Two cadmium(II) coordination polymers, [Cd(2-mBIM)(NCS)(SCN)] n (1) and [Cd2(2-mBIM)2(NO3)2(C4H4O4)(H2O)5] n (2) (2-mBIM = bis(2-methylimidazo-1-yl)methane, C4H4O4= succinate), have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 9.0770(5) Å, b = 9.4043(4) Å, c = 19.8720(9) Å, α = 101.551(1)°, β = 93.498(1)°, γ = 108.484(1)°, V = 1562.02(13) Å3, and Z = 2. Each Cd(II) is octahedrally coordinated and connected with two adjacent Cd(II)'s by double end-to-end thiocyanate bridges, resulting in the formation of 1-D zigzag chains, linked to each other via bridging 2-mBIM giving a 2-D supramolecular framework. Complex 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 12.6543(6) Å, b = 7.7128(4) Å, c = 17.3089(9) Å, β = 109.3980(10)°, V = 1593.45(14) Å3, and Z = 2. Cd(II) is coordinated with oxygen and nitrogens from two independent 2-mBIM, in a cis-configuration to form a 1-D helical structure. A 3-D supramolecular network comprised of succinate anion bridged 1-D helical chains, and weak hydrogen bonds between dimer waters gave 2-D layers.  相似文献

Three manganese coordination polymers [Mn(bimb)2(NCS)2] n (1), [Mn(bimb)2(dca)2] n (2) and [Mn(bimb)2(N3)2] n (3) (bimb?=?1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)butane, dca?=?dicyanamide) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, IR and thermogravimetric analysis. In 1 and 2, each Mn(II) links two Mn(II) atoms by double bimb ligands and extends to form a one-dimensional double chain structure containing the Mn2(bimb)2 22-member metallocycle. 3 constructs a two-dimensional (4,4) network linked by bimb bridges.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new cadmium(II) complexes with phenylthiourea (PTU), namely Cd(PTU)4Cl2 (1) and [Cd2(NCS)22-SCN)2(PTU)22-PTU)2] n (2), have been prepared and characterized structurally by X-ray diffaction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 27.057(13), b = 8.108(3), c = 16.751(8) Å, β = 114.46°, V = 3345(3) Å3, Z = 4. Complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1, with a = 9.336(3), b = 14.686(5), c = 16.911(5) Å, α = 71.36(2), β = 84.31(2), γ = 72.470(10)°, V = 2095.0(12) Å3 Z = 4. The structural analysis shows that each metal atom in both the mononuclear complex 1 and polynuclear complex 2 is octahedrally coordinated by four sulfur atoms and two chloro ligands or two nitrogen atoms from the thiocyanate groups, respectively. The PTU ligand can serve as either a monodentate ligand or a μ2-bridging ligand upon coordination to a metal atom.  相似文献

A novel two‐dimensional cobalt complex, [Co(btrm)2(dca)]ClO4 ( 1 , btrm = 1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazole‐1‐yl)methane, dca = dicyanamide), was synthesized and characterized. X‐ray diffraction analyses reveal that the title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m with a = 29.507(13)Å, b = 17.804(8) Å, c = 14.709(7) Å, β = 119.916(7)°, Z = 12, and R1 = 0.0784, wR2 = 0.2041. The cobalt atom involves a six‐coordinated CoN6 environment, with a distorted octahedral coordination. Two btrm ligands connect the CoII atoms with the exodentate nitrogen atoms on the 4‐position of triazole rings to form a sixteen‐membered rhombic grid. The unprecedented double btrm bridges and μ1,5‐dca bridge connect the cobalt atoms to form a two‐dimensional grid‐like layered structure. The spectroscopic and magnetic properties have also been investigated.  相似文献

Two complexes, [Ni(pmt)(Cl)] (1) and [Ni4(pmt)4(OH)4]·8H2O (2) [Hpmt = 2-(2-pyridylmethylamino)ethanesulfonic acid], were synthesized by different experimental methods in methanol-water mixed solution. Compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P?1 with unit cell parameters: a = 8.315(2) Å, b = 8.383(2) Å, c = 9.128(2) Å, α = 103.654(2)°, β = 98.125(2)°, γ = 113.154(2)°, V = 548.6(2) Å3, Z = 2. A pair of chlorides is μ 2-bridges linking two NiII atoms in forming binuclear complex 1. The coordination environment at NiII is distorted square-pyramidal geometry. Compound (2) belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 16.5168(15) Å, b = 18.3718(17) Å, c = 17.5473(16) Å, α = γ = 90°, β = 93.3820(10)°, V = 5315.3(8) Å3, Z = 4. Four hydroxides are μ 3-bridges joining four NiII atoms to generate a cubic framework as a tetranuclear complex. The configuration at each NiII is distorted octahedral. Both π–π stacking of pyridine rings and intermolecular hydrogen bonds stabilize the solid state structures for 1 and 2.  相似文献

