Crystals of the zwitterionic copper(I) π‐complex [(HC≡CCH2NH3)Cu2Br3] have been synthesized by interaction of CuBr with [HC≡CCH2NH3]Br in aqueous solution (pH < 1) and X‐ray studied. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 6.722(4), b = 12.818(8), c = 9.907(3) Å, β = 100.25(4)°, V = 840.0(8) Å3, Z = 4, R = 0.0592 for 3015 reflections. The crystal structure of the π‐complex contains isolated [(HC≡CCH2NH3)+(Cu2Br3)?]2 units which are incorporated into a framework by strong hydrogen N–H···Br and C≡C–H···Br bonds. The length of π‐coordinated propargylammonium C≡C bond is equal 1.216(8) Å and Cu(I)–(C≡C) distance equals 1.958(5) Å.  相似文献

The synthesis and the structural characterization of the title compound H2Na3[W3O(CCH3)-(O2CCH3)6(H2O)3][H2W12O40]·13.5H2O are described. It is known that the mixed oxo-ethylidynecapped tritungsten cluster can be obtained by Zn dust reduction of Na2WO4·2H2O in acetic anhydride. The title compound has been characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV/VIS and 1H NMR spectra. The tungsten atoms in the cluster cation and anion are in the oxidation states of W(IV) and W(VI) respectively. The crystal is rhombohedral with the space group R32, a = 17.058 (3)Å, c = 49.665 (9)Å, γ=120°, V=12516(9)Å3, Z=6, final R = 0.037 for 2071 reflections with I ≥3σ (I). Both the cluster cation and anion have a C3 symmetry. The important interatomic distances in angstroms for the cluster cation are: W—W, 2.730(2); W—μ3?O, 2.00; W—O (carboxy1), 2.12; W—Ot 2.18 (2).  相似文献

K3[DyIII(nta)2(H2O)]·5H2O and (NH4)3[DyIII(nta)2] have been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. In K3[DyIII(nta)2(H2O)]·5H2O the DyIII ion is nine coordinated yielding a tricapped trigonal prismatic conformation, and its crystal belongs to monoclinic system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 15.373(5) Å, b = 12.896(4) Å, c = 26.202(9) Å; β = 96.122(5)°, V = 5165(3) Å3, Z = 8, D c = 1.965 g·cm?3, μ = 3.458 mm?1, F(000) = 3016, R 1 = 0.0452 and wR 2 = 0.1025 for 4550 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). In (NH4)3[DyIII(nta)2] the DyIII ion is eight coordinated yielding a usual dicapped trigonal anti-prismatic conformation, and its crystal belongs to monoclinic system and C2/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 13.736(3) Å, b = 7.9389(16) Å, c = 18.781(4) Å; β = 104.099(3)°, V = 1986.3(7) Å3, Z = 2, D c = 1.983 g·cm?3, μ = 3.834 mm?1, F(000) = 1172, R 1 = 0.0208 and wR 2 = 0.0500 for 2022 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). The results indicate that the difference in counter ion also influences coordination numbers and structures of rare earth metal complexes with aminopolycarboxylic acid ligands.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure of a new fluoromanganate(III), [(H3N(CH2)2)2NH2]2[MnF5(H2O)]3, is reported. The unit cell is unusually large: monoclinic, P21/c (no. 14), a = 41.0512(13) Å; b = 9.6469(4) Å; c = 12.8021(7) Å; β = 91.927(4)°; Z = 8, R = 0.0627 and wR2 = 0.1347. The [MnF5(H2O)]2– anions are octahedral with a strong distortion along the F–Mn OH2 axes due to the Jahn-Teller effect. A very rich intermolecular hydrogen bond framework is present, leading to chains of octahedra linked by double-hydrogen bonds. The polarized optical spectra on single crystals are explained in terms of the intraconfigurational d4 transitions split by a ligand field of C4v symmetry.  相似文献

