O)4] · 6H2O} n (III) (2,3-Pyma = (2,3-pyridylmethyl) amine, H2-1,4-Chdc = 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid, and H4-1,2,4,5-Bttc = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography (CIF files CCDC nos. 989461 (I), 1055685 (II) and 1055686 (III)). Three complexes are all twodimensional layer networks bridged by the flexible 2,3-Pyma ligands or the carboxylate ligands. It is noted that the flexible 1,4-Chdc ligands bind the Cd2+ ions into a helical chain structure in complex II. The photoluminescence and thermal properties are investigated.  相似文献

Complexes ZnLCl2 (I) and [CdLCl2] n (IV), where L is chiral bis-pyridine containing fragments of natural monoterpenoide (–)-α-pinene are synthesized. Single crystals of [ZnLCl2]·CH2Cl2 (II), [ZnLCl2i-PrOH (III), and IV compounds are grown. The crystal structures of II and III are composed of mononuclear ZnLCl2 complex molecules and solvate CH2Cl2 and i-PrOH molecules; the coordination polyhedron of the zinc atom Cl2N2 is a distorted tetrahedron. According to the single crystal XRD data, complex IV is a 1D coordination polymer; the coordination core CdN2Cl4 is a distorted octahedron and Cl atoms are bridging ligands. In the structures of II, III, and IV the L molecule functions as a bidentate chelate ligand. In the solid phase, complexes I and IV exhibit photoluminescence in the visible range (λmax 505 nm and 460 nm respectively). The band intensity in the photoluminescence spectra of I and IV complexes considerably exceeds the band intensity in the spectrum of free L.  相似文献

Three novel 3d–4f heterometal complexes [Ln(NiL)3(Btca)(NO3)] · xH2O (Ln = Sm(III) (I), Pr(III) (II), Eu(III) (III) (H2L = 2,3-dioxo-5,6,14,15-dibenzo-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclo-pentadeca-7,13-dien, H2Btca = benzotriazole-5-carboxylic acid) were solvothermally synthesized and characterized by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1555557 (I), 1555555 (II), 1555556 (III)). They crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n for I (x = 1.5) and C2/c for (II) and (III) (x = 1), respectively. In these complexes, the central Ln(III) and external nickel ions are bridged by macrocyclic oxamide groups. The metal center of Ln(III) resides in a distorted bicapped square antiprism surrounding with six oxygen atoms of three oxamide groups, two oxygen atoms of Btca2– ion and two oxygen atoms of NO3-. Furthermore, there are C–H···O and/or C–H···N hydrogen bond interactions among nitrate, benzotriazole-5-carboxylate, macrocyclic oxamide and water to form three-dimensional superamolecular architecture. The fluorescence properties of the compounds I and II are also discussed.  相似文献

Four d 10-based complexes with chemical formulae {[Zn(L1)2(H2O)2(4,4′-Bipy)2] (I), {[Zn2(L1)4(Mi)] · 4H2O} (II), {[Zn(L1)2(Phen)] · H2O} (III) {[Cd(L1)2(Phen)] · 2H2O} (IV) (HL1 = p-hydroxy phenylacetic acid, 4,4′-Bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, Mi = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)butane) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1047119 (I), 1047120 (II), 1047121 (III), 1047122 (IV)). The significant effect of assistant ligands and metal ions on assembly of I?IV has been demonstrated, which leads to the formation of distinct crystalline products. Complexes I?IV show various coordination motifs with different existing forms and coordination modes of the organic ligands. Furthermore, extend supramolecular networks are connected by secondary interactions such as hydrogen-bonding and aromatic stacking. The thermal stability and luminescent properties of the compounds were discussed in detail.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reaction of cadmium chloride and 2-carboxyethyl(phenyl)phosphinic acid (H2L) under pH 2.69 or 5.00 afforded two novel Cd(II) compounds with the formula of [Cd(HL)2] n (I) and [Cd3(L)2(OH)2] n (II), respectively. Both compounds were well characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, power X-ray diffraction, fluorescence and single-crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1049809 (I), 1049810 (II)). Compound I crystallizes in a Pca21 space group and presents a two-dimensional (2D) layered noncentrosymmetric structure, in which slight difference of the two Cd–O(phosphinico) distances leads to the formation of the chiral phosphorus atom in HL ligand. Compound II adopts a centrosymmetric P2 1/c space group and exhibits a 2D network. Both compounds show violet fluorescence, assigned as an intraligand emission.  相似文献

The reactions of [MnIII(3-MeOSalen)(H2O)2]+ (Salen = N,N-ethylenebis(salicylideneaminato) dianion) with (Et4N)4[M(CN)8] (M = Mo, W) have been investigated and one mononuclear manganese(II) complex [MnII(Salen)(H2O)] (I) and one bimetallic ion-pair complex [MnIII(3-MeO-Salen)(H2O)2]4[W(CN)8] · DMSO · 4H2O (II) were obtained unexpectedly and characterized by element and single crystal structure analysis. Single crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1456365 (I) and 1456366 (II)) showed that the Mn2+ ion in complex I is five-coordinated involving in a distorted square pyramid. Furthermore, with the help of the intermolecular hydrogen bond interactions, this complex can be constructed into interesting one-dimensional zig-zag chain structure. For complex II, the coordination sphere of Mn3+ ion is an elongated octahedron. Additional, the four mononuclear manganese(III) units are self-complementary through the coordinated aqua ligand from one molecule and the free O(4) compartment from the neighboring molecule, giving supramolecular dimmers structure. Investigation of the magnetic susceptibility of the two complexes reveals the overall weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent manganese centers caused by H-bond interactions.  相似文献

