The reaction of anhydrous CuCl2 with HCl and 2-amino-5-iodopyridine in 1-propanol resulted in two polymorphs of (5-IAP)2[CuCl4] [5-IAP = 2-amino-5-iodopyridinium], one as red rods (1) and one as orange prisms (2). The two polymorphs have been characterized by single crystal x-ray diffraction and variable temperature magnetic susceptibility. Crystal data: triclinic, P-1, F(000) = 606, MoK α (λ = 0.71073 Å): for (1): a = 9.248(6), b = 10.202(7), c = 10.368(7) Å, α = 102.451(9), β = 96.662(8), γ = 96.725(8)°, V = 938.4(11) &Aringsup3;, Z = 2, Dcalc = 2.291 Mg/m3, μ = 5.020 mm?1, R = 0.0392 for [|I|≥2σ(I)]. For (2): a = 8.966(2), b = 10.755(2), c = 11.359(2) Å, α = 89.63(3), β = 68.04(3), γ = 69.07(3)°, V = 938.6(3) &Aringsup3;, Z = 2, D calc = 2.291 Mg/m3 , μ = 5.019 mm?1 , R = 0.0217 for [|I|≥2σ(I)]. The crystal packing for both polymorphs suggests that their magnetic behavior should be that of weakly interacting alternating linear chains. Temperature dependent susceptibility measurements yield: for 1 , C = 0.43, g = 2.14, θ = m 1.98; for 2, C = 0.45, g = 2.19, θ = ?4.15.  相似文献

The reaction of MX2 (M = Co(II), Ni(II); X = Cl, Br) with 2-aminopyrimidine in aqueous acid yields compounds [(2-apmH)2MX4], (2-apmH)2[MX4], or (2-apmH2) [MX2(H2O)4]X2 (2-apmH = 2-aminopyrimidinium; 2-apmH2 = 2-aminopyrimidinium(2+)). All compounds have been characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compounds [(2-apmH)2MX4] with M = Co, X = Cl (1); M = Ni, X = Cl (3); and M = Ni, X = Br (4) are isomorphous and crystallize as nearly square planar MX4 units with the 2-apmH cations coordinated in the axial sites through the unprotonated ring nitrogen. (2-ApmH)2[CoBr4] (2) crystallizes as the salt with a nearly tetrahedral CuBr4 2- anion. (2-ApmH2)[NiBr2(H2O)4]Br2 (5) forms as a cocrystal of the neutral, six-coordinate nickel complex and (2-ampH2)Br2, stabilized by extensive hydrogen bonding. Crystal data (1): monoclinic, P21/c, a = 7.540(4), b = 12.954(4), c = 7.277(3) Å, β = 110.09(6), V = 667.4(5) Å3, Z = 2, Dcalc = 1.955 Mg/m3, μ = 2.079 mm-1, R = 0.0501 for [|I|≥2(I)]. For (2): triclinic, P-1, a = 7.720(2), b = 7.916(2), c = 14.797(3) Å, α = 97.264(3), β = 104.788(3), γ = 105.171(3)°, V = 825.3(3) Å3, Z = 2, Dcalc = 2.296 Mg/m3, μ = 10.715 mm-1, R = 0.0308 for [|I|≥2(I)]. For (3): monoclinic, P21/c, a = 7.595(3), b = 12.891(4), c = 7.204(3) Å, β = 111.07(3)°, V = 658.2 Å3, Z = 2, Dcalc = 1.982 Mg/m3, μ = 2.279 mm-1, R = 0.0552 for [|I|≥2(I)]. For (4): monoclinic, P21/c, a = 7.840(2), b = 13.358(4), c = 7.518(2) Å, β = 110.923(3)°, V = 938.6(3) Å3, Z = 2, Dcalc = 2.577 Mg/m3, μ = 12.18 mm-1, R = 0.0280 for [|I|≥2(I)]. Abstract

Reaction of Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O with 1,3,5-triazine in 95% ethanol resulted in partial hydrolysis of the triazine ring and isolation of bis(1,3,5-triaza-1,4-pentadieno) copper(II) perchlorate, (1). Compound 1 crystallizes as violet needles. Crystal data for Cu(HN = CHNHCH = NH)2(ClO4)2 are: monoclinic, space group: C2/c, a = 13.342(3), b = 11.186(2), c = 18.045(4) Å, β = 99.09(3)°, V = 2659.3(10) Å3, Z = 8, Dcalc = 2.021 Mg/m3, μ = 2.096 mm?1, F(000) = 1624, MoKα (γ = 0.71069Å), R = 0.063 for 1597 unique observed [≥Fα3σ(F)] reflections and 196 parameters. The bis-chelated copper(II) ion contains a planar coordination geometry with Cu-N(ave) = 1.97Å and the perchlorate ions weakly coordinated (Cu - 0 = 2.84Å) in the axial positions.  相似文献

