Two new cadmium(II) coordination polymers, [Cd2(nda)2(L1)] n (1) and [Cd(nda)(L2)0.5] n (2), were hydrothermally synthesized with 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid (H2nda) and auxiliary N-donor coligands [L1?=?1,5-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-1-yl)pentane and L2?=?4,4′-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl]. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses showed that the topological networks are different when the N-donor ligands are changed. Compound 1 showed a (416.65) topology and 2 showed a twofold interpenetrating pcu topology.  相似文献

Two metal coordination polymers, [Cd(ipa)(L1)(H2O)]n (1) and [Cd(ipa)(L2)]n (2) [H2ipa?=?isophthalic acid, L1?=?3,5-bis(imidazole-1-yl)pyridine and L2?=?3,5-bis(benzoimidazo-1-ly)pyridine], have been synthesized and structurally characterized by IR, elemental analysis, XRD, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex 1 shows a twofold cds topological net and 2 features a 3-D pcu topological net. Luminescent properties of 1 and 2 were investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Three new complexes, [Ni2(dpc)2(L1)2(H2O)2]?·?4H2O (1), [Ni(dpc)(L2)1.5] n (2), and {[Ni(dpc)(L3)1.5]?·?2H2O} n (3), where H2dpc?=?dipicolinic acid, L1?=?1,4-bis(2-methylimidazol-1-yl)butane, L2?=?4,4′-bis(2-methylimidazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl, and L3?=?1,4-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)-2-butylene, have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectra, thermogravimetric analysis, and X-ray crystallography. The common structural characteristic of the three complexes is that the Ni2+ is coordinated by tridentate dipicolinate through nitrogen of pyridine and oxygen of carboxylate, serving as a terminal ligand. In 1, two L1 link two [Ni(dpc)(H2O)] units to a discrete binuclear metallomacrocycle with a 22-membered ring, which is assembled through multiple O–H?···?O hydrogen bonds to form a 3-D supramolecular framework. Complex 2 exhibits a 1-D ladder-like chain structure constructed by cis/trans-conformation L2 linking metal centers; 3 displays a 2-D (6,3) topology, being constructed from the linking of [Ni(pdc)] by L3. These results indicate the merits of flexible bis(imidazole) ligands as building blocks with dipicolinate for the construction of complexes with diverse structural motifs.  相似文献

Two 1-D coordination polymers have been synthesized and identified as [Zn(ox)(en)] n (H2O)2 n (1) and [Cu2(dmeo)(N3)2] n (2), where en represents diaminoethane, ox and dmeo stand for dianions of oxalic acid and N,N′-bis[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]oxamide, respectively. Polymer 1 was characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance measurement, IR and electronic spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Polymer 1 consists of 1-D chains bridged by oxalate. The ZnII can be described as a distorted octahedral environment and the ZnII···ZnII separation through the μ-oxalato-bridge is 5.5420(9)?Å. Hydrogen bonds assemble the coordination polymers to a 3-D supermolecular structure. The crystal structure of 2 has been reported previously. However, the bioactivities were not studied. The DNA-binding properties and cytotoxic activities of the two coordination polymers are investigated. The results suggest that the two polymers interact with HS-DNA in groove binding with binding affinity following the order of 1?>?2, which is consistent with their anticancer activities.  相似文献

Five new coordination complexes, [CdI2(3-PyBim)](H2O)3 (1), [Cd(SO4)(3-PyBim)(H2O)4] (2), [CdCl2(4-PyBim)2(H2O)2] (3), [CdBr2(4-PyBim)2(H2O)2] (4) and [CdI2(4-PyBim)2(H2O)2] (5) [3-PyBim=2-Pyridin-3-yl-1H-benzoimidazole, 4-PyBim=2-Pyridin-4-yl-1H-benzoimidazole], were obtained under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, elemental analysis, and powder X-ray diffraction. All of the complexes have mononuclear structures. Among the crystal structures of these complexes, there exist a variety of intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions and π?π interactions, which further extend to a 3-D supramolecular architecture. The solid state photoluminescent properties of 15 vary with the electronegativity of the coordination anion. Additionally, the thermogravimetric analyses of these complexes are discussed.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, namely {[Ni(L1)(nip)(H2O)]·2H2O} n (1), [Co(L2)(tbip)] n (2), and {[Co2(L3)2(bptc)]·3H2O} n (3) (L1 = 1,4-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)butane, L2 = 1,4-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)-2-butylene, L3 = 1,3-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)propane, H2nip = 5-nitro-isophthalic acid, H2tbip = 5-tert-butyl-isophthalic acid, H4bptc = biphenyl-3,3′,4,4′-tetracarboxylic acid), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods as well as by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complexes 1 and 2 both feature a two-dimensional (4,4) layer with (44 × 62) topology. Complex 3 possesses a uninodal 4-connected 2D htb network. The fluorescence spectra and catalytic properties of the complexes for the degradation of methyl orange by sodium persulfate in a Fenton-like process are reported.  相似文献