Contributions to the Chemistry of Phosphorus. 160. About the Ring Cleavage of the Phosphorus Three-Membered Heterocycles (t-BuP)2CMe2 and (t-BuP)2N(i-Pr) with Potassium or K-Naphthalenide The reaction of (t-BuP)2CMe2 with potassium or K-naphthalenide in tetrahydrofuran or 1,2-dimethoxyethane mainly leads to the symmetric phosphide K(t-Bu)P? ;CMe2? ;P(t-Bu)K ( 1 ) via P? ;P-bond cleavage. Above —78°C 1 decomposes into the monophosphides KHP(t-Bu) ( 3 ) and KP(t-Bu)(i-Pr) ( 4 ). In the case of (t-BuP)2N(i-Pr) under analogous conditions essentially the P? ;N-bond is split up yielding the phosphide K(t-Bu)P? ;P(t-Bu)? ;NH(i-Pr) ( 5 ), which is stable at room temperature. Contrary to (t-BuP)2BN(i-Pr)2 cyclic phosphides are not formed. The different reactive behavior in the metalation of phosphorus three-membered heterocycles of the type (PR1)2ER (E = hetero atom) is discussed.  相似文献

Synthesis and Structure of the Platinum(0) Compounds [(dipb)Pt]2(COD) and (dipb)3Pt2 and of the Cluster Hg6[Pt(dipb)]4 (dipb = (i-Pr)2P(CH2)4P(i-Pr)2) The reduction of (dipb)PtCl2 with Na/Hg yields (dipb)Pt as an intermediate which reacts with the amalgam to form the cluster Hg6[Pt(dipb)]4 ( 3 ) or decomposes to (dipb)3Pt2 ( 2 ) and Pt. In the presence of COD [(dipb)Pt]2(COD) ( 1 ) is obtained. 1 crystallizes monoclinicly in the space group P21/c with a = 1596.1(4), b = 996.5(2), c = 1550.4(3) pm, β = 113.65(2)°, Z = 2. In the dinuclear complex two (dipb)Pt units are bridged by a 1,2-η2-5,6-η2 bonded COD ligand. Whereby the C = C double bonds are lengthened to 145 pm. 2 forms triclinic crystals with the space group P1 and a = 1002.0(2), b = 1635.9(3), c = 868.2(2) pm, α = 94.70(2)°, β = 94.45(2)°, σ = 87.95(1)°, Z = 1. In 2 two (dipb)Pt moieties are connected by a μ-dipb ligand in a centrosymmetrical arrangement. 3 is monoclinic with the space group C2/c and a = 1273.8(3), b = 4869.2(6), c = 1660.2(3) pm, β = 95.16(2)°, Z = 4. The clusters Hg6[Pt(dipb)]4 have the symmetry C2. Central unit is a Hg6 octahedron of which four faces are occupied by Pt(dipb) groups. The bonding in the cluster is discussed on the basis of eight Pt? Hg two center bonds of 267.6 pm and two Pt? Hg? Pt three center bonds with Pt? Hg = 288.0 pm.  相似文献

The red complex trans-Mo2(O2CCH3)2(μ-dppa)2(BF4)2, 1 , was prepared by reaction of [Mo2(O2CCH3)2(CH3CN)6][BF4]2 with dppa (dppa = Ph2PN(H)PPh2) in THF. The reactions of Mo2(O2C(CH2)nCH3)4 with dppa and (CH3)3SiX (X = Cl or Br) afforded the complexes trans-Mo2X2(O2C(CH2)nCH3)2(μ-dppa)2 (X = Cl, n = 2, 2; X = Br, n = 2, 3; X = Cl, n = 10, 4 ; X = Cl, n = 12, 5 ). Their UV-vis, IR and 31P{1H}-NMR spectra have been recorded and the structures of 1, 2 and 3 have been determined. Crystal data for 1 : space group P21/n, a = 12.243(1) Å, b = 17.222(1) Å, c = 13.266(1) Å, β = 95.529(1)°, V = 2784.1(6) Å3, Z = 2, with final residuals R = 0.0509 and Rw = 0.0582. Crystal data for 24CH3Cl2: space group P21/n, a = 13.438(1) Å, b = 19.276(1) Å, c = 14.182(1) Å, β = 111.464(1)°, V = 3418.9(6) Å3, Z = 2, with final residuals R = 0.0492 and Rw = 0.0695. Crystal data for 3·4CH2Cl2: space group P21/n, a= 13.579(1) Å, b = 19.425(1) Å, c = 14.199(1) Å, β = 111.881(2)°, V = 3475.6(7) Å3, Z = 2, with final residuals R = 0.0703 and Rw = 0.0851. A Cyclic Arsino Sulfur Diimide as an Intramolecular Bridging Ligand: Synthesis and X-Ray Structure Analysis of Os3(CO)10[μ-(t-Bu)As(NSN)2As(t-Bu)] The eight-membered sulfur diimide heterocycle (t-Bu)As(NSN)2As(t-Bu) ( 8 ) can be incorporated into a trinuclear carbonylosmium cluster either as a mono- or as a bidentate ligand. Reaction of the kinetically labile acetonitrile complex Os3(CO)11(CH3CN) with 8 in CH2Cl2 solution leads to a monosubstituted derivative of Os3(CO)12 of composition Os3(CO)11[(t-Bu)As(NSN)2As(t-Bu)] ( 9 ) which still contains one uncoordinated arsenic atom; addition of a second [Os3(CO)11] fragment to 9 was not observed. However, Me3NO-induced substitution of a carbonyl group in 9 results in coordination of the ligand 8 to the triosmium cluster through both arsenic atoms. The structure of the product Os3(CO)10[μ-(t-Bu)As(NSN)2As(t-Bu)](10)1 was determined by an X-ray structure analysis. I n the triangulo-triosmiumcarbonyl cluster 10 , the ligand 8 occupies two equatorial positions at two adjacent osmium atoms, being coordinated through the arsenic atoms with O s ? As distances of 2.403(1) Å The cluster molecule 10 possesses a 2-symmetry of crystallographic origin. The [Os3(CO)10] fragment and the eight-membered heterocyclic ligand are not changed significantly in their structures as compared with Os3(CO)10 and free 8 , respectively. Nevertheless, coordination of 8 imposes its lower 2-symmetry upon the [Os3(CO)10] fragment. The reduction of mm2- to 2-symmetry (C2v to C2) for the cyclic arsino sulfur diimide 8 is more pronounced in the complex 10 than in the free state. The As …? As distance in 10 (8.878(4) A) is considerably enlarged its compared to 8 (3.683(1) Å).  相似文献