Novel double complex salts, [Zn(DMF)6]2[SiW12O40] · 2H2O (I) and [Zn(H2O)2(DMF)4][Zn(DMF)6]2[PW12O40]2 · 6DMF (II) (DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide), were prepared by the reaction of Zn2+ and heteropoly acids Hx[EW12O40] · xH2O (E = P, X = 3, E = Si, X = 4) in DMF. The complexes [CuLCl2] (I), [CoLCl2] (II), and CuLBr2 (III) (where L is the derivative of optically active 5-pyrazolone prepared from the terpene (+)-3-carene) were obtained and characterized. According to X-ray diffraction data, crystal structures I and II (orthorhombic crystal system) are built from mononuclear acentric molecules. In the resulting complexes, the Cu2+ or Co2+ ion coordinates two N atoms of the chelating bidentate ligand L and two Cl atoms, thus making a distorted tetrahedron. Intermolecular contacts and the hydrogen bonds Cl(1)…H-O(1) give rise to columns parallel to axis y. For complexes I and III, μeff = 1.83 and 1.81 μB, respectively; these values correspond to the electronic configuration d 9 . For complex II, μeff = 4.42 μB, which suggests the tetrahedral structure of the coordination entity CoCl2N2. Complexes I and III were studied by EPR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Crystals of double polyphosphates EuCs5(PO3)8 (I) and GdCs5(PO3)8 (II) have been studied by X-ray diffraction. The isostructural crystals of I and II are monoclinic, space group C2. Only unit cell parameters have been determined for the crystals of double Pr and Cs polyphosphate (III). This crystal is isostructural with earlier studied La3Cs15P24O72 · 6H2O (IV). The crystals of compounds III and IV are triclinic, space group P1, Z = 1; a = 11.987(2) and 12.178(5) Å, b = 14.754(8) and 14.740(8) Å, c = 14.692(8) and 14.847(9) Å, α = 60.15(4)° and 60.87(5)°, β = 67.04(4)° and 66.35(4)°, γ = 78.76(3)° and 77.54(4)°, respectively. In compounds I and II, the polyphosphate anions exist as infinite chains. The MIIIO8 polyhedra are isolated from each other but share edges and faces with the CsO n polyhedra.  相似文献

The reaction of [Ru 3 III 3-O)(μ-O2CCF3)6(H2O)3](O2CCF3) in methanol gives two solvates, [Ru3O(O2CCF3)6(DMSO)3] · 1/2H2O (I) and [Ru3O(O2CCF3)6(DMSO)3] · H2O (II), of a novel trinuclear mixedvalence Ru(II,III,III) trifluoroacetate complex, where two DMSO molecules are coordinated to the Ru atoms through the O atom, while the third DMSO molecule is coordinated through the S atom. According to the X-ray diffraction data, the complex can crystallize in two crystal systems: triclinic (I) (space group P \(\overline 1 \)) and monoclinic (II) (space group P21/m). The unit cell parameters for I are: a = 9.354, b = 11.005, c = 20.846 Å, α = 99.10, β = 96.38, γ = 92.17, Z = 2; R = 7.27%; for I are: a = 9.186, b = 17.044, c = 13.091 Å, β = 101.10, Z = 2; R = 14.18%.  相似文献

Three new complexes, namely {[Ln(L)3(2,2′-Bipy)] n · H2O} (Ln = Pr (I), Sm (II), and Nd (III)) (HL = 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)propanoic acid), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The structural determinations indicated (CIF files CCDC nos. 1472729 (I), 1472730 (II), 1472734 (III)) that IIII have similar dinuclear structures, which can be further linked into 2D sheet via the hydrogen bond interactions. Complexes [CuL1Cl2] (I), [CuL2Cl2] · EtOH (II), and Cu2L3Cl4 (III) containing esters of the N-derivatives of optically active amino acids based on (+)-3-carene (L1, L2) and (?)-α-pinene (L3) are synthesized. The crystal and molecular structures of compounds I and II are determined by X-ray diffraction analyses (CIF files CCDC nos. 1560071 (I), 1560072 (II)). The crystal structure of compound I consists of mononuclear complex molecules. In the structure of compound II, the unit cell contains two crystallographically independent molecules of mononuclear complex [CuL2Cl2] and two EtOH molecules. Ligands L1 and L2 perform the tridentate-chelating function by the N atoms of the NH and NOH groups and by the O atom of the C=O group. In compounds I and II, the coordination polyhedra Cl2N2O of the Cu atoms are trigonal bipyramid. According to the data of IR and electronic spectroscopy, binuclear complex III has similar coordination polyhedra. The experimental values of μeff for compounds I, II, and III at 300 K are 1.93, 1.88, and 2.71 μB. For complex III, the μeff(T) dependence in a range of 2–300 K indicates a weak ferromagnetic exchange interaction.  相似文献