This article reports the synthesis and crystal structures of two new mononuclear Zinc(II) complexes, [Zn2(NTB)2(N3)2](NO3)2·2CH3OH (1) and [Zn2(NTB)2(SCN)2](NO3)2·2CH3OH·H2O (2). Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P&1macr;, a=13.743(4), b=14.374(4), c=14.443(5) Å; α=77.053(5), β=81.824(5), γ=88.959(6)°; Z=2; R1=0.0418, wR2=0.0889. Complex 2 also crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P&1macr;, a=12.203(10), b=14.430(12), c=18.541(15)Å; α=72.712(15), β=85.039(15), γ=73.610(14); Z=2; R1=0.0771, wR2=0.1288. In both cases the central zinc(II) metal ions are coordinated to the four nitrogen atoms of NTB and a nitrogen atom of N- 3(1) or SCN-(2) to form distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination spheres.  相似文献

New complex chlorides [ZnCl2(ODA)] (I) (ODA=oxydianiline, C12H12N2O) and [ZnCl2(H2O)2](Me4Pyz)2 (II) (Me4Pyz = 2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine) were synthesized and crystallographically characterized. Crystals of I are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 22.682(2) ?, b = 12.646(1) ?, c = 9.951(1) ?, β = 93.23(2)°, V = 2849.7(5) ?3, ρcalc = 1.569 g/cm3, Z = 8. Structure I contains cyclic fragments consisting of two tetrahedral complexes (ZnCl2N2) and two coordinated bridging oxydianiline ligands. Crystals of II are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, a = 8.972(2) ?, b = 13.862(3) ?, c = 17.528(4) ?, β = 101.72(3)°, V = 2134.5(7) ?3, ρcalc = 1.384 g/cm3, Z = 4. In structure II, supramolecular pseudo-metallocycles are formed due to formation of hydrogen bonds O(w)-H…N between coordinated water molecules and noncoordinated nitrogen atoms of tetramethylpyrazine molecules.  相似文献

Synthesis and structure of a novel thermochromic complex (CH8N4)2[CuCl6] are reported. X-ray analysis of the compound was carried out for a single crystal 0.4×0.2×0.05 mm in size (a bright-yellow plate). The monoclinic unit cell parameters are a=7.167(1), b=15.561(3), c=7.328(1) Å, β=118.73(3)°, V=716.7(2) Å3, space group P21, Z=2 (CH8N4)2[CuCl6] dcalc=1.99 g/cm3, μ(MoKα)=2.65 mm?1, R=0.0264, and Rw=0.0290 for 1411 Ihkl>2σI.  相似文献

The clusters Fe2Ru(CO)12–n (CNBu t ) n (3, n=1; 4, n=2), FeRu2(CO)12–n (CNBu t ) n (5, n=1, 6, n=2) and FeRu2(CO)11(CNCy) (5a) have been prepared by direct substitution from the parent carbonyl precursors Fe2Ru(CO)12 (1) and FeRu2(CO)12 (2). All compounds have been characterized spectroscopically and clusters 3, 4, 5, and 6 by single crystal X-ray determinations. In all cases, the isonitrile ligands adopt axial or pseudo-axial positions on a ruthenium atom. The structures of 35 are very similar to their parent clusters, but the extent of metal framework disorder is significantly less. Cluster 6 adopts the same C 2v Fe3(CO)12 type structure as 4, and thus differs markedly from the parent compound 2, which has a D 3 structure .  相似文献

