 Ab initio molecular orbital calculations for N9, N 9 and N+ 9 isomers were carried out at the HF/ 6-31G*, B3PW91/6-31G*, B3LYP/6-31G* and MP2/ 6-31G* levels of theory. Stable equilibrium geometric structures were determined by harmonic vibrational frequency analyses at the HF/6-31G*, B3PW91/6-31G* and B3LYP/6-31G* levels of theory. The most stable free-radical N9 cluster is structure 1 with C 2 v symmetry and that of anion N 9 is structure 3 with C s symmetry. Only one stable structure of the N+ 9 cation with C 2 v symmetry was predicted. Their potential application as high-energy-density materials has been examined. Abstract

Two copper(II) coordination complexes, formulated as [Cu(tmen)(Clba)2] (1) and [Cu(tmen)(Hsal)2·H2O] (2) (where tmen?=?N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl ethylenediamine (C6H16N2), Clba1? = 2-chlorobenzoate (C7H4ClO21?), and Hsal1? (C7H5O31? = monoanion of o-hydroxybenzoic acid (salicylic acid)), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental combustion analysis, spectroscopic techniques, thermal studies, and single crystal X-ray analyses. Complex 1 consists of two distinct monomeric units in which the coordination environment around the central copper(II) ion is a distorted octahedron with a CuN2O4 chromophore, constituted by a chelating tmen molecule, and two 2-chlorobenzoate1? anions coordinated through their carboxylate-O atoms in an asymmetrical bidentate fashion. Complex 2 is also a monomer and consists of an CuN2O3 chromophore, in which tmen is coordinated to Cu(II) through its two N atoms in a chelating bidentate fashion, and an aqua-O and the two o-hydroxybenzoate1? (HSal1?) anions are coordinated through one of their carboxylate-O atoms in a monodentate mode, forming a square pyramidal structure. Hydrogen bonding interactions especially of O–H…O, N–H…O, and C–H…Cl types interweave monomeric units and stabilize the overall crystal structures in both complexes. Thermal analysis and antibacterial activities of 1 and 2 against various bacterial strains were also investigated.  相似文献

Four new metal complexes with the general formula, [ML·mH2O]nH2O (where, M = Cu(I), Co(II), Ni(II) or Zn(II); L = N,N ?-pyridine–2,6-diyl bis[N ?-phenyl (thiourea)] (PDPT); m = 1 or 3 and n = 0.5 or 4.0), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, spectral analyses (IR, UV–Vis., 1H-NMR and MS), thermal analyses (TGA), conductivity and magnetic measurements. The results showed that the ligand (PDPT) acts in a mononegative tridentate manner towards Cu(I) ion coordinating via the two thiol sulfurs and pyridyl nitrogen groups with displacement of only one hydrogen atom from the thiol group, while the ligand behaves in a binegative tridentate manner towards the Co(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) ions with displacement of two hydrogen atoms from the two thiol groups. The value of magnetic measurements showed a diamagnetic character of the copper complex indicating the reduction of Cu(II) to Cu(I). Semi-empirical calculations of the ligand and its metal complexes have been used to study the molecular geometry using ZINDO/1, PM3 and AM1. Also, the harmonic vibration spectra of the ligand and its metal complexes have been investigated with the purpose to assist the experimental assignment of metal complexes. The results of the optical absorption studies reveal that the optical transition is direct with band gaps energy (Eg) values 2.62, 1.98 and 1.85 eV for Cu, Co and Ni complexes, respectively, indicating that these complexes can behave as semi-conductors.  相似文献

We present infrared predissociation spectra of C2N(H2) and C 3N(H2) in the 300–1850 cm−1 range. Measurements were performed using the FELion cryogenic ion trap end user station at the Free Electron Lasers for Infrared eXperiments (FELIX) laboratory. For C2N(H2), we detected the CCN bending and CC−N stretching vibrations. For the C3N(H2) system, we detected the CCN bending, the CC−CN stretching, and multiple overtones and/or combination bands. The assignment and interpretation of the presented experimental spectra is validated by calculations of anharmonic spectra within the vibrational configuration interaction (VCI) approach, based on potential energy surfaces calculated at explicitly correlated coupled cluster theory (CCSD(T)-F12/cc-pVTZ−F12). The H2 tag acts as an innocent spectator, not significantly affecting the C2,3N bending and stretching mode positions. The recorded infrared predissociation spectra can thus be used as a proxy for the vibrational spectra of the bare anions.  相似文献