React of cadmium salts with 4,4'-bis((2-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-1-yl)methyl)biphenyl (Bpbib) yields two one-dimensional (1D) coordination architectures of two new complexes—{[Cd2(Bpbib)2(NO3)4] ? CH3OH} n (I) and {[Cd(Bpbib)Cl2] ? 2CH3OH} n (II). Complexes I and II were characterized by the elemental analyses, photoluminescence and emission spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1046021 (I), 1046022 (II)). Complex I is a helical array, whereas II features a zigzag pattern, depending upon the type of their associated anions. In addition to the primary organic linker, the counter anions also have a dominant influence on the overall structures, and even arouse the luminescence performance diversity.  相似文献

In continuation of a systematic study of bis(citrate)germanates, we synthesized a number of heterometallic germanium(IV) and 3d metal complexes based in citric acid (H4Cit) with the molecular formula [M(H2O)6][Ge(HCit)2] · nH2O, where M = Fe, n = 4 (I); Co, n = 2 (II); Ni, n = 2 (III); Cu, n = 1 (IV); Zn, n = 3 (V). The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, and IR spectroscopy. The X-ray diffraction analysis of compound I was performed. Crystals are monoclinic, a = 10.091(4) Å, b = 11.126(4) Å, c = 10.996(4) Å, β = 100.966(6)°, V = 1212.1(8) Å3, Z = 4, space group P21/n, R1 = 0.0561 for 2266 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Compound I is composed of centrosymmetric octahedral complexes-[Ge(HCit)2]2? anions and [Fe(H2O)6]2+ cations—and crystallization water molecules. Structural units in compound I are combined by a hydrogen bond system.  相似文献

Zinc(II) and manganese(II) complexes of 2-(diphenylacetyl)indandione-1,3 (HL) were synthesized. Crystals of [M(DMSO)2L2] · CHCl3, where M= Zn(II) (I) and Mn(II) (II), obtained from chloroform plus dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) mixture were found to be isostructural based on the similarity of their unit cell parameters and unit cell volumes. The crystals are triclinic, Z = 2, space group P \(\bar 1\); a = 10.422(1) Å, b = 11.929(1) Å, c = 20.429(1) Å, α = 73.616(1)°, β = 85.095(1)°, γ = 77.586(1)° for complex I; a = 10.436(1) Å, b = 12.297(1) Å, c = 19.924(2) Å, α = 78.138(2)°, β = 87.625(2)°, γ = 82.048(2)° for complex II. X-ray structural analysis of complex I was carried out. For complex II, the structure was not refined because all of its atoms are each disordered over three to five positions. The two DMSO molecules in complex I coordinate the central metal atoms in the monodentate mode via their donor oxygen atoms to occupy an axial position and an equatorial position in an octahedral polyhedron. The other four positions are occupied by the four oxygen atoms of the two deprotonated ligands L? coordinated in the bidentate-cyclic mode. The outer sphere of complex I contains the solvating chloroform molecule.  相似文献

The reactions of Mn2+ ion with 4-nitrobenzene-1,2-bicarboxylic acid in the presence of bipyridyl-type coligands gave two new manganese(II) coordination polymers, [Mn2(Nbdc)2(Bipyp)(H2O)4] n (I) and [Mn2(Nbdc)2(Bipye)(H2O)4] n (II) (H2Nbdc = 4-nitrobenzene-1,2-bicarboxylic acid, Bipyp = 1,3-bi(4-pyridyl)propane, and Bipye = 1,2-bi(4-pyridyl)ethane). Both two complexes contain uniform carboxyl-bridged manganese chains with the composition of [Mn2(Nbdc)2(H2O)4] n , which are interlinked by interchain Bipyp/Bipye spacers to afford two closely-related layers (CIF files CCDC nos. 1008182 (I) and 1008183 (II)). Magnetic studies for two compounds show the presence of similar antiferromagnetic couplings between the adjacent Mn2+ ions through the carboxyl bridges, the best fittings to the experimental magnetic susceptibilities gave J =–0.20 cm–1 and g = 1.96 for I, and J =–0.24 cm–1 and g = 1.98 for II. Similar magnetic parameters and thermal behaviors further verify that two compounds possess closely-related structures.  相似文献

New hexanuclear Fe(III)–Mn(II, III) pivalates [Fe2 III Mn4 II(O)2(Piv)10(HPiv)4] (I) or [Fe4 III Mn2 III(O)2(Piv)12(CH2O2)(HPiv)2] · Et2O (II) are synthesized using the solid-state thermolysis of [Fe2Mn(O)(Piv)6(HPiv)3] (90°С). Complexes I and II differ by the ratio of iron and manganese ions, which depends on the atmospheric composition during thermolysis. The structures of compounds I and II are determined by X-ray diffraction studies. According to the parameters of the Mössbauer spectrum, complex I contains the Fe3+ ions in the high-spin state in the octahedral environment of oxygen atoms.  相似文献