Two novel isopropylamine‐templated uranyl chromates, [(CH3)2CHNH3]3[(UO2)3(CrO4)2O(OH)3] ( 1 ) and [(CH3)2CHNH3]2[(UO2)2(CrO4)3(H2O)] ( 2 ) were prepared by hydrothermal method at 100 °C. The compounds were characterized by electron microprobe analysis and X‐ray diffraction crystal structure analysis [ 1 : trigonal, P31m, a = 9.646(4), c = 8.469(4) Å, V = 682.4(5) Å3; 2 : monoclinic, P21/c, a = 11.309(3), b = 11.465(3), c = 17.055(5) Å, β = 99.150(6)°, V = 2183.2(11) Å3]. The structure of 1 is based upon trimers of uranyl bipyramids interlinked by CrO4 tetrahedra to form [(UO2)3(CrO4)2O(OH)3]3– layers, whereas, in the structure of 2 , UO7 and UO6(H2O) pentagonal bipyramids are linked through CrO4 tetrahedra into the [(UO2)2(CrO4)3(H2O)]2– layers. The structures show many similarities to related uranyl selenate compounds, thus providing additional data on similarities and differences between uranyl sulfates, chromates, selenates, and molybdates.  相似文献

Technetium dimers Tc2(O2CCH3)4X2 (X =?Cl, Br) were synthesized and studied by X-ray Absorption Fine Structure spectroscopy (XAFS). EXAFS analysis gave for Tc2(O2CCH3)4Cl2: d Tc-Tc =?2.18(1) Å, d Tc–Cl =?2.43(1) Å and for Tc2(O2CCH3)4Br2: d Tc–Tc =?2.19(1) Å, d Tc-Br =?2.63(1) Å. The Tc Tc separations are in agreement with Raman studies while the Tc–X distances are somewhat larger. Comparison with other Tc(III) quadruply bonded dimers indicates that the carboxylate compounds exhibit larger Tc–Tc separations. The effect of the terminal ligand (nature and position) on the Tc–Tc separation is discussed.  相似文献

In dimethoxyethane additionally the monometallated diphosphaborirane K(t-Bu)P2BN(i-Pr)2 ( 3 ) is formed. 1 and 3 , which could be isolated free from other phosphorus containing compounds, as well as the corresponding silylphosphanes Me3Si(t-Bu)P? ;BN(i-Pr)2? ;P(t-Bu)SiMe 3 ( 4 ) and Me3Si(t-Bu)P2BN(i-Pr)2 ( 5 ) were characterized by NMR spectroscopy. Abstract