Double-base propellants undergo chemical, physical and mechanical changes upon ageing, leading to changes in ballistic performance and presenting explosive hazards. This report studies the variation of chemical and mechanical properties of aged N,N′-dimethyl-N,N′-diphenylcarbamide (methyl centralite) stabilized propellants in order to simulate and evaluate the natural ageing throughout the artificial one. Therefore, a comparative study of stabilizer depletion, plasticizers content, heat of combustion and mechanical properties such as storage modulus, loss modulus and damping of naturally and artificially aged propellants has been carried out by the following techniques: high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), thermogravimetric analyzer (TG), calorimeter of combustion and dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA), respectively. The results obtained show that all properties are closely connected. In addition, the determination of stabilizer depletion, plasticizers evaporation, decrease of heat of combustion and mechanical properties are very useful for a better understanding of the decomposition and ageing behaviour of propellants. The HPLC investigation of stabilizer has shown good stability of the propellants. The results obtained for DMA have shown that some considerable changes of the mechanical and viscoelastic properties of the propellants occurred during ageing. These results confirm the results obtained by TG for the reduction of the nitroglycerine amount and the decrease of the heat of combustion.  相似文献

In this study, we revealed the significance of chemical bonding for the photochemically induced mechanism of 2-phenyl tetrazole derivatives generating nitrile imines. The correlated electron localization function shows that the formation of imine nitrile involves two key bond events: (i) the heterolytic C−N breakage taking place in the T1 state and (ii) the homolytic N−N rupture occurring in the T2 excited state. In particular, a cation-radical specie results from the C−N cleavage, whereas the N−N rupture creates a biradical resonant form of imine nitrile. Additionally, we noticed that the substantial pair delocalization of the C−C-N bonded structure could play a significant role in the conversion of the biradical imine nitrile into both the propargylic and allenic forms via the T1→S0 deactivation.  相似文献

The syntheses, structures, and characterization (IR, TGA/DTA) of a family of layered coordination polymers containing Cd2+, bridging anions (SCN? and Cl?), and chelating C2H6N2O2 methyl carbazate (mc) and C3H8N2O2 ethyl carbazate (ec) ligands are described, viz: Cd(SCN)2(C2H6N2O2), Cd(SCN)Cl(C2H6N2O2), Cd(SCN)2(C3H8N2O2), and Cd(SCN)Cl(C3H8N2O2). Single-crystal structures show them to contain distorted CdN3OS2 (for the thiocyanate) and CdN2OCl2S (for the thiocyanate/chloride) octahedra, in which the mc and ec ligands adopt an N,O-bidentate coordination mode, and the four anions bridge adjacent metal ions, which leads to polymeric sheets built up from double-octahedral layers propagating in the (1?0?0) plane. The topological linkage of the metal ions, which is the same in each structure, can be described as a distorted hexagonal grid. The crystal structures are completed by weak N–H?O, N–H?N, N–H?Cl, and N–H?S hydrogen bonds, which all occur within the (1?0?0) polyhedral layers.  相似文献

Aromatic organoboron compounds are highly valuable building blocks in organic chemistry. They were mainly synthesized through aromatic C−H and C−Het borylation, in which transition metal-catalysis dominate. In the past decade, with increasing attention to sustainable chemistry, numerous transition metal-free C−H and C−Het borylation transformations have been developed and emerged as efficient methods towards the synthesis of aromatic organoboron compounds. This account mainly focuses on recent advances in transition metal-free aromatic C−H, C−N, C−S, and C−O borylation transformations and provides insights to where further developments are required.  相似文献