Two new coordination compounds, {[Cd2(btrm)(ip)2(H2O)2]?·?2H2O} n (1) and {[Cd2(btrm)(hip)2(H2O)4]?·?3H2O} n (2) (btrm?=?bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methane, H2ip?=?isophthalic acid, H2hip?=?5-hydroxy isophthalic acid), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Compound 1 is a 3-D network with CdSO4 topology. Compound 2 contains 1-D ladder structures, which are interconnected by classical hydrogen-bonding interactions (O–H?···?O) to lead to 3-D supramolecular architectures. Luminescence was performed on 1 and 2, both of which showed strong fluorescent emissions in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

In 1, each Co(II) links two Co(II)'s by double bimb ligands and extends to form a one-dimensional chain containing the Co2(bimb)2 22-membered metallocycle. 2 and 3 are two-dimensional (4, 4) networks linked by bimb bridges. The title compound Cd8(OH)8(SO4)4 (1) obtained under hydrothermal conditions by reacting Cd(OH)2 with 4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid in an aqueous ethanol solution was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: P21/c with a?=?6.8984(4), b?=?7.5640(4), c?=?11.3919(5)?Å, β?=?119.763(2)°, V?=?516.01(5)?Å3, H8Cd8O24S4, M r ?=?1419.50, Z?=?1, D c ?=?4.568?Mg?m?3, μ?=?8.595?mm?1, F(000)?=?648, R?=?0.023, wR?=?0.060 for 1208 observed reflections [I?>?2σ(I?)]. A cobalt(II) iodide complex with bis(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methane (L) CoLI2 has been synthesized, and its single crystals have been obtained. The complex compound was characterized by electron spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system (a = 8.4044(4) Å, b = 13.3120(5) Å, c = 14.5824(7) Å; β = 94.7290(10)°; V = 1625.92(13) Å3; Z = 4; ρcalc = 2.112 g/cm3; space group P21/m). The structure of the complex is molecular mononuclear. L is a cyclic bidentate ligand; the coordination polyhedron of cobalt is a CoN2I2 tetrahedron formed by the nitrogen atoms of the pyrazole fragments L and iodine atoms. The complex has π-π stacking interactions between the pyrazole rings of CoLI2 molecules, binding the molecules into infinite chains along the b axis.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O and Gatifloxacin(Gati) affords a binuclear complex of Gatifloxacin, [Cd(Gati)(py)3]2·(ClO4)4 ( 1 ), which is characterized by X‐ray crystallographic analysis, IR and fluorescent spectroscopy. Crystal data for 1 , C34H36CdCl2FN6O12: monoclinic, P21/c, a = 18.3642(5), b = 12.8156(4), c = 16.7210(5) Å, β = 97.931(1)°, V = 3897.6(2) Å3, Z = 4. The local surrounding of the CdII ion is a slightly distorted octahedron. Solid‐state fluorescence measurements of 1 at room temperature show an emission peak at 439 nm.  相似文献

The mononuclear palladium(II) complex trans-[PdCl2(PhPPy2)2] (1) reacts with [Cu(CH3CN)4]ClO4 to afford the heterobinuclear [(PhPPy2)2PdCuCl2]ClO4·2CH3CN (2), bridged by two PhPPy2 ligands in a new mode. Complex 2 crystallizes in space group P21/c with a?=?12.947(1), b?=?9.142(1), c?=?33.454(2)?Å, β?=?99.698(1)°. The copper(I) and palladium(II) ions in 2 adopt distorted tetrahedral and square-planar geometry, respectively. At room temperature, the complex is photoluminescent in solution.  相似文献