Compounds [CdLCl2] n (1) and {[Cd(L)2(ClO4)]·ClO4} n (2), where L?=?1,3-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, have been synthesized by hydrothermal method, and characterized by element analysis, IR spectra, Powder XRD, and X-ray crystallographic diffraction. Cd(II) in 1 and 2 are both trigonal bipyramidal. Different cadmium salts of chloride and perchlorate lead to different configurations of [Cd2L2]2+, trans-form in 1 but trans and cis-forms in 2. The 1-D beaded chains of 1 are further linked to generate a 3-D supramolecular architecture by strong π–π stacking interactions as well as intermolecular C–H?···?Cl hydrogen bonds. In 2, the 1-D beaded chains are further assembled by intermolecular C–H?···?O hydrogen bonds to form a 2-D layer. Solid-state fluorescent properties of 1 and 2 were investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

Four coordination polymers, [Ag(L1)](m-Hbdc) (1), [Ag(L1)]2(p-bdc)?·?8H2O (2), [Ag(Hbtc)(L1)][Ag(L1)]?·?2H2O (3) and [Ag2(L2)2](OH-bdc)2?·?4H2O (4), where L1?=?1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole), L2?=?1,2-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, m-H2bdc?=?1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, p-H2bdc?=?1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid, H3btc?=?1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, and OH–H2bdc?=?5-hydroxisophthalic acid, were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Compound 1 contains a–Ag-L1–Ag-L1–chain and a hydrogen-bonding interaction induced–(m-Hbdc)-(m-Hbdc)–chain. Compound 2 consists of two independent–Ag-L1–Ag-L1–chains. P-bdc anions are not coordinated. Hydrogen bonds form a 3D supramolecular structure. A novel (H2O)16 cluster is formed by lattice water molecules in 2. Compound 3 contains a–Ag-L1–Ag-L1–and a–Ag(Hbtc)-L1–Ag(Hbtc)-L1–chain. The packing diagram shows a 2D criss-cross supramolecular structure, with?π?···?π?and C–H ···?π?interactions stabilizing the framework. Compound 4 contains a [Ag2(L2)2]2+ dimer with hydrogen-bonding,?π?··· π, and Ag ··· O interactions forming a 3D supramolecular framework. The luminescent properties for these compounds in the solid state are discussed.  相似文献

Four cobalt(II) coordination polymers, {[Co(HO-BDC)(bbp)]}n (1), {[Co(HO-BDC)(bmbp)2]·(H2O)2}n (2), {[Co(HO-BDC)(bbb)]}n (3), and {[Co2(HO-BDC)2(bmbb)2]·(H2O)3}n (4), where HO-H2BDC?=?5-hydroxyisophthalic acid, bbp = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)propane, bmbp = 1,3-bis(2-methyl-benzimidazol-1-yl)propane, bbb = 1,4-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)butane, and bmbb = 1,4-bis(2-methyl-benzimidazol-1-yl)butane, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analyses, and fluorescence properties. Compounds 1 and 3 are 4-connected 2-D networks with (44·62) topology. Compound 2 is a 1-D chain, while 4 features a 1-D ladder. These 1-D and 2-D complexes are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form 3-D supramolecular architectures. Complexes 1–4 showed very strong yellow luminescence emission.  相似文献

All three complexes feature (4,4) networks that extend into 3D supramolecular frameworks via hydrogen bonding interactions. Four copper(II) complexes and one copper(I) complex with pyridine-containing pyridylalkylamide ligands N-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)pyrazine-2-carboxamide (HLpz) and N-(2-(pyridin-2-yl)ethyl)pyrazine-2-carboxamide (HLpz?) were synthesized and characterized. The X-ray crystal structures of [Cu2(Lpz)2(4,4?-bipy)(OTf)2] (1, OTf?=?trifluoromethanesulfonate, 4,4?-bipy?=?4,4?-bipyridine) and [Cu(Lpz)(py)2]OTf·H2O (2, py?=?pyridine) revealed binuclear and mononuclear molecular species, respectively, while [Cu(Lpz)(μ2-1,1-N3)]n (3), [Cu(Lpz?)(μ2-1,3-N3)]n (4), and [Cu(HLpz)Cl]n (5) are coordination polymer 1-D chains in the solid state.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, {[Eu2(L1)3(H2O)2]?·?H2O} n (1), (Cu(II)?···?Cu(II), [Tb(H2O)]2(L2)3?·?4H2O (2) (H2L1?=?succinic acid, H2L2?=?glutaric acid) have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, luminescence spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The complexes are constructed by dicarboxylates bridging chains of edge-sharing EuO8(H2O) and TbO8(H2O) polyhedra to form 3D network structures. Complexes 1 and 2 exhibit intense red and green photoluminescence upon UV excitation in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry and cationic binding properties of 2,6-bis(pyrazol-1-ylmethyl)pyridine (L1), 2,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)pyridine (L2), and 2,6-bis(3,5-ditertbutylpyrazol-1-ylmethyl)pyridine (L3) with zinc(II) and cadmium(II) have been investigated. Reactions of L2 with zinc(II) and cadmium(II) nitrate or chloride salts produced monometallic complexes [Zn(NO3)2(L2)] (1), [ZnCl2(L2)] (2), [Cd(NO3)2(L2)] (3), and [CdCl2(L2)] (4). Solid state structures of 1 and 3 confirmed that L2 binds in a tridentate mode. While the nitrates in the zinc complex (1) adopt monodentate binding fashion, in cadmium complex (3), they exhibit bidentate mode. L1L3 show binding efficiencies of 99% for zinc(II), 60% for lead(II), and 30% for cadmium(II) cations from aqueous solutions of the metal ions. Theoretical studies using Density Functional Theory were consistent with the observed extraction results.  相似文献