The reactions of metal(II) chlorides and bromides with 2-amino-5-bromopyrimidine (2-abpm) in neutral and acidic solution were investigated. The reaction with ZnCl2, ZnBr2, CoCl2, CoBr2 and MnCl2 in acidic nitromethane solution gave complexes of the formula (2-abpmH)2MX4 (1, M?=?Zn, X?=?Cl; 2, M?=?Zn, X?=?Br; 3, M?=?Co, X?=?Cl; 4, M?=?Co, X?=?Br; 5, M?=?Mn, X?=?Cl). Crystals of 1 and 3 suitable for single crystal X-ray diffraction were obtained. Crystal data: For (1): triclinic, P-1, a?=?6.2485(13), b?=?9.0520(14), c?=?15.334(4)?Å, α?=?94.81(2), β?=?95.224(17), γ?=?98.027(17)°, V?=?851.1(3)?Å3, Z?=?2, R?=?0.0596 for [|I|?≥?2σ(I)]. For (3): triclinic, P-1, a?=?6.2438(13), b?=?9.0597(15), c?=?15.318(3)?Å, α?=?94.749(18), β?=?95.343(15), γ?=?98.021(17)°, V?=?850.2(3)?Å3, Z?=?2, R?=?0.0452 for [|I|?≥?2σ(I) ]. It is revealed that at 300 K Sm(Phen)(i-Bu2PS2)3 (I) and Sm(2,2′-Bipy)(i-Bu2PS2)3 (II) complexes have photoluminescence properties typical of the Sm3+ ion. In the spectra, three bands are observed with 7nmax = 564 nm, 600 nm, and 645 nm. Single crystals of Sm(Phen)(i-Bu2PS2)3·MeCN (III) are grown, and the structure of the compound is determined based on the X-ray diffraction data (X8 Apex diffractometer, MoK6h radiation, 7685 F hkl, R = 0.0258). Crystals of III are triclinic, unit cell parameters are a = 11.0554(3) ?, b = 15.0446(3)?, c= 15.4849(4)?; 6h = 89.218(1)°, β = 75.555(1)°, γ = 73.484(1)°, V= 2386.6(1)?3, Z=2, ρcalc = 1.391 g/cm3, P1 space group. The structure of III is formed from the molecules of mononuclear complex I and MeCN molecules. A coordination polyhedron of the Sm atom is an N2S6 tetragonal antiprism. It is shown that the structure of III includes dimeric assemblies of the molecules of complex I.  相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination polymer [Zn2(C2O4)2(C3N2H4)2] n (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized with ZnCl2·2H2O, oxalic acid and imidazole. The compound has a 2D network, consisting of infinite zinc(II) oxalate chains connected to each other by three-coordinate oxygen atoms. Within the chains, the zinc atoms are each octahedrally coordinated by one nitrogen atom from imidazole and five oxygen atoms from oxalate groups. Furthermore, there are two coordination modes of oxalate to zinc ions: chelate bis-bidentate and chelate/bridging bis-bidentate in compound 1, and the latter is rare among related compounds. Abstract

The reaction of two equivalents of NaSH with MCl2(dmpe)2 (M = Cr, Fe,) at—78°C gives trans-M(SH)2(dmpe)2 (M = Cr, (1), 30%; Fe, (2) 98%). The complexes have been characterized spectroscopically, and the trans geometry has been confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. Crystal data (1): C12H34CrP4S2, M= 418.42, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 8.857 (I), b= 12.719 (2), c = 9.648 (I) Å, β = 92.14(1)°, U= 1086.2 (5)Å, D c = 1.279gcm?3, Z = 2, λ(MoKa) = 0.71073 Å, (graphite mono-chromator), μ(MoKa) = 9.80cm?1. Methods: MULTAN, difference Fourier, full-matrix least-squares. Refinement of 1149 reflections (I > 3σ(I)) out of 1901 unique observed reflections (3.0° < 29 < 48.0°) gave R and R w values of 0.092 and 0.096, respectively. Crystal data (2): C12H34FeP4S2, M = 422.28, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 8.834 (2), b = 12.594 (2), c = 9.532 (2) Å, β = 90.66 (2)°, U = 1060.3 (5) Å3, D c = 1.323 g cm?3, Z = 2, γ(MoKa) = 0.71073 Å, (graphite monochromator), μ(MoKa) = 11.87 cm?1. A novel supramolecular complex, [Na2(2,3-naphtho-15-crown-5)2(NO3)][Cu(NO3)3(H2O)] (1), has been prepared and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group Pī, with a?=?11.233(6), b?=?13.342(7), c?=?16.601(8)?Å, α?=?89.836(7), β?=?79.132(8), γ?=?66.545(7)°, V?=?2234(2)?Å3, Z?=?2 and final R 1(wR 2)?=?0.0467(0.1164). Novel coordination features and supramolecular architectures are found in the solid state of 1. Two [Na(2,3-naphtho-15-crown-5)]+ cations containing two different sodium coordination numbers (six and seven) are bridged by a tridentate nitrate group, to form a larger complex cation, [Na2(2,3-naphtho-15-crown-5)2(NO3)], which is assembled into a novel 1D zigzag chain-like structure through aromatic C–H?···?π interactions.  相似文献