The reactions of 2-(2-pyridyl)benzothiazole (1) with MX2·nH2O salts (M = NiII, CoII, or CuII; X = Cl or ClO4; n = 0–2) in EtOH afforded the corresponding complexes. Depending on the nature of the counterion in the starting metal salt, the reactions give compounds of composition M(1)Cl2·nH2O or Cu(1)2(ClO4)2·H2O. The molecular and crystal structure of the CuII(1)2(ClO4)2·H2O complex was established by X-ray diffraction. The copper atom in this complex has a distorted tetragonal-pyramidal ligand environment and is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of two ligand molecules and one water molecule. Electrochemical study of the ligand and the resulting complexes by cyclic voltammetry and at a rotating disk electrode demonstrated that ligand 1 stabilizes reduced forms of complexes containing Ni, Co, or Cu atoms in the oxidation state +1. Two copper coordination polymers [Cu(obtz)(bdc)] n (1) and {[Cu(obtz)(phth)] · 2H2O} n (2) (obtz = 1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, bdc = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylate, phth = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate) were synthesized and characterized. Both 1 and 2 are 2-D networks constructed via the bridging ligands bdc and phth. The obtz ligands do not extend the dimension (2-D network) but add their thickness, 10.9 Å for 1 and 11.6 Å for 2. Complex 1 further constructs a 3-D network via π?π stacking interactions between the benzene rings of obtz ligands of adjacent 2-D networks. The thermal stabilities have been investigated.  相似文献

The coordination compounds [CoL2Cl2] (I) and [CdL2(H2O)2(NO3)2] (II) have been synthesized by the reaction of CoCl2 · 6H2O and Cd(NO3)2 · 4H2O with L = 2-amino-4-methylpyrimidine (Ampym, C5H7N3), and their structures have been solved. The crystals of complex I are triclinic, space group $P\bar 1$ , a = 5.627(1) Å, b = 11.191(1) Å, c = 12.445(1) Å, α = 81.00(1)°, β = 77.21(1)°, γ = 76.18(1)°, V = 737.7(2) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.567 g/cm3, Z = 2. The crystals of complex II are monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 10.390(1) Å, b = 11.982(1) Å, c = 7.624(1) Å, β = 102.61(1)°, V = 926.1(2) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.760 g/cm3, Z = 2. Discrete [CoL2Cl2] moieties are realized in the structure of complex I. The cobalt atom is tetrahedrally coordinated to the two nitrogen atoms of crystallographically nonequivalent ligands L and two chlorine atoms (Co(1)-Navg, 2.051(4)Å; Co(1)-Cl(1), 2.241(1) Å; Co(1)-Cl(2), 2.263 Å; bond angles at the cobalt atom lie within a range of 102.1°–118.6°). The complexes are linked into supramolecular zigzag chains by N-H...N(Cl) hydrogen bonds. In the structure of complex II, the Cd2+ ion (at the inversion center) is coordinated in pairs to the nitrogen atoms of ligand L and the O(NO3) and O(H2O) oxygen atoms. The coordination of the Cd2+ ion is distorted octahedral (Cd(1)-N(1), 2.341Å; Cd(1)-O(1), 2.340(4) Å; Cd(1)-O(4), 2.327(3) Å; bond angles at the cadmium atom lie within a range of 79.1°–100.9°). N-H...N hydrogen bonds link the complexes into supramolecular chains. These chains are linked into a supramolecular framework by the O-H...O hydrogen bonds between water molecules and NO3 groups.  相似文献

A cobalt(II) coordination polymer [Co(4-TZBA2?)(H2O)2] (1) was obtained by treatment of Co(ClO4)2 · 6H2O with 4-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)benzoic acid [H2(4-TZBA)] under hydrothermal conditions. The X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis reveals that 1 crystallizes in monoclinic P21/c, with a = 10.503(2) Å, b = 9.0860(18) Å, c = 10.179(2) Å, β = 96.75(3)° and Z = 4. In 1, adjacent cobalt(II) atoms are bridged by two 4-TZBA2? ligands to form a dimer, which is linked with six dimers to result in a 3-D structure. 1 exhibits strong luminescence at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