Two Co(II) coordination polymers, [CoL(npa)]·2H2O (1) and [CoL(Hnpa)2] (2) (L = 1,4-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole-1-yl)benzene, H2npa = 5-nitroisophthalic acid), have been synthesized in different solvent systems and characterized by Infrared (IR) spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 was synthesized under solvothermal conditions with DMF as solvent and had a pair of L ligands adopting a μ2-bridging mode and connecting two Co2+ cations to generate a 26-membered Co2L2 loop. The npa2? link adjacent Co2L2 loops via a bis(monodentate) bridging mode to create a 1-D channel-like chain structure. Compound 2 was obtained under hydrothermal conditions, and the carboxylate of the monodeprotonated Hnpa? adopt a μ1-η0?:?η1 coordination to connect adjacent Co2+ cations into a 2-D polymeric layer. The μ2-bridging L ligands connect adjacent 2-D [Co(Hnpa)]n polymeric layers into a 3-D NaCl-like framework. The Co2+ cations and the L ligands in compounds 1 and 2 exhibit different coordination geometries and conformations. Effects of solvents on the construction of Co(II) coordination polymers were investigated. In addition, the electrochemical behavior of carbon paste electrodes containing 1 and 2 and the thermal stabilities of 1 and 2 were investigated.  相似文献

Three coordination complexes with N-donor ligands, Ag2(L1)1.5(NO3)2 (1), Ag3(L2)2(NO3)3 (2), and Ag(L1)2NO3 (3) {L1?=?1,4-bis(pyrazole-1-ylmethyl)benzene, L2 = 4,4′-bis(pyrazole-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl}, have been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA, and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 shows a 3-D fsh-3,4-P21/c structure with brevity code {83}2{85·10}. Complex 2 has a 3-D framework with a 2-D layer penetrated by an infinite 1-D zigzag chain. Complex 3 exhibits a (4,4)-net racemizing layer structure with nitrate anions filling the cavity. The results indicate that L1 and L2 can adopt varied conformations in formation of the complexes, and the length of the ligands plays a key role in configuring and directing the corresponding structure of the complexes.  相似文献

Two new dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes, [MoO2(L1)] n · 0.5 n CH3OH (I) and [MoO2(L2)(CH3OH)] (II), where L1 and L2 are the dianionic form of N′-[1-(4-diethylamino-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]isonicotinohydrazide and N′-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzylidene)-3-methylbenzohydrazide, respectively, were prepared and structurally characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods and single-crystal X-ray determination. For complex I, a polymeric structure is obtained, which is linked by coordination of the pyridine N atoms to the Mo atoms of other [MoO2(L1)] units. Complex II is a mononuclear molybdenum compound. In both complexes, the Mo atoms are in octahedral coordination. The catalytic properties of the complexes indicate that they are efficient catalysts for sulfoxidation.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of 1H-3-(2-pyridyl)-5-(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (2,3′-Hbpt) with CdCl2 and CdI2 yielded three new coordination polymers, {[CdCl(2,3′-bpt)(H2O)]·2H2O}n (1), {[Cd2I3(2,3′-H0.5bpt)2]}n (2), and [CdI3(2,3′-Hbpt)](2,3′-H2bpt)·H2O (3). Structural analysis reveals that 1 has a 1-D double chain structure; in 2, 2,3′-bpt bridges adjacent Cd(II) ions to form a 1-D twofold helical chain, which further connects via μ2-I-, giving a 2-D grid structure in the ab plane; 3 is mononuclear. These complexes are further connected through weak hydrogen bonding interactions, and/or weak π···π stacking interactions, to generate 3-D supramolecular structures. The fluorescence properties of 1 and 2 have been investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The self-assembly reaction of 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butane (btb) and Ni(II) salts gives three coordination polymers {[Ni(btb)2(NCS)2]?·?H2O} n (1), [Ni(btb)2(NCO)2] n (2), and [Ni(btb)2Cl2] n (3). Compound 1 is comprised of a twofold interpenetrating 4-connected 65?·?8-CdSO4 3-D coordination network. Compounds 2 and 3 are neutral 2-D (4,4) networks with the ABAB?···?and ABCABC?···?stacking modes, respectively. The thermal stabilities of 13 were investigated.  相似文献