A cobalt(III) complex containing (R)-2-methylaziridine (R-meaz), [Co(R-meaz)(NH3)5]3+, was prepared and the two diastereomers arising from the presence of the chiral nitrogen atom (N(R) and N(S)) were separated by column chromatography. Molecular mechanics calculations estimated the N(R)-isomer to be more stable. This result was supported by the x-ray structure determination of the more abundant (ca. 94%) isomer, N(R)-[Co(R-meaz)(NH3)5]Br3H2O. Crystal data: monoclinic, P21, a = 7.357(1), b = 9.780(1), c = 10.426(1) Å, μ = 93.58(1)°, V= 748.7(3) Å3, Z= 2. Kinetic studies of isomerization (epimerization) between the two isomers revealed that inversion at the nitrogen center was very slow (5 × 10?2 M?1 S?1at 25 °C). The small rate constant seems to be related to the strained three-membered structure of the meaz ligand. The reaction of Na3[Co(N02)6] and R-meaz yielded a complex containing two dimerized R-meaz chelates, trans-[Co(NO2)2(di-R-meaz)2] (di-R-meaz =RR)-α,2-dimethyl-l-aziridineethanamine). The crystal strucrure of trans-[Co(NO2)2 (di-R-meaz)2]C1O4H2O was established by x-ray crystallography. Crystal data: orthorhombic, P212121, a = 11.784(6), b = 21.023(9), c = 8.608(7) Å, V = 2133(2) Å3, Z = 4.  相似文献

Crystal Structure and Bonding of [W(O- t -Bu)4(THF)] [W(O-t-Bu)4(THF)] is formed from [WCl4(SEt2)2] and LiO-t-Bu in boiling tetrahydrofuran and characterized by a crystal structure analysis. The compound crystallizes in the tetragonal space group I4 with Z = 2 and the lattice dimensions a = b = 1158.8(2) and c = 940.7(2) pm at 80 °C. [W(O-t-Bu)4(THF)] shows the molecular structure of a tetragonal pyramid with the oxygen atom of the THF molecule in the apical position. Surprisingly, the tungsten atom is deflected by 34 pm from the plane of the four oxygen atoms of the O-t-butyl groups against the direction of the W–O(THF) bond. The bonding modes are discussed on the basis of MO considerations.  相似文献

The crystal structures of (NH4)[HgSO3Cl] ( 1 ) and of (NH4)2[Hg(SO3)2] ( 2 ) were determined from single crystal diffractometer data sets. 1 : 22 °C, Pnma, Z = 4, a = 15.430(3), b = 5.525(1), c = 6.679(1) Å, R(F) = 0.0256, Rw(F2) = 0.0642 (all 1056 unique reflections). 2 : ?108 °C, P212121, Z = 4, a = 6.2240(4), b = 9.3908(6), c = 13.6110(8) Å, R(F) = 0.0179, Rw(F2) = 0.0493 (all 2699 unique reflections). The structure of 1 contains bent Cl‐Hg‐SO3 entities (site symmetry m; d(Hg‐Cl) = 2.3403(13) Å, d(Hg‐S) = 2.3636(12) Å, ∠(Cl‐Hg‐S) = 164.51(5)°, d(S‐O) 2×1.458(3) Å, 1.468(4) Å, = 1.461Å) linked to undulated ribbons parallel to the b ‐axis by intermolecular secondary bonds SO···Hg (d(O···Hg) = 2×2.595(3) Å). These ribbons in turn aggregate to layers around the bc ‐plane. The layers are stacked along the a ‐axis with interlayer distances of a /2. The structure of 2 is made up of O3S‐Hg‐SO3 moieties (d(Hg‐S) = 2.3935(7), 2.3935(8) Å; ∠(Hg‐S‐Hg) = 174.41(3)°; = 1.474Å), that are linked to ribbons parallel to the a axis by coordination of Hg to three remote O atoms (2.801(4) < d(Hg‐O) < 2.844(3) Å). Adjacent ribbons are joined together by an additional Hg‐O contact of 2.733(3) Å, leading to a three‐dimensional anionic framework. Both crystal structures are stabilised by disordered NH4+ cations, placed between the anionic layers or in the vacancies of the framework, via moderate hydrogen bonding interactions N‐H···O with donor‐acceptor distances ranging from 2.8 to 3.2Å. 1 and 2 were further characterised by thermal analysis (TG, DSC). They start to decompose at temperatures above 130 °C.  相似文献