Abstract

The crystal structural investigations of 1 : 1 (La/Nd)KFe(CN)6 4H2O (I) and 1:1 (Pr/Nd) KFe(CN)6·4H2O (II) have been determined using three-dimensional, single-crystal, X-ray diffraction data and refined by least-squares to yield final reliability (R) factors of 0.0180 and 0.020 based on 358 and 343 unique reflections, respectively. I and II crystallize in the hexagonal space group P63/m (No. 176) with a = 7.371(1), c= 13.833(3)Å for I and a = 7.362(1), c= 13.799(3) A for II. For Z = 2, the respective calculated densities are 2.371 and 2.388 mgm?3 [exp., 2.369(4) and 2.382(4)mgm?3]. The coordination about the lanthanide central ions in both I and II is nine, and the geometric polyhedra are tricapped trigonal prisms (TTP). Cyanide bridging links the octahedral FeC6 groups to the nine-coordinated (Ln/Nd)N6(H2O)3 groups. The noncoordinated water molecule and the potassium ion occupy holes in the lattice along the three-fold axis above and below the lanthanide ions. Selected bond distances and angles are presented as well as discussions of the synthesis, TGA, IR, and digital SEM/EDS results, and other peripheral studies of I and II.  相似文献

The chlorination of an aqueous solution of [PtpnPy2Cl2]Cl2 affords the platinum(IV) dichloroamine complex [PtPy2(NCl2)2Cl2](I), as the major reaction product formed due to the complete destruction of the five-membered chelate ring. Complex I is obtained in the pure state from acetonitrile. In addition, the [PtPy(NH2-CH(CH3)-CH(CH3)-NH2)Cl3]Cl · 1/2 H2O complex (II) is isolated from the mother liquor upon chlorination. Complex I reacts rapidly with concentrated HCl to form the tetramine complex [PtPy2(NH3)2Cl2](CF3SO3)2 · 1/2 H2O(III). The X-ray diffraction study is carried out for complexes I, II, and III. Complex I crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system: space group C2/c, a = 7.4529(4), b = 15.2143(9), c = 14.9965(8) Å, β = 99.866(1)°, V = 1675.3(2) Å3, Z = 4; R hkl = 0.040. The crystal of [Co(H2O)6]·(Hnip)2·(H2nip)2·(OMA)2·(H2O)8 has been cultured using direct method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffractometry, elemental analysis and FTIR spectroscopy. It crystallizes in triclinic system, P-1 space group with the cell parameters of a=0.7012(1) nm, b=1.1378(2) nm, c=1.6612(3) nm, α= 84.92(3)°, β=85.19(3)°, γ=85.91(3)°, V= 1.3128(5) nm^3, Z=1, Dc= 1.573 g·cm^-3. Final R indices [1〉2σ(I)] are: R1 =0.0279, wR2=0.0765 while R indices for all data are: R1 =0.0327, wR2=0.0806. The Co coordination octahadra are each surrounded by two Hnip, two H2nip, two DMA and eight water molecules that are linked by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Thermal analyses of DSC and TG-DTG have been performed on the complex to predict its thermal decomposition mechanism and determine the most probable kinetic model function using Kissinger, Ozawa, integral and differential methods.  相似文献

Two cadmium(II) coordination polymers, [Cd(2-mBIM)(NCS)(SCN)] n (1) and [Cd2(2-mBIM)2(NO3)2(C4H4O4)(H2O)5] n (2) (2-mBIM = bis(2-methylimidazo-1-yl)methane, C4H4O4= succinate), have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 9.0770(5) Å, b = 9.4043(4) Å, c = 19.8720(9) Å, α = 101.551(1)°, β = 93.498(1)°, γ = 108.484(1)°, V = 1562.02(13) Å3, and Z = 2. Each Cd(II) is octahedrally coordinated and connected with two adjacent Cd(II)'s by double end-to-end thiocyanate bridges, resulting in the formation of 1-D zigzag chains, linked to each other via bridging 2-mBIM giving a 2-D supramolecular framework. Complex 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a = 12.6543(6) Å, b = 7.7128(4) Å, c = 17.3089(9) Å, β = 109.3980(10)°, V = 1593.45(14) Å3, and Z = 2. Cd(II) is coordinated with oxygen and nitrogens from two independent 2-mBIM, in a cis-configuration to form a 1-D helical structure. A 3-D supramolecular network comprised of succinate anion bridged 1-D helical chains, and weak hydrogen bonds between dimer waters gave 2-D layers.  相似文献

A solvothermal reaction of 2-pyrazinic acid with Zn(SO4)2 · 7H2O yielded the title complex of the formula {[Zn2(Pyz)2(H2O)4] · SO4} n (I). The reaction of the carbodiphosphorane Ph3P=C=PPh3 ( 1 ) with MeI in the presence of iodine gives the oxidation product (IC(PPh3)2)2I[I3]·(I2)2 ( 2 ). In the solid state dimeric units linked by indefinite ···I?···I2···I3?···I2···I?··· chains are found. An additional I···I contact between the cation and the I2 molecule is formed, amounting to 359.23(5) pm. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2/c, with the unit cell dimensions a = 2053.9(1), b = 1011.4(1), c = 1889.8(1) pm; β = 105.21(1)° and Z = 4.  相似文献