Abstract

Chromatographic behaviour of eighteen anions on thin layers of alumina and alumina mixed with silica gel (1:1, 1:2 and 2:1) has been studied using mixed acidic organic solvent systems containing formic acid. Though the addition of silica gel to alumina enhances the mobility and clarity of detection of anions, but it causes the increased tailing for Fe(CN)3- 6, Cr04 2- and Cr2O4 2-. Formic acid is responsible for the differential migration of anions. All the anions remained at the starting line (RF = 0) in pure organic solvents. Formic acid-Ketone systems gave better results compared to formic acid-alcohol systems. Development time increases with the increase of viscosity/mol. wt. of organic solvents. The mutual separation of C1, Br?, Br?, I? and NO? 2 and NO? 3 were achieved on pure alumina using formic acid-acetone solvent systems. The effect of transition metals (Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn) on C1?-Br?-I? and NO? 2-NO? 3 separations has been studied.  相似文献

Generating FeIV=O on single-atom catalysts by Fenton-like reaction has been established for water treatment; however, the FeIV=O generation pathway and oxidation behavior remain obscure. Employing an Fe−N−C catalyst with a typical Fe−N4 moiety to activate peroxymonosulfate (PMS), we demonstrate that generating FeIV=O is mediated by an Fe−N−C−PMS* complex—a well-recognized nonradical species for induction of electron-transfer oxidation—and we determined that adjacent Fe sites with a specific Fe1−Fe1 distance are required. After the Fe atoms with an Fe1-Fe1 distance <4 Å are PMS-saturated, Fe−N−C−PMS* formed on Fe sites with an Fe1-Fe1 distance of 4–5 Å can coordinate with the adjacent FeII−N4, forming an inter-complex with enhanced charge transfer to produce FeIV=O. FeIV=O enables the Fenton-like system to efficiently oxidize various pollutants in a substrate-specific, pH-tolerant, and sustainable manner, where its prominent contribution manifests for pollutants with higher one-electron oxidation potential.  相似文献

The extraction of trivalent lanthanide (Ln(III) ions with two diamides: (1) N,N′-dimethyl-N,N′-diphenyl-malonamide (MA) and (2) N,N′-dimethyl-N,N′-diphenyl-diglycolamide (DGA) from nitric acid solution was studied. Chemical bond properties of extracted complexes were investigated by UV-VIS and FT-IR spectroscopies. The chemical bond strength between Ln(III) ions and the ligands in extracted complexes was closely related with the magnitude of the distribution ratios of Ln(III) ions: the extracted complex having a stronger bond between Ln(III) ion and the ligand showed a higher magnitude of the distribution ratio of Ln(III) ion.  相似文献

Changes in the magnetic structure of Fe–Si–Al films due to Al and N ion implantation were studied by57Fe Conversion Electron Mössbauer Spectrometry (CEMS). The peaks of the magnetic sextets due to the crystalline films became broader by implantation with 5×1016 Al/cm2, suggesting the formation of amorphous phases. In the CEM spectrum of one sample with large grains implanted with 1×1017 Al/cm2 a crystalline -Fe phase appeared. N implantation with the same dose did not amorphize the sample but the components with high magnetic hyperfine fields were enhanced.  相似文献

[LCRP((PhP)2C2H4)][OTf] ( 4 a,b [OTf]) and [LCiPrP(PPh2)2][OTf] ( 5 b [OTf]) were prepared from the reaction of imidazoliumyl-substituted dipyrazolylphosphane triflate salts [LCRP(pyr)2][OTf] ( 3 a,b [OTf]; a : R=Me, b =iPr; LCR=1,3-dialkyl-4,5-dimethylimidazol-2-yl; pyr=3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl) with the secondary phosphanes PhP(H)C2H4P(H)Ph) and Ph2PH. A stepwise double P−N/P−P bond metathesis to catena-tetraphosphane-2,3-diium triflate salt [(Ph2P)2(LCMeP)2][OTf]2 ( 7 a [OTf]2) is observed when reacting 3 a [OTf] with diphosphane P2Ph4. The coordination ability of 5 b [OTf] was probed with selected coinage metal salts [Cu(CH3CN)4]OTf, AgOTf and AuCl(tht) (tht=tetrahydrothiophene). For AuCl(tht), the helical complex [{(Ph2PPLCiPr)Au}4][OTf]4 ( 9 [OTf]4) was unexpectedly formed as a result of a chloride-induced P−P bond cleavage. The weakly coordinating triflate anion enables the formation of the expected copper(I) and silver(I) complexes [( 5 b )M(CH3CN)3][OTf]2 (M=Cu, Ag) ( 10 [OTf]2, 11 [OTf]2).  相似文献