Under the solvo-thermal conditions, two novel CdII mixed-ligand coordination materials with 2,6-(1,2,4-triazole-4-yl)pyridine(L1) and aromatic poly-carboxylic acid co-ligands such as 5-R-isophthalic acid (R = nitro, sulfo), namely [Cd(L1)(NO2-BDC)(H2O)2] · 2H2O ( 1 ) and [Cd(L1)(HSIP)(H2O)] · 4H2O ( 2 ) (NO2-H2BDC = 5-nitroisophthalic acid, H3SIP = 5-sulfobenzene -isophthalic acid) were successfully prepared. These CdII mixed-ligand coordination polymers 1 – 2 have been measured by crystal X-ray analysis, FT-IR spectra and powder X-ray diffraction analyses. In 1 , these seven-coordinate CdII atoms (Cd1) are inter-linked by didentate 5-nitroisophthalic acid ligands forming 1D chain structures. In 2 , these L1 and partially de-pronated HSIP2– are inter-linked by central CdII centers and are arranged into the unique 2D micro-porous metal-organic framework of 2 . Side view of 2 , it is noted that numerous oxygen atoms of un-coordinated carboxylate groups and coordinated SO3 groups protrude out and decorate the 2D framework of 2 . PXRD patterns of 1 and 2 sample is tested, which is consistent with the simulated PXRD diffraction pattern. Photoluminescence studies show that 2 is highly selective and sensitive to trace elements of Eu3+ with excellent Ksv value (7.86 × 104 m 1) and low detection limit (5.56 × 10–2 mM), which also provides a convenient method and platform for real-time detection of Eu3+.  相似文献

Compounds [CdLCl2] n (1) and {[Cd(L)2(ClO4)]·ClO4} n (2), where L?=?1,3-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, have been synthesized by hydrothermal method, and characterized by element analysis, IR spectra, Powder XRD, and X-ray crystallographic diffraction. Cd(II) in 1 and 2 are both trigonal bipyramidal. Different cadmium salts of chloride and perchlorate lead to different configurations of [Cd2L2]2+, trans-form in 1 but trans and cis-forms in 2. The 1-D beaded chains of 1 are further linked to generate a 3-D supramolecular architecture by strong π–π stacking interactions as well as intermolecular C–H?···?Cl hydrogen bonds. In 2, the 1-D beaded chains are further assembled by intermolecular C–H?···?O hydrogen bonds to form a 2-D layer. Solid-state fluorescent properties of 1 and 2 were investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

Summary The preparation of transition metal complexes containing the sterically hindered ligand, bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)methane (LL) is described. Compounds of formula M(LL)X2 (M = CoII, NiII or ZnII and X = Cl or Br) or M(LL)2X2 (M = MnII, FeII, CoII, NiII, CuII, ZnII or CdII and X = ClO 4 ; M = CoII, NiII, CuII or ZnII and X = NO 3 ; M = NiII or CuII and X = Cl or Br) have been isolated. In addition, an apparently trimeric Cu3(LL)4Cl6 · EtOH compound is reported. For Ni(LL)Cl2 a five-coordinated chloro-bridged dimer is found. The perchlorato compounds, M(LL)2(ClO4)2, appear to have one bidentate ClO 4 and one ionic ClO 4 group. The M(LL)2 species appears to occur either in octahedral geometry, leaving twocis-positions free, or in a tetrahedral geometry without space for other ligands, and probably also in a five-coordinate geometry with one free ligand position.Structural conclusions are drawn from i.r., far-i.r. and ligand-field spectra, x-ray powder patterns, magnetic susceptibility data, e.s.r. spectra and conductivity data.  相似文献

Two novel dicyanamide complexes [Co(dmf)2(NCNCN)2] ( 1 ) and [Cu(bipy)(NCNCN)]ClO4 ( 2 ) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2 with a = 13.568(6)Å, b = 7.403(3)Å, c = 8.118(3)Å and Z = 2, whereas 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, Cc group, a = 14.270(7)Å, b = 9.143(5)Å, c = 12.371(1) Å, β = 118.612(7)°, and Z = 4. According to X‐ray crystallographic studies, in complex 1 each CoII ion is six‐coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from four μ1, 5‐dca (dca = dicyanamide) ligands and two oxygen atoms from two dmf ligands to form distorted octahedra. 1 forms a 1‐D network bridged via μ1, 5‐dca. 2 consists of a uniform Cu(NCNCN)Cu chain, each CuII ion is octahedrally coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two μ1, 5‐dca ligands and one bipy ligand and two oxygen atoms from two ClO4 ions. The octahedral CuII ion shows a significant Jahn‐Teller distortion, with two axial oxygen atoms considerably farther from the copper than the four equatorial nitrogens.  相似文献