The effect of time and temperature of curing on the conversion of epoxy groups, on the relative change of some other functional groups (–OH, –NH2, RNH), glass transition temperatureT g , and equilibrium modulusG e was investigated for epoxy networks having various initial ratios of N,N-diglycidylaniline to 4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM) and of networks with various ratio of N,N,N,N-tetraglycidyl-4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane and DDM. Curing conditions were found under which the conversion of minority groups is maximal at the minimal extent of degradation reactions for networks prepared both in the excess of amine and in the excess of epoxide. For networks prepared in the excess of epoxide the degree of the etherification reaction was found to depend on time and temperature.  相似文献

In this paper, the first, second and mean (N?O) bond dissociation enthalpies (BDEs) were derived from the standard (p° = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation, in the gaseous phase, ΔfHm°(g), at T = 298.15 K, of 2,2′-dipyridil N-oxide and 2,2′-dipyridil N,N′-dioxide. These values were calculated from experimental thermodynamic parameters, namely from the standard (p° = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation, in the crystalline phase, ΔfHm°(cr), at T = 298.15 K, obtained from the standard molar enthalpies of combustion, ΔcHm°, measured by static bomb combustion calorimetry, and from the standard molar enthalpies of sublimation, at T = 298.15 K, determined from Knudsen mass-loss effusion method.  相似文献

Distribution constants and standard enthalpies of transfer of ethylenediamine (en), N,N-dimethylaminoethylamine (dmen) and N,N,N,N-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmen) partitioned between n-heptane and water containing reversed sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (AOT) micelles as a function of the molar concentration ratio R (R=[water]/[AOT]) were evaluated by a calorimetric method. The results show that en, dmen and tmen molecules, solubilized in the reversed micelles, are distributed between the micellar aqueous core and the micellar palisade layer. An analysis of the thermodynamic parameters of the partition process demonstrates the peculiar solvent properties of the water containing reversed AOT micelles.  相似文献

An improved and efficient synthesis of N‐desmethylcitalopram (2) and N,N‐didesmethylcitalopram (3) is presented. The method involved N‐demethylation of citalopram (1) using 1‐chloroethyl chloroformate to give 2 in 87% yield. Synthesis of 3 was accomplished by alkylation of 8 with 1‐(3‐bromopropyl)‐2,2,5,5‐tetramethyl‐1‐aza‐2,5‐disilacyclopentane (9).  相似文献

Anilines are potentially high-value arylating agents, but are limited by the low reactivity of the strong C−N bond. We show that the reactive intermediate benzyne can be used to both activate anilines, and set-up an aryl transfer reaction in a single step. The reaction does not require any transition metal catalysts or stoichiometric organometallics, and establishes a metal-free route to valuable biaryl products by functionalizing the aniline C−N bond.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of SrMn1−xGaxO3−δ perovskite compounds and describe the dependence of their phase stability and structural and physical properties over extended cation and oxygen composition ranges. Using special synthesis techniques, we have extended the solubility limit of Ga3+ in the cubic perovskite phase to x≈0.33. Higher Ga concentrations lead to mixed phases until a single-phase ordered double-perovskite structure is obtained at x=0.5, i.e., Sr2MnGaO6−δ. In the cubic perovskite phase the maximum oxygen content is 3−x/2, which corresponds to 100% Mn4+. All maximally oxygenated solid solution compounds are found to order antiferromagnetically, with the transition temperature linearly decreasing as Ga content increases. Reducing the oxygen content introduces frustration into the magnetic system and a spin-glass state is observed for SrMn0.7Ga0.3O2.5 below 30 K. The brownmillerite phase at low oxygen content, Sr2MnGaO5, is found to have Icmm crystallographic symmetry. At 12 K its magnetic structure is found to order in the Icm′m′ magnetic symmetry corresponding to a G-type antiferromagnetic structure of Mn3+ ions. At higher oxygen content, Sr2MnGaO5.5 is found to have Cmmm crystallographic symmetry with disordered oxygen vacancies. At 12 K two competing long-range magnetic structures are found for the Mn4+ sublattice having CIm′m′m symmetry (G-type), and CPm′m′m symmetry (C-type), together with a G-type short-range magnetic correlations.  相似文献
